当用户需要对拍摄的照片进行分享时, 可以开启图像文件处理功能, 这样, 终端会在用户使用后置摄像头拍摄图片时, 同时开启前置摄像头采 集拍摄者的面部图像, 从而将面部图像与预存储的联系人头像图片进行对 比, 识别出图像中的至少一个拍摄者, 并获取每个拍摄者对应的联系人信 息, 在获取到各个拍摄者的联系人信息时, 会向用户发出提示信息, 提示 用户是否将拍摄的照片分享至识别出的各拍摄者, 同时, 如果用户不想将 照片分享至识别出的所有联系人, 可以从多个拍摄者的联系人信息列表中 选择出自己想要进行照片分享的联系人, 终端会根据用户的选择执行相应 的操作。 当然, 用户也可以根据自己的需要设置自动进行照片分享, 即在 识别出拍摄者对应的联系人时, 不提示用户, 自动进行分享。
如图 3所示, 用户与朋友站在一起看着手机拍摄风景画时, 终端启动 前置摄像头同时拍照, 假设终端使用前置摄像头获取到的拍摄者包括用户 A、 用户 B、 用户 C和用户 D, 终端将获取的用户 A、 用户 B、 用户 C和 用户 D 的面部图像和联系人头像图片进行对比, 识别出用户 A、 用户 B 和用户 C (也就是说, 在联系人头像图片中没有找到与用户 D对应的头像 图片 ) , 并获取用户 A、 用户 B 和用户 C 的联系人信息 (包括账号信 息) , 此时, 在用户设置提示分享的情况下, 终端会向用户发送提示信 息, 用户可以根据提示信息进行选择, 终端根据用户的选择, 将后置摄像 头拍摄的风景画分享到用户选择的联系人的账号上。
其中, 用户可以任意设置联系人信息和联系人头像图片, 当然, 用户 也可以把本人信息 (即机主信息) 加入到联系人信息中, 并增加共享方 式, 如微博共享, QQ 共享等, 这样在获取到本人的面部图像时, 终端可 以识别出本人的图像, 并获取到相应的共享信息, 根据共享信息将图片共 享到微博、 QQ等。 在图 3 所示的示例中, 如果机主已经将本人信息存入 联系人信息中, 并且机主本身被识别为用户 A, 那么在机主选择将该照片 分享至用户 A时, 终端会将该照片分享到机主的信息中对应的 QQ上。 如 果机主在进行照片共享选择时, 未选择本人, 则终端会将照片分享到机主 选择的其他分享人, 而不会将该照片分享到本人的任何联系方式上。
当然, 用户也可以根据自己的需要设置自动进行照片分享, 即在识别 出拍摄者对应的联系人时, 不提示用户, 自动进行分享。
图 4示出了根据本发明的实施例的终端的结构图。
如图 4所示, 根据本发明的实施例的终端 400, 包括: 后置摄像头拍 照模块 402、 前置摄像头拍照模块 404、 图片智能分享模块 406、 人脸识 别模块 408、 好友信息管理模块 410和照片分享设置模块 412。 下面结合 图 1 , 详细说明各模块。

信息获取单元 104 , 由 "图片智能分享模块 406" 将 "前置摄像头拍 照模块 404" 拍摄的照片传递给 "人脸识别模块 408" , "人脸识别模块 408" 通过调用 "好友信息管理模块 410" 的联系人头像图片, 与前置摄 像头拍摄的图片人物头像进行比对, 获取当前出现前置摄像头中的好友列 表。
处理单元 106 , 由 "图片智能分享模块 406" 根据好友列表的分享信 息, 将后置摄像头拍摄的照片自动分享给好友。
设置单元 110 , 可以通过 "照片分享设置模块 412" 查询和设置好友 的分享方式, 也可以通过 "好友信息管理模块 410" 修改好友分享信息, 如用户可以把本人加入到 "好友信息" 列表里, 并增加微博共享, 这样, 每次用户本人拍摄照片时, 会将照片自动分享到微博上。 以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 通过本发明的技术方 案, 不仅可以对被拍摄者进行识别, 同时也可以对拍摄者进行识别, 这 样, 在终端进行图像拍摄时, 可以按照拍摄者和 /或被拍摄者的联系人信 息列表, 对拍摄完的图像执行预定操作。 比如, 多个拍摄者在被多个被拍 摄者拍摄照片, 那么, 在拍摄完成后, 应用本发明的技术方案, 可以将拍 摄完的照片自动分享给多个拍摄者和 /或多个被拍摄者, 而不需要用户一 一去进行手动选择联系人, 避免了用户的繁瑣操作, 方便用户的使用。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
图像获取单元, 当检测到所述终端使用第一图像获取装置获取图像 时, 启动第二图像获取装置获取至少一个拍摄者的特征图像;
信息获取单元, 对所述第二图像获取装置获取到的所述特征图像进行 识别处理, 以获取到识别信息列表;
处理单元, 根据所述识别信息列表, 对所述第一图像获取装置获取到 的图像文件执行预定操作。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述特征图像包括面 部图像。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述信息获取单元包 括:
识别子单元, 用于将获取的所述至少一个拍摄者的所述面部图像与预 存储的联系人头像图片进行对比, 以识别出所述至少一个拍摄者, 并获取 预存储的与所述至少一个拍摄者相对应的联系人信息列表;
所述处理单元还用于: 根据所述联系人信息列表, 对所述图像文件执 行预定操作。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
选择单元, 根据接收到的选择指令, 从所述联系人信息列表中的多个 联系人中选择部分联系人; 以及
所述处理单元还用于: 根据选择的部分联系人信息列表, 对所述图像 文件执行预定操作。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
设置单元, 根据接收到的设置指令, 设置所述联系人头像图片和联系 人信息; 以及
存储单元, 用于存储所述联系人头像图片和所述联系人信息。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
提示单元, 用于在所述信息获取单元获取到所述识别信息列表时, 提 示用户选择是否对所述图像文件执行预定操作, 并接收所述用户的选择结 果; 以及
所述处理单元还用于: 在所述提示单元接收到的所述选择结果为是 时, 对所述图像文件执行预定操作。
7. 根据权利要求 1 至 6 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
功能开启单元, 用于根据接收到的功能开启命令, 开启图像文件操作 功能, 以使所述图像获取单元在检测到所述终端使用所述第一图像获取装 置获取图像时, 启动所述第二图像获取装置获取所述特征图像。
8. 一种图像文件处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
步骤 202 , 当检测到所述终端使用第一图像获取装置获取图像时, 启 动第二图像获取装置获取至少一个拍摄者的特征图像;
步骤 204 , 对所述第二图像获取装置获取到的所述特征图像进行识别 处理, 以获取到识别信息列表;
步骤 206 , 根据所述识别信息列表, 对所述第一图像获取装置获取到 的图像文件执行预定操作。
9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的图像文件处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述特 征图像包括面部图像。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的图像文件处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述步 骤 204还包括:
将获取的所述至少一个拍摄者的所述面部图像与预存储的联系人头像 图片进行对比, 以识别出所述至少一个拍摄者, 并获取预存储的与所述至 少一个拍摄者相对应的联系人信息列表; 以及
所述步骤 206还包括:
根据所述联系人信息列表, 对所述图像文件执行预定操作。
11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的图像文件处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 步骤 204还包括:
根据接收到的选择指令, 从所述联系人信息列表中的多个联系人中选 择部分联系人; 以及 所述步骤 206还包括:
根据选择的部分联系人信息列表, 对所述图像文件执行预定操作。
12. 根据权利要求 10 所述的图像文件处理方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述步骤 204之前还包括:
根据接收到的设置指令, 设置所述联系人头像图片和联系人信息; 以 及
存储所述联系人头像图片和所述联系人信息。
13. 根据权利要求 8所述的图像文件处理方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 步骤 206之前还包括:
在获取到所述识别信息列表时, 提示用户选择是否对所述图像文件执 行预定操作, 并接收所述用户的选择结果; 以及
所述步骤 206还包括:
在接收到的所述选择结果为是时, 对所述图像文件执行预定操作。
14. 根据权利要求 8 至 13 中任一项所述的图像文件处理方法, 其特 征在于, 在所述步骤 202之前还包括:
根据接收到的功能开启命令, 开启图像文件操作功能, 以在检测到所 述终端使用所述第一图像获取装置获取图像时, 启动所述第二图像获取装 置获取所述特征图像。
