Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种基于内容分发网络的广告推送方法,包括:接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求,并根据所述内容请求定位所述目标资源;向所述目标资源的内容提供商服务器获取所述目标资源对应的第一广告呈现策略;根据所述第一广告呈现策略生成预置的待推送广告的第二广告呈现策略;向所述用户终端返回所述目标资源,并至少根据该第二广告呈现策略和目标资源和待推送广告的路径信息生成所述目标资源和所述待推送广告的内容分发策略。按照所述内容分发策略的指示推送所述预置的待推送广告和目标资源。采用本发明,能通过CDN系统推送广告,增加运营商收入。

Description

一种 CDN系统、 广告推送系统及广告推送方法 技术领域
本发明涉及互联网领域, 尤其涉及一种基于内容分发网络的广告推送方 法、 CDN系统及广告推送系统。 背景技术
CDN的全称是 Content Delivery Network, 即内容分发网络。其目的是通 过在现有的 Internet中增加一层新的网络架构, 将网站的内容分发到最接近 用户的网络"边缘", 使用户可以就近取得所需的内容, 解决 Internet 网络拥 挤的状况, 提高用户访问网站的响应速度。 从技术上全面解决由于网络带宽 小、 用户访问量大、 网点分布不均等原因所造成的用户访问网站响应速度慢 的问题。
CDN是一种新型的网络构建方式, 它是为能在传统的 IP网分发宽带多 媒体内容而特别优化的网络覆盖层; 而从广义的角度, CDN代表了一种基 于质量与秩序的网络服务模式。 简单地说, 内容分发网络 (CDN)是一个经策 略性部署的整体系统, 包括分布式存储、 负载均衡、 网络请求的重定向和内 容管理 4个要件, 而内容管理和全局的网络流量管理 (Traffic Management)是 CDN的核心所在。 通过用户就近获取内容和服务器负载的判断, CDN确保 内容以一种极为高效的方式为用户的请求提供服务。 总的来说, 内容服务基 于緩存服务器, 也称作代理緩存 (Surrogate), 它位于网络的边缘同时, 代理 緩存是内容提供商服务器(通常位于 CDN服务提供商的数据中心) 的一个 透明镜像。 这样的架构使得 CDN服务提供商能够代表他们客户, 即内容供 应商, 向最终用户提供尽可能好的体验, 而这些用户是不能容忍请求响应时 间有任何延迟的。 据统计, 釆用 CDN技术, 能处理整个网站页面的 70% ~ 95 %的内容访问量, 减轻服务器的压力, 提升了网站的性能和可扩展性。
在现有技术中, CDN系统仅为内容提供商提高加速服务, CDN系统只 是根据用户的访问请求被动的分发, 并没有利用 CDN系统推送广告的技术 方法, 如何利用 CDN系统推送广告是目标研究的热点。 发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种基于内容分发网络的 广告推送方法、 CDN系统及广告推送系统。 可解决现有技术中基于 CDN系 统的运营商服务器无法推送广告的不足。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种基于内容分发网络的 广告推送方法, 包括:
运营商服务器的控制器接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求, 其中, 运营商服务器包括控制器和若干个节点服务器;
运营商服务器的控制器根据所述内容请求获取所述目标资源对应的第 一广告呈现策略, 其中, 该第一广告呈现策略为内容提供商服务器配置的广 告的呈现方式;
根据所述第一广告呈现策略生成所述运营商服务器配置的待推送广告 的第二广告呈现策略, 并并至少根据该第二广告呈现策略、 所述目标资源的 路径信息和所述待推送广告的路径信息生成该目标资源和所述待推送广告 的内容分发策略;
根据所述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推送所述目标资源和所 述待推送广告。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述根据所述第一广告呈现策略生成所述 运营商服务器配置的待推送广告的第二广告呈现策略的步骤包括:
获取所述运营商服务器中保存的用户偏好信息;
根据所述用户偏好信息和所述第一广告呈现策略生成该运营商服务器 配置的待推送广告的第二广告呈现策略。
结合第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中, 在第二种可能的实现方式 中, 所述运营商服务器的控制器根据所述内容请求获取所述目标资源对应的 第一广告呈现策略的步骤包括:
根据预定义的接口接收内容提供商服务器上报的所述目标资源对应的 第一广告呈现策略; 或
釆用网络爬虫获取内容提供商服务器中所述目标资源对应的第一广告 呈现策略。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式, 在第三种可能的实现方式中, 所述运营商服务器的控制器接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求的步骤 之前, 还包括:
接收上传待推送广告的上传请求, 并将该待推送广告存储在运营商服务 器的各个节点服务器中。
结合第一方面至第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式中的任一种,在第四 种可能的实现方式中, 所述根据所述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推 送所述目标资源和所述待推送广告的步骤包括:

