Abstract
Description
(1)透明なエラストマーフィルムの裏面に接着層を積層してなるスライドファスナーの補強テープにおいて、前記接着層がポリエステル系ホットメルト型接着剤、ポリアミド系ホットメルト型接着剤、ポリオレフィン系ホットメルト型接着剤またはポリウレタン系ホットメルト型接着剤であって、その融点が120℃より高く、かつ、160℃以下であり、200℃における溶融粘度が2000ポイズより高く、かつ、5500ポイズ以下であることを特徴とするスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
(2)前記エラストマーフィルムと前記接着層との間に介在させるアンカーコート剤からなる中間層をさらに設けた、(1)に記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
(3)前記エラストマーフィルムが、ポリアミド系フィルム、ポリエステル系フィルム、ポリオレフィン系フィルムまたはポリウレタン系フィルムであり、かつ、前記中間層が二液硬化型接着剤であることを特徴とする(2)記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
(4)前記接着剤の融点が130℃以上150℃以下であり、200℃における溶融粘度が3000ポイズ以上5000ポイズ以下であることを特徴とする(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
(5)前記エラストマーフィルムの厚さが、前記接着層の厚さ以下であることを特徴とする(1)~(4)のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
(6)前記エラストマーフィルムの厚さと、前記接着層の厚さとが以下の関係にあることを特徴とする(5)記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ:
(接着層厚さ)/(フィルム厚さ)=1~2。
(7)前記中間層の厚さが、0.5~10μmであることを特徴とする(2)記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
(8)全体の厚みが、ファスナーテープの両面に積層する場合は100~200μmであり、または片面に積層する場合は200~400μmであることを特徴とする(1)~(7)のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
図1に、本発明のスライドファスナーの補強テープの一実施態様を部分断面図にて示す。
図1によれば、本発明のスライドファスナーの補強テープ10は、透明なエラストマーフィルム11の裏面に接着層12を積層してなるスライドファスナーの補強テープにおいて、前記接着層がポリエステル系ホットメルト型接着剤、ポリアミド系ホットメルト型接着剤、ポリオレフィン系ホットメルト型接着剤またはポリウレタン系ホットメルト型接着剤であるものである。
ここで、エラストマーフィルム2の厚さは、一般に30~120μmが適当であり、好ましくは50~80μm程度である。
一方、接着層12の厚さは、一般に50~200μmが適当であり、好ましくは60~120μm程度である。
この中間層23の厚さは、0.5~10μm程度が適当であり、好ましくは2~3μm程度である。
図3に示すスライドファスナー30は、一対のファスナーテープ31a、31b、各ファスナーテープ31a、31bの下端部に溶着される一対の補強テープ34a、34b、各ファスナーテープの内側縁部に取り付けられたコイルエレメント等の務歯列32a、32b、スライダー33、及びファスナーテープ31a、31bの下端部に溶着した補強テープ34a、34bの内側縁部に取付けられた開離嵌挿具である蝶棒37、箱棒35、箱体36を含んでいる。スライダー33は務歯32a、32bを噛合、解離するために務歯列に摺動自在に取り付けられている。図3はスライドファスナー30を閉じた状態を、また図4は開いた状態を示している。
図5は、当該もみ試験に用いられる試験機の要部を模式的に示す図である。
このもみ試験機50は、スライドファスナー30の補強テープ34a、34bのところで当該スライドファスナー30を挟持するための掴み部51a、51bと、スライドファスナーの箱体36のところで当該スライドファスナーの下方から方向bに向かって弾性付勢させた状態で指示する支持部52と、スライドファスナーの蝶棒と箱棒のところで当該スライドファスナーの上方から方向aに向かって押圧する押圧部53とで要部が構成される。なお、押圧部53の方向aの押圧動作、および支持部52の方向bの弾性付勢により、スライドファスナーは方向a、方向bの間で上下し、掴み部51a、51bはそれぞれ水平な方向c1、方向c2に向かって往復移動する。
(調製例1)
厚さ100μmのナイロン系エラストマーフィルム(アルケマ(株)製、7233FP01)の裏面に主剤であるポリオールと硬化剤としてのジイソシアネートの共重合体からなる二液硬化型接着剤を2~3μmの厚さとなるように塗布し、さらに厚さ60μmのポリエステル系ホットメルト接着層(東洋紡績(株)製、バイロンGM900:融点112℃、フローテスターを用いて200℃、荷重10kgfで測定した溶融粘度1500ポイズ)をラミネートして補強テープを作製した。この補強テープ(両面積層)全体の厚みは、160μmであった。
