翻拍装置 技术领域
本发明是有关一种摄影器材,特别是一种用于协助图书的拍摄作业的翻拍装置。
背景技术
由于资讯科技的进步,使得图书的出版方式除了传统的纸本印刷之外,还能以数字化产品的方式出版,而这种通过数字化出版的图书,即一般俗称的电子书。
电子书的产生方式,除了原本已经是数字方式的著作,还包括利用电子和资讯装置将纸本图书的内容通过摄影、影像辨识、影像扫描或其他的方式转换为数字内容。由于图书的装订方式使得图书在翻阅时,难以使得书面保持在平直的状态,利用摄影器材摄取纸本图书的内容,通常需要使用适当的辅助器材协助拍摄。
在已核准公告的中国台湾新型专利M367644「可携式翻拍架」提出了一种翻拍架,包括:一个翻拍架本体,具有可相对开合的第一置放部及第二置放部,使该第一置放部及第二置放部之间具有一个开合角度,该第一置放部及第二置放部的一侧分别枢接有一个第一固定部及第二固部;以及数个枢接件,分别设置于第一置放部与第二置放部的连接处、第一置放部与第一固定部的连接处以及第二置放部与第二固定部的连接处。上述的新型专利还具有一个纸镇,可以放置在第一置放部和第二置放部连接处的表面。上述的新型专利虽然提供了一种有助于翻拍图书的器材,但是针对图书的左右两页进行翻拍的过程中,若是只使用一部相机,就需要经常的调整相机的拍摄角度,才能轮流对图书的左右两页进行拍照,如果要避免经常调整相机的拍摄角度就需要同时使用两部相机,在使用上难免有所不便与限制。
另一方面,图书在展开时,左右两页的页面通常无法保持平直的状态,甚至会因为书页的老旧而在书页的边缘发生翘曲变形的情形,上述新型专利使用的纸镇只能镇压住书页的中央位置,而无法解决上述的问题。
技术问题
有鉴于翻拍架的需求以及已知翻拍架的问题,本发明目的在于提出一种翻拍装置,可以协助图书的拍摄作业,并且具有操作方便以及保持书页平整的功效。
技术解决方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案主要是:
在本发明的一个实施例中,翻拍装置包括:一个底座;一个转盘可借助一个转动机构可转动地安装于底座之上,使得转盘可以在相差180度的第一位置和第二位置停驻;一个书架包含可拆装地固定于转盘的表面的一个左书架和一个右书架,左书架和右书架分设于转盘的表面的中心线的相对两侧,左书架和右书架分别具有由中心线朝中心线两侧向上斜向延伸的一个支撑面,用于支撑展开的图书;以及一个压书板包含透明的一个左压书板和一个右压书板,左压书板和右压书板彼此间具有一个小于180度的夹角,可以将展开的书页压平。

一个压书板40包含透明的一个左压书板40L和一个右压书板40R,左压书板40L和右压书板40L彼此间具有一个小于180度的夹角,可以将展开的书页压平(见图2B)。
在本发明的一个实施例中,底座10具有一个插槽11可供相机50的脚架51插设(见图3),插槽11的一种实施方式可以贯穿底座10,以便脚架51可以自由的插设于底座10的任一侧;在本发明的另一个实施例,底座10具有一个支架12可供相机50的脚架51安装于此支架12,支架12的一种实施方式是由底座10的一侧或两侧向外伸出,支架12可以设置一个螺孔121以供相机50的脚架51 安装(见图4)。
在本发明的一个实施例中,转动机构可以通过轴承21、止推轴承和转轴与其轴座的组合中的任一种方式实现,在图1所示的一种实施方式是将轴承21安装于底座10,而在转盘20的底面对应轴承21的位置设有一个转轴(图中未示),转轴可耦合于轴承21,使得转盘20可以自由的在底座10的上方转动;在本发明的一个实施例中,还可设有一个定位构造,定位构造使得转盘20可以在相差180度的第一位置和第二位置停驻,定位构造的一种实施方式如图1所示,是在底座10和转盘20接触的表面设有两个位于轴心两侧的对称位置的突点22a和22b,而在转盘20的底面对应位置则设有凹槽(因视角关系图中未示),转盘20在第一位置和第二位置停驻时,突点22a和22b恰可耦合于凹槽,通过转动转盘20可以将置放于书架20上的图书B的书页(含左书页PL和右书页PR)交替地转动至拍摄位置,而勿需移动相机50或图书B。上述的定位构造只是许多实施方式的其中几种具体例子,并非用以限制定位构造。
在本发明的一个实施例中,左书架30L的支撑面31L的底部具有支撑元件310L,右书架30R的支撑面31R的底部具有支撑元件310R,在支撑元件310L和支撑元件310R的底部是借助魔鬼毡或磁铁,以可拆装的方式固定于转盘20的表面,在本发明的一种实施例,可以在转盘20的表面设有轨道23(可为凹槽状),支撑元件310L和支撑元件310R的底部是借助魔鬼毡或磁铁,以可拆装的方式固定于轨道23,可以依据图书B的尺寸调整左书架30L和右书架30R之间的相对位置(见图2B)。
在本发明的一个实施例中,左压书板40L和右压书板40R是一种透明的平板,左压书板40L和右压书板40R的一侧边缘互相连接另一侧边缘则朝两侧向上斜向延伸,换言之,左压书板40L和右压书板40R彼此间具有一个小于180度的夹角,可以将展开的书页压平(见图2B);左压书板40L和右压书板40R的一侧边缘互相连接的一种实施方式如图1所示,是借助辅助侧板41将左压书板40L和右压书板40R的一侧边缘互相固定连接在一起,另一种实施方式,是以可相对转动的方式,例如采用类似铰链的构造,以一个枢轴42及相应的枢接耳43将左压书板40L和右压书板40R的一侧边缘互相连接在一起(见图5),使得左压书板40L和右压书板40R彼此间的夹角可以自由改变,以配合图书B的左书页PL和右书页PR之间的夹角,进而将展开的书页压平(见图2B)。