结合第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式中的任一种,在第五种可能的实 现方式中, 所述确定所述目标资源在所述运营商服务器的节点服务器中的位 置的步骤包括:
根据所述内容请求判断所述运营商服务器的节点服务器中是否存在所 述目标资源, 若为是, 则定位到所述目标资源, 若为否, 则向所述内容提供 商服务器请求该所述目标资源。
本发明第二方面提供了一种内容分发网络 CDN系统, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求;
获取模块, 用于根据所述内容请求获取所述目标资源对应的第一广告呈 现策略, 其中, 该第一广告呈现策略为内容提供商服务器配置的广告的呈现 方式;
生成模块, 用于根据所述第一广告呈现策略生成运营商服务器配置的待 推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 并至少根据该第二广告呈现策略、 所述目标 资源的路径信息和所述待推送广告的路径信息生成该目标资源和所述待推 送广告的内容分发策略;

本发明第三方面提供了一种广告推送系统, 包括内容提供商服务器、 用 户终端、广告服务器和第二方面至第二方面的第四种可能的实现方式中的任 一种内容分发网络系统。
在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述内容分发网络系统中的节点服务器部 署在核心网 CN和 /或无线接入网 WAN中。
实施本发明实施例, 具有如下有益效果:
运营商服务器接收到用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求, 获取该目标资 源对应的第一广告呈现策略, 并根据该第一广告呈现策略生成运营商服务器 预置的推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 同时根据第二广告呈现策略、 目标资 源的路径信息和待推送广告的路径信息生成内容分发策略, 并根据内容分发 策略的指示向用户终端推送广告和目标资源。 通过本发明, 基于内容分发网 络的运营商服务器能部署自己的广告, 同时也考虑内容提供商对广告部署的 策略, 不影响用户对内容提供商业务的访问, 同时能给运营商增加广告收入 来源, 节省内容分发网络部署的成本。 附图说明

参见图 1, 为本发明实施例的一种基于内容分发网络的广告推送方法的 流程示意图, 该方法包括:
步骤 101、 运营商服务器的控制器接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请 求。 具体的,本实施例中,运营商服务器部署有 CND系统,该 CDN( Content Delivery Network, 内容分发网络, 简称 CDN ) 系统是通过在网络各处放置 节点服务器所构成的在现有互联网基础上的一层只 Overlay (叠加) 网络, CDN 系统能够实时地根据网络流量和各节点的连接、 负载状况及用户的距 离和响应时间等综合信息将用户的请求重新定向到离用户近的节点服务器 上。 运营商服务器中的控制器接收到用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求, 目 标资源的原始文件存储在内容提供商服务器中, CDN 系统的节点服务器中 緩存有该目标文件的副本。 例如, 目标资源为视频文件, 运营商服务器的控 制器用于对部署在 C D系统中的各节点服务器进行控制和管理。 控制器接 收到用户终端获取视频文件的内容请求, 该内容请求中包括该视频文件的网 络地址, 控制器解析该请求得到视频文件的网络地址。
步骤 102、 运营商服务器的控制器根据所述内容请求获取所述目标资源 对应的第一广告呈现策略。
具体的, 第一广告呈现策略为内容提供商服务器配置的广告在用户终端 上的呈现方式, 例如, 第一广告呈现策略用于表示广告的播出时刻和结束时 刻及广告窗口大小、 位置和内容等信息, 运营商服务器向用户终端推送用户 请求的目标资源的同时按照内容提供商配置的第一广告呈现策略的指示将 广告推送至用户终端。 可以理解的是, 该第一广告呈现策略可以保存在内容 提供商指定的广告服务器中。
步骤 103、 根据所述第一广告呈现策略生成所述运营商服务器配置的待 推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 并并至少根据该第二广告呈现策略、 所述目 标资源的路径信息和所述待推送广告的路径信息生成该目标资源和所述待 推送广告的内容分发策略。
具体的, 第二广告呈现策略为运营商服务器配置的待推送广告在用户终 端的广告展示方式, 运营商服务器在其各节点服务器中预置有待推送广告, 控制器根据内容提供商服务器中所述目标资源的第一广告呈现策略生成待 推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 该第二广告呈现策略同样包括广告播出时 刻、 广告结束时刻、 广告窗口大小、 广告窗口位置及广告内容等信息, 为了 避免广告的播出小,第二广告呈现策略中的信息一般不同于第一广告呈现策 略。 步骤 104、 根据所述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推送所述目标 资源和所述目标资源和所述待推送广告。
具体的,运营商服务器的节点服务器接收到控制器下发的内容分发 策略后,按照该内容分发策略向用户终端推送运营商服务器配置的待推送广 告和所述目标资源, 该内容分发策略包括所述推送广告和目标资源的播出时 间和显示位置等信息,控制器在离用户较近的节点服务器中存储的目标资源 返回至用户终端。
实施本发明实施例,运营商服务器接收到用户终端获取目标资源的内容 请求, 获取该目标资源对应的第一广告呈现策略, 并根据该第一广告呈现策 略生成运营商服务器预置的推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 并至少根据该第 二广告呈现策略、所述目标资源的路径信息和所述待推送广告的路径信息生 成该目标资源和所述待推送广告的内容分发策略, 并根据内容分发策略的指 示向用户终端推送广告和目标资源。 通过本发明, 基于内容分发网络的运营 商服务器能部署自己的广告, 同时也考虑内容提供商对广告部署的策略, 不 影响用户对内容提供商业务的访问, 同时能给运营商增加广告收入来源, 节 省内容分发网络部署的成本。

