Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'imagerie à rayons X médical (10), qui comprend un support de patient (12), un agencement d'acquisition d'image à rayons X (14), un agencement de support (16) et un agencement de rail (18) placé au-dessus. L'agencement de support est monté de façon mobile sur l'agencement de rail, et l'agencement d'acquisition d'image à rayons X est configuré pour fournir un faisceau de rayons X (13) pour rayonner une région d'imagerie (15). L'agencement de support réalise un premier mouvement de rotation horizontale (17) de l'agencement d'acquisition d'image à rayons X autour d'un premier axe de rotation (19) fourni dans une distance d'imagerie horizontale (D1) par rapport à la région d'imagerie, et l'agencement de support réalise un second mouvement de rotation horizontale (21) du premier axe de rotation autour d'un second axe de rotation (23) dans une distance de support horizontal (D2) par rapport au premier axe de rotation. La distance de support horizontal (D2) est plus grande que la distance d'imagerie horizontale (D1).
