本发明实施例记载的移动终端调节屏幕亮度及声音的方法、 装置及移 动终端, 设置第一调节策略和第二调节策略; 获取移动终端的状态信息, 根据所述第二调节策略从所述状态信息中确定一种状态信息; 根据所确定 的一种状态信息以及所述第一调节策略, 调节所述移动终端的屏幕亮度及 声音。 如此, 可以综合移动终端的状态信息对移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音 进行调节。 附图说明

为了能够更加详尽地了解本发明的特点与技术内容, 下面结合附图对 本发明的实现进行详细阐述, 所附附图仅供参考说明之用, 并非用来限定 本发明。
本发明实施例记载了一种移动终端调节屏幕亮度及声音的方法,如图 1 所示, 所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 101 : 设置第一调节策略和第二调节策略。
优选地, 设置第一调节策略, 包括: 针对所述移动终端所处的地理位置信息, 设置与所述地理位置信息对 应的屏幕亮度及声音;
针对所述移动终端运行的应用信息, 设置与所述应用信息对应的屏幕 亮度及声音;
针对所述移动终端所处的日期信息, 设置与所述日期信息对应的屏幕 亮度及声音;
针对所述移动终端所处的时刻信息, 设置与所述时刻信息对应的屏幕 亮度及声音。
下面结合具体例子对上述设置的第一调节策略进行描述, 所调节的屏 幕亮度及声音按照等级来划分, 屏幕亮度的等级由高到低分别为 Al、 Bl、 Cl、 Dl、 El、 Fl等级, 等级越高代表屏幕的亮度越亮, 等级越低代表屏幕 的亮度越暗; 同样, 声音的等级由高到低分别为 A2、 B2、 C2、 D2、 E2、 F2等级, 等级越高代表声音越大, 等级越低代表声音越小; 本发明实施例 中, 也可以以等级越低代表屏幕的亮度越亮, 等级越高代表屏幕的亮度越 暗, 或者, 等级越低代表声音越大, 等级越高代表声音越小。
如表 1 所示, 针对所述移动终端所处的地理位置信息, 设置与所述地 理位置信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音具体为: 移动终端位于 a地区时, 设置 的屏幕亮度等级为 F1、移动终端的声音等级为 B2;移动终端位于 b地区时, 设置的屏幕亮度等级为 Bl、 移动终端的声音等级为 D2; 移动终端位于 c 地区时, 设置的屏幕亮度等级为 Al、 移动终端的声音等级为 A2。 优选地, 在不同时段对于处于同一地理位置的移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音进行不同 的设置时, 以最近一次所设置的屏幕亮度及声音作为当前移动终端的屏幕 亮度及声音。

如表 2所示, 针对所述移动终端运行的应用信息, 设置与所述应用信 息对应的屏幕亮度及声音具体为: 移动终端运行 a应用时, 设置的屏幕亮 度等级为 Cl、移动终端的声音等级为 A2; 移动终端运行 b应用时,设置的 屏幕亮度等级为 Bl、 移动终端的声音等级为 C2; 移动终端运行 c应用时, 设置的屏幕亮度等级为八、 移动终端的声音等级为 B2。 优选地, 在不同时 段对于运行同一应用的移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音进行不同的设置时, 以 最近一次所设置的屏幕亮度及声音作为当前移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音。

在实际应用时, 也可以以工作日和节 4艮日为基准来设置移动终端的屏 幕亮度及声音。
如表 4所示, 针对所述移动终端所处的时刻信息, 设置与所述时刻信 息对应的屏幕亮度及声音具体为: 移动终端处于 9时至 11时, 设置的屏幕 亮度等级为 Al、 移动终端的声音等级为 A2; 移动终端处于 14时至 16时, 设置的屏幕亮度等级为 Bl、 移动终端的声音等级为 B2; 移动终端运处于 18时至 21时, 设置的屏幕亮度及声音等级为 Cl、 移动终端的声音等级为 C2。 优选地, 在不同时段对于处于同一时刻的移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音 进行不同的设置时, 以最近一次所设置的屏幕亮度及声音作为当前移动终 端的屏幕亮度及声音。

