バスバモジュール
 本発明は、バスバモジュールに関し、具体的にはバスバモジュールを構成する各バスバに接続された電線を外部へ引き出すための構造に関する。

 ところで、複数の電圧検出電線は収容部材に収容されて配索され、バスバモジュールの長手方向の一端側から外部へ引き出されるようになっており、収容部材にはこれら電線を引き出すための電線引出部が設けられている。電線引出部は、バスバモジュールの長手方向の一端部から平板状に伸延し、複数の電線(電線束)が載置されるようになっている。電線引出部に載置された電線は、例えば粘着テープを巻き付けることで電線引出部に固定される。しかしながら、このような粘着テープによる固定では、粘着テープで電線引出部に巻き付けられるまでは電線引出部に載置された電線束が何ら規制されないため、載置面上で位置ずれし易い。したがって、載置面上での電線束の形状が安定せず、固定作業にばらつきが生じて一定の固定強度を保てないおそれがある。また、電線引出部は、例えば先端部を両側(伸延方向と交差する方向)へ突出させて平面視略T字形状に構成することで強度の向上が図られているが、依然として平板構造をなしているため、荷重が集中的に負荷された場合などには折れ曲がってしまうおそれもある。
 本発明はこれを踏まえてなされたものであり、その解決しようとする課題は、バスバモジュールにおける電線引出部に電線束を安定して固定させるとともに、電線引出部の強度を高めることにある。

 この構成によれば、収容部材から引き出した複数の電線(電線束)を電線固定部(電線引出部)に載置して電線係止片で係止することができるため、載置した電線束を電線固定部に固定する際に、電線束を電線固定部に対して位置決めして該電線束の形状を安定させることができる。これにより、固定作業中の電線束のばらつきが抑制され、一定の固定強度を保つことが可能となる。また、電線固定部(電線引出部)が電線係止片を有することで、電線固定部を平板構造ではなく断面視略L字状の構造とすることができる。したがって、電線係止片がリブとして機能し、電線固定部に対して電線係止片の起立方向から荷重が作用された場合であっても、該荷重を電線係止片で負荷することができるため、電線固定部が折れ曲がるなどの損傷を抑制することができる。
 前記電線固定部には、前記複数の電線を前記電線固定部に固定する結束バンドを巻き付けるための切り欠きを形成してもよいし、もしくは前記結束バンドを挿通するための孔を形成してもよい。
 本発明によれば、バスバモジュールにおける電線引出部に電線束を安定して固定させることができるとともに、電線引出部の強度を高めることができる。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係るバスバモジュールの全体構成を示す斜視図である。 図2は、電線引出部の構成を示すために収容部材の一部を拡大して示す斜視図である。 図3は、複数の電線(電線束)を電線固定部に結束バンドで固定した状態を示す図である。
 以下、本発明のバスバモジュールについて、添付図面を参照して説明する。図1には、本発明の一実施形態に係るバスバモジュールの全体構成を示す。本発明のバスバモジュールは、例えば、電動モータを用いて走行する電気自動車やエンジンと電動モータを併用して走行するハイブリッド自動車等に搭載された電源装置の電池集合体の接続用回路モジュールとすることができるが、その用途はこれに限定されるものではない。
 図1に示すように、バスバモジュールは、導体平板を打ち抜き加工や折り曲げ加工等することによって形成された複数のバスバ2と、各バスバ2にそれぞれ電気的に接続される複数の電線4(図3参照)と、これら複数のバスバ2及び電線4を収容する収容部材(以下、ケースという。)6を備えている。
 バスバ2は、電池集合体(図示しない)を構成する電池の正の電極(以下、正極という。)と負の電極(同、負極という。)の間を繋いでいる。電池集合体は、正極と負極を有する複数の電池が互いに異なる極性の電極を隣り合わせて配列して構成されている。各電池は、例えば矩形や円形の平板状をなし、上部の一端側に正極、他端側に負極がそれぞれ円柱状に突出してナットが螺合可能に構成することができる。これらの電池は、正極と負極が隣り合うように交互に向きを入れ換えて配置され、一対の板状部材(エンドプレート)の間に挟み込まれる。そして、これらのエンドプレートが固定部材(帯状のバンドや金属板等)で固定されることで、複数の電池が束ねられて電池集合体が構成される。
