  • Than the second phase is conducted by adding perlite, volatile ash, furnace gravel, fibre glass fabric, polyester fabric, aramid fabric, silicon and sodium carbonate at the temperature of 80°C.
  • the mixing process is continued until a homogeneous mass colour is obtained and than the mass undergoes forming in moulds with desired texture of their surface.
  • After initial hardening the board is than seasoned for at least 24 hours in ambient temperature not lower than 10°C.
  • the advantage of the solution is the possibility of applying the modular board as a homogeneous load bearing construction element in the form of composite panels joined from various layers with external ready made texture finished surface joined with panels of extruded/expanded polystyrene, mineral wool, polyurethane foam, textile or oil derivative or isolating core, or as sheathing board of external elevation finish as well as ventilated elevation finish board with texture finish.
  • the board being simple in assembly with binding agents used in construction and by means of pegs and fittings systems.
  • the board can be used as anti-fire protection panel with load bearing external surface and thus can also be used as roof sheathing.
  • the shaped elements and board show high durability, long lasting vivid colour with or without impregnation. They are cheap to manufacture.
