Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spannungswandler, insbesondere einen DC-DC- Wandler mit einem Wechselrichter. Der Wechselrichter weist zwei Halbbrücken auf, wobei eine Halbbrücke zwei Halbleiterschalter aufweist. Die zwei Halbbrücken sind ausgangsseitig jeweils mit einer Primärwicklung eines Transformators verbunden. Bei dem DC-DC-Wandler ist wenigstens eine Sekundärwicklung des Transformators mit einem Gleichrichter verbunden. Der DC-DC-Wandler weist eine Steuereinheit auf, wobei die Steuereinheit ausgangsseitig mit den Halbleiterschaltern der Halbbrücken, insbesondere mit Steuereingängen der Halbleiterschalter, verbunden ist und wobei die Steuereinheit ausgebildet ist, die Halbbrücken zum Erzeugen einer Wechselspannung anzusteuern. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Steuereinheit ausgebildet, eine wenigstens von einem dem Halbleiterschalter zu schaltende Spannung zu erfassen und den wenigstens einen Halbleiterschalter bei einem Spannungsnulldurchgang oder minimalen Spannungswert der Spannung leitend zu schalten.