 この場合、バスバ2は、隣り合う電池の正極及び負極が挿通される一対の孔(以下、電極孔という。)2aを有しており、例えば電極孔2aに挿通された電極(正極及び負極)にナット等を螺合させることで電池に固定できるようになっている。また、バスバ2には、電池の電圧(電極孔2aに挿通された電極間の電位差)を検出するための端子21が接続されている。端子21は、導体平板を打ち抜き加工や折り曲げ加工等することによって形成され、電線4の一端側が接続されて該電線4と電気的に導通されるようになっている。これにより、電線4は端子21を介してバスバ2に電気的に接続される。
 電線4は、例えば導電性を有する導体と、該導体の外周を覆う絶縁被覆を備えた構成とすることができる。かかる導体は複数の芯線を撚り合わせた構成であってもよいし、単一の芯線で構成されていても構わない。そして、電線4は、他端側(端子接続側とは反対側)が電圧検出回路に接続されて、電池の電圧(電極孔2aに挿通された電極間の電位差)を該電圧検出回路に出力している。
 ケース6は絶縁材で構成され、バスバ2及び電線4を収容する一対の収容部61と、一対の収容部61を連結する連結部62を有している。一対の収容部61は、正極と負極が交互に並んで電池の配列方向(図1に示すX方向)と交差する方向(同図に示すY方向)の両側で列をなす電池集合体の複数の電極に対応して、各列の電極に沿って延在しており、X方向の一端側で連結部62によって連結されて一体化されている。なお、ケース6は、上部が絶縁カバー(図示しない)で覆われるようになっている。
 収容部61は、複数のバスバ2を一つずつ嵌め込んで収容する枠状のバスバ収容部63と、各バスバ2に接続された電線4をそれぞれ配索する樋状の電線収容部65を備えて構成されている。バスバ収容部63は、各バスバ2を収容する収容体がバスバ2の数だけX方向に連結されて構成されている。電線収容部65は、バスバ収容部63の外側に該バスバ収容部63と連なって設けられており、バスバ収容部63とは反対側の側縁(外縁)に設けられた可倒式の蓋部65aで配索した複数の電線4を覆うことができるようになっている。図1には、蓋部65aを閉じて電線4を覆った状態を示している
 また、ケース6には、複数の電線4を外部へ引き出す電線引出部67が設けられている。図2は、電線引出部67の構成を示すためにケース6の一部を拡大して示す斜視図である。なお、図2には、便宜上バスバ収容部63に収容されるバスバ2及び電線収容部65に収容される電線4を省略して示すとともに、蓋部65aを開いて電線収容部65を開放した状態を示している。これにより、電線収容部65に収容して配索されている電線4は、電線引出部67から外部へ引き出され、電圧検出回路を介して接続相手側機器(例えば、電気自動車やハイブリッド自動車等に搭載される電動モータ)に接続される。
 電線引出部67は、複数の電線4を固定する平板状の電線固定部69を備えている。電線固定部69は、電線収容部65のX方向の一端部(連結部62による一対のケース6の連結側とは反対側の端部)、具体的には樋状をなす電線収容部65の底部(電線4の配索面)65bの一端部から平板状に伸延し、電線収容部65から引き出される複数の電線4(以下、電線束40という。)が載置されるようになっている。
 本実施形態において、電線固定部69は、電線束40が載置される基部69aの側縁から起立された電線係止片(以下、壁部という。)69bを有して断面視略L字状に構成されている。図2には、基部69aの外側縁から起立させて形成された壁部69bの構成例を示している。ただし、これとは逆に壁部(電線係止片)を基部69aの内側縁から起立させて形成した構成とすることも可能である。
 このように電線固定部69に壁部69bを形成することで、基部69aに載置した電線束40を壁部69bに係止することができ、載置した電線束40を電線固定部69に固定する際、電線束40を電線固定部69(基部69a)に対して位置決めして該電線束40の形状を安定させることができる。電線束40の形状を安定させることで、固定作業中の電線束40のばらつきが抑制され、一定の固定強度を保つことが可能となる。
 また、このように電線固定部69を基部69aと壁部69bで構成することで、かかる電線固定部69を断面視略L字状の構造とすることができる。したがって、電線固定部69に対してY方向から作用される荷重は基部69aで負荷することができるのみならず、Z方向から作用される荷重は壁部69bで負荷することができる。このため、例えばZ方向から荷重が作用された場合であっても壁部69bがリブとして機能し、電線固定部69が折れ曲がるなどの損傷を抑制することができる。なお、電線固定部69に対してX方向から作用される荷重は基部69a及び壁部69bの双方をリブとして確実に負荷することができる。すなわち、基部のみの平板構造と比べて電線固定部69(電線引出部67)の強度を高めることができる。
