Claims (11)
- 도어에 볼트로 고정되도록 내부케이스(11)의 바닥면에 밑판(14)이 볼트로 고정되어 내부를 밀폐시키고, 상기 내부케이스(11)의 양 측면에 형성된 고정프레임(12)의 전면에 고정돌기(12b)가 돌출되며, 상기 내부케이스(11)의 후면 내측에는 걸림홈(12c)이 형성되고, 상기 도어에 고정된 내부케이스(11)를 외부에서 강재로 분리시키지 못하도록 외부케이스(16)를 결합하되, 상기 외부케이스(16)의 내측에 형성된 고정홈(16a)에 내부케이스(11)의 고정돌기(12b)가 끼움 식으로 결합하여 고정되고, 상기 외부케이스(16)의 후면 내측에 형성된 걸림돌기(16b)가 내부케이스(11)의 걸림홈(12c)에 고정되는 케이스(10);상기 내부케이스(11)에 외부핸들(21)의 전면에 형성된 작동레버(22)의 일단이 힌지축으로 고정되고, 상기 외부핸들(21)의 타단은 외부케이스(16)의 후면으로 연장되며, 상기 내부케이스(11)와 밑판(14)의 사이에 래치(23)가 설치되고, 상기 래치(23)의 후면에 결합한 힌지축에 외부핸들(21)의 작동레버(22)가 밀착되어 힌지축과 래치(23)를 후면으로 이동시켜 도어를 개방시키는 개폐수단(20);상기 밑판(14)의 후면 내측에 고정플레이트(31)가 삽입되고, 상기 고정플레이트(31)의 후면에 밀림유도돌기(32)가 상부로 돌출되며, 상기 고정플레이트(31)의 내측에 회전캠(34)의 저면이 관통되어 밑판(14)의 하단으로 돌출되고, 상기 회전캠(34)의 전면 양측에는 회전돌기(35)가 형성되어 고정플레이트(31)를 밑판(14)에 밀착시키며, 상기 회전돌기(35)의 중앙에 형성된 잠금홈(35a)에 가이드돌기(35b)가 전면으로 연장되고, 상기 래치(23)의 힌지축에 잠금플레이트(36)가 고정되어 전면에 형성된 누름부(36a)의 시소작동에 의해 후면에 형성된 고정부(36b)가 회전캠(34)의 잠금홈(35a)에 밀착 및 이탈되며, 상기 외부케이스(16)의 상판에 키스핀들(38)과 키하우징(39)이 결합하여 키하우징(39)의 저면에 돌출된 잠금돌기(39a)가 누름부(36a)를 압입 및 해제시키는 잠금수단(30); 및상기 밑판(14)으로 돌출된 회전캠(34)의 내부에 내부핸들(41)의 회전축(42)이 삽입되고, 상기 내부핸들(41)을 회전시키면 회전캠(34)의 회전돌기(35)가 고정플레이트(31)의 고정부(36b)를 들어올려 주면서 고정부(36b)가 가이드돌기(35b)에서 이탈되면서 회전캠(34)의 회전돌기(35)가 밀림유도돌기(32)을 후면으로 밀어주는 동작에 의해 래치(23)의 잠금 상태를 해제시키는 해제수단(40);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는 내부케이스(11)의 양 측면에 고정프레임(12)을 형성하고, 상기 고정프레임(12)에 볼트구멍(12a)을 형성하여 내부케이스(11)를 도어에 고정하며, 상기 내부케이스(11)의 전면에 측면프레임(13)이 상부로 돌출되면서 전면과 바닥면이 개방되어 있고, 상기 측면프레임(13)의 일단에 힌지축이 결합하여 외부핸들(21)을 고정하며, 상기 힌지축이 결합하는 측면프레임(13)의 후면 양 측면에 가이드판(13a)을 형성하여 잠금플레이트(36)가 뒤틀리는 것을 방지하고, 상기 가이드판(13a)의 전면에 위치한 측면프레임(13)의 내측에 스프링 지지판(13b)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 측면프레임(13)의 전면 내측 상부에 슬라이드판(17)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밑판(14)은 내부케이스(11)와 볼트로 고정되고, 상기 밑판(14)의 상부 내측에 안착부(15)가 형성되어 고정플레이트(31)가 삽입되며, 상기 안착부(15)에 캠구멍(15a)이 천공되고, 상기 캠구멍(15a)의 전면에 지지돌기(15b)가 형성되어 잠금플레이트(36)의 고정부(36b) 저면을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 래치(23)는 전면에 걸림쇠(24)가 연장형성되고, 상기 걸림쇠(24)의 