The 2nd support part 22 is arrange | positioned in the state which orient | assigned the longitudinal direction to the up-down direction. The second support portion 22 is inserted into the center portion (center portion in plan view) of the first support portion 21 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction with respect to the first support portion 21. The second support part 22 is arranged such that its upper end protrudes above the first support part 21 and its lower end is located inside the first support part 21.
The tilt actuator 23 is an embodiment of the actuator according to the present invention. The tilt actuator 23 is for sliding the second support portion 22 with respect to the first support portion 21. The tilt actuator 23 is configured to be extendable and contractable in the longitudinal direction. The tilt actuator 23 is disposed inside the first support portion 21 (directly below the second support portion 22) with the longitudinal direction thereof directed in the vertical direction. The tilt actuator 23 has a lower end fixed to the cart body 11 and an upper end connected to the lower end of the second support portion 22. The second support part 22 can be slid up and down with respect to the first support part 21 by extending and contracting the tilt actuator 23.
The connecting rods 24 and 24 connect the first support portion 21 and the riding portion 30. One ends of the connecting rods 24 and 24 are connected to the front and rear centers in the vicinity of the upper ends of the left and right side surfaces of the first support portion 21 so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis in the left and right direction. A rotation axis (rotation center) between the first support portion 21 and the connecting rods 24 and 24 is hereinafter referred to as a first rotation center P1.
The boarding part 30 is a part which a cared person gets on when moving. The riding section 30 mainly includes a riding section main body 31, an elevating member 32, an elevating actuator 33, a seating section 34, and an upper body holding section 35.
The riding section main body 31 is a main structure of the riding section 30. The riding section main body 31 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped member, and is arranged in a state where the longitudinal direction thereof is directed in the vertical direction. The riding section main body 31 is formed with a rotation support section 31a and a restraint connection section 31b.
The rotation support part 31a is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped member, and is arranged with its longitudinal direction directed in the front-rear direction. One end (rear end) of the rotation support part 31 a is fixed to the substantially vertical center of the front surface of the riding part main body 31. Thereby, the rotation support part 31a is extended from the front surface of the riding part main body 31 to the front. The front end of the rotation support portion 31a is coupled to the upper end of the second support portion 22 of the riding section tilting mechanism 20 so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis in the left-right direction. The rotation axis (rotation center) between the second support portion 22 and the rotation support portion 31a is hereinafter referred to as a second rotation center P2. The second rotation center P2 is located immediately above the first rotation center P1 in a side view (see FIG. 2).
The restraint connecting portion 31b is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped member, and is arranged with its longitudinal direction directed in the front-rear direction. One end (rear end) of the restraint connecting portion 31b is fixed to a vertically middle portion (above the rotation support portion 31a) of the front surface of the riding section main body 31. Accordingly, the restraint connecting portion 31b extends from the front surface of the riding section main body 31 to the front. The longitudinal direction (front-rear direction) length of the constraining connecting portion 31b is formed longer than the longitudinal length of the rotation support portion 31a. As a result, the front end of the restraint connecting portion 31b is positioned in front of the front end of the rotation support portion 31a in the front-rear direction. The front end of the restraint connecting portion 31b is connected to the other end of the connecting rod 24 of the riding portion tilting mechanism 20 so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis in the left-right direction. The rotation axis (rotation center) between the connecting rod 24 and the constraining connection portion 31b is hereinafter referred to as a third rotation center P3. The third rotation center P3 is located on the front upper side of the first rotation center P1 and the second rotation center P2 in a side view (see FIG. 2).
Thus, the riding section main body 31 is supported by the riding section tilting mechanism 20 via the rotation support section 31a and the restraint connecting section 31b. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the tilting actuator 23 of the riding part tilting mechanism 20 is most contracted, the riding part body 31 of the riding part 30 is held in a state in which the longitudinal direction is directed vertically. The
The elevating member 32 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped member, and is arranged in a state where the longitudinal direction thereof is directed in the vertical direction. The elevating member 32 is attached to the rear surface of the riding section main body 31 so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction.
