如图 5至 7,下基体 21的左右两端分别设有滑槽孔 20以及与各滑槽孔 滑动配合的圆柱形锁销 19, 与左侧的滑槽孔 20配合的锁销 19外端与固定 块三 29固定连接, 该锁销 19的内端滑动配合于下滑块 13的 U形槽 18内; 与右侧的滑槽孔 20配合的锁销 19外端与固定块四 30固定连接; 固定块三 29与固定块四 30通过连杆 16固定连接,该连杆 16滑动配合于下侧导轨的 滑槽 25中。
如图 4所示, 所述上、 下基体上分别设有多个锯齿 27, 导轨上设有与 所述锯齿相配合的用于开窗后限定活动玻璃位置的锯形齿 24; 所述上、 下 基体上的锯齿 27分布于两个用于对活动玻璃进行关窗定位的定位凸块 28 上, 导轨上设有用于与所述定位凸块相配合的两个定位槽 23。
所述各锁销 19上设有凸台与各滑槽孔 20的内端面配合, 用于限制上、 下基体的垂直位置, 防止活动玻璃在开关窗过程中跌落。
所述胶条 6的作用在于密封内窗框 22与窗玻璃 2, 防止雨水与灰尘进 入车窗内侧, 由于关闭车窗后, 活动窗与窗玻璃 2 处于同一平面, 胶条 6 的密封效果较现有的重叠推拉式车窗的密封效果更好。 同时关闭车窗后, 活动窗与窗玻璃 2处于同一平面, 其外形更美观。
该车用齐平式推拉窗, 开闭车窗过程只需使用较小力气, 方便实用, 解决了现有重叠推拉式车窗为了密封加厚胶条导致的车窗开闭费劲的问 题。
上述车用推拉窗的工作方法, 包括:
需要开启处于关闭状态的推拉窗时, 向左拉动把手 9, 由于导轨 3上的 一对定位槽 23分别对上基体 5上的一对定位凸块 28的限制, 使把手齿条 10带动齿轮 11在滑动齿条 14上滚动, 上滑块 12向左位移并通过 U形槽 18带动上基体 5右端的锁销 19及固定块二 26向左位移; 由于所述上基体 5上的连杆 16滑动配合于导轨的滑槽中, 连杆 16带动固定块一 17及所述 上基体 5左端的锁销 19向左位移, 所述上基体 5上的两个锁销 19相对各 滑槽孔 20滑动位移, 使上基体 5相对所述导轨垂直向内位移。
在上滑块 12向左位移的同时, 拉丝 7带动下滑块 13向右位移, 下滑 块 13通过 U形槽 18带动下基体 21左端的锁销 19及固定块三 29向右位移, 下基体 21上的连杆 16带动固定块四 30及下基体 21右端的锁销 19向右位 移, 由于下基体 21的滑槽孔方向与上基体 5的滑槽孔相反,所述下基体 21 的两个锁销 19向右位移且与各滑槽孔 20滑动配合, 使下基体 21相对所述 导轨 3垂直向内位移; 进而使活动玻璃 8向内位移, 继续向左拉动把手 9, 车窗开启。
松开把手 9后, 在压簧 15的回弹力作用下, 上滑块 12向右移动, 下 滑块 13向左移动, 上、 下基体 5、 21将向外位移并压紧在所述导轨 3上, 设置在所述上、 下基体 5、 21上的锯齿 27分别与设于一对导轨 3上的锯形 齿 24彼此配合, 使所述活动玻璃 8锁止在所述导轨 3的相应位置上。
关闭推拉窗时, 往左拉住把手 9并让活动玻璃 8从导轨 3上解锁, 然 后向右移动上述活动玻璃 8, 当活动玻璃 8移至使所述的一对定位凸块 28 分别与相应的定位槽 23对齐时,松开把手 9; 在所述压簧 15的回弹力作用 下, 上滑块 12向右移动, 下滑块 13向左移动, 上、 下基体 5、 21相对所 述导轨 3垂直向外位移, 并使所述活动玻璃 8密封配合在所述窗玻璃 2上 的通风孔中。
显然, 上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例, 而并非是 对本发明的实施方式的限定。 对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说, 在上述 说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。 这里无需也无法对 所有的实施方式予以穷举。 而这些属于本发明的精神所引伸出的显而易见 的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种车用推拉窗, 其特征在于包括:
窗玻璃(2);
导轨(3), 设于该窗玻璃 (2) 的内侧;
滑动机构, 滑动配合于所述导轨(3 ) 上;
活动玻璃(8), 与所述滑动机构固定连接, 所述窗玻璃(2)上设有用 于与该活动玻璃(8)相密封配合的通风孔;
所述活动玻璃 (8)通过所述滑动机构在所述导轨(3 )上位移至与所 述通风孔相对齐的位置时, 适于相对所述窗玻璃(2)垂直位移并密封配合 在所述通风孔中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的车用推拉窗, 其特征在于: 所述导轨(3) 为平行设于窗玻璃 (2) 内侧的一对;
所述滑动机构包括分别滑动配合于所述的一对导轨(3 )上的上、 下基 体(5、 21 );上、下基体(5、 21 )的滑槽中分别滑动配合有上、下滑块(12、 13 ), 上、 下滑块 (12、 13 ) 上分别固定设有锁销 (19), 该对锁销 (19) 分别与上、 下基体(5、 21 )上的滑槽孔 (20)滑动配合;