步骤 201、 接收上传待推送广告的上传请求, 并将该待推送广告存储在 运营商服务器的各个节点服务器中。
具体的, 广告服务器中有广告提供商预置的各类型的广告, 运营商服务 器的控制器接收到广告服务器上传待推送广告的上传请求,将该待推送广告 存储在基于内容分发网络的运营商服务器的各个节点服务器中, 节点服务器 中保存的待推送广告为广告服务器中的副本。
步骤 202、 运营商服务器的控制器接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请 求。
步骤 203、 根据预定的接口接收内容提供商服务器上报的所述目标资源 对应的第一广告呈现策略; 或釆用网络爬虫获取内容提供商服务器中所述目 标资源对应的第一广告呈现策略。
步骤 204、 获取所述运营商服务器中保存的用户偏好信息。 具体的,运营商服务器的控制器接收到用户终端获取目标资源的内容请 求, 该内容请求中包括用户偏好信息, 该用户偏好信息获取可以通过用户访 问的历史记录中目标资源的种类来确定, 例如用户在某一段时间内请求的目 标资源为球赛, 则确定用户偏好信息为体育; 也可以通过用户的注册资料中 获取, 例如用户注册资料中填写感兴趣的行业为房地产, 则因此确定用户的 偏好信息。 控制器获取用户偏好信息的方法也可以是, 接收到用户请求后, 根据该请求中用户的身份信息,再向存储用于偏好信息的服务器获取该用户 偏好信息。
步骤 205、 根据所述内容请求判断所述 CDN系统中是否存在所述目标 资源。
具体的, 若判断为是, 执行步骤 206, 若判断为否, 执行步骤 207。 步骤 206、 确定所述目标资源在所述运营商服务器的节点服务器中的位 置。
步骤 208、 根据所述第一广告呈现策略生成所述运营商服务器配置的待 推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 并至少根据该第二广告呈现策略、 所述目标 资源的路径信息和所述待推送广告的路径信息生成该目标资源和所述待推 送广告的内容分发策略。
步骤 209、 根据所述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推送所述目标 资源和所述目标资源和所述待推送广告。

