OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle anti-intrusion safety barrier, whose obvious purpose is to prevent the passage of vehicles under certain circumstances.
The object of the invention is to ensure that in any given passage of vehicles, any attempt of intrusion of a vehicle can be prevented quickly and safely.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As is known, in certain vehicle steps, such as border locations or other steps where it is sometimes necessary to prevent vehicles from passing illegally, it is evident that in those steps, when vehicles do not find traffic in certain hours of day or night, in which surveillance is minimal, they can try to pass at high speed, so that when the guard wants to react, the vehicle has already passed without the possibility of stopping it.
Currently, zigzag concrete barriers are used, and even modular plastic barriers with water inside, intended to prevent intrusions, although in any case they are not very effective, since they hinder the transit of vehicles in a fluid and orderly manner, in addition to its limitations for heavy vehicles of high dimensions, as well as vehicles with a trailer, having a low deterrent effect.
Obviously, these types of barriers are used at border crossings, in high security areas, etc., and it is very difficult for kamicaze cars trying to skip the step, can be stopped.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The security barrier that has been advocated has been conceived to solve the problem described above, based on a simple and effective solution.
More specifically, the barrier of the invention is constituted by a metal frame housed in a groove made on the ground according to a transverse arrangement to the direction of travel of the vehicles, so that in that frame, rigid and preferably of a metallic nature, they are arranged between the lateral branches of the same, two sets of arms, capable of being positioned horizontally to allow the vehicles to pass when they are flush with the ground plane, while when said arms are actuated, they tilt and are inclined, with an inclination 45 ° preferably and in contrast, so that the passage of the vehicles in one direction allows the lowering of the arms of one of the sets, but nevertheless bumps against the raised end of the other set, the vehicle being retained without any possibility of continuing his march.
Obviously, the arm assemblies are actuated simultaneously at a distance by a command or by any drive system, it can be a pneumatic system, due to its higher drive speed, and that will be operated by the step guard at the time this agent detects that a vehicle is approaching at high speed With no intention of stopping, so that acting on the barrier, the swinging of the arms upwards entails the retention of the vehicle according to the aforementioned.
Each set of elements or tilting arms is mounted on an axis capable of being driven, in each case, by appropriate mechanisms that, as previously mentioned, can be pneumatic systems, electric motors or any other drive system, since in any case Activation of the barrier means that the arms swing instantly preventing the passage of vehicles.
When the arms are operated, they can be arranged at any degree of inclination, depending on the height required in each case.
Between the arms that form the barrier there is enough distance to allow motorcycles to pass without any problem, without them being trapped inside the pit or ditch in which the barrier itself is arranged.
Thus, and from this structuring, it is possible to obtain a bidirectional barrier, with a double sense of blocking.
Obviously, depending on the specific needs of each case, the length and extension of the arms, as well as their inclination, may vary, depending on the level of security that is intended to be established and the type of vehicles to which the barrier is intended, without affecting the essence of the invention.
According to another feature of the invention, the system allows the passage of water or pipes such as sewers.

Figure 9 shows, finally, an enlarged view of Figure 3, in which the channels for the passage of water that are defined in the body of the barrier can be observed.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
As can be seen in the aforementioned figures, the barrier of the invention is constituted from a frame (1) of a metallic nature, which is elongated and of cross section in "H", as represented in, for example, the figures 1, 6, 7 and 8. Well, between the side wings of that frame in "H" (1), two sets of arms or bars (3, 3 ') are arranged, equal to each other, and each assembled set of tilting shape on an axis of rotation (4, 4 '), which are driven by pneumatic elements (5), or by gearmotors or any other appropriate system, showing in figure 8 the forks (7, 7 ') in which the arms or bars (3, 3') articulate precisely.
The ends of the bars will be constructed with different geometry depending on the different uses of aggressiveness, being able to present very different designs, such as in the form of a spearhead or rounded.
The barrier thus constituted will be housed inside a pit or ditch made for this purpose on the ground, according to a transverse arrangement to the direction of travel of the vehicles, leaving the arms or bars (3, 3 ') in rest position in the Same plane as the ground.
The structure or frame (1) of the barrier assembly is complemented by an intermediate, longitudinal element (2), as a support support for the arm or bar assemblies (3, 3 ') in rest position, that is, when they occupy the horizontal situation, including also a series of stiffening crossbars (6).
According to the aforementioned, the operation is as follows: taking into account that the drive can be pneumatic or by any other appropriate system, when the person watching the passage of the vehicles in a certain place detects that a vehicle is approaching large speed with the intention of not stopping, then that guard, through a radio frequency remote control or by any other means, sends the order to activate the drive system, so that instantly the arms or bars (3 , 3 ') that form the barrier swing and remain in the inclined position, approximately 45 °, as shown in Figures 5, 6 and 7. In that situation, the vehicle will meet the first group of bars or arms (3), yielding them by the weight of the vehicle, and being faced with the second group of arms or bars (3 '), whose ends are facing the height of the radiator, wheels and related areas of the vehicle, such as bearings, tires, etc., causing it to stop and completely preventing its circulation. Obviously, the second group of bars or arms (3 ') do not yield when they reach the vehicle, and this due to the profile offered by said arms or bars in correspondence with the back, butting on the inner side of the lateral wings of the frame (1), blocking those arms or bars (3 ').
Obviously, the system is reversible, that is, it acts in the same way in either of the two directions, since one of the groups of arms or bars of the barrier yields and the other is the one facing the vehicle, retaining it.
As can be seen in the detail of figure 9, the frame (1) of the barrier has an "H" section, with its middle branch substantially displaced downwards, incorporating a pair of channels (8-8 ') that allow the passage and evacuation of water, delimited by an intermediate partition (2).
Finally say that the system can be modular according to the needs and measures of the area or step to ensure.
