一种臭氧发生器密封组件说明书
技术领域
[0001 ] 本发明涉及臭氧发生装置技术领域, 特别涉及一种臭氧发生器密封组件。 [0002] 设备上使用的密封组件,用于密封和防护的作用。为了提高密封组件的使 用强度,密封组件中一般会设有金属体,为了使得密封组件能够起到绝缘防护功 能和提高密封性能, 密封组件中设有橡胶体。
[0003] 存在的问题在于,现有的密封组件是将金属体和橡胶体粘接在一起,在使 用的过程中粘接处容易分离。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明提供的一种臭氧发生器密封组件,能够使得金属体和橡胶体的连接 处不易分离。
[0005] 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,一种臭氧发生器密封组件,包括橡胶体 和合金体;
[0006] 所述橡胶体上设有连接卡槽,所述合金体上设有连接凸起,所述橡胶体和 所述合金体通过所述连接卡槽和所述连接凸起卡接。
[0007] 与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种臭氧发生器密封组件在合金体上设置 有连接凸起,在香蕉图上设有连接卡槽,将连接凸起和连接卡槽配合卡接将合金 体与橡胶体连接在一起, 二者之间不需要进行粘接, 不但工艺简单而且连接紧固 不易脱离。
Claims
1. 一种臭氧发生器密封组件, 其特征在于, 包括橡胶体和合金体; 所述橡胶体 上设有连接卡槽,所述合金体上设有连接凸起,所述橡胶体和所述合金体通过所 述连接卡槽和所述连接凸起卡接。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种臭氧发生器密封组件, 其特征在于, 远离所述合 金体的所述橡胶体的表面上设有网状的绝缘隔离栅。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的一种臭氧发生器密封组件, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘隔 离栅的端部与所述橡胶体的端部的连接处设有锥形的防气流塞,所述防气流塞和 所述橡胶体卡接。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种臭氧发生器密封组件, 其特征在于, 所述橡胶体 上设有高压导线导引槽。
5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的一种臭氧发生器密封组件, 其特征在于, 所述橡胶体 上设有高压胶管锁定槽。
6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的一种臭氧发生器密封组件, 其特征在于, 所述高压导 线导引槽和高压胶管锁定槽共轴。
7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种臭氧发生器密封组件, 其特征在于, 所述合金体 上设有固定通孔, 所述固定通孔的轴线和所述连接凸起的凸出方向垂直。
8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种臭氧发生器密封组件, 其特征在于, 所述橡胶体 上设有固定卡槽; 所述合金体上设有固定凸起; 所述固定凸起和所述固定卡槽卡 接; 所述橡胶体上设有两个所述连接卡槽,所述固定卡槽设在两个所述连接卡槽 的之间; 所述合金体上设有两个连接凸起,所述固定凸起设在两个所述连接凸起 之间。
9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种臭氧发生器密封组件, 其特征在于, 所述橡胶体 上, 与设置所述连接卡槽的侧面垂直的两个侧面上分别设有波浪形密封栅。
