本实施例中,引风机 I通过管路与热风源连通并将热风或热烟经引风进口 4 引入污泥供干机的腔体内, 引风机 II与排气管路连通, 引风机 II用于将污泥烘 干机的腔体内的换热后的风或烟引出到排气管路并排出,引风机 III6用于使污泥 烘干机内保持微负压, 防止烟气及臭气外漏。 输送带采用链板式, 相邻两个链 板 21两端铰接或链接、 中间搭接, 每个链板 21上均设有搭接台阶 22, 两个链 板 21搭接时其中一个搭接在另一个的搭接台阶 22上, 链板 21采用弧形链板, 曲率优选与回转轮的曲率一致。
工作时, 先将热风或热烟引入对污泥烘干机进行预热, 然后仓底污泥取料 螺旋输送机 81、污泥上料料螺旋输送机 82以及给料双螺旋输送机 83开始工作, 仓底污泥取料螺旋输送机 81将污泥池 7内的污泥引出经污泥上料料螺旋输送机 82以及给料双螺旋输送机 83进入污泥烘干机的腔体中,然后落入输送带上由输 送带送至出料口; 由输送带送至出料口的过程中, 热风或热烟对污泥加热, 蒸 发掉污泥中的水分, 最后干化后的污泥从污泥烘干机的出料口排出。
