Abstract

L'invention porte principalement sur un démarreur (30) à lanceur pour moteur thermique de véhicule automobile comportant: - un pignon d'entraînement (32) pour engrènement avec une couronne dentée de démarrage (35) d'un moteur thermique, - un entraîneur (81 ) monté sur un arbre d'entraînement (33), - un embrayage (82) à friction intercalé entre l'entraîneur (81 ) et le pignon d'entraînement (32) comprenant un élément de réaction (91 ) solidaire en rotation du pignon d'entraînement (32) et un élément de pression (92) solidaire en rotation de l'entraîneur (81 ) mobile par rapport à l'élément de réaction (91 ), et - un levier de commande (65) comportant une portion, dite portion de poussée (174), apte à pousser l'entraîneur (81 ) pour faire passer l'embrayage (82) d'un état déverrouillé dans lequel l'entraîneur (81 ) et le pignon d'entraînement (32) sont désaccouplés en rotation l'un par rapport à l'autre à un état verrouillé dans lequel le pignon d'entraînement (32) et l'entraîneur (81 ) sont accouplés l'un avec l'autre. Conformément à l'invention, un élément intermédiaire (181, 181 ') est monté entre la portion de poussée (174) du levier de commande (65) et l'entraîneur (81 ), cet élément intermédiaire étant tel qu'au moins une partie dudit élément intermédiaire en contact direct ou indirect avec la portion de poussée (174) du levier de commande tourne au moins trois fois moins vite que l'entraîneur lorsque l'embrayage (81 ) est dans l'état verrouillée.