The lifting / lowering actuator 33 is for sliding the lifting / lowering member 32 with respect to the riding section main body 31. The elevating actuator 33 is configured to be extendable and contractable in the longitudinal direction. The lifting / lowering actuator 33 is disposed below the lifting / lowering member 32 with its longitudinal direction directed in the vertical direction. The lift actuator 33 has a lower end fixed to the lower end portion of the riding section body 31 and an upper end connected to the lower end portion of the lift member 32. The elevating member 32 can be slid in the longitudinal direction with respect to the riding section main body 31 by extending and retracting the elevating actuator 33.
The seating part 34 is a part where a cared person to be transferred by the transfer support apparatus 1 is seated. The seat portion 34 mainly includes a claw portion 34a and a seat surface 34b.
The claw portion 34a is a portion that supports a seat surface 34b described later. The claw portion 34a is formed in a substantially U shape that is opened rearward in a plan view. Both ends of the claw 34a are disposed rearward. The front end of the claw 34 a is fixed near the lower end of the rear surface of the elevating member 32.
The seat surface 34b is a part where a cared person is seated. The seat surface 34b is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape so that a care recipient can easily sit on the seat surface 34b. The seat surface 34b is disposed with its plate surface directed in the vertical direction. The seat surface 34b is formed in a hollow shape, and the hollow portion is opened forward (not shown). By inserting the claw portion 34a from the opening, the seat surface 34b can be supported by the claw portion 34a. Thus, the seat surface 34b can be arbitrarily attached to and detached from the seat portion 34 by inserting and removing the claw portion 34a into and from the seat surface 34b.
The upper body holding part 35 is a part for holding the upper body of the care recipient. The upper body holding part 35 is formed in a substantially U shape that is opened rearward in a plan view by combining substantially flat members. The upper body holding unit 35 can hold the upper body of the care recipient so as to surround the upper body from both the front and left and right sides. The front surface of the upper body holding portion 35 is fixed near the upper end portion of the rear surface of the elevating member 32.
In the transfer support apparatus 1 configured as described above, the operations of the tilting actuator 23 of the riding section tilting mechanism 20 and the lifting actuator 33 of the riding section 30 are controlled by operating an operation section (not shown). The said operation part is suitably arrange | positioned in the position where a caregiver (person who assists a care receiver's transfer) is easy to operate.
Next, the operation of the transfer support apparatus 1 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 3, the elevating member 32 can be slid (lifted) in the longitudinal direction with respect to the riding section body 31 by extending and retracting the lifting actuator 33 of the riding section 30. Since the elevating member 32 is provided with the seating part 34 and the upper body holding part 35, the seating part 34 and the upper body holding part 35 are also raised and lowered together with the elevating member 32. The raising / lowering position (height) of the riding section 30 can be arbitrarily adjusted by adjusting the length of the raising / lowering actuator 33.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when the tilting actuator 23 of the riding section tilting mechanism 20 is extended, the second support 22 connected to the tilting actuator 23 slides upward. As a result, the second rotation center P2 moves upward. Along with this, the riding part 30 (the riding part main body 31) connected to the second support part 22 at the second turning center P2 also moves upward. It is connected to the connecting rods 24 and 24 at the center P3, and its upward movement is restricted. Accordingly, the riding portion 30 is tilted forward (inclined) by the connecting rods 24 and 24 via the third rotation center P3 while being pushed upward by the second support portion 22 via the second rotation center P2. (The upper end portion of the riding section main body 31 is tilted forward and downward). In this way, when the tilting actuator 23 is extended, the riding section 30 tilts forward. The inclination angle of the riding section 30 can be arbitrarily adjusted by adjusting the length of the inclination actuator 23.
In this case, as shown in the circles in FIGS. 2 and 4, by moving the second rotation center P2 slightly, a straight line L (which connects the second rotation center P2 and the third rotation center P3) ( The straight line L can mean a large inclination of the riding section 30). As described above, the configuration in which the straight line L can be largely tilted with respect to the movement of the second rotation center P2, and the tilt actuator 23 for moving the second rotation center P2 and the compact structure associated therewith. Can be achieved.
In addition, when returning the inclined boarding part 30 (state of FIG. 4) to the original state (state of FIG. 2), the inclination actuator 23 is contracted contrary to the above. As a result, the second support portion 22 slides downward, and the posture of the riding portion 30 returns.