調製例1において、ナイロン系エラストマーフィルムの厚みを60μmとし、かつ、接着層の厚みを100μmとした以外は、調製例1と同様にして補強テープを作製した。この補強テープ(両面積層)全体の厚みは、160μmであった。
調製例1において、接着層にバイロンGM900(東洋紡績(株)製)のかわりに、バイロンGM400(東洋紡績(株)製;融点143℃、フローテスターを用いて200℃、荷重10kgfで測定した溶融粘度4600ポイズ)を用いた以外は、調製例1と同様にして補強テープを作製した。この補強テープ(両面積層)全体の厚みは、160μmであった。
調製例3において、ナイロン系エラストマーフィルムの厚みを60μmとし、かつ、接着層の厚みを100μmとした以外は、調製例3と同様にして補強テープを作製した。この補強テープ(両面積層)全体の厚みは、160μmであった。
実験例3において、ナイロン系エラストマーフィルムの厚みを80μmとし、かつ、接着層の厚みを80μmとした以外は、実験例3と同様にして補強テープを作製した。この補強テープ(両面積層)全体の厚みは、160μmであった。
調製例1において、接着層にバイロンGM900(東洋紡績(株)製)のかわりに、高分子量飽和ポリエステル樹脂ポリエスタ-SP176(日本合成化学工業株式会社製;融点130℃、フローテスターを用いて190℃、荷重30kgfで測定した溶融粘度5600ポイズ)を用いた以外は、調製例1と同様にして補強テープを作製した。この補強テープ(両面積層)全体の厚みは、160μmであった。
調製例6において、ナイロン系エラストマーフィルムの厚みを60μmとし、かつ、接着層の厚みを100μmとした以外は、調製例6と同様にして補強テープを作製した。この補強テープ(両面積層)全体の厚みは、160μmであった。
調製例1において、接着層にバイロンGM900(東洋紡績(株)製)のかわりに、バイロンGA3200(東洋紡績(株)製;融点123℃、フローテスターを用いて200℃、荷重10kgfで測定した溶融粘度140ポイズ)を用いた以外は、調製例1と同様にして補強テープを作製した。この補強テープ(両面積層)全体の厚みは、160μmであった。
調製例8において、ナイロン系エラストマーフィルムの厚みを60μmとし、かつ、接着層の厚みを100μmとした以外は、調製例8と同様にして補強テープを作製した。この補強テープ(両面積層)全体の厚みは、160μmであった。
務歯(エレメント)を噛み合わせた状態のスライドファスナーチェーンの表面及び裏面のそれぞれの表面及び裏面に、上記各実験例で作製した補強テープを、接着層が接触するように、かつ務歯列と交差するように横方向に重ね、加圧下に超音波接着して試料を、各調製例につき5つずつ作製した。
ただし、フィルム厚みがエラストマー/接着層が、80μm/80μmである場合、剥離度が小さく、すなわち剥離強度は大きくなり、白濁は見られなかったが、ファスナーテープが溶けてしまい製品としての価値がない状態となった。したがって、ファスナーテープが溶け出さず、かつ、高温による耐性の実現のためには、接着層をエラストマーよりも厚くすることが望ましいことがわかった。

Claims (8)
- 透明なエラストマーフィルムの裏面に接着層を積層してなるスライドファスナーの補強テープにおいて、前記接着層がポリエステル系ホットメルト型接着剤、ポリアミド系ホットメルト型接着剤、ポリオレフィン系ホットメルト型接着剤またはポリウレタン系ホットメルト型接着剤であって、その融点が120℃より高く、かつ、160℃以下であり、200℃における溶融粘度が2000ポイズより高く、かつ、5500ポイズ以下であることを特徴とするスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
- 前記エラストマーフィルムと前記接着層との間に介在させるアンカーコート剤からなる中間層をさらに設けた、請求項1に記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
- 前記エラストマーフィルムが、ポリアミド系フィルム、ポリエステル系フィルム、ポリオレフィン系フィルムまたはポリウレタン系フィルムであり、かつ、前記中間層が二液硬化型接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
- 前記接着剤の融点が130℃以上150℃以下であり、200℃における溶融粘度が3000ポイズ以上5000ポイズ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
- 前記エラストマーフィルムの厚さが、前記接着層の厚さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
- 前記エラストマーフィルムの厚さと、前記接着層の厚さとが以下の関係にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ:
(接着層厚さ)/(フィルム厚さ)=1~2。 - 前記中間層の厚さが、0.5~10μmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
- 全体の厚みが、ファスナーテープの両面に積層する場合は100~200μmであり、または片面に積層する場合は200~400μmであることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のスライドファスナーの補強テープ。