请参阅图6,为本发明另一种实施例的构造图,其中的转盘20还包括一个滑动盘60,转盘20的表面具有一个滑动槽24,左书架30L和右书架30R可拆装地固定于滑动盘60,滑动盘60可移动地设置于转盘20的表面的滑动槽24,通过滑动这种滑动盘60的方式可以调整书架30和相机50的相对位置,可以方便地将图书B移动至较佳的拍摄位置(见图7A和图7B)。
请参阅图8,为本发明另一种实施例的构造图,其中还包含一个翻转机构,压书板40借助翻转机构可翻转地安装于转盘20,使得压书板40可以在一个作用位置和一个不作用位置之间翻转,在作用位置的压书板40(见图9)可以将图书B展开的书页压平,在不作用位置(见图10B)的压书板40不会压住图书B的书页,可以方便的翻动图书B的书页。
如图8所示,翻转机构的一种实施方式,包括一个支撑杆70,支撑杆70的一端以可转动的关系安装于转盘20,图中所示的一种实施方式是利用铰链71将支撑杆70的一端以可转动的关系安装于转盘20,而压书板40的一侧安装于支撑杆70;在本发明的一个实施例中,支撑杆70可用于支撑压书板40还可作为导轨,如图8所示,压书板40的一侧设有一个鸠尾块72,鸠尾块72可以和支撑杆70耦合并沿着支撑杆70滑动,要翻动图书B的书页拍摄新的书页之前,可以先将压书板40延着支撑杆70滑动而向上抬起(见图10A),然后将压书板40翻转至不作用位置(见图10B)。
虽然本发明已通过上述实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟习相像技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许更动与润饰,因此本发明的专利保护范围须视本说明书所附的权利要求书所界定为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种翻拍装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一个底座;
    一个转盘,该转盘借助一个转动机构可转动地安装于该底座之上;
    一个书架,包含固定于该转盘的表面的一个左书架和一个右书架,该左书架和该右书架分设于该转盘的表面的相对两侧,该左书架和该右书架分别具有向上斜向延伸的一个支撑面;以及
    一个压书板,包含透明的一个左压书板和一个右压书板,该左压书板和该右压书板彼此间具有一个小于180度的夹角。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:该底座具有一个插槽,用于插设相机的脚架。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:该底座具有一个支架,用于安装相机的脚架。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:该转动机构为轴承、止推轴承和转轴及轴座中的任一种。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:该转盘的停驻位置包括一个第一位置和一个第二位置,该第一位置和第二位置之间相差180度。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:该转盘具有一个定位构造,使得该转盘能在相差180度的该第一位置和该第二位置停驻。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:该左书架和该右书架可拆装地固定于该转盘的表面。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:该左书架和该右书架借助魔鬼毡或磁铁可拆装地固定于该转盘的表面。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:还具有一个滑动盘,该转盘的表面具有一个滑动槽,该左书架和该右书架可拆装地固定于该滑动盘,该滑动盘可移动地设置于该转盘的表面的该滑动槽。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:该左压书板和该右压书板的一侧边缘以能转动的关系互相连接,另一侧边缘则朝两侧向上斜向延伸。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:包括一个翻转机构,该压书板借助该翻转机构可翻转地安装于该转盘,使得该压书板能在一个作用位置和一个不作用位置之间翻转,在该作用位置时,该压书板将展开的书页压平,在该不作用位置时,该压书板不会压住书页。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的翻拍装置,其特征在于:该翻转机构包括一个铰链和一个支柱,该铰链的一侧固定于该转盘,该铰链的另一侧和该支柱连接,该支柱与该压书板连接。