Next, using FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, a state when the cared person 2 is actually transferred using the transfer support apparatus 1 will be described. Here, as an example, a description will be given assuming that the cared person 2 is transferred from the bed 3 to the toilet. For convenience of explanation, illustration of an assistant who operates the transfer support apparatus 1 is omitted.
First, as shown in FIG. 5A, the caregiver removes the seating surface 34b from the transfer assist device 1 and places it on the bed 3, and seats the cared person 2 thereon. And an assistant adjusts the height of the nail | claw part 34a of the transfer assistance apparatus 1 to the height of the seat surface 34b by expanding / contracting the raising / lowering actuator 33. As shown in FIG.
Next, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the assistant moves the transfer support apparatus 1 backward, inserts the claw portion 34 a into the seat surface 34 b on which the care receiver 2 is seated, and the seat surface 34 b Is attached to the transfer support apparatus 1. At this time, the upper body holding unit 35 of the transfer assist device 1 holds the upper body of the care receiver 2. Specifically, the left and right side surfaces of the upper body holding part 35 are inserted into the left and right armpits of the cared person 2 to hold the upper body (near the chest) of the cared person 2 from both the front and the left and right sides.
Next, as shown in FIG. 6A, the assistant moves the transfer support apparatus 1 forward and moves the care receiver 2 seated on the seating surface 34b to an arbitrary position. At this time, the claw portion 34 a is slightly raised to lift the seating surface 34 b and away from the bed 3, so that the seating surface 34 b can be moved without being caught on the bed 3. Moreover, when moving the transfer assistance apparatus 1, the height of the cared person 2 can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the seat part 34 and the upper body holding part 35. For example, by matching the height of the caregiver's line of sight with the height of the line of the care recipient 2, it is possible to perform a conversation or the like while moving without giving an intimidating feeling to the care recipient 2. Moreover, the fear at the time of moving the transfer assistance apparatus 1 by height can be relieved by making the height of the care receiver 2 as low as possible.
Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, the assistant tilts the riding section 30 forward. In this state, most of the weight of the cared person 2 is supported by the upper body holding part 35, and the weight of the cared person 2 is hardly applied to the seating surface 34 b of the seating part 34. In this state, the caregiver can remove the seat surface 34b and easily remove the clothes worn by the care receiver 2 on the lower body.
Thereafter, the caregiver attaches the seating surface 34b to the transfer support device 1 again, returns the posture of the riding section 30 to the original position (see FIG. 6A), moves the transfer support device 1 to the vicinity of the toilet, and the cared person Sit 2 in the toilet seat.
In this case, if the seat surface 34b in which a hole is formed in the center portion is used, the cared person 2 is placed by placing the seat surface 34b in a state where the cared person 2 is seated on the toilet seat of the toilet. The transfer of is completed. The cared person 2 can add work through the hole formed in the seating surface 34b.
In the present embodiment, as described above, the transfer from the bed 3 to the toilet has been described as an example. However, the transfer support device 1 is also used for other transfers (for example, transfer between the bed 3 and the wheelchair). Is possible. Also in this case, the cared person 2 can be easily transferred by getting on and off the cared person 2 together with the seating surface 34b.
As described above, the transfer support apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment is
A movable carriage unit 10;
A boarding unit 30 supported by the carriage unit 10 and capable of carrying the cared person 2;
Comprising
It is a transfer support device 1 that supports the transfer of the cared person 2 by moving the cared person 2 on the boarding unit 30,
The boarding unit 30
The seating part 34 which has the seat surface 34b which can be attached or detached in the state to which the care receiver 2 was seated is comprised.
By comprising in this way, the cared person 2 can be easily transferred by attaching or detaching the seat surface 34b on which the cared person 2 is seated.
In addition, the boarding unit 30
An upper body holding section 35 capable of holding the upper body of the cared person 2 seated on the seat section 34;
The upper body holding part 35
By tilting, the weight of the cared person 2 can be supported without depending on the seating portion 34.