优选地, 设置第二调节策略为设置所述状态信息的优先级, 所述设置 第二调节策略, 包括:
设置所述地理位置信息的优先级高于所述应用信息的优先级; 设置所述应用信息的优先级高于所述日期信息的优先级;
设置所述日期信息的优先级高于所述时刻信息的优先级。
这里, 也可以根据需要将状态信息的优先级设置为其它顺序。
步骤 102: 获取移动终端的状态信息, 根据所述第二调节策略从所述状 态信息中确定一种状态信息。 优选地, 所述状态信息包括以下信息的至少一种:
所述移动终端所处的地理位置信息、 所述移动终端运行的应用信息、 所述移动终端所处的日期信息、 所述移动终端所处的时刻信息。
优选地, 首先获取所述移动终端所处的地理位置信息; 其次, 获取所 述移动终端运行的应用信息; 再获取所述移动终端所处的日期信息; 最后, 获取所述移动终端所处的时刻信息。
优选地, 当获取到移动终端的一个状态信息时, 直接根据所述一个状 态信息以及所述第一调节策略, 调节移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音。 例如, 只获取到移动终端所处的时刻信息时, 根据所述时刻信息以及所述时刻信 息对应的屏幕亮度及声音等级, 调节移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音。
优选地, 当未获取到移动终端的任何状态信息时, 根据所述移动终端 外界的光强调节屏幕亮度及声音; 或者, 根据预设的默认值调节屏幕亮度 及声音。
优选地, 所述根据所述第二调节策略从所述状态信息中确定一种状态 信息, 包括:
根据所述第二调节策略对所述状态信息的优先级由高到低进行排序; 将所述状态信息中优先级最高的状态信息确定为所述一种状态信息。 这里, 在对屏幕亮度及声音进行调节之前, 需要分析所获取的状态信 息, 并根据第二调节策略对所获取的状态信息的优先级由高到低进行排序, 如此, 可以从所述状态信息中确定出优先级最高的状态信息。
例如, 所获取的状态信息包括: 移动终端运行的应用信息、 移动终端 所处的日期信息; 从这两个状态信息中确定优先级最高的状态信息为移动 终端运行的应用信息。
步骤 103: 根据所确定的一种状态信息以及所述第一调节策略, 调节所 述移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音。 优选地, 所述根据所确定的状态信息以及所述第一调节策略, 调节所 述移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音, 包括:
根据所述第一调节策略, 确定出所述优先级最高的状态信息对应的屏 幕亮度及声音;
将所述移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音调节为所述优先级最高的状态信息 对应的屏幕亮度及声音。
例如, 确定的状态信息为移动终端运行的应用信息, 且该运行的应用 信息为 c,则根据表 2可知,该运行的应用信息对应的屏幕亮度为 A1等级、 移动终端声音为 B2等级, 将移动终端的屏幕亮度调节为 A1等级、 将移动 终端的声音调节为 B2等级。
本发明实施例还记载了一种适用于上述移动终端调节屏幕亮度及声音 的方法的调节屏幕亮度及声音的装置, 如图 2所示, 所述装置包括: 第一 设置单元 21、 第二设置单元 22、 获取单元 23、 确定单元 24以及调节单元 25; 其中,
所述第一设置单元 21, 配置为设置第一调节策略;
所述第二设置单元 22, 配置为设置第二调节策略;
所述获取单元 23, 配置为获取移动终端的状态信息;
所述确定单元 24, 配置为根据所述第二调节策略从所述状态信息中确 定一种状态信息;
所述调节单元 25,配置为根据所述确定单元 24确定的一种状态信息以 及所述第一调节策略, 调节所述移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音。
优选地, 所述状态信息包括以下信息的至少一种:
所述移动终端所处的地理位置信息、 所述移动终端运行的应用信息、 所述移动终端所处的日期信息、 所述移动终端所处的时刻信息。
优选地,如图 3所示,所述第一设置单元 21包括:第一设置子单元 211、 第二设置子单元 212、第三设置子单元 213以及第四设置子单元 214;其中, 所述第一设置子单元 211,配置为针对所述移动终端所处的地理位置信 息, 设置与所述地理位置信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音;
所述第二设置子单元 212, 配置为针对所述移动终端运行的应用信息, 设置与所述应用信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音;
所述第三设置子单元 213, 配置为针对所述移动终端所处的日期信息, 设置与所述日期信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音;
所述第四设置子单元 214, 配置为针对所述移动终端所处的时刻信息, 设置与所述时刻信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音。
优选地, 所述第二设置单元 22, 还配置为设置所述状态信息的优先级; 优选地,如图 4所示,所述第二设置单元 22包括:第五设置子单元 221、 第六设置子单元 222以及第七设置子单元 223; 其中,
所述第五设置子单元 221,配置为设置所述地理位置信息的优先级高于 所述应用信息的优先级;
所述第六设置子单元 222,配置为设置所述应用信息的优先级高于所述 日期信息的优先级;
所述第七设置子单元 223,配置为设置所述日期信息的优先级高于所述 时刻信息的优先级。
优选地, 如图 5所示, 所述确定单元 24包括: 排序子单元 241以及确 定子单元 242; 其中,
所述排序子单元 241,配置为根据所述第二调节策略对所述状态信息的 优先级由高到低进行排序;
所述确定子单元 242,配置为将所述状态信息中优先级最高的状态信息 确定为所述一种状态信息。
优选地, 如图 6所示, 所述调节单元 25包括: 确定子单元 251以及调 节子单元 252; 其中,
所述确定子单元 251, 配置为根据所述第一调节策略, 确定出所述优先 级最高的状态信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音;
所述调节子单元 252,配置为将所述移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音调节为 所述优先级最高的状态信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音。
本领域技术人员应当理解, 上述调节屏幕亮度及声音的装置中的各单 元及其子单元的实现功能可参照前述移动终端调节屏幕亮度及声音的方法 的相关描述而理解。 图上述调节屏幕亮度及声音的装置中的各单元及其子 单元的实现功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现, 也可通过具体的逻 辑电路而实现。
