Abstract
本发明涉及纸箱技术领域，提供一种双层包装纸箱，包括箱盖、盖条、摇盖、加强板和箱体外层，所述的加强板设置在箱体外层的内部；所述的盖条设置在箱体外层上部的左右面；所述的摇盖设置在盖条的前后面；所述的箱盖设置在箱体外层上部的前后面；所述的加强板包括加强板主体、加强肋和连接肋。本发明通过盖条和摇盖的设置，有利于实现更好的纸箱封装工作，提高装箱的速度，提高了生产效率，为用户带来了巨大经济效益，通过加强肋的设置，有利于加强纸箱的抗冲击性和抗压性，提高纸箱的使用效果，使得纸箱抗冲击性和抗压性更强，为用户带来了巨大经济效益，实现了抗冲击和挤压的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纸箱技术领域，尤其涉及一种双层包装纸箱。
背景技术
目前，现有的包装纸箱的抗冲击和抗压性能差。包装纸箱是用纸制品制造的，用于包装各类物品的用具，有利于产品的运输，减少产品的损伤性，影响对产品的保护，提高产品的美观性。现有的包装纸箱存在着抗冲击和抗压性能差的问题。
因此，发明一种双层包装纸箱显得非常必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种双层包装纸箱，以解决现有包装纸箱存在的抗冲击和抗压性能差的技术问题。一种双层包装纸箱包括箱盖、盖条、摇盖、加强板和箱体外层，所述的加强板设置在箱体外层的内部；所述的盖条设置在箱 体外层上部的左右面；所述的摇盖设置在盖条的前后面；所述的箱盖设置在箱体外层上部的前后面；所述的加强板包括加强板主体、加强肋和连接肋，所述的加强肋安装在加强板主 体的前部位置；所述的连接肋安装在加强肋的中间位置。
所述的盖条内表面和摇盖外表面设置有一层涂布热熔型压敏胶层，有利于实现更好的纸箱封装工作，提高装箱的速度，提高了生产效率，为用户带来了巨大经济效益。
所述的加强肋具体采用S形瓦楞纸板，有利于加强纸箱的抗冲击性和抗压性，提高纸箱的使用效果，使得纸箱抗冲击性和抗压性更强。
所述的箱体外层外表面设置有一层聚乙烯防水外膜，有利于实现纸箱的防水功能，提高纸箱内物品的防潮性。
与现有技术相比，本发明的双层包装纸箱具有如下有益效果：由于本发明广泛应用于纸箱技术领域。同时，本发明的有益效果为：
1.本发明通过盖条和摇盖的设置，有利于实现更好的纸箱封装工作，提高装箱的速度，提高了生产效率，为用户带来了巨大经济效益。
2.本发明通过加强肋的设置，有利于加强纸箱的抗冲击性和抗压性，提高纸箱的使用效果，使得纸箱抗冲击性和抗压性更强，为用户带来了巨大经济效益。

本发明提供一种双层包装纸箱包括箱盖1、盖条2、摇盖3、加强板4和箱 体外层5，所述的加强板4设置在箱体外层5的内部；所述的盖条2设置在箱体外层5上部的左 右面；所述的摇盖3设置在盖条2的前后面；所述的箱盖1设置在箱体外层5上部的前后面；所 述的加强板4包括加强板主体41、加强肋42和连接肋43，所述的加强肋42安装在加强板主体 41的前部位置；所述的连接肋43安装在加强肋42的中间位置。
所述的盖条2内表面和摇盖3外表面设置有一层涂布热熔型压敏胶层，有利于实现更好的纸箱封装工作，提高装箱的速度，提高了生产效率，为用户带来了巨大经济效益。
所述的加强肋42具体采用S形瓦楞纸板，有利于加强纸箱的抗冲击性和抗压性，提高纸箱的使用效果，使得纸箱抗冲击性和抗压性更强。
所述的箱体外层5外表面设置有一层聚乙烯防水外膜，有利于实现纸箱的防水功能，提高纸箱内物品的防潮性。
工作原理：
本发明在工作过程中，将箱盖折叠到箱体外层的上面，箱盖安装在盖条和摇 盖的中间位置，通过盖条和摇盖上设置的涂布热熔型压敏胶层粘贴在一起，实现了装箱的 目的。
利用本发明所述的技术方案，或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下，设计出类似的技术方案，而达到上述技术效果的，均是落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种双层包装纸箱，其特征在于，该双层包装纸箱包括箱盖（1）、盖条 （2）、摇盖（3）、加强板（4）和箱体外层（5），所述的加强板（4）设置在箱体外层（5）的内部；所 述的盖条（2）设置在箱体外层（5）上部的左右面；所述的摇盖（3）设置在盖条（2）的前后面； 所述的箱盖（1）设置在箱体外层（5）上部的前后面；所述的加强板（4）包括加强板主体（41）、 加强肋（42）和连接肋（43），所述的加强肋（42）安装在加强板主体（41）的前部位置；所述的 连接肋（43）安装在加强肋（42）的中间位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双层包装纸箱,其特征在于，所述的盖条（2）内表面和摇 盖（3）外表面设置有一层涂布热熔型压敏胶层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种双层包装纸箱,其特征在于，所述的加强肋（42）具体采用 S形瓦楞纸板。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种双层包装纸箱,其特征在于，所述的箱体外层（5）外表面 设置有一层聚乙烯防水外膜。