By comprising in this way, it becomes easy to attach or detach the clothes | wear worn by the care receiver 2 by inclining the upper body holding | maintenance part 35. FIG. Furthermore, by removing the seat surface 34b in this state, the clothes can be attached and detached more easily. As a result, the burden on the caregiver can be reduced, and even a caregiver with weak power can easily perform the transfer work of the cared person and the attachment / detachment of clothes.
The seating part 34 can be tilted together with the upper body holding part 35.
By comprising in this way, when inclining the upper body holding | maintenance part 35, it can make it difficult to apply load to the body of the care receiver 2. That is, while the upper body holding portion 35 is inclined, the weight of the cared person 2 is supported not only by the upper body holding portion 35 but also by the seating portion 34, and the upper body holding portion 35 is gently weighted. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an excessive load from being applied to the cared person 2 (for example, suddenly supporting the weight only by the armpit).

The slits 151a shown in FIGS. 13 and 15 are formed at the left and right central portions of the rear surface of the slide portion 151. The slit 151a is formed by cutting out from the lower end portion of the rear surface of the slide portion 151 to the middle portion in the vertical direction.
The connecting portion 152 shown in FIGS. 13, 14 and 15 is a substantially cylindrical member having a rectangular cross section. The connecting portion 152 is fixed to the rear surface of the slide portion 151 with its longitudinal direction directed in the front-rear direction. The connecting portion 152 is formed with a receiving portion 152a and a notch portion 152b.
The receiving portion 152a is an embodiment of the receiving portion according to the present invention. The receiving portion 152 a is a portion that receives the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102. The receiving portions 152a are formed on the left and right side surfaces of the connecting portion 152, respectively. The receiving portion 152a is formed so as to cut out from the rear end portion to the vicinity of the front end portion of the left and right side surfaces of the connecting portion 152. The vertical width of the receiving portion 152a is formed so as to gradually widen from the front-rear halfway portion toward the rear end portion.
The notch portion 152 b is formed in the left and right center portion of the bottom surface of the connecting portion 152. The cutout part 152b is formed by cutting out from the front end part of the bottom surface of the connecting part 152 to the front and rear halfway part.
Although not shown in FIGS. 13 and 15, the lower end of the elevating member 132 of the upper body holding part 130 is in contact with the upper surface of the connecting part 152 (see FIG. 10). That is, the elevating member 132 that can slide up and down tends to slide downward by its own weight, but the elevating member 132 is supported from below by the connecting portion 152.
The support member 160 shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 is a member for supporting the seat surface portion 102. The support member 160 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape opened in the front-rear direction. A pair of left and right support members 160 are provided, and the inner side surfaces thereof are opened and fixed to the left and right side surfaces of the connecting portion 152 of the receiving member 150, respectively. The vertical width and the horizontal width of the support member 160 are formed so as to gradually increase from the front-rear middle part to the rear end part.
The holding member 170 shown in FIGS. 13, 14 and 15 is an embodiment of the holding member according to the present invention. The holding member 170 is a member for holding the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102. A pair of holding members 170 are provided on the left and right sides, and are disposed in the connecting portion 152 of the receiving member 150. The holding member 170 is formed of a plate material whose plate surface is directed in the left-right direction. The rear end portion of the holding member 170 is formed so as to protrude downward. Further, the rear end surface of the holding member 170 is formed so as to incline from the rear upper side toward the front lower side. The front end portion of the holding member 170 is rotatably supported by the connecting portion 152 of the receiving member 150 via a rotation shaft 171 arranged with its longitudinal direction facing the left-right direction.
The lifting mechanism 104 shown in FIGS. 8 to 10 and FIGS. 13 to 15 is an embodiment of the lifting mechanism according to the present invention. The raising / lowering mechanism 104 is for raising / lowering the seat surface part 102. The lifting mechanism 104 mainly includes a lifting actuator 180 and a lifting member 190.
A lift actuator 180 shown in FIG. 10 is an embodiment of the actuator according to the present invention. The elevation actuator 180 is a drive source for raising and lowering the seat surface portion 102. The lifting / lowering actuator 180 is configured by an extendable cylinder (for example, an electric cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder). The lifting / lowering actuator 180 is disposed in the holding portion main body 131 with the extendable rod facing downward.
