[0001] 本发明涉及分裂式导线间隔棒拆装专用工具。
背景技术
[0002] 在高压输变电线路检修时, 分裂式导线更换间隔棒时, 首先需要将间隔 棒爪上的穿钉取出,现在都是使用穿孔型间隔棒拆装专用工具或者双钩型间隔棒 拆装专用工具, 穿孔型间隔棒拆装专用工具只适用于部分型号间隔棒, 而双钩型 间隔棒拆装专用工具容易变形, 且经常出现钩不住现象,这两种间隔棒拆装专用 工具都比较笨重,不便携带,而且一般导线张力比较大,对作业人员体力要求高, 由于上述原因, 会造成作业时间长、作业人员体力消耗大, 如果是带电更换间隔 棒, 还会影响电网经济效益和作业人员安全。
发明内容

[0012] 本发明在进行分裂式导线间隔棒安装时, 将间隔棒爪套夹在导线上, 用 钩杆 5前端的钩子钩住间隔棒爪下瓣的镂空边棱,在将偏心撑板 6压在间隔棒爪 上瓣, 扳动手柄 2偏心撑板 6力矩变大, 随之间隔棒爪上、 下瓣会靠近, 当手柄 2带动偏心撑板 6旋转至偏心撑板 6上的锁死区 7, 锁死区 7与间隔棒爪上瓣接 触, 此时由于力矩突然变小达到锁死状态, 然后安装间隔棒爪穿钉, 扳动手柄 2 解锁取下工具, 完成安装。拆除间隔棒的过程与安装过程相反, 扳动手柄 2取出 间隔棒爪穿钉,取下工具就完成拆卸,手柄 2上的挂环 9可以系上绳索防止工具 在操作时发生坠落, 不使用时, 手柄 2可以从扳头 1上旋转下来, 体积变小便于 携带, 使用时通过丝扣直接旋紧就可以使用了。
