Abstract
L'invention concerne un système pour la déshydratation dynamique d'un élément quelconque parmi toute une gamme de boues, pâtes ou eaux. Un flux de matériau est traité dans une série d'opérations distinctes pour la libération d'eau libre, le retrait d'eau supplémentaire par le vide et la compression des solides déshydratés obtenus pour obtenir un matériau sensiblement déshydraté. Une ou plusieurs cellules ouvertes sont utilisées dans une déshydratation sous vide dans une opération dynamique continue. Le système peut être intégré dans une unité emballée qui peut être installée sur un site de fonctionnement et peut être utilisé avec de multiples unités similaires pour augmenter les débits de traitement.