The elevating member 190 shown in FIGS. 13 to 15 is an embodiment of the elevating member according to the present invention. The elevating member 190 is a member for transmitting the driving force of the elevating actuator 180 to the seat surface portion 102. The elevating member 190 is formed of a plate material whose plate surface is directed in the left-right direction. The front end portion of the elevating member 190 is fixed to the lower end portion of the elevating actuator 180. The elevating member 190 is extended from the elevating actuator 180 to the outside (rear) of the holding unit main body 131 through the slit 131 c of the holding unit main body 131. The rear end portion of the elevating member 190 is formed to protrude upward below the connecting portion 152. Further, the upper end surface 191 of the elevating member 190 is formed so as to incline from the rear upper side toward the front lower side.
Next, with reference to FIG. 16 to FIG. 22, a state when the care receiver (care recipient P) is transferred using the transfer support device configured as described above will be described. Here, as an example, description will be made assuming that the care recipient P is transferred from the bed 200 to another place. For convenience of explanation, illustration of an assistant who operates the transfer support apparatus is omitted.
First, as shown in FIG. 16A, the caregiver places the seat surface portion 102 on the bed 200 and seats the cared person P thereon. At this time, the elevating actuator 180 of the transfer assisting device is extended so that the elevating member 190 is positioned below the connecting portion 152 of the receiving member 150 (see FIG. 13).
Next, as shown in FIG. 16B, the assistant moves the transfer support device (main body unit 101) and connects the seat surface unit 102 to the main body unit 101 via the connection mechanism 103. Hereinafter, the situation at this time will be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 18, the assistant moves the main body 101 of the transfer support device to insert the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102 into the receiving portion 152 a of the connecting portion 152. At this time, if the height of the receiving portion 152a of the connecting portion 152 does not coincide with the height of the connecting portion 143 of the seating surface portion 102, the assistant can hold the connecting portion 152 and slide it up and down. Can be combined. Further, since the rear end portion of the receiving portion 152a is wide in the vertical direction, even if the height of the connecting portion 143 of the receiving portion 152a and the seat surface portion 102 is slightly different, the receiving portion 152a of the connecting portion 143 is received. Can be easily guided to.
When the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102 is inserted into the receiving portion 152a, the connecting portion 143 comes into contact with the rear end surface of the holding member 170. However, since the rear end surface of the holding member 170 is formed to be inclined, the holding member 170 is pushed by the connecting portion 143 and rotates upward. As a result, the holding member 170 is released upward, so that the connecting portion 143 can enter the receiving portion 152a forward.
As shown in FIG. 19, when the assistant moves the main body 101 further rearward, the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102 is inserted to the back of the receiving portion 152a (near the front end portion). As a result, when the connecting portion 143 is positioned in front of the rear end portion of the holding member 170 protruding downward, the holding member 170 rotates downward again. At this time, as shown in FIG. 20, the rear end portion of the holding member 170 rotated downward is engaged with a notch portion 143 a formed in the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102. In this way, the holding member 170 is engaged with the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102, whereby the connecting portion 143 is held by the receiving portion 152a (a drop-off from the receiving portion 152a is prevented). That is, in this state, the seat surface portion 102 cannot be removed from the connecting portion 152 unless the assistant manually rotates the holding member 170 upward to release the engagement with the connecting portion 143.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 20A, in a state where the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102 is inserted to the back of the receiving portion 152a, the arm 142 of the seat surface portion 102 is inserted into the support member 160, It is supported by the support member 160. In this way, by supporting the arm 142 with the support member 160, the seat surface portion 102 on which the care receiver P is seated can be firmly supported.
Next, as shown in FIG. 21, the caregiver contracts the lifting actuator 180 and moves (lifts) the lifting member 190 upward. The rear end portion (the portion protruding upward) of the elevating member 190 enters the connecting portion 152 through the notch portion 152b of the connecting portion 152, and the upper end surface 191 of the elevating member 190 is the seat surface portion 102. The connecting portion 143 contacts from below. Since the upper end surface 191 of the elevating member 190 is formed so as to incline from the rear upper side toward the front lower side, the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102 is further forward (receiving portion) by the upper end surface 191 (inclined surface). To the back of 152a. As a result, the connecting portion 143 is more firmly held by the receiving portion 152a. As described above, the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102 is received by the receiving portion 152a, and the seat portion 102 is held by the holding member 170 and the lifting member 190, whereby the seat surface portion 102 is connected to the main body portion via the connecting mechanism 103. 101 can be connected. In particular, in the present embodiment, since the upper end surface 191 is formed in a shape along the outer periphery of the connecting portion 143 (a shape close to an arc shape), it is possible to suppress the play of the connecting portion 143.