接收模块 11, 用于接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求。 具体的, CDN ( Content Delivery Network, 内容分发网络, 简称 CDN ) 系统是通过在网络各处放置节点服务器所构成的在现有互联网基础上的一 层只能虚拟网络, CDN 系统能够实时地根据网络流量和各节点的连接、 负 载状况及用户的距离和响应时间等综合信息将用户的请求重新导向离用户 最近的节点服务器上。 接收模块 11接收到用户终端获取目标资源的内容请 求, 目标资源的原始文件存储在内容提供商服务器中, CDN 系统的节点服 务器中緩存有该目标文件的副本。 例如, 目标资源为视频文件。接收模块 11 接收到用户终端获取视频文件的内容请求, 该内容请求包括该视频文件的网 络地址, 接收模块 11解析该内容请求中目标资源的网络地址。
获取模块 12,用于根据所述内容请求获取所述目标资源对应的第一广告 呈现策略, 其中, 该第一广告呈现策略为内容提供商服务器配置的广告的呈 现方式。
具体的, 基于 CDN系统的内容提供商服务器在向用户提供服务的同时 会按照一定的策略将广告内容推送至用户终端, 第一广告呈现策略用于标示 内容提供商部署的广告的呈现方式, 例如广告播出时刻和结束时刻及广告窗 口大小、 位置和内容等信息。 获取模块 12向所述目标资源的内容提供商服 务器获取所述目标资源对应的第一广告呈现策略。
生成模块 13,用于根据所述第一广告呈现策略生成运营商服务器配置的 待推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 并至少根据该第二广告呈现策略、 所述目 标资源的路径信息和所述待推送广告的路径信息生成该目标资源和所述待 推送广告的内容分发策略。
具体的, CDN 系统在其各节点服务器中预置了待推送广告, 生成模块

推送模块 14,用于根据所述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推送所 述目标资源和所述待推送广告。
具体的, 推送模块 14在离用户最近的节点服务器中存储的目标资源返 回至用户终端, 并按照内容分发策略的指示在用户终端界面指定位置推送预 置的待推送广告和目标资源。
实施本发明实施例,运营商服务器接收到用户终端获取目标资源的内容 请求, 获取该目标资源对应的第一广告呈现策略, 并根据该第一广告呈现策 略生成运营商服务器预置的推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 同时至少根据第 二广告呈现策略、所述目标资源的路径信息和所述待推送广告的路径信息生 成内容分发策略, 并根据内容分发策略的指示向用户终端推送广告和目标资 源。 通过本发明, 基于内容分发网络的运营商服务器能部署自己的广告, 同 时也考虑内容提供商对广告部署的策略, 不影响用户对内容提供商业务的访 问, 同时能给运营商增加广告收入来源, 节省内容分发网络部署的成本。

配置模块 15,用于接收上传待推送广告的上传请求,并将该待推送广告 存储在运营商服务器的各个节点服务器中。
具体的, 广告服务器中有广告提供商预置的各类型的广告, 配置模块 15 接收到广告服务器上传待推送广告的上传请求,将该待推送广告存储在基于 内容分发网络的运营商服务器的各个节点服务器中, 节点服务器中保存的待 推送广告为广告服务器中的副本。
其中, 生成模块 13包括:
获取单元 131, 用于获取所述运营商服务器中保存的用户偏好信息; 生成单元 132, 用于根据所述用户偏好信息和所述第一广告呈现策略生 成该运营商服务器配置的待推送广告的第二广告呈现策略。

