本发明涉及一种头灯。
背景技术
头灯是户外活动中不可缺少的一个重要装备, 如夜间的徒步, 夜间的露营, 夜间的设备 检修和在白天光线暗的时候进行上述的操作都需要用到头灯。 现有技术中头灯种类繁多, 根 据灯体是否可以分离这个结构特征, 头灯可分为灯体与头箍部分固定的头灯、 灯体与头箍部 分可自由分离的头灯两个大类。 其中灯体与头箍部分可自由分离的头灯由于其具有灯体可快 速更换、 维护时可以十分方便的拆下等特点更受用户青睐。 目前, 这类灯体与头箍部分可自 由分离的头灯, 其头箍部分上的安装座多是采用开口式的弹性卡座设计, 即在安装座上固定 一个截面为 C字型的弹性卡口, 灯体则采用圆柱体结构。 安装时直接将灯体卡入安装座上的 C 字型弹性卡口内, 取出时则稍微用力将灯体向外拨即可。 上述结构的头灯虽然灯体与安装 座可快速拆装, 但是由于安装座采用的是开口式的弹性卡口, 灯体与安装座之间并不能牢固 锁定, 当用户带着头灯奔跑或跳跃时, 灯体易掉落, 另外随着头灯使用次数和使用时间的增 加, 弹性卡口由于材料的疲劳和老化会越来越松, 灯体无法再稳固的卡接在安装座上, 需要 更换新的安装座。 综上所述, 现有技术中的灯体与头箍部分可自由分离的头灯存在如下的不 足之处: 1、 头箍部分上的安装座完全只能依靠弹性来固定灯体, 无法在特殊情况下达到牢固 锁紧灯体的目的; 2、 弹性卡口大多直接采用塑料件, 材料容易疲劳和老化使用寿命不长。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是, 提供一种灯体与安装座可拆装并能牢固锁定, 且安装座使 用寿命长的头灯。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供的技术方案为: 一种头灯, 它包括可拆式连接的灯体 和安装座, 所述的安装座包括底板、 第一卡爪和第二卡爪, 第一卡爪固定于底板上, 第二卡 爪与第一卡爪转动连接, 第一卡爪和第二卡爪构成一个可套住灯体的锁环, 所述的锁环可开 合, 第一卡爪和第二卡爪的闭合处设有锁紧装置。
采用上述结构后, 本发明具有如下优点: 第一卡爪和第二卡爪可转动成一个可套住灯体 的锁环, 第一卡爪和第二卡爪的闭合处设有锁紧装置。 当灯体放入第一卡爪与第二卡爪之间 后, 两个卡爪可以闭合, 并通过锁紧装置将其锁紧于卡爪之间, 这样相比于现有技术中的开 口式卡接, 连接更加牢固。 同时由于第二卡爪与第一卡爪转动连接, 当使用时间过长后第二 卡爪与第一卡爪发生松动时, 可以通过更换一个更紧的第二卡爪来恢复原来的卡紧力, 即使 卡爪在张开状态下完全失去卡接预紧力, 还可以直接采用扣合状态来锁定灯体, 显然这样的 使用寿命更长。
作为优选, 所述的锁紧装置为卡扣, 所述的卡扣包括公扣和母扣, 公扣和母扣分别设置 在第一卡爪和第二卡爪上并可相互扣合。 卡扣式结构在两个卡爪闭合后, 用户只需要稍加施 力就可以将两个卡爪上的公扣母扣压合从而扣住灯体。 显然这样相比于如螺栓锁紧, 插销锁 紧等方式更加快捷方便。
作为优选, 所述的第一卡爪和第二卡爪为两组, 位于底板的左右两端, 两组中的第二卡 爪通过横梁连成一体。 两组卡爪分居底板的左右两端, 可以将灯体的两端锁紧于安装座上, 这样比起只有一组卡爪将灯体的中部锁紧于安装座更加牢固, 且两组中的第二卡爪通过横梁 连成一体使得用户转动其中的一个第二卡爪, 另一个就会跟着转动, 操作更加方便。
作为改进, 所述的第一卡爪上设有母扣, 第二卡爪上设有公扣, 公扣的上方设有突出于 第二卡爪的施力板。 施力板的设置用户在将公扣打开时, 手指可以直接按压施力板, 施力更 加方便。