 電線束40は、例えば粘着テープを巻き付けることで電線固定部69に固定することが可能であるが、本実施形態ではより安定して固定させるため、図3に示すように結束バンド8を用いて電線束40を電線固定部69に固定している。結束バンド8は、帯状のバンド部81の一端にロック部82を有し、被結束部材(電線束40)に巻き付けたバンド部81の他端をロック部82に通して締め付け、該被結束部材を結束(緊結)する。
 このため本実施形態において、電線固定部69には結束バンド8を巻き付けるための切り欠き64が形成されている。この場合、基部69a及び壁部69bの双方に切り欠き64a,64bを形成しているが、いずれか一方のみに形成した構成とすることも可能である。また、本実施形態では一本の結束バンド8で電線束40を電線固定部69に固定する場合を想定しているため、基部69a及び壁部69bにそれぞれ一つずつ切り欠き64a,64bを形成しているが、複数本の結束バンド8で電線束40を固定することも可能であり、この場合には複数(例えば、結束バンド8と同数)の切り欠きを形成しても構わない。
 図2に示すように、基部69aの切り欠き64aと壁部69bの切り欠き64bは、結束バンド8がY方向に沿って巻き付けられるようにX方向に対する互いの位置を対応させて形成されている。切り欠き64aは、壁部69bの起立側とは反対側(図2におけるY方向に対して反対側)の基部69aの側縁(内側縁)を矩形状に切り欠いて形成されている。また、切り欠き64bは、壁部69bの幅方向(X方向)の略中間部位を略矩形状に切り欠いて形成されている。ただし、切り欠き64a,64bの形状は特に限定されず、半円形状や三角形状(V字形状)など任意の形状で構わない。また、切り欠き64a,64bは、電線固定部69に固定される電線束40が基部69aに載置された状態で、底部641,642の位置が電線束40の載置高さ(図2におけるZ方向に対する寸法)や載置幅(同図におけるY方向に対する寸法)と略同一もしくはこれらよりも僅かに小さくなる(凹む)ように、深さを設定すればよい。
 なお、本実施形態においては、結束バンド8を巻き付けるために電線固定部69に切り欠き64を形成しているが、これに代えて、結束バンド8を挿通するための孔を形成してもよい。
 このように切り欠き64(もしくは孔)を形成することで、電線固定部69に固定される電線束40を基部69aに載置した状態の載置高さよりも壁部69bの起立高さ(図3におけるZ方向に対する寸法)を高く、また電線束40の載置幅よりも基部69aの幅(同図におけるY方向の寸法)を広くしても、電線束40に巻き付けた結束バンド8を該電線束40の外周に密着させることができ、結束バンド8で電線束40を確実に結束(緊結)することができる。また、電線束40の載置高さよりも壁部69bを高く起立させることができるため、基部69aに載置した電線束40を載置高さの全高に亘って壁部69bに係止させることができ、電線束40の形状をより安定させて電線固定部69に固定することができる。
 以上、本発明を一実施形態に基づいて説明したが、上述した実施形態は本発明の例示に過ぎないものであり、本発明は上述した実施形態の構成のみに限定されるものではない。したがって、本発明の要旨の範囲で変形又は変更された形態で実施することが可能であることは、当業者にあっては明白なことであり、そのような変形又は変更された形態が本願の特許請求の範囲に属することは当然のことである。

Claims (2)

  1.  正の電極と負の電極を有する複数の電池が互いに異なる極性の電極を隣り合わせて配列されてなる電池集合体に取り付けられて、隣り合う電池の正の電極と負の電極をそれぞれ繋ぐ複数のバスバと、
     各バスバにそれぞれ電気的に接続される複数の電線と、
     前記複数のバスバと前記複数の電線を収容する収容部材とを備え、
     前記収容部材には、前記複数の電線を外部へ引き出す電線引出部が設けられ、
     前記電線引出部は、複数の電線を固定する平板状の電線固定部を備え、
     前記電線固定部は、側縁から起立された電線係止片を有することを特徴とするバスバモジュール。
  2.  前記電線固定部には、前記複数の電線を前記電線固定部に固定する結束バンドを巻き付けるための切り欠きもしくは前記結束バンドを挿通するための孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバモジュール。
