Abstract

一种汽车座椅坐垫,包括:坐垫本体(01);设置于所述坐垫本体(01)的纵向中心线一侧的箔式压力开关(02)。本发明提供的汽车座椅坐垫,仅在坐垫本体(01)纵向中心线的一侧布置箔式压力开关(02),而不必穿越/跨越可能存在的纵向中心线附近的造型沟槽(03),会使得箔式压力开关的结构更加简单、更加稳定,具有更好地抗椅面外力冲击破坏性,并可以大幅度减少椅面内部箔式压力开关(02)中电气触点的使用数量,有助于成本的大幅度降低。

Description

一种汽车座椅坐垫
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车座椅技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种具有人体乘坐占用识别的箔式压力开关的汽车座椅坐垫。
背景技术
随着当代汽车工业的迅速发展,为满足人们对车辆乘员安全性的认识不断增强,与乘员安全息息相关的安全气囊技术得以出现。与安全带锁止、安全气囊激活与抑制相关的人体乘坐占用识别传感技术也得到发展。
以往的乘员识别系统的传感技术通常采用位于坐垫承载垫之上的箔式压力开关技术进行座椅乘员存在的判断,此类箔式压力开关及其开关触点置于座椅面套下方,按照人体臀部具有左右两部分的生理结构的特点,沿着座椅椅面的中心线分布于椅面中心线的对称区域。当人体臀部重量施压在座椅上时,左右开关触点均分别接触导通,对外向相关车身电路发出座椅被占用的信号。然而,此类对称型箔式压力开关技术常常由于坐垫和椅面的特殊非对称造型结构的存在而难以配置。同时,面临较复杂椅面造型时,也难以设计和装配左右结构对称的一体化箔式压力开关结构体。
因此,如何适应各种座椅椅面造型类型的箔式压力开关的设计和装配,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种汽车座椅坐垫,以适应各种座椅椅面造型类型的箔式压力开关的设计和装配。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种汽车座椅坐垫,包括:
坐垫本体;
设置于所述坐垫本体的纵向中心线一侧的箔式压力开关。
优选地,在上述汽车座椅坐垫中,所述箔式压力开关为具有一个触点的单触点开关。
优选地,在上述汽车座椅坐垫中,所述箔式压力开关为具有多个触点的多触点开关。
优选地,在上述汽车座椅坐垫中,所述箔式压力开关的各触点相串联、并联或串联与并联相结合。
优选地,在上述汽车座椅坐垫中,所述箔式压力开关偏离所述坐垫本体的纵向中心线的距离为20mm-100mm。
优选地,在上述汽车座椅坐垫中,所述箔式压力开关安装于所述坐垫本体的面套内侧,且贴近座椅椅面的一侧。
优选地,在上述汽车座椅坐垫中,所述箔式压力开关安装于所述坐垫本体的下方,且贴近座椅坐垫支撑骨架的一侧。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的汽车座椅坐垫,用以感知乘员存在的箔式压力开关仅布置于坐垫本体纵向中心线的一侧。当人体臀部的对应一侧施压在座椅上的箔式压力开关时,该箔式压力开关内对应的触点接触导通,即可对外向相关车身电路发出座椅被占用的信号。
由于人体臀部具有左右两部分的生理结构特征,一个座椅乘员来说,该臀部左右结构特征通常为同时共存的。也就是只要臀部的任一侧压触激活了箔式压力开关,即可以认为椅面存在着完整的人体臀部施压。
仅在坐垫本体纵向中心线的一侧布置箔式压力开关,而不必穿越 / 跨越可能存在的纵向中心线附近的造型沟槽,会使得箔式压力开关的结构更加简单、更加稳定,具有更好的抗椅面外力冲击破坏性。
仅在坐垫本体纵向中心线的一侧布置箔式压力开关,而不必对称设置,可以大幅度减少椅面内部箔式压力开关中电气触点的使用数量,有助于成本的大幅度降低。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种汽车座椅坐垫,以适应各种座椅椅面造型类型的箔式压力开关的设计和装配。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图 1- 图 3 ,图 1 为本发明实施例提供的汽车座椅坐垫的结构示意图;图 2 为本发明另一实施例提供的汽车座椅坐垫的结构示意图;图 3 为本发明再一实施例提供的汽车座椅坐垫的结构示意图。
本发明实施例提供的汽车座椅坐垫,包括:
坐垫本体 01 ;
设置于所述坐垫本体 01 的纵向中心线一侧的箔式压力开关 02 。
即本发明用以感知乘员存在的箔式压力开关 02 及其电气触点可以仅布置于坐垫承载垫纵向中心线的左侧,或者仅布置于承载垫纵向中心线的右侧。
本发明提供的汽车座椅坐垫,用以感知乘员存在的箔式压力开关仅布置于坐垫本体 01 纵向中心线的一侧。当人体臀部的对应一侧施压在座椅上的箔式压力开关 02 时,该箔式压力开关 02 内对应的触点接触导通,即可对外向相关车身电路发出座椅被占用的信号。
由于人体臀部具有左右两部分的生理结构特征,一个座椅乘员来说,该臀部左右结构特征通常为同时共存的。也就是只要臀部的任一侧压触激活了箔式压力开关,即可以认为椅面存在着完整的人体臀部施压。