作为进一步改进, 所述的施力板上设有便于用户指甲扣入的锯齿结构。 该结构可以有效 防止用户在施力打开卡扣过程中发生手指在施力板上打滑的情况。
作为进一步改进, 所述的两组第一卡爪上对应的母扣的开口沿水平方向相向设置。 相向 的开口设计用户在打开卡扣时, 只需要用一只手的拇指和食指分别将两个第二卡爪向两者的 中间轻扳即可, 施力更方便, 打开卡扣更加快速。
作为改进, 第二卡爪通过的转轴与第一卡爪转动连接, 所述的转轴上穿有扭簧, 扭簧的 一个末端与第二卡爪固定, 另一个末端与底板或者第一卡爪固定; 扭簧处于自然状态时第二 卡爪与第一卡爪处于打开状态。 该结构中所述的第一卡爪和第二卡爪可扣合成一个闭环可用 于锁定灯体。 同时在没有外力将其扣合时, 由于扭簧的作用, 第一卡爪和第二卡爪又处于打 开状态这时现有技术中的卡口结构一样, 可以用来卡接灯体。 基于上述结构, 当用户只是在 一般场合下使用头灯时,可以直接将灯体卡接于处于打开状态下的第一卡爪和第二卡爪之间。 当用户需要带着头灯进行激烈的运动等时, 在将灯体卡接到第一卡爪和第二卡爪之间后再用 手将第二卡爪沿转轴转动使之与第一卡爪扣合, 这样灯体就牢固锁定于安装座之上了。 显然 这样即可以快速拆装, 又可以牢固锁定灯体。
作为优选, 所述的扭簧为单扭簧, 每个第二卡爪对应一个扭簧。 单扭簧安装与维护方便。 作为优选, 所述的扭簧为一个双扭簧, 双扭簧上的两个扭簧单元各连接有一个第二卡爪。 双扭簧结构比单扭簧结构同步性更好。
作为进一步改进, 它还包括头箍; 安装座与头箍相连, 所述的头箍上设有一条限位带; 所述的安装座上设有第一卡座, 头箍上设有第二卡座, 所述的第一卡座与第二卡座以头箍撑 圆时的中心点对称, 限位带的一端与第一卡座卡接, 限位带的另一端与第二卡座卡接。 采用 以上结构后, 本发明具有如下优点: 所述的安装座上设有第一卡座和第二卡座, 两个卡座可 以十分方便的与限位带卡接, 而且当用户不使用限位带时, 两个卡座还可以用来卡接其它部 件, 比如摄像头等。 综上所述, 本发明提供了一种限位带与头箍拆装方便的头灯。
作为优选, 所述的第一卡座包括和第一卡条、 第二卡条和位于两个卡条之间的卡接口; 第二卡座的结构与第一卡座相同; 所述的限位带的两端均设有卡接块, 所述的卡接块通过连 接头与限位带相连, 卡接块上设有可卡接于卡接口内的带弹性的卡接片。 通过卡接片与卡条 相卡, 结构精简, 第一卡条用于挡住卡接片, 装配便利, 双卡条结构, 即使用户将第一卡条 与第二卡条装倒了, 仍然可以正常使用。
作为改进, 所述的卡接块上位于连接头的下方处设有一个用于防止卡接块向下穿出卡座 的台阶。 该结构可以进一步提高卡接操作的顺利性与准确性, 只要确保台阶与卡条相抵即表 示卡接到位。
作为改进, 所述的第一卡座和第二卡座上还设有用于引导卡接块向下运动的导向槽。 导 向槽结构可以很好的引导卡接块的运动, 使卡接动作更加快捷, 准确。
作为改进, 第一卡座与用户头部相接触的一侧还设有第一压板, 第二卡座与用户头部相 接触的一侧还设有第二压板。 两块压板可以解决卡座上的凸起结构对用户头部造成局部压痛 的问题, 增加用户佩带头灯的舒适感。
作为改进, 所述的第一压板和第二压板上设有透气孔。 透气孔结构可以保持压板下的皮 肤更好的与空气相接触, 防止皮肤被整块压红。
