Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种接近指示(PI)上报方法、系统及UE、网络设备,UE接收来自网络侧的PI信息请求;所述UE根据所述PI信息请求上报相应的PI信息。基于上述方案,本发明实施例能够在复杂的小小区网络环境下,针对多种小区类型,通过网络侧的控制实现PI信息的针对性上报,减少空口上不必要的信息上报和资源浪费,并且使得网络侧可以有效利用UE上报的PI信息来实现小小区发现、切换判决优化处理等,从而PI 信息上报的准确性及有效性较高,有利于提高网络性能。

Description

PI上报方法、系统及UE、网络设备、计算机存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及小小区应用领域,尤其涉及一种接近指示(Proximity  Indication,PI)上报方法、系统及用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、网络设 备、计算机存储介质。
背景技术
随着无线多媒体业务的发展,人们对高数据速率和用户体验的需求日 益增长,从而对传统蜂窝网络的系统容量和覆盖提出了较高要求。在传统 长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)蜂窝网络中,宏基站作为唯一的接 入侧网元为UE提供接入服务。而为了满足用户对较高数据速率的需求并提 高蜂窝网络频谱效率,3GPP引入了小小区(SMALL CELL)作为宏基站的 补充为UE提供接入服务。Small Cell源于最初为家庭场景设计的飞蜂窝 (Femtocell),Small Cell的“小”是相对于传统的宏基站(Macrocell)而 言的,其特点体现在:小型化、低发射功率、可控性好、智能化和组网灵 活。从发射功率看,典型发射功率在100mW到5W之间;从重量看,普遍 重量在2到10kg之间;从组网方式看,支持包括数字用户环路(Digital  Subscriberloop,DSL)/光纤/无线局域网络(Wireless Local Area Networks, WLAN)及蜂窝技术在内的多种技术的回传;而且还具备自动邻区发现、自 配置等SON功能。
Small Cell具有四类产品形态:第一种称为FemtoCell,主要用于家庭 和企业环境中;第二种称为微微小区(PicoCell),应用于室内公共场所如 机场、火车站、购物中心等;第三种称为微蜂窝(MicroCell),用于受限于 占地无法部署宏基站的市区或农村;最后一种称为宏蜂窝(MetroCell),主 要用于市区热点区域来降低容量瓶颈或农村。小小区网络环境示意图见图 1,如图1所示,小小区网络环境非常复杂,且小小区基站设备数量比传统 宏基站网络有明显的数量级的增长。
自2007年9月Sprint全球首家部署Femtocell以来,Small Cell已成功 在23个国家的41张网络中部署,目前全球部署量超过380万台,主要以 Femtocell的形态存在(占80%)。而从地区分布来看,主要分布在美国(Sprint 部署超过90万台\AT&T部署约50万台)、欧洲和日韩(日本软银部署12 万台)。
在热点部署场景下,为了达到较高的数据速率和频谱效率,需要在区 域内密集大量部署小基站,并且宏基站与小基站有可能采用不同频点,小 基站之间也有可能采用不同频点。特别的,在室内部署场景,如办公室、 商场等通常为多楼层建筑,不同楼层均可能有小基站部署,而不同楼层的 小基站工作载频可能并不相同。
在现有的封闭用户组(Closed Subsciber Group,CSG)家庭基站环境下, 为了实现UE及时从宏基站切换到CSG家庭基站,采用PI上报的方法。现 有方法中,UE离开或者进入一个或者多个CSG成员小区范围内触发PI上 报。而对于UE如何触发PI上报属于内部实现,目前标准没有具体规范。 比如UE可以利用自身的位置信息以及之前保存的进入过的CSG小区的频 点、演进小区全局标志符(E-UTRAN Cell Global ID,ECGI)、物理小区标 志符(Physical Cell ID,PCI)、位置信息、CSG ID等相关信息来进行进入 或者离开一个或者多个CSG小区覆盖范围的判断并触发上报PI。同时,网 络侧在无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)连接重配消息中有简 单的PI上报控制指示信息指示用来指示UE开启或者停止LTE系统或者 UTRAN系统的PI上报。UE上报PI后,网络侧根据PI里携带的频点、RAT 信息来进行测量控制命令下发,UE将测量结果上报后可用于切换判决触 发。
由于Small Cell目前并没有CSG概念,那么UE可以依靠自身footprint 里保存的历史进入Small Cell小区信息进行触发判决。但是基于上述触发方 式,由于Small Cell的数量非常大(相比CSG成员小区),因此UE依靠这种 自主的判决信息进行上报PI会导致大量的PI信息上报,尽管目前网络侧有 简单的控制方式,但是对于复杂的Small Cell网络环境,需要考虑更为合理 的PI上报控制和获取方法,比如在SCE场景下由于密集小小区的部署,需 要考虑针对不同类型、地理位置实现终端准确上报所需的小小区信息,以 避免对空口信令资源造成冲击,同时提高PI信息上报的准确性和实现上报 信息的有效利用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种PI上报方法、系统 及UE、网络设备,能够提高小小区网络环境下PI信息上报的准确性及有 效性,且节省空口信令资源。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:

UE接收来自网络侧的PI信息请求;

UE在小小区驻留过会在footprint中留下该小小区的相关信息,包含但 不限于以下一种或多种,比如该小小区的ECGI,及该小小区对应的TAI信 息,记录时刻的UE位置信息,该小小区的RAT、频点信息,小区类型信 息,记录时刻宏小区的信号质量等。
这里的小区类型信息是指用来区分不同类型小小区的信息,目前小小 区的种类有很多种,比如宏小区、Femto小区、PICO小区、MICRO小区、 Metro小区等。
图7为本发明实施例1所述的PI上报流程示意图,如图7所示,该流 程包括:
步骤701:网络侧在专用或者公共消息中给UE发送PI通知信息,指示 UE需要进行小小区的PI上报,UE才会触发自主的PI上报。
PI通知信息中可包含以下至少一个:PI信息上报指示符、指定上报的 RAT\频点信息、小区类型、指定的地理位置信息,比如经纬度信息。

步骤903:UE向网络侧上报指定的PI响应信息。
UE根据PI请求信息中的内容进行本地处理,上报PI响应信息。比如 UE可以根据指定要求上报的信息包含以下至少一个:RAT\频点信息、小区 类型、指定的地理位置信息,和本地保存的footprint中的历史小小区信息 进行对比,把符合上报要求的小小区检索出来进行上报。包含但不限于指 定RAT\频点上的具体的一个或多个小小区信息,包含但不限于以下至少一 个:小小区的ECGI,上报小区的TAI信息,上报小区的广播PLMN列表信 息等。
其中PI响应消息可以在测量结果上报消息中携带也可以是独立消息。

步骤1003:UE向网络侧上报指定的PI响应信息。
UE根据PI请求信息中的内容进行本地处理,上报PI响应信息。比如 UE可以根据指定的地理位置信息,和本地保存的footprint中的历史小小区 信息进行对比,把符合上报要求的小小区检索出来进行上报。包含但不限 于以下至少一个:小小区的RAT\频点信息,小区类型,小小区的ECGI,上 报小区的TAI信息,上报小区的广播PLMN列表信息等。
其中PI响应消息可以在测量结果上报消息中携带也可以是独立消息。
本发明实施例所述的方案能够在复杂的小小区网络环境下,针对多种 小区类型,通过网络侧的控制实现PI信息的针对性上报,减少空口上不必 要的信息上报和资源浪费,并且使得网络侧可以有效利用UE上报的PI信 息来实现小小区发现、切换判决优化处理等,有利于提高网络性能。
上述各单元可以由电子设备中的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit, CPU)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)或可编程逻辑阵 列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)实现。

