如图 5本发明第二实施例所提供的一种接插件组件, 包括两个电气接插座 301、 401 , 该两个电气接插座 301、 401相互公母配合, 其中的一个电气接插座 401为固定座, 另一个电气接插座 301为活动座, 其特征在于: 还包括用于驱动 活动座 301沿自身拔插方向直线滑动的拔插驱动机构;
所述拔插驱动机构包括一载板 304、 一传动齿条 309;
所述传动齿条 309与活动座 301固接, 传动齿条 309是一平行于活动座拔 插方向的直线形硬质齿条;
所述载板 304上置有一能转动的驱动齿轮 306,该驱动齿轮 306与传动齿条 309啮合。
本发明第二实施例中, 所述载板 304上固定有一限位轮 307, 传动齿条 309 上开设有一平行于活动座拔插方向的直条形限位凹槽,所述限位轮 307以活动配 合方式嵌入传动齿条 309上的限位凹口内。
本发明第二实施例中,所述载板 304上固定有两根定位导杆 302,该两根定 位导杆 302均为平行于活动座拔插方向的直杆,所述固定座 401上开设有供两根 定位导杆 302插入的两个定位导孔。
本发明第二实施例适用于 LED显示屏的单元箱体之间的电气连接, 将固定 座、活动座分置于需要拼接的相邻单元箱体上, 即可实现两个单元箱体的电源及 信号的连接, 以 LED显示屏中的两个需要拼接的相邻单元箱体为例,假设两个需 要拼接的相邻单元箱体分别为箱体 93、 箱体 94, 将接插件组件中的固定座 401 固定在箱体 94上,将活动座 301及拔插驱动机构安装在箱体 93上,其中的载板 304与箱体 93固接;
将固定座 401的接插端与活动座 301的接插端对准后, 将驱动齿轮 306逆 时针转动, 即可驱动传动齿条 309朝向箱体 94移动, 活动座 301也随之朝向箱 体 94移动, 最终活动座 301与箱体 94上的固定座 401接合, 将驱动齿轮 306 顺时针转动, 即可通过传动齿条 309将活动座 301拔离固定座 401 ;
活动座 301朝向箱体 94移动过程中, 两根定位导杆 302会在活动座 301与 固定座 401接合之前插入固定座 401上的两个定位导孔, 从而确保活动座 301 的接插端与固定座 401的接插端不会对歪。
本发明第一实施例采用偏心轮原理驱动活动座滑动, 其结构相比本发明第 二实施例所采用的齿轮齿条传动方式简单,而且部件的加工成本低,也不存在齿 轮、齿条容易嘣牙的缺陷, 因此本发明第一实施例的使用故障率要低于本发明第 二实施例。

Claims

权利要求:
1、 一种接插件组件, 包括两个电气接插座, 该两个电气接插座相互公母配 合,其中的一个电气接插座为固定座,另一个电气接插座为活动座,其特征在于: 还包括用于驱动活动座沿自身拔插方向直线滑动的拔插驱动机构;
所述拔插驱动机构包括一载板、 一驱动轮、 一传动杆;
所述活动座固定在载板上,所述载板上开设有一驱动槽,所述驱动槽是平行 于活动座拔插方向的直型线槽,所述驱动轮以活动配合方式嵌置在驱动槽内,驱 动轮的轮轴与活动座拔插方向垂直;
所述传动杆的一端与载板枢接,另一端则与驱动轮偏心枢接,且传动杆两端 枢接载板及驱动轮的枢接轴均平行于驱动轮的轮轴。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的接插件组件, 其特征在于: 所述载板上开设有至 少一个贯通其板面的导向槽, 所述导向槽是平行于活动座拔插方向的直型线槽, 每个导向槽内均置有一根活动的导向螺杆,且每根导向螺杆的两端均伸至导向槽 外部。
3、 裉据权利要求 1所述的接插件组件, 其特征在于: 所述载板上置有用于 夹持活动座尾部进线的压线夹。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的接插件组件, 其特征在于: 所述载板上固定有两 根定位导杆,该两根定位导杆均为平行于活动座拔插方向的直杆,所述固定座上 开设有供两根定位导杆插入的两个定位导孔。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的接插件组件, 其特征在于: 所述载板在传动杆的 一侧具有一个用于传动杆枢转限位的限位凸缘。
6、 一种接插件组件, 包括两个电气接插座, 该两个电气接插座相互公母配 合,其中的一个电气接插座为固定座,另一个电气接插座为活动座,其特征在于: 还包括用于驱动活动座沿自身拔插方向直线滑动的拔插驱动机构;
所述拔插驱动机构包括一载板、 一传动齿条;
所述传动齿条与活动座固接,传动齿条是一平行于活动座拔插方向的直线形 硬质齿条;
所述载板上置有一能转动的驱动齿轮, 该驱动齿轮与传动齿条啮合。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的接插件组件, 其特征在于: 所述载板上固定有一 限位轮,传动齿条上开设有一平行于活动座拔插方向的直条形限位凹槽,所述限 位轮以活动配合方式嵌入传动齿条上的限位凹口内。
8、根据权利要求 6所述的接插件组件, 其特征在于: 所述载板上固定有两根 定位导杆,该两根定位导杆均为平行于活动座拔插方向的直杆,所述固定座上开 设有供两根定位导杆插入的两个定位导孔。