作为进一步改进, 所述的灯体内装有可插拨的电池座, 电池座内设有至少两个电池容置 腔, 每个电池容置腔内可安装一颗电池; 每个电池容置腔中均设有正极导电片和负极导电片, 正极导电片和负极导电片至少有一种导电片为带有弹性触点的导电片; 所述的电池座的正极 输出端与负极输出端位于同一端; 所有正极导电片位于电池座的一端, 所有负极导电片位于 电池座的另一端; 所述的改进结构, 相邻电池容置腔中的正负极导电片通过导电部件首尾相 连形成串联结构。 所述的电池座的正极输出端与负极输出端位于同一端; 所有正极导电片位 于电池座的一端, 所有负极导电片位于电池座的另一端; 相邻电池容置腔中的正负极导电片 通过导电部件首尾相连形成串联结构。 用户在安装电池座时只需要将一端插入到灯体的电池 腔内并固定即可, 因为正负极输出端位于同一端, 只要将正负极所在的一端插入到电池腔中 即可, 另一端可以露出于电池腔外, 这样用户在装入电池座时不容易出错。 另外由于电池座 内的电池容置腔中的导电片都是同向的, 所以用户在将电池安装到电池座中时, 也不用考虑 是否要轮流颠倒电池方向, 将所有电池按同一个方向装入即可。 综上所述, 本发明提供了一 种带有安装迅速, 且不会装错电池的电池座的头灯。
作为改进, 所述的电池座内设有三个电池容置腔, 所述的三个电池容置腔由三根限位柱 连接于主电极端和手持端之间形成, 三根限位柱成品字型结构, 每相邻的两根限位柱之间可 以卡装一颗电池; 每个电池容置腔中的正极导电片均设置在主电极端的内端面上; 每个电池 容置腔中的负极导电片均设置在手持端的内端面上; 所述的电池座的正极输出端与负极输出 端均位于主电极端的外端面上, 且正极输出端与负极输出端之间设有绝缘部件。 三个容置腔 成品字形结构分布, 空间布置更加紧凑, 三颗电池的外表面两两相切, 取出电池时, 只需用 力按压任意一颗电池, 另外两颗电池就会被挤出于电池容置腔。 电池的取出十分方便快捷。
作为改进, 所述的导电部件为导电棒, 所述的导电棒穿在限位柱内, 用于使电池容置腔 连接成串联结构。 导电棒比导线稳定性更好。
作为改进, 所述的绝缘部件为绝缘环, 绝缘环的环内为正极输出端, 环外为负极输出端, 绝缘环突出于正极输出端与负极输出端所在的平面。 该结构可防止电池座竖向放置且电极输 出端朝下时出现短路现象, 如果绝缘环没有突出, 则电池座竖向放置于导电体上时容易出现 短路使电池损坏。
作为改进, 所述的负极输出端的外圈还设有将负极输出端圈住的架空环, 架空环同样突 出于正极输出端与负极输出端所在的平面, 且突出高度与绝缘环相同。 架空环与绝缘环双环 支撑, 电池座在竖向放置时更加平稳, 且不会短路, 也有利于与对应的插座对接。
作为改进, 所述的手持端上设有防滑圈, 防滑圈与手持端的内表面的外圈相接, 防滑圈 的外表面上设有防滑纹。 该结构可以防止手持端在旋转过程中打滑。
作为改进, 所述的负极导电片为 C字型弹性导电片, C型弹片结构简单, 更换与维护方 便。
作为改进, 所述的三根限位柱之间的间隔在靠近正极输出端的一端窄于待装入的电池的 直径, 在靠近负极输出端的一端宽于待装入的电池的直径。 该结构进一步限制了用户装入电 池时的方向, 即只能是将负极一端先装入, 使电池负极与电池容置腔内的负极导电片相抵, 然后向下按压负极导电片, 这样电池的正极端向下运动一小段距离, 错开所述的窄于电池直 径的一段后即可向内装入。 而如果用户将电池的正极与负极导电片相抵, 则由于正极的端面 小, 不能很好的与负极导电片相贴, 会出现电池装不牢固的情况。 综上, 用户在安装电池时 只能按正确的方向才能装好电池, 即使在光线不好的环境中, 只要电池顺利装入了电池容置 腔中就表示电池已经安装正确了。 显然该结构进一步提高了电池安装的准确率。

