[0046] 请参考图 8、 图 9、 图 17、 图 18, 安装时, 将所述盖体 20 自所述盒体 10的敞口端 套设至所述盒体 10的外部, 并使所述圆形凸台 31与所述圆形凹槽 32匹配对接, 进而实现 所述盖体 20与盒体 10的转动连接。 在所述盖体 20与所述盒体 10的盖合状态下, 所述外凸 点 41与内凹点 42匹配对接卡合。 使用时, 转动所述盖体 20, 所述外凸点 41在外力作用下 分离于所述内凹点 42, 所述盖体 20 即可借助于所述旋转结构朝向所述盒体 10 的任一短边 侧壁转动, 进而打开所述盒体 10, 随后即可自所述盒体 10 的置烟口 11 取出所述电子烟 100。 盖合所述电子烟盒时, 将所述盖体 20旋转还原, 所述外凸点 41重新与所述内凹点 42 匹配对接, 所述盖体 20罩盖住所述盒体 10的敞口, 进而实现所述电子烟盒的盖合。

1. 一种电子烟盒, 包括盒体及盖体, 其中, 所述盖体套设于盒体外部并通过旋转结构转动 连接于盒体的侧壁上, 所述盖体的与所述旋转结构相邻的两相对侧壁对应开设有宽度与所述 盒体的相应侧壁宽度相适配以供盖体与盒体相对旋转的开口。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述旋转结构包括对应设置于所述盖体与盒体的 相对侧壁上的圆形凸台及圆形凹槽, 所述圆形凸台的外径与所述圆形凹槽的内径相适配, 所 述圆形凸台伸入所述圆形凹槽内且可于圆形凹槽内转动。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述圆形凹槽为通槽。
4. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盖体与盒体的两长边侧壁同轴设置有所述旋 转结构。
5. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述旋转结构设置于所述电子烟盒的中部。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盒体的上端面设置呈与所述盖体旋转弧度相 适应的弧面。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盖体与盒体的相对侧壁上配合设置有用以在 盖体盖合于盒体敞口端时固定盖体的定位结构。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述定位结构包括对应设置于所述盖体与盒体的 相对侧壁上的外凸点及内凹点, 所述外凸点的外轮廓与所述内凹点的内轮廓相吻合以匹配卡 合。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述外凸点及内凹点分别对应设置于所述盖体与 盒体的长边侧壁上。
10. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盒体内设置用以固定电子烟的固定座, 所述 固定座上开设有供所述电子烟穿设的固定孔。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述固定座为设置于所述盒体的上端口处的块 体结构。
12. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盒体的底部对应于所述固定孔设置有垫 片。
13. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟盒, 其中, 所述盒体的至少一长边侧壁对应于所述固定座 设置有内凹的用以取放电子烟的置烟口。
