呼叫转移业务的开通是由用户单方面在网络侧发起的, 目前的实现方式 只要求用户输入正确的附加业务码以及一个呼叫转移号码即可成功注册该业 务。 由于对呼叫转移号码没有限制, 如果用户恶意将其他人的号码设置为自 己的呼叫转移号码, 也是可以在网络侧注册成功的。 由于不是本方开通的业 务, 当呼叫转移号码所属用户不想被这样无聊的随意转移时, 也只能通过联 系当时注册其为呼叫转移号码的用户主动发起取消呼叫转移业务才可能取消 掉, 这样对于被恶意注册的情况来说, 基本上是行不通的。
为了不被恶意注册为呼叫转移号码, 现有一些方法通过在用户注册呼叫 转移业务的流程中, 添加要求得到呼叫转移号码确认的消息后才可以注册成 功的步骤。 这在一定程度上解决了恶意注册呼叫转移号码的问题。 但是该方 法不能解决已经被恶意注册为呼叫转移号码的用户想要取消被设定为呼叫转 移号码的问题。

步骤四: 若检测到号码 B选择接听, 则通知号码 C被叫已接通, 并打开 号码 C到号码 B的呼叫通路, 正常通话; 若检测到号码 B选择挂断, 则释放 整个呼叫链路,挂断双方;若检测到号码 B选择取消被设定为呼叫转移号码, 则核心网设备先挂断主叫链路,然后取消号码 B被号码 A设定为呼叫转移号 码的设置, 清空号码 A该呼叫转移业务的呼叫转移号码, 通过语音方式提示 号码 B申请的取消被设定呼叫转移号码的请求已成功,最后挂断号码 B的语 音链路。 还可以通知号码 A其设定的号码 B的呼叫转移业务已被号码 B取 本发明所述核心网设备可分为以下几个模块来描述(如图 3所示) , 包 括:
呼叫转移判定模块, 用于在接收到第一号码呼叫第二号码的第一呼叫请 求后, 判断此次呼叫是否满足所述第二号码对应的呼叫转移条件;
呼叫转移处理模块, 用于在所述呼叫转移判定模块判断出此次呼叫满足 所述第二号码对应的呼叫转移条件时,向第三号码发送第二呼叫请求;其中, 所述第三号码为所述第二号码设定的呼叫转移号码; 还用于在获知所述第三 号码所属终端接听后, 通过语音方式提示用户可选操作, 其中, 所述用户可 选操作中至少包括: 接通此次呼叫转移呼叫及取消被设定为呼叫转移号码; 还用于如判断出所述第三号码所属终端选择取消被设定为呼叫转移号码的操 作, 则取消所述第三号码被所述第二号码设定为呼叫转移号码的设置。

呼叫转移处理模块还用于如判断出所述第三号码所属终端选择取消被设 定为呼叫转移号码的操作,则释放所述第一号码对所述第二号码发起的呼叫。 较佳地,
所述呼叫转移处理模块还用于在取消所述第三号码被所述第二号码设定 为呼叫转移的设置后, 通知所述第二号码。

所述呼叫转移处理模块还用于在获知所述第三号码所属终端接听后, 通 过语音方式提示所述第二号码的号码内容。

所述呼叫转移处理模块还用于如判断出所述第三号码所属终端选择接通 此次呼叫转移呼叫, 则接通所述第一号码与所述第三号码之间的呼叫。
较佳地, 上述核心网设备中还可包括:
信令增加模块, 用于在所述呼叫转移处理模块向所述第三号码发送的所 述第二呼叫请求中添加呼叫转移号码设定方的属性信息, 其中包括: 所述第 二号码的号码类型信息及号码内容。

所述信令增加模块添加的所述呼叫转移号码设定方的属性信息中还包括 所述第二号码的长度信息。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保护范 围。 根据本发明的发明内容, 还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神 改变和变形, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
由于本发明实施例所述方法和技术具有较大的适用性, 针对用户号码被 恶意设定为呼叫转移号码, 通过核心网设备侧添加转移呼叫的信令字段和修 改呼叫流程,可轻松实现被设定为呼叫转移号码终端主动取消被设定的要求, 有效解决被恶意设定为呼叫转移号码取消困难的问题, 保证被设定方的通信 公平权益。 另外丰富了网络与被叫终端的可交互性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种取消被设定为呼叫转移号码的方法, 应用于核心网设备, 包括: 在接收到第一号码呼叫第二号码的第一呼叫请求后, 如判断出此次呼叫 满足所述第二号码对应的呼叫转移条件, 则向第三号码发送第二呼叫请求; 其中, 所述第三号码为所述第二号码设定的呼叫转移号码;
在获知所述第三号码所属终端接听后 ,通过语音方式提示用户可选操作, 其中, 所述用户可选操作中至少包括: 接通此次呼叫转移呼叫及取消被设定 为呼叫转移号码;
如判断出所述第三号码所属终端选择取消被设定为呼叫转移号码的操作, 则取消所述第三号码被所述第二号码设定为呼叫转移号码的设置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
如判断出所述第三号码所属终端选择取消被设定为呼叫转移号码的操作, 则释放所述第一号码对所述第二号码发起的呼叫。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
在取消所述第三号码被所述第二号码设定为呼叫转移的设置后, 通知所 述第二号码。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
在获知所述第三号码所属终端接听后, 通过语音方式提示所述第二号码 的号码内容。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
如判断出所述第三号码所属终端选择接通此次呼叫转移呼叫, 则接通所 述第一号码与所述第三号码之间的呼叫。

所述核心网设备在向所述第三号码发送的所述第二呼叫请求中携带有呼 叫转移号码设定方的属性信息, 其中包括: 所述第二号码的号码类型信息及 号码内容。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述呼叫转移号码设定方的属性信息中还包括所述第二号码的长度信息。
8、 一种核心网设备, 包括:
呼叫转移判定模块, 设置为: 在接收到第一号码呼叫第二号码的第一呼 叫请求后, 判断此次呼叫是否满足所述第二号码对应的呼叫转移条件;
呼叫转移处理模块, 设置为: 在所述呼叫转移判定模块判断出此次呼叫 满足所述第二号码对应的呼叫转移条件时, 向第三号码发送第二呼叫请求; 其中, 所述第三号码为所述第二号码设定的呼叫转移号码; 在获知所述第三 号码所属终端接听后, 通过语音方式提示用户可选操作, 其中, 所述用户可 选操作中至少包括: 接通此次呼叫转移呼叫及取消被设定为呼叫转移号码; 如判断出所述第三号码所属终端选择取消被设定为呼叫转移号码的操作, 则 取消所述第三号码被所述第二号码设定为呼叫转移号码的设置。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的核心网设备, 其中,
呼叫转移处理模块还设置为: 如判断出所述第三号码所属终端选择取消 被设定为呼叫转移号码的操作, 则释放所述第一号码对所述第二号码发起的 呼叫。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的核心网设备, 其中,
所述呼叫转移处理模块还设置为: 在取消所述第三号码被所述第二号码 设定为呼叫转移的设置后, 通知所述第二号码。

所述呼叫转移处理模块还设置为:在获知所述第三号码所属终端接听后, 通过语音方式提示所述第二号码的号码内容。