在本发明一具体实施例中,所述箔式压力开关 02 为具有一个触点的单触点开关。所述箔式压力开关 02 也可为具有多个触点的多触点开关。所述箔式压力开关 02 的各触点相串联、并联或串联与并联相结合。即由多个触点构成的箔式压力开关 02 ,其各个触点之间可以是逻辑'或'门的关系,也可以是逻辑'与'门的关系,或者是逻辑'或'门和 '与'门共存的关系。
在本发明一具体实施例中,所述箔式压力开关 02 偏离所述坐垫本体 01 的纵向中心线的距离为 20 mm-100mm 。
本领域技术人员可以理解,箔式压力开关 02 的触点所处位置不跨越椅面纵向中心线,但其导体线路连接部分不受此限制。
箔式压力开关 02 可安装于坐垫本体的面套内侧,且贴近座椅椅面的一侧。即安装于坐垫本体与座椅面套之间,处于相对贴近座椅乘员人体的位置。
箔式压力开关亦可安装于坐垫本体的下方,且贴近座椅骨架的一侧。即安装于坐垫本体与座椅坐垫支撑骨架之间,处于相对远离座椅乘员人体的位置。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

1 、一种汽车座椅坐垫,其特征在于,包括:
坐垫本体( 01 );
设置于所述坐垫本体( 01 )的纵向中心线一侧的箔式压力开关( 02 )。
2 、如权利要求 1 所述的汽车座椅坐垫,其特征在于,所述箔式压力开关( 02 )为具有一个触点的单触点开关。
3 、如权利要求 1 所述的汽车座椅坐垫,其特征在于,所述箔式压力开关( 02 )为具有多个触点的多触点开关。
4 、如权利要求 3 所述的汽车座椅坐垫,其特征在于,所述箔式压力开关( 02 )的各触点相串联、并联或串联与并联相结合。
5 、如权利要求 1 所述的汽车座椅坐垫,其特征在于,所述箔式压力开关( 02 )偏离所述坐垫本体( 01 )的纵向中心线的距离为 20 mm-100mm 。
6 、如权利要求 1 所述的汽车座椅坐垫,其特征在于,所述箔式压力开关安装于所述坐垫本体( 01 )的面套内侧,且贴近座椅椅面的一侧。
7 、如权利要求 1 所述的汽车座椅坐垫,其特征在于,所述箔式压力开关安装于所述坐垫本体( 01 )的下方,且贴近座椅坐垫支撑骨架的一侧。
