在本实施例中, 如图 3和图 4所示, 所述凸块 21为两个, 分别位于电池盖 2 一端的两侧, 则第一通孔也为两个并配合凸块 21设置, 这样两端都进行限位, 效果好; 凸块 21可以设置在电池盖 2的底部, 也可以向下突出。 所述第一扣位 包括具有弹性的且竖截面呈 U形的弹性板 22、 沿弹性板 22顶部向外延伸的扣 手位 23 以及位于所述弹性板一侧表面的卡扣 (图中未示出), 所述卡扣位于所 述扣手位 23下部; 第二扣位包括设置在第一开口处用于放置所述弹性板 22的 第二通孔 35和与卡扣、 扣手位 23卡配固定的卡板 33 , 所述卡板 33卡配在卡扣 和扣手位 23之间。 由于弹性板 22呈 U形, 则弹性板 22有一开口, 通过开口形 成弹性形变, 其中弹性板 22的开口宽度大于卡扣的最大宽度, 且扣手位 23的 宽度也大于卡扣的宽度, 从而保证卡扣正常与卡板 33配合。 本实施例所述的第 二通孔也可用第二凹槽代替, 能够起到近似的效果。
在本实施例中, 如图 3和图 4所示, 所述卡扣外表面到弹性板 22的宽度从 下往上逐渐增大, 卡扣的竖截面为一个直角三角形, 这样设置卡扣就方便通过 按压将卡扣放置到卡板 33下部, 从而通过上部的扣手位 23和卡板 33紧配; 在 按压的过程中, 由于卡扣的厚度逐渐增大,则弹性板 22的形变也是逐渐增大的, 这样就防止弹性板 22的形变突然变大而损坏。
在本实施例中, 如图 3和图 4所示, 所述卡板 33与第一凹陷 31在同一平面 上, 所述扣手位 23放置在卡板 33上, 所述扣手位 23的厚度等于或小于电池盖 2的厚度; 这样设置就避免扣手位 23凸出在壳体外, 从而保证壳体表面的平整 度。 这是设置卡板 33高度的一种优选方案, 当然, 也可以不将卡板与第一凹陷 设置在同一平面上, 第一种方案, 卡板的高出第一凹陷, 放置在卡板上的扣手 位在固定后, 其与电池盖在同一平面上或低于电池盖; 第二种方案, 卡板低于 第一凹陷, 放置在卡板上的扣手位在固定后, 其与电池盖在同一平面上或低于 电池盖。 从而只要能够保证扣手位不突出在电池盖的外部就都是可行的。
在本实施例中, 如图 2和图 3所示, 所述壳体在卡板 33上部设有与卡板 33 在同一平面上且连通的第二凹陷 32, 所述第二凹陷 32的边沿呈弧形, 设置第二 凹陷 32就方便控制扣手位,一般使用者都是通过手指取扣手位, 将第二凹陷 32 设置成弧形就更加方便使用者用手指取扣手位。 具体的第二凹陷 32呈半圓形。
在本实施例中, 如图 3所示, 放置槽 3内的电池可以为一个也可以为多个, 这种方案是针对多个电池的, 所述放置槽 3底部设有用于隔开电池的隔板 34, 隔板 34防止电池滚动、 松动, 从而对电池进行限位, 所述隔板 34中部设有第 二开口 (图中未示出), 第二开口可节省材料。 具体的, 隔板 34 为矩形板, 第 二开口为梯形。
在本实施例中, 所述电池盖 2上还设有第三通孔, 第三通孔为矩形的通孔, 电池盖 2边沿还设有一圏第三凹陷。
本发明所述电池盖 2外表面还设有 MADE IN CHINA (中国制造)。
如图 2和图 3所示, 本实施例所述放置槽 3设置在后壳 12下端。 由于电池 有一定的重量, 将电池安装在壳体的下端有利于保持荧光板壳体的重心和平衡。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种荧光板, 包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的面板, 其特征在于, 还包括 安装在壳体内的电池。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的荧光板, 其特征在于, 所述壳体上设有用于放置所 述电池的放置槽。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的荧光板, 其特征在于, 所述放置槽有一用于取放电 池的第一开口, 所述荧光板还包括一用于封闭第一开口的电池盖。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的荧光板, 其特征在于, 所述第一开口周围设置有向 下的第一凹陷, 所述电池盖放置在第一凹陷上。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的荧光板, 其特征在于, 所述电池盖一端内表面设有 向外突出的凸块, 壳体上设有用于放置所述凸块的第一通孔或第一凹槽; 另一 端设有具有弹性的第一扣位, 壳体上设有与第一扣位配合的第二扣位。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的荧光板, 其特征在于, 所述第一扣位包括具有弹性 的且竖截面呈 U形的弹性板、 沿弹性板顶部向外延伸的扣手位以及位于所述弹 性板一侧表面的卡扣, 所述卡扣位于所述扣手位下部; 所述第二扣位包括设置 在第一开口处用于放置所述弹性板的第二通孔或第二凹槽和与卡扣、 扣手位卡 配固定的卡板, 所述卡板卡配在卡扣和扣手位之间。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的荧光板, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣外表面到弹性板的 宽度从下往上逐渐增大。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的荧光板, 其特征在于, 所述卡板与第一凹陷在同一 平面上, 所述扣手位放置在卡板上, 所述扣手位的厚度等于或小于电池盖的厚 度。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的荧光板, 其特征在于, 所述壳体在卡板上部设有与 卡板在同一平面上且连通的第二凹陷, 所述第二凹陷的边沿呈弧形。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的荧光板, 其特征在于, 所述放置槽底部设有用于 隔开电池的隔板, 所述隔板中部设有第二开口
