Abstract

Description
液晶模组及其液晶面板 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域。更具体地讲,涉及一种液晶模组及其液晶面板。 背景技术
液晶模组(LCD, Liquid Crystal Display)具有重量轻、 机身薄、 节省电能 等众多优点, 因而得到了广泛的应用。 随着液晶模组的生产技术的不断发展, 无边框液晶模组以简约时尚的外观已成为液晶模组发展的趋势。液晶模组无边 框是指液晶玻璃基板上无任何框架压盖, 使液晶模组的外观简约、 时尚。 然而, 在现有的无边框液晶模组中, 通常是指液晶模组的三侧边无边框, 其依赖于 GOA技术 (Gate On Array, 阵列基板行驱动技术), 即 Gate电路直 接在液晶玻璃基板上阵列形成,故去掉传统的 Gate IC外置,不需要额外的 COF (Chip-on-Film, 膜片上芯片封装) 引出线路, 使液晶模组的三侧边不需要空 间来放置 COF,实现三侧边无边框。但是还没能形成四侧边无边框的液晶模组, 其原因是液晶玻璃基板上必须有一侧边引入 COF连接 PCB电路 (印刷电路 板), 以输入数据源和驱动电流, 这就造成液晶玻璃基板的这一侧边必须要有 框架压盖, 以保护这一侧边的 COF不受损, 因此无法实现四侧边无边框。 发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题, 本发明的目的在于提供一种四侧边均 无边框的液晶模组及其液晶面板。 根据本发明的一方面, 提供一种液晶面板, 包括对合设置的第一玻璃基板 和第二玻璃基板, 并且所述第一玻璃基板的内表面上形成有 TFT, 所述第一玻 璃基板的内表面的至少一侧边上设置电磁感应模块, 用以接收电磁波而感应生 电,进而向所述 TFT提供驱动电流;所述第一玻璃基板的内表面的至少两相邻 侧边上分别设置无线数据接收模块, 用以接收无线数据信号, 进而向所述 TFT 提供数据源。 此外, 所述电磁感应模块为线圈耦合电路或者电容耦合电路。
此外, 通过电磁波发射器向所述电磁感应模块发射电磁波, 通过数据发射 器向所述无线数据接收模块发射无线数据信号。 此外, 所述无线数据信号为 Wi-Fi信号、 蓝牙信号或 3G信号。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供一种液晶模组, 包括背板、 设于背板之上的 中框以及设于中框之上的液晶面板,所述液晶面板包括对合设置的第一玻璃基 板和第二玻璃基板, 并且所述第一玻璃基板的内表面上形成有 TFT, 所述第一 玻璃基板的内表面的至少一侧边上设置电磁感应模块, 用以接收电磁波而感应 生电,进而向所述 TFT提供驱动电流;所述第一玻璃基板的内表面的至少两相 邻侧边上分别设置无线数据接收模块, 用以接收无线数据信号, 进而向所述 TFT提供数据源。 此外, 所述液晶模组还包括: 电磁波发射器, 对应设于所述电磁感应模块 之下, 并置于所述第一玻璃基板和所述中框的框边之间, 以向所述电磁感应模 块发射电磁波; 数据发射器, 对应设于所述无线数据接收模块之下, 并置于所 述中框和所述背板之间, 以向所述无线数据接收模块发射无线数据信号。 此外, 所述中框的框边上开设有第一通孔, 所述背板上开设有第二通孔, 所述电磁感应模块设于所述框边上并覆盖所述第一通孔,所述第二通孔的位置 相对于所述第一通孔的位置, 所述液晶模组还包括: 供电模块, 固定设于所述 背板的外表面上, 从所述供电模块引出的导线依次通过所述第二通孔和所述第 一通孔后连接于所述电磁感应模块, 以向所述电磁感应模块提供电源。 此外, 所述中框的材质为塑料。 此外, 所述电磁感应模块为线圈耦合电路或者电容耦合电路。 此外, 所述无线数据信号为 Wi-Fi信号、 蓝牙信号或 3G信号。 本发明的液晶模组及其液晶面板,通过使用无线传输技术向液晶面板传输 数据源和驱动电流, 因此, 液晶面板的四侧边均无须接引 COF来连接 PCB电 路 (印刷电路板), 从而无须使用框架来压盖保护 COF, 进而使得液晶模组的 四侧边均无边框。

COF来连接 PCB电路 (印刷电路板), 从而无须使用框架来压盖保护 COF,进 而使得本发明的实施例的液晶模组的四侧边均无边框。
尽管已经参照其示例性实施例具体显示和描述了本发明, 但是本领域的技 术人员应该理解, 在不脱离权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下, 可以对其进行形式和细节上的各种改变。
Claims
1、 一种液晶面板, 包括对合设置的第一玻璃基板和第二玻璃基板, 并且 所述第一玻璃基板的内表面上形成有 TFT, 其中, 所述第一玻璃基板的内表面的至少一侧边上设置电磁感应模块,用以接收 电磁波而感应生电, 进而向所述 TFT提供驱动电流; 所述第一玻璃基板的内表面的至少两相邻侧边上分别设置无线数据接收 模块, 用以接收无线数据信号, 进而向所述 TFT提供数据源。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的液晶面板, 其中, 所述电磁感应模块为线圈耦 合电路。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的液晶面板, 其中, 所述电磁感应模块为电容耦 合电路。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的液晶面板, 其中, 通过电磁波发射器向所述电 磁感应模块发射电磁波, 通过数据发射器向所述无线数据接收模块发射无线数 据信号。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的液晶面板, 其中, 所述无线数据信号为 Wi-Fi 信号。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的液晶面板, 其中, 所述无线数据信号为蓝牙信 号。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的液晶面板,其中,所述无线数据信号为 3G信号。
8、 一种液晶模组, 包括背板、 设于背板之上的中框以及设于中框之上的 液晶面板, 所述液晶面板包括对合设置的第一玻璃基板和第二玻璃基板, 并且 所述第一玻璃基板的内表面上形成有 TFT, 其中, 所述第一玻璃基板的内表面的至少一侧边上设置电磁感应模块,用以接收 电磁波而感应生电, 进而向所述 TFT提供驱动电流; 所述第一玻璃基板的内表面的至少两相邻侧边上分别设置无线数据接收
模块, 用以接收无线数据信号, 进而向所述 TFT提供数据源。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶模组, 其中, 所述液晶模组还包括: 电磁波发射器, 对应设于所述电磁感应模块之下, 并置于所述第一玻璃基 板和所述中框的框边之间, 以向所述电磁感应模块发射电磁波; 数据发射器, 对应设于所述无线数据接收模块之下, 并置于所述中框和所 述背板之间, 以向所述无线数据接收模块发射无线数据信号。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶模组, 其中, 所述中框的框边上开设有第 一通孔, 所述背板上开设有第二通孔, 所述电磁感应模块设于所述框边上并覆 盖所述第一通孔, 所述第二通孔的位置相对于所述第一通孔的位置, 所述液晶 模组还包括: 供电模块, 固定设于所述背板的外表面上, 所述供电模块引出的导线依次 通过所述第二通孔和所述第一通孔后连接于所述电磁感应模块, 以向所述电磁 感应模块提供电源。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶模组, 其中, 所述中框的材质为塑料。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶模组, 其中, 所述电磁感应模块为线圈耦 合电路。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶模组, 其中, 所述电磁感应模块为电容耦 合电路。
14、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶模组, 其中, 所述无线数据信号为 Wi-Fi 信号。
15、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶模组, 其中, 所述无线数据信号为蓝牙信 号。
16、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶模组, 其中, 所述无线数据信号为 3G信 号。