本发明实施例还记载了一种移动终端, 所述移动终端包括上述调节屏 幕亮度及声音的装置, 所述调节屏幕亮度及声音的装置包括: 第一设置单 元 21、 第二设置单元 22、 获取单元 23、 确定单元 24以及调节单元 25; 其 中,
所述第一设置单元 21, 配置为设置第一调节策略;
所述第二设置单元 22, 配置为设置第二调节策略;
所述获取单元 23, 配置为获取移动终端的状态信息;
所述确定单元 24, 配置为根据所述第二调节策略从所述状态信息中确 定一种状态信息;
所述调节单元 25,配置为根据所述确定单元 24确定的状态信息以及所 述第一调节策略, 调节移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音。
本发明实施例还记载了一种计算机存储介质, 其中存储有计算机可执 行指令, 所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述本发明实施例记载的方法。
上述各单元可以由电子设备中的中央处理器( Central Processing Unit, CPU ), 数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor, DSP )或可编程逻辑阵 列 (Field - Programmable Gate Array, FPGA ) 实现。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端调节屏幕亮度及声音的方法, 其中, 设置第一调节策 略和第二调节策略, 所述方法包括:
获取移动终端的状态信息, 根据所述第二调节策略从所述状态信息中 确定一种状态信息;
根据所确定的一种状态信息以及所述第一调节策略, 调节所述移动终 端的屏幕亮度及声音。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述状态信息包括以下信息的 至少一种:
所述移动终端所处的地理位置信息、 所述移动终端运行的应用信息、 所述移动终端所处的日期信息、 所述移动终端所处的时刻信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 设置第一调节策略, 包括: 针对所述移动终端所处的地理位置信息, 设置与所述地理位置信息对 应的屏幕亮度及声音;
针对所述移动终端运行的应用信息, 设置与所述应用信息对应的屏幕 亮度及声音;
针对所述移动终端所处的日期信息, 设置与所述日期信息对应的屏幕 亮度及声音;
针对所述移动终端所处的时刻信息, 设置与所述时刻信息对应的屏幕 亮度及声音。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述设置第二调节策略, 包括:
设置所述地理位置信息的优先级高于所述应用信息的优先级; 设置所述应用信息的优先级高于所述日期信息的优先级; 设置所述日期信息的优先级高于所述时刻信息的优先级。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据所述第二调节策略从 所述状态信息中确定一种状态信息, 包括:
根据所述第二调节策略对所述状态信息的优先级由高到低进行排序; 将所述状态信息中优先级最高的状态信息确定为所述一种状态信息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据所确定的状态信息以 及所述第一调节策略, 调节所述移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音, 包括:
根据所述第一调节策略, 确定出所述优先级最高的状态信息对应的屏 幕亮度及声音;
将所述移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音调节为所述优先级最高的状态信息 对应的屏幕亮度及声音。
7、 一种调节屏幕亮度及声音的装置, 其中, 所述装置包括: 第一设置 单元、 第二设置单元、 获取单元、 确定单元以及调节单元; 其中,
所述第一设置单元, 配置为设置第一调节策略;
所述第二设置单元, 配置为设置第二调节策略;
所述获取单元, 配置为获取移动终端的状态信息;
所述确定单元, 配置为根据所述第二调节策略从所述状态信息中确定 一种状态信息;
所述调节单元, 配置为根据所确定的一种状态信息以及所述第一调节 策略, 调节所述移动终端的屏幕亮度及声音。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述状态信息包括以下信息的 至少一种:
所述移动终端所处的地理位置信息、 所述移动终端运行的应用信息、 所述移动终端所处的日期信息、 所述移动终端所处的时刻信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述第一设置单元包括: 第一 设置子单元、 第二设置子单元、 第三设置子单元以及第四设置子单元; 其 中,
所述第一设置子单元, 配置为针对所述移动终端所处的地理位置信息, 设置与所述地理位置信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音;
所述第二设置子单元, 配置为针对所述移动终端运行的应用信息, 设 置与所述应用信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音;
所述第三设置子单元, 配置为针对所述移动终端所处的日期信息, 设 置与所述日期信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音;
所述第四设置子单元, 配置为针对所述移动终端所处的时刻信息, 设 置与所述时刻信息对应的屏幕亮度及声音。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述第二设置单元包括: 第五设置子单元、 第六设置子单元以及第七设置子单元; 其中,
所述第五设置子单元, 配置为设置所述地理位置信息的优先级高于所 述应用信息的优先级;
所述第六设置子单元, 配置为设置所述应用信息的优先级高于所述日 期信息的优先级;
所述第七设置子单元, 配置为设置所述日期信息的优先级高于所述时 刻信息的优先级。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述确定单元包括: 排序子 单元以及确定子单元; 其中,

13、 一种移动终端, 其中, 所述移动终端包括权利要求 7至 12任一项 所述的调节屏幕亮度及声音的装置。
14、 一种计算机存储介质, 其中存储有计算机可执行指令, 所述计算 机可执行指令用于执行所述权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法。