工业实用性
本发明实施例所述的PI上报方法、系统及UE、网络设备、计算机存 储介质,UE接收来自网络侧的PI信息请求;所述UE根据所述PI信息请 求上报相应的PI信息。基于上述方案,本发明实施例能够在复杂的小小区 网络环境下,针对多种小区类型,通过网络侧的控制实现PI信息的针对性 上报,减少空口上不必要的信息上报和资源浪费,并且使得网络侧可以有 效利用UE上报的PI信息来实现小小区发现、切换判决优化处理等,从而 PI信息上报的准确性及有效性较高,有利于提高网络性能。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种接近指示PI上报方法,其中,该方法包括:
    UE接收来自网络侧的PI信息请求;
    所述UE根据所述PI信息请求上报相应的PI信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述PI信息请求至少携带以下 一项或多项:PI信息上报指示符、指定上报的RAT\频点信息、小区类型、 指定的地理位置信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述UE接收来自网络侧的PI 信息请求为:所述UE接收网络侧在专用或者公共消息中携带的PI信息请 求。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述UE接收来自网络侧的PI 信息请求之前,该方法还包括:
    所述UE向网络侧发送PI指示信息,表示所述UE当前有PI信息需要 上报,
    所述UE接收来自网络侧的PI信息请求为:所述UE接收网络侧根据 所述PI指示信息发送的PI信息请求,所述PI信息请求至少携带以下一项 或多项:指定RAT\频点信息、小区类型、指定的地理位置信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
    所述PI指示信息在测量结果上报消息或独立消息中携带,
    所述PI信息请求在测量控制命令消息或独立消息中携带。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述网络侧至少包 括以下任一设备:宏基站、Femto基站、PICO基站、MICRO基站、Metro 基站。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述UE上报的PI 信息包括以下一项或多项:小小区的RAT\频点信息、小区类型、小小区的 ECGI、上报小区的TAI信息、上报小区的广播PLMN列表信息。
  8. 一种UE,其中,该UE包括接收模块和上报模块;其中,
    所述接收模块,配置为接收来自网络侧的PI信息请求;
    所述上报模块,配置为根据所述接收模块接收的PI信息请求上报相应 的PI信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的UE,其中,所述接收模块接收的PI信息请 求至少携带以下一项或多项:PI信息上报指示符、指定上报的RAT\频点信 息、小区类型、指定的地理位置信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的UE,其中,
    所述接收模块,具体配置为接收网络侧在专用或者公共消息中携带的 PI信息请求。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的UE,其中,该UE还包括发送模块,
    所述发送模块,配置为向网络侧发送PI指示信息,表示所述UE当前 有PI信息需要上报,
    所述接收模块,具体配置为接收网络侧根据所述PI指示信息发送的PI 信息请求,所述PI信息请求至少携带以下一项或多项:指定RAT\频点信息、 小区类型、指定的地理位置信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的UE,其中,
    所述发送模块,具体配置为在测量结果上报消息或独立消息中携带PI 指示信息,
    所述接收模块,具体配置为接收在测量控制命令消息或独立消息中携 带的PI信息请求。
  13. 根据权利要求8至12任一项所述的UE,其中,所述上报模块上 报的PI信息包括以下一项或多项:小小区的RAT\频点信息、小区类型、小 小区的ECGI、上报小区的TAI信息、上报小区的广播PLMN列表信息。
  14. 一种网络设备,其中,该网络设备包括:发送模块和接收模块; 其中,
    所述发送模块,配置为向UE发送PI信息请求;
    所述接收模块,配置为接收UE根据所述PI信息请求上报的相应的PI 信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的网络设备,其中,
    所述发送模块发送的PI信息请求至少携带以下一项或多项:PI信息上 报指示符、指定上报的RAT\频点信息、小区类型、指定的地理位置信息。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的网络设备,其中,
    所述发送模块,具体配置为在专用或者公共消息中携带PI信息请求。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的网络设备,其中,
    所述接收模块,还配置为接收来自UE的PI指示信息,所述PI指示信 息表示所述UE当前有PI信息需要上报;
    所述发送模块,具体配置为根据所述PI指示信息发送PI信息请求,所 述PI信息请求至少携带以下一项或多项:指定RAT\频点信息、小区类型、 指定的地理位置信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的网络设备,其中,
    所述接收模块,具体配置为接收测量结果上报消息或独立消息中携带 的PI指示信息;
    所述发送模块,具体配置为在测量控制命令消息或独立消息中携带PI 信息请求。
  19. 根据权利要求14至18任一项所述的网络设备,其中,所述网络 设备为宏基站、Femto基站、PICO基站、MICRO基站或Metro基站。
  20. 根据权利要求14至18任一项所述的网络设备,其中,所述接收 模块接收的PI信息包括以下一项或多项:小小区的RAT\频点信息、小区类 型、小小区的ECGI、上报小区的TAI信息、上报小区的广播PLMN列表 信息。
  21. 一种PI上报系统,其中,该系统包括UE和网络设备;其中,
    所述UE为权利要求8至13任一项所述的UE;
    所述网络设备为权利要求14至20任一项所述的网络设备。
  22. 一种计算机存储介质,其中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算 机可执行指令用于执行所述权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法。