上、 下基体(5、 21 )上的滑槽孔(20)与所述的一对锁销(19)相对 位移时, 能使所述活动玻璃(8)相对所述窗玻璃(2)垂直位移。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的车用推拉窗, 其特征在于: 所述上、 下基体 (5、 21 )上分别设有锯齿(27), 所述的一对导轨(3 )上设有分别与所述 上、 下基体(5、 21 )上的锯齿(27)相配合的用于开窗后限定所述活动玻 璃 (8)位置的锯形齿 (24);
所述上、 下基体上的锯齿 (27) 分布于至少一个定位凸块 (28) 上, 所述的一对导轨(3)上设有用于与所述定位凸块(28)相配合的、 用于对 活动玻璃 (8)进行关窗定位的定位槽(23 )。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的车用推拉窗, 其特征在于: 所述上、 下滑块 ( 12、 13 )通过拉丝 (7)连接, 以使所述上、 下基体(5、 21 ) 上的滑槽 孔(20) 分别与所述的一对锁销 (19)相对同步位移。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的车用推拉窗, 其特征在于: 所述上基体(5) 与上滑块(12)之间、 下基体(21 ) 与下滑块(13 )之间设有压簧(15)。 权利要求书
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的车用推拉窗, 其特征在于: 所述上基体(5) 上滑动配合有把手 (9), 把手 (9) 上设有把手齿条 (10); 上基体(5 ) 上 设有滑动齿条 (14); 所述上滑块 (12) 上的固定轴上设有齿轮 (11 ), 该 齿轮 (11 ) 与所述把手齿条 (10) 及滑动齿条 (14) 啮合。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的车用推拉窗, 其特征在于: 所述上、 下基体 (5、 21 ) 上的滑槽孔 (20) 具有分布于上、 下基体 (5、 21 ) 左、 右两端 的一对; 分别与所述的一对滑槽孔 (20)滑动配合的一对锁销 (19) 平行分布, 各锁销 (19) 的外端分别连接有固定块, 同侧的一对固定块通过连杆 (16) 固定连接, 各连杆 (16) 滑动配合在同侧的导轨上的滑槽 (25 ) 中; 所述 上、 下滑动块上设有 U形槽 (18), 各锁销 (19) 活动配合于相应的 U形
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的车用推拉窗, 其特征在于: 所述活动玻璃密 封配合在所述通风孔中时, 所述活动玻璃的外侧面与窗玻璃的外侧面齐平。
9、 一种车用推拉窗的工作方法, 其特征在于包括:
需要幵启处于关闭状态的推拉窗时, 向左拉动把手(9), 由于导轨(3 ) 上的一对定位槽(23 )分别对上基体(5)上的一对定位凸块(28)的限制, 使把手齿条 (10) 带动齿轮 (11 ) 在滑动齿条 (14) 上滚动, 上滑块 (12) 向左位移并通过 U形槽 (18) 带动上基体 (5 ) 右端的锁销 (19) 及固定 块二 (26) 向左位移; 由于所述上基体 (5) 上的连杆 (16)滑动配合于导 轨的滑槽中, 连杆 (16) 带动固定块一 (17)及所述上基体(5) 左端的锁 销(19)向左位移,所述上基体(5)上的两个锁销(19)相对各滑槽孔(20) 滑动位移, 使上基体 (5 ) 相对所述导轨 (3 ) 垂直向内位移;
在上滑块 (12) 向左位移的同时, 拉丝 (7) 带动下滑块(13 ) 向右位 移, 下滑块 (13 ) 通过 U形槽 (18) 带动下基体 (21 ) 左端的锁销 (19) 及固定块三 (29) 向右位移, 下基体 (21 ) 上的连杆 (16) 带动固定块四 (30) 及下基体 (21 ) 右端的锁销 (19) 向右位移, 由于下基体 (21 ) 的 滑槽孔方向与上基体(5)的滑槽孔相反,所述下基体(21 )的两个锁销(19) 向右位移且与各滑槽孔(20)滑动配合, 使下基体(21 )相对所述导轨(3 ) 权利要求书 垂直向内位移; 进而使活动玻璃 (8) 向内位移, 继续向左拉动把手(9), 车窗开启;
松开把手(9)后, 在压簧(15) 的回弹力作用下, 上滑块(12) 向右 移动, 下滑块(13) 向左移动, 上、 下基体(5、 21)将向外位移并压紧在 所述导轨 (3) 上, 设置在所述上、 下基体 (5、 21) 上的锯齿 (27) 分别 与设于一对导轨 (3) 上的锯形齿 (24)彼此配合, 使所述活动玻璃 (8) 锁止在所述导轨(3) 的相应位置上。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的车用推拉窗的工作方法, 其特征在于还包 括:
关闭推拉窗时, 往左拉住把手(9)并让活动玻璃(8)从导轨(3)上 解锁, 然后向右移动上述活动玻璃(8), 当活动玻璃(8)移至使所述的一 对定位凸块 (28) 分别与相应的定位槽 (23)对齐时, 松开把手 (9); 在 所述压簧(15) 的回弹力作用下, 上滑块(12) 向右移动, 下滑块 (13) 向左移动, 上、 下基体(5、 21)相对所述导轨(3) 垂直向外位移, 并使 所述活动玻璃(8)密封配合在所述窗玻璃 (2)上的通风孔中。