本实施例在具体实施时, 结合附图 6, 所述的扭簧 7可以采用一个双扭簧, 双扭簧上的两 个扭簧单元各连接有一个第二卡爪 6。 即将两个单扭簧与底板 13或者第一卡爪 5固定的那个 末端用一根连接杆 12连接成一个整体。所述的第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6用一组也可以将灯体 锁紧在安装座上, 不过一组的话最好是锁在灯体的中部, 且灯体上最好设置相应的凹槽, 使 两个卡爪可以嵌入到凹槽里。 最好是采用两组第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6, 将它们分设于安装 座上的两端, 这样灯体的灯头、 等主要作用部件可以设置于中部, 且可以沿灯体的中轴做小 角度转动而不受卡爪的限制, 当然所述的灯体上最好设置两组相应的凹槽, 使两个卡爪可以 嵌入到凹槽里。 所述的锁紧装置可以采用多种结构, 可以是插销, 螺栓, 按扣, 魔术贴等可 使第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6闭合并锁定的结构。 所述的卡扣也可以采用多种结构的卡扣, 如 斜钩式卡扣, 如在第一卡爪 5用于锁紧的一端的外表面上设置突起, 在第二卡爪 6用于锁紧 的一端的外表面上设置凹槽, 通过突起与凹槽来卡接等等。 还有所述的斜钩式卡扣的开口可 以是相向的, 也可以是背向的, 最好是如附图中所示将开口处 14设成相向的。 另外就是所述 的施力板, 根据杠杆原理, 最好设置于靠近第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6锁紧处的位置, 这样作 用时最省力, 且设置于第二卡爪 6的外表面上最佳。 所述的头灯在具体实施时还包括限位带 4等与现有技术中结构相同的其它常规部件。

结合附图 1到附图 12, 一种头灯, 它包括可拆式连接的灯体 1和安装座 2, 所述的安装 座 2包括底板 13、第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6, 第一卡爪 5固定于底板 13上, 第二卡爪 6与第 一卡爪 5转动连接, 第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6构成一个可套住灯体 1的锁环, 所述的锁环可 开合, 第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6的闭合处设有锁紧装置。所述的头灯还包括头箍 3; 安装座 2 与头箍 3相连, 所述的头箍 3上设有一条限位带 4; 所述的安装座上设有第一卡座 15, 头箍 3上设有第二卡座 25, 所述的第一卡座 15与第二卡座 25以头箍 3撑圆时的中心点对称, 限 位带 4的一端与第一卡座 15卡接, 限位带 4的另一端与第二卡座 25卡接。 所述的第一卡座 15包括和第一卡条 16、 第二卡条 17和位于两个卡条之间的卡接口 22; 第二卡座 25的结构 与第一卡座 15相同; 所述的限位带 4的两端均设有卡接块 19, 所述的卡接块 19通过连接头 20与限位带相连, 卡接块 19上设有可卡接于卡接口 22内的带弹性的卡接片 21。所述的卡接 块 19上位于连接头 20的下方处设有一个用于防止卡接块 19向下穿出卡座的台阶。所述的第 一卡座 15和第二卡座 25上还设有用于引导卡接块 19向下运动的导向槽 18。 第一卡座 15与 用户头部相接触的一侧还设有第一压板 23, 第二卡座 25与用户头部相接触的一侧还设有第 二压板 26。 所述的第一压板 23和第二压板 26上设有透气孔 24。
