  • the subject of the invention is compound preparation for maintenance of the oral cavity hygiene and prevention of plaque formation which contains ingredients obtained from seeds of Synapsis alba (white mustard).
  • Dental caries and periodontal diseases are associated with activity of bacteria in the oral cavity. These bacteria are an element of dental plaque which in a process of mineralization is transformed in supragingival and sub-gingival calculus. Improper hygiene of the oral cavity, diet and susceptibility of dental hard tissues lead to dental caries. At the same time, microbes which are present in dental plaque are the most important etiological agents of periodontitis. Insufficient hygiene and tissue susceptibility may lead to gingivitis and periodontitis. When untreated, gingivitis may lead to formation of pathological pockets, destruction of connective tissue adhesion as well as to lysis of the alveolar ridge and in consequence to loss of teeth.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une préparation sous forme de dentifrice comprenant du biphosphate de sodium hydraté, de la silice, de la glycérine et de l'eau, ainsi que de 0,1 à 0,8 % de sinalbine et/ou de ses dérivés, de 10,0 à 50,0 % de biphosphate de sodium hydraté et/ou de 10,0 à 50 % de phosphate de dicalcium hydraté et/ou de 10,0 à 40,0 % de silice hydratée et/ou de 0,1 à 8,0 % de silice colloïdale et/ou de 5,0 à 50 % de glycérine et/ou de 30,0 à 70 % de sorbitol et jusqu'à 100% d'eau. La sinalbine et/ou ses dérivés sont présents sous forme d'huile de moutarde, de 0,1 à 8,0 % et/ou de 0,1 à 8 % d'extrait alcoolisé de moutarde et/ou de 0,1 à 8,0 % de marc de moutarde.