CDN系统 1的控制器 11接收广告服务器上传待推送广告的上传请求, 并将所述待推送广告存储在内容分发网络 CDN系统的各个节点服务器中, CDN系统的各节点服务器可以部署在核心网 CN12和 /或无线接入网 WAN13 中。 CDN系统 1的控制器 11接收用户终端 2获取目标资源的内容请求, 并 根据所述内容请求定位所述目标资源, 向所述目标资源的内容提供商服务器 4获取所述目标资源对应的第一广告呈现策略, 根据所述第一广告呈现策略 生成预置的待推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 向所述用户终端 2返回所述目 标资源, 并至少根据第二广告呈现策略、 所述目标资源和所述待推送广告的 路径信息生成内容分发策略, CDN 系统的控制器按照所述内容分发策略的 指示向用户终端推送目标资源和预置的待推送广告。 其中, 参见图 9, 内容 提供商服务器中目标资源的副本也可以同时部署在另一个第三方 CDN系统 5中, 以实现不同网络运营商之间的网络互通, 提高用户访问速度。 实施本发明实施例,运营商服务器接收到用户终端获取目标资源的内容 请求, 获取该目标资源对应的第一广告呈现策略, 并根据该第一广告呈现策 略生成运营商服务器预置的推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 同时至少根据第 二广告呈现策略、所述目标资源和所述待推送广告的路径信息生成内容分发 策略, 并根据内容分发策略的指示向用户终端推送广告和目标资源。 通过本 发明, 基于内容分发网络的运营商服务器能部署自己的广告, 同时也考虑内 容提供商对广告部署的策略, 不影响用户对内容提供商业务的访问, 同时能 给运营商增加广告收入来源, 节省内容分发网络部署的成本。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体 ( ead-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存 4诸 i己忆体 ( andom Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本 发明之权利范围, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部 分流程, 并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种基于内容分发网络的广告推送方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 运营商服务器的控制器接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求, 其中, 运营商服务器包括控制器和若干个节点服务器;
运营商服务器的控制器根据所述内容请求获取所述目标资源对应的第 一广告呈现策略, 其中, 该第一广告呈现策略为内容提供商服务器配置的广 告的呈现方式;
根据所述第一广告呈现策略生成所述运营商服务器配置的待推送广告 的第二广告呈现策略, 并至少根据该第二广告呈现策略、 所述目标资源的路 径信息和所述待推送广告的路径信息生成该目标资源和所述待推送广告的 内容分发策略;
根据所述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推送所述目标资源和所 述待推送广告。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的推送方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述第一广 告呈现策略生成所述运营商服务器配置的待推送广告的第二广告呈现策略 的步骤包括:
获取所述运营商服务器中保存的所述用户偏好信息;
根据所述用户偏好信息和所述第一广告呈现策略生成该运营商服务器 配置的待推送广告的第二广告呈现策略。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的推送方法, 其特征在于, 所述运营商服务器的 控制器根据所述内容请求获取所述目标资源对应的第一广告呈现策略的步 骤包括:
根据预定义的接口接收内容提供商服务器上报的所述目标资源对应的 第一广告呈现策略; 或
釆用网络爬虫获取内容提供商服务器中所述目标资源对应的第一广告 呈现策略。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的推送方法, 其特征在于, 所述运营商服务器的 控制器接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求的步骤之前, 还包括:
接收上传待推送广告的上传请求, 并将该待推送广告存储在运营商服务 器的各个节点服务器中。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的推送方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所 述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推送所述目标资源和所述待推送广 告的步骤包括:
确定所述目标资源在所述运营商服务器的节点服务器中的位置; 根据所述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推送该目标资源和所述 待推送广告。
6、 如权利要求 5任所述的推送方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定所述目标 资源在所述运营商服务器的节点服务器中的位置的步骤包括:
根据所述内容请求判断所述运营商服务器的节点服务器中是否存在所 述目标资源, 若为是, 则定位到所述目标资源, 若为否, 则向所述内容提供 商服务器请求该所述目标资源。
7、 一种内容分发网络 CDN系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户终端获取目标资源的内容请求;
获取模块, 用于根据所述内容请求获取所述目标资源对应的第一广告呈 现策略, 其中, 该第一广告呈现策略为内容提供商服务器配置的广告的呈现 方式;
生成模块, 用于根据所述第一广告呈现策略生成运营商服务器配置的待 推送广告的第二广告呈现策略, 并至少根据该第二广告呈现策略、 所述目标 资源的路径信息和所述待推送广告的路径信息生成该目标资源和所述待推 送广告的内容分发策略;
推送模块, 用于根据所述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推送所述 目标资源和所述待推送广告。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的内容分发网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述生成模 块包括:
获取单元, 用于获取所述运营商服务器中保存的用户偏好信息; 生成单元, 用于根据所述用户偏好信息和所述第一广告呈现策略生成该 运营商服务器配置的待推送广告的第二广告呈现策略。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的内容分发网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述获取模 块包括:
接收单元, 用于根据预定义的接口接收内容提供商服务器上报的所述目 标资源对应的第一广告呈现策略; 或
爬取单元, 用于釆用网络爬虫获取内容提供商服务器中所述目标资源对 应的第一广告呈现策略。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的内容分发网络系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 配置模块, 用于接收上传待推送广告的上传请求, 并将该待推送广告存 储在运营商服务器的各个节点服务器中。
11、如权利要求 7-10任一项所述的内容分发网络系统, 其特征在于, 所 述推送模块包括:
定位单元, 用于确定所述目标资源在所述运营商服务器的节点服务器中 的位置;
推送单元, 用于根据所述内容分发策略的指示向所述用户终端推送该目 标资源和所述待推送广告。
12、 一种广告推送系统, 其特征在于, 包括内容提供商服务器、 用户终 端、 广告服务器和如权利要求 7-11任一项所述的内容分发网络系统。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的广告推送系统, 其特征在于, 所述内容分发 系统中的节点服务器部署在核心网 CN和 /或无线接入网 WAN中。
