Description

一种飞镖靶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及娱乐器具,具体涉及一种飞镖靶。
背景技术
飞镖靶的悬挂方式有多种,最常见的是在麻靶背面木板(背板或底板)的中央加装一枚螺丝,螺丝突出背板表面约1cm,并在墙壁上加装一个挂钩,然后把背板后面的螺丝挂在墙壁上的挂钩,实现飞镖靶的悬挂。飞镖靶的螺丝和挂钩在出厂时都已经配备在产品里面,背板圆周中央在出厂时也已带一个浅冲孔。这种飞镖靶在购买后需要使用者自行将螺丝扭进背板中央至一定深度,扭螺丝时如果用力控制不好,螺丝容易被倾斜地扭进背板,这会影响飞镖靶挂上挂钩后离地面高度的准确性。另外,很多情况下(如比赛结束后),使用者还需要把已挂在墙壁上的飞镖靶卸下、重新装箱打包和装运,就需要把背板中的螺丝取出,否则如果背板中间有螺丝突出,一方面使打包不方便,另一方面运输过程中背板受压会损坏麻靶和包装物;甚至有可能出现在背板受压后,背板中突出的螺丝直接被压进飞镖靶里,使得飞镖靶正面相应的位置拱起,产品无法再使用。另外,由于目前飞镖靶的背板材料大多是刨花板,反复将螺丝拧进拧出,背板中央的孔位很容易松烂。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种 飞镖靶,让使用者 能准确、轻松地在背板中央加装和取出螺丝,并能轻松地调节螺丝在背板里的深度,不需要工具协助,不伤害背板,安装、携带都很方便。
为 解决上述问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:
一种飞镖靶,包括背板,其还包括金属镶件、将金属镶件锁定在背板上的锁定件、以及固定整个飞镖靶的固定件;所述金属镶件为中空金属管,包括连接端和固定端;所述背板上设有与所述金属镶件相匹配的通孔,金属镶件过盈配合安装在上述通孔中,锁定件与金属镶件的固定端连接并将其锁定在背板上,固定件一端与金属镶件的连接端连接,其另一端在使用时固定在固定物上。
本实用新型还可以通过以下优选的方案实现:
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,本实用新型所述锁定件是从固定端管壁上延伸出背板的金属圈,金属镶件安装进背板后,通过外力将金属圈压扁扣紧在背板上。

如图1、图3所示,本实用新型所述的飞镖靶,包括背板1,其还包括金属镶件2、将金属镶件2锁定在背板1上的锁定件4、以及固定整个飞镖靶的固定件3;所述金属镶件2为中空金属管,包括连接端21和固定端22;所述背板1上设有与所述金属镶件2相匹配的通孔,金属镶件2过盈配合安装在上述通孔中,锁定件4与金属镶件2的固定端22连接并将其锁定在背板1上,固定件3一端与金属镶件2的连接端21连接,其另一端在使用时固定在固定物上。
如图1、图2所示,在本实用新型的实施例1中,本实用新型所述锁定件4是从固定端管壁上延伸出背板的金属圈,金属镶件2安装进背板1后,通过外力将金属圈压扁扣紧在背板1上。
其中实施例1的制作步骤:首先制作金属镶件,然后按照金属镶件的直径对背板进行打孔,利用气缸压力,将金属镶件压入背板中,使连接端的端口平面与背板表面平齐,固定端上的金属圈伸出背板表面,利用气缸压力和压模,将金属圈顶部压平,使金属圈如铆钉一样铆紧背板,使用时将固定件的一端连接在连接端,固定件的另一端固定在固定物(如墙壁、柱子等)上。
优选的,在上述实施例1的基础上,本实用新型所述的金属圈的高度为2-5mm,金属圈的厚度为0.2-1mm。
如图3、图4所示,在本实用新型的实施例2中,所述的锁定件4为螺丝,所述金属镶件2固定端21的内壁上设有与所述螺丝相匹配的内螺纹;金属镶件安2装进背板1后,螺丝将其固定在背板1上。
其中实施例2的制作步骤:首先制作金属镶件,然后按照金属镶件的直径对背板进行打孔,利用气缸压力,将金属镶件压入背板中,金属镶件的连接端端口与背板的表面持平,固定端的端口位于背板内,用螺丝扭紧金属镶件的固定端,利用螺纹锁紧,使用时将固定件的一端连接在连接端,固定件的另一端固定在固定物(如墙壁、柱子等)上。
在上述几种方案的基础上,优选的,本实用新型所述的金属镶件2的连接端21内壁设有内螺纹,所述固定件3为与所述内螺纹相匹配的螺钉、螺杆、螺丝中的一种。
为本实用新型的另一种优选方案,所述金属镶件2连接端的外管壁带有滚花直纹,连接端外管壁的直径大于固定端外管壁的直径,背板上通孔的直径与固定端外管壁的直径相等。由于背板一般为麻板或草板,具有一定的弹性,在外力的作用下将金属镶件打进通孔之后,金属镶件被夹紧在背板里,并且金属镶件连接端外管壁表面上的滚花直纹增加了摩擦力,在使用中金属镶件不会发生转动。