When the assistant further contracts the lifting / lowering actuator 180 to raise the lifting / lowering member 190, the connecting portion 143 is pushed up from below by the lifting / lowering member 190, and the seat surface portion 102 and the connecting mechanism 103 are integrally formed. To rise. At this time, although not shown in FIG. 22, the lifting member 132 (see FIG. 10) of the upper body holding part 130 that is in contact with the upper surface of the connection part 152 of the connection mechanism 103 is also pushed up to the connection mechanism 103. And rises together with the connecting mechanism 103. In this way, the seat surface portion 102 and the upper body holding member 133 can be raised integrally (see FIG. 11). That is, the cared person P seated on the seat surface portion 102 can be lifted from the bed 200 while being held by the upper body holding member 133.
As described above, after the seat surface portion 102 is connected to the main body portion 101 and the seat surface portion 102 is lifted from the bed 200 (see FIG. 16 (b)), the assistant, as shown in FIG. 17 (a), By moving the transfer support device (main body 101), it can be carried to any other place. Also at this time, the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102 remains held by the receiving portion 152a by the holding member 170 and the elevating member 190 (see FIG. 22), so that the seat surface portion 102 is not likely to drop off.
Further, when the seat surface portion 102 is removed from the main body portion 101 again, for example, when the care recipient P is seated on the other bed 200, the caregiver extends and lowers the lift actuator 180 as shown in FIG. The member 190 is lowered and the seat surface portion 102 is placed on the other bed 200. The assistant can further lower the elevating member 190 to separate the elevating member 190 from the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102 and release the holding of the connecting portion 143 by the elevating member 190.
Here, the seat surface portion 102 and the coupling mechanism 103 are not fixed to the elevating member 190 but are only supported by being lifted from below by the upper end surface 191 of the elevating member 190. For this reason, even if an obstacle (for example, an object or a person's hand) is sandwiched between the seat surface portion 102 and the bed 200, the driving force by which the elevating actuator 180 extends is transmitted to the seat surface portion 102. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an excessive load from being applied to the obstacle, and there is no possibility of damaging the obstacle.
Further, in this state, the assistant manually rotates the holding member 170 upward to release the engagement with the connecting portion 143, so that the connecting portion 143 can be extracted from the receiving portion 152a. In this state, the assistant can move the main body portion 101 to remove the seat surface portion 102 from the coupling mechanism 103.
If there is no bed 200 (see FIG. 23) or the like on which the seat surface portion 102 can be placed as in the above example, the elevating member 190 is lowered and the slide portion 151 of the coupling mechanism 103 is brought into contact with the stopper 131d. By doing so, the descent of the slide portion 151 is restricted, and the elevating member 190 can be separated from the connecting portion 143 of the seat surface portion 102. Thereby, when the cared person P is not seated on the seat surface portion 102, the seat surface portion 102 can be removed at an arbitrary place.
Next, with reference to FIG. 12 and FIG. 17, a state when the care receiver P attaches / detaches the clothes worn on the lower body by using the transfer support device will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 12, the caregiver drives the tilt actuator 123 while the cared person P (not shown in FIG. 12) is seated on the seat surface portion 102, and sets the second support portion 122 to the first position. It is slid (raised) upward with respect to the support part 121. Along with this, the holding portion main body 131 connected to the second support portion 122 also tries to rise, but since the rising is restrained by the connecting rod 124, the holding portion main body 131 is inclined (tilted) forward. To do.
In this state, as shown in FIG. 17B, the weight of the cared person P is mainly supported by the upper body holding unit 130. In this state, the seat surface portion 102 can be detached from the main body portion 101 by releasing the holding of the seat surface portion 102 by the elevating member 190 and the holding member 170 in the same manner as described above. In this state, the canceller can attach and detach the clothes worn by the care recipient P on the lower body.
