本发明涉及一种包装,特别是一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构。
背景技术
产品在出厂运输、存放、销售时,需要外包装的纸箱、纸盒或纸袋将产品包装起来,特别是易碎和贵重的产品,对外包装强度的要求更高。现有纸品包装物为了增强抗压和耐破指标,通常采用外包装整体增厚或外加护角、护板等方式来解决,造成过度包装,这样既增加了原料成本和物流成本,又增加了投资成本,并且不符合低碳环保的理念。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种既能保证包装强度又无需整体增加包装厚度的局部增强包装结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,包括壁部和相邻两个壁部之间形成的角部,其特征在于,所述壁部或角部设有局部增强条。
优选的,所述包装结构包括一体成型的底壁、顶壁、侧壁,所述增强条从底壁延伸至侧壁,并从侧壁延伸至顶壁。
优选的,所述侧壁包括左侧壁和右侧壁,所述增强条包括左右对称设置的左侧增强条和右侧增强条,左侧增强条从底壁延伸至左侧壁,并从左侧壁延伸至顶壁;右侧增强条从底壁延伸至右侧壁,并从右侧壁延伸至顶壁。
优选的,所述侧壁还包括前侧壁和后侧壁,所述增强条还包括前后对称设置的前侧增强条和后侧增强条,该后侧增强条从顶壁中部向后侧壁延伸,并从后侧壁延伸至底壁,该前侧增强条从顶壁中部向前侧壁延伸,并从前侧壁延伸至底壁。
优选的,所述增强条为与所述角部形状匹配的L形增强条,L形增强条的两个边分别设置在该角部的相邻两个壁部上。
优选的,所述壁部为四个侧壁,所述L形增强条设置在相邻的两个侧壁之间形成的四个角部。
优选的,所述包装结构是采用一整张的纸板或纸张通过模切和折叠形成一体成型的纸箱、纸盒或纸袋。
优选的,所述增强条采用胶水粘贴或打钉固定在所述壁部或角部。
优选的,所述增强条的两侧往内侧移动,中部形成一凸起部,并且用胶水或打钉将该凸起部与向内侧移的部位贴合或固定。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)、在壁部或角部设有局部增强条,既能保证包装强度又无需整体增加包装厚度,低碳环保;
(2)、增强条可根据不同包装需求从底壁延伸至侧壁,并从侧壁延伸至顶壁,使得包装结构的整体性更好,强度更高;
(3)、L形增强条设置在相邻的两个侧壁之间形成的四个角部,使得包装机构不容易被压扁,强度更好。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供了一种既能保证包装强度又无需整体增加包装厚度的局部增强包装结构,其包括壁部和相邻两个壁部之间形成的角部,所述壁部或角部设有局部增强条;
同等条件下以薄(或低克重)的材料替代厚(或高克重)的材料,达到产品包装的技术要求,并降低企业的综合成本,提高企业的综合效益。
具体为,如图1至图7所示,所述包装结构包括一体成型的底壁11、顶壁12、侧壁,所述侧壁包括左侧壁13、右侧壁14、前侧壁15和后侧壁16,所述增强条从底壁11延伸至侧壁,并从侧壁延伸至顶壁12;所述增强条包括左右对称设置的左侧增强条31和右侧增强条32和前后对称设置的前侧增强条33和后侧增强条34,左侧增强条31从底壁11延伸至左侧壁13,并从左侧壁13延伸至顶壁12;右侧增强条32从底壁11延伸至右侧壁14,并从右侧壁14延伸至顶壁12;后侧增强条34从顶壁12中部向后侧壁16延伸,并从后侧壁16延伸至底壁11,前侧增强条33从顶壁12中部向前侧壁15延伸,并从前侧壁15延伸至底壁11;从而使得包装结构的整体性更好,强度更高,得到抗压及耐破指标的显著提升。
或者,如图8至图14所示,所述增强条还可以是与所述角部20形状匹配的L形增强条35,L形增强条35的两个边分别设置在该角部20的相邻两个壁部上;优选的,所述壁部为四个侧壁,包括左侧壁13、右侧壁14、前侧壁15、后侧壁16,所述L形增强条35设置在相邻的两个侧壁之间形成的四个角部20;使得包装结构在高度方向不容易被压扁,强度更好。
如图6或图13所示,增强条的折叠过程是:将纸板或纸张的两侧往内侧移动,纸板或纸张的中部则形成一凸起部,该凸起部受力挤压,并且用胶水或打钉将该凸起部与纸板或纸张的下侧贴合或固定。
优选的,所述包装结构是采用一整张的纸板或纸张通过模切和折叠形成一体成型的纸箱、纸盒或纸袋,所述增强条采用胶水粘贴或打钉固定在所述壁部或角部;如图5或图12的展开结构示意图所示,纸板或纸张首先按要求固定好增强条,再经纵向压痕切线和横向切断后形成箱坯,折叠时,箱坯的中部四个面构成箱体的左侧壁13、右侧壁14、前侧壁15和后侧壁16,旁边的折片向内弯折后形成底壁11和顶壁12。
采用本发明方案,如纸箱,一条三层纸板生产线和五层纸板生产线比可减少35%以上的投资;现同等条件下三层纸板(或低克重材料)可根据不同产品的包装需求,通过上述局部增强方案,替代原五层纸板(或高克重材料)的大部份中小型包装箱(盒),达到不同产品的包装要求,在包装材质和尺寸不变的前提下可显著提升包装物的抗压和耐破指标,或者在包装物抗压和耐破指标不变的前提下,可用薄的材料替代厚的材料,规避过度包装,减少材料浪费,降低生产成本,提高企业的综合效益。

Claims (9)

1.一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,包括壁部和相邻两个壁部之间形成的角部,其特征在于,所述壁部或角部设有局部增强条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装结构包括一体成型的底壁、顶壁、侧壁,所述增强条从底壁延伸至侧壁,并从侧壁延伸至顶壁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,其特征在于,所述侧壁包括左侧壁和右侧壁,所述增强条包括左右对称设置的左侧增强条和右侧增强条,左侧增强条从底壁延伸至左侧壁,并从左侧壁延伸至顶壁;右侧增强条从底壁延伸至右侧壁,并从右侧壁延伸至顶壁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,其特征在于,所述侧壁还包括前侧壁和后侧壁,所述增强条还包括前后对称设置的前侧增强条和后侧增强条,该后侧增强条从顶壁中部向后侧壁延伸,并从后侧壁延伸至底壁,该前侧增强条从顶壁中部向前侧壁延伸,并从前侧壁延伸至底壁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,其特征在于,所述增强条为与所述角部形状匹配的L形增强条,L形增强条的两个边分别设置在该角部的相邻两个壁部上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,其特征在于,所述壁部为四个侧壁,所述L形增强条设置在相邻的两个侧壁之间形成的四个角部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装结构是采用一整张的纸板或纸张通过模切和折叠形成一体成型的纸箱、纸盒或纸袋。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,其特征在于,所述增强条采用胶水粘贴或打钉固定在所述壁部或角部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体成型局部增强的包装结构,其特征在于,所述增强条的两侧往内侧移动,中部形成一凸起部,并且用胶水或打钉将该凸起部与向内侧移的部位贴合或固定。