내부에 탄성스프링(25)의 일단이 밀착되며, 타단은 스프링 지지판(13b)에 밀착되어 래치(23)를 압입 및 전면으로 이동시키고, 상기 래치(23)의 후면에 힌지축이 결합하며, 상기 힌지축이 결합하는 래치(23)의 저면에 이동돌기(26)가 돌출되어 고정플레이트(31)의 양 측면에 형성된 제1이동홈(33)을 따라서 이동하고, 상기 제1이동홈(33)의 내측에는 제2이동홈(33a)이 형성되어 밑판(14)의 지지돌기(15b)를 따라서 이동하며, 상기 래치(23)의 후면 바닥면에 스프링고리(27)가 형성되고, 상기 잠금플레이트(36)의 저면에 스프링고리(37)가 형성되어 스프링(37a)이 각각 결합하여 잠금플레이트(36)의 고정부(36b)가 상/하로 탄력적으로 움직일 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전캠(34)은 회전돌기(35)의 내측에 경사면(35c)을 형성하고, 상기 잠금플레이트(36)의 고정부(36b)의 양 측면에 라운드부를 형성하여 회전돌기(35)의 경사면(35c)이 고정부(36b)의 라운드부를 밀어주는 동작에 의해 고정부(36b)의 저면이 회전캠(34)의 상부로 이동하여 래치(23)의 잠금 상태를 해제시키며, 상기 고정부(36b)의 저면에는 회전캠(34)의 가이드돌기(35b)와 결합하도록 가이드홈(36c)이 형성되고, 상기 가이드돌기(35b)와 가이드홈(36c)은 "∧"자 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 잠금수단(30)의 키스핀들(38)은 상부에 키가 삽입되고, 하단부는 외부케이스(16)의 내부에 삽입되며, 상기 키스핀들(38)의 저면에 키하우징(39)이 볼트로 고정되어 일체로 회전하고, 상기 키하우징(39)의 저면 중앙에 잠금돌기(39a)가 돌출되어 잠금플레이트(36)의 누름부(36a)를 압입 및 해제시켜 래치(23)의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부케이스(16)의 상판에 투명창(51)이 결합하고, 상기 키스핀들(38)의 잠금 및 해제상태에 따라서 투명창(51)의 내부에 형성된 해제표시부(53)와 잠금표시부(54)의 색상 중 어느 한쪽의 색상이 선택적으로 표시되면 투명창(51)을 통해 노출되는 색상을 작업자가 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 키 잠금 및 해제 표시수단(50)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 키 잠금 및 해제 표시수단(50)은 외부케이스(16)의 상판에 투명한 재질로 이루어진 투명창(51)이 결합하고, 상기 투명창(51)의 저면에는 해제표시부(53)와 잠금표시부(54)로 이루어진 잠금 및 해제 표시부재(52)가 설치되어 좌/우로 슬라이드 작동되며, 상기 잠금 및 해제 표시부재(52)의 저면에는 연결프레임(55)을 결합하되, 상기 연결프레임(55)의 일단은 외부케이스(16)의 기둥(18)에 볼트로 고정되고, 타단은 키하우징(39)의 둘레 면에 형성된 결합돌기(39b)와 결합하여 키스핀들(38) 및 키하우징(39)이 회전하면 연결프레임(55) 또한 함께 회전하면서 잠금 및 해제 표시부재(52)를 직선운동을 변환시켜 투명창(51)에 해제표시부(53)와 잠금표시부(54)가 선택적으로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부핸들(21)의 끝 부분이 외부케이스(16)의 후면 상부와 일체로 결합하여 자물쇠(64)로 고정되도록 시건수단(60)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 시건수단(60)은 외부핸들(21)의 끝 부분 내측에 수용홈(61)을 형성하고, 상기 외부케이스(16)의 후면 상부에 수용돌출부(62)를 돌출형성하여 상호 결합하며, 상기 수용홈(61)과 수용돌출부(62)의 내측에 잠금구멍(63)을 형성하여 자물쇠(64)로 고정할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장 및 냉동고 도어용 도어록장치.