本实施例在具体实施时, 所述的卡接片 21可采用一块方形小塑料片, 所述的塑料片只有 一面与卡接块 19一体连接, 塑料片上远离与卡接块 19固定处的一端为自由端, 所述的自由 端突出于卡接块 19的侧壁, 当卡接块 19卡入卡接口 22内时, 由于导向槽 18的一限位作用, 所述的卡接片 21先被第一卡条 16压缩,当卡接块 19完全卡入卡接口 12后第一卡条 16不再 与卡接片 21相接触, 卡接片 21弹起, 形成倒钩结构, 从而卡接块与第一卡座卡牢。 需要说 明的是当没有设置导向槽 18时在卡条的相对面需要设置一块限位板或两个限位凸起。其作用 是使卡接块 19卡入入卡接口 22时形成一个背压, 以压住卡接块 19以便第一卡条 16能将卡 接片 21压下。所述的第二卡条 17的结构与第一卡条 16相同, 两者之间的间隔等于一个卡接 片 21的高度。 关于上述的卡接结构, 还可以有多种变化, 如将第二卡条 17去掉改成一个限 位套, 或是一个限位凸起, 只要它能将卡接块 19的一端限制住就行。 另外上述的卡接结构在 解除卡接状态时, 用户只需要用手按住卡接片 21, 使其上突出于卡接块 19的一自由端嵌入 到卡接块 19内, 后将卡接块 19向上抽出即可。

结合附图 1到附图 16, 一种头灯, 它包括可拆式连接的灯体 1和安装座 2, 所述的安装 座 2包括底板 13、第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6, 第一卡爪 5固定于底板 13上, 第二卡爪 6与第 一卡爪 5转动连接, 第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6构成一个可套住灯体 1的锁环, 所述的锁环可 开合, 第一卡爪 5和第二卡爪 6的闭合处设有锁紧装置。 所述的灯体 1内装有可插拨的电池 座 27, 电池座 27 内设有至少两个电池容置腔, 每个电池容置腔内可安装一颗电池; 每个电 池容置腔中均设有正极导电片 31和负极导电片 34, 正极导电片 31和负极导电片 34至少有 一种导电片为带有弹性触点的导电片;所述的电池座 27的正极输出端 32与负极输出端 33位 于同一端; 所有正极导电片 31位于电池座 27的一端, 所有负极导电片 34位于电池座 27的 另一端; 相邻电池容置腔中的正负极导电片通过导电部件首尾相连形成串联结构。 所述的电 池座 27内设有三个电池容置腔, 所述的三个电池容置腔由三根限位柱 29连接于主电极端 28 和手持端 30之间形成, 三根限位柱 29成品字型结构, 每相邻的两根限位柱 29之间可以卡装 一颗电池; 每个电池容置腔中的正极导电片 31均设置在主电极端 28的内端面上; 每个电池 容置腔中的负极导电片均设置在手持端 30的内端面上;所述的电池座 27的正极输出端 32与 负极输出端 33均位于主电极端 28的外端面上, 且正极输出端 32与负极输出端 33之间设有 绝缘部件。所述的导电部件为导电棒, 所述的导电棒穿在限位柱 29内, 用于使电池容置腔连 接成串联结构。 所述的绝缘部件为绝缘环 36, 绝缘环 36的环内为正极输出端 32, 环外为负 极输出端 33, 绝缘环 36突出于正极输出端 32与负极输出端 33所在的平面。 所述的负极输 出端 33的外圈还设有将负极输出端 33圈住的架空环 37, 架空环 37同样突出于正极输出端 32与负极输出端 33所在的平面, 且突出高度与绝缘环 36相同。 所述的手持端 30上设有防 滑圈 38, 防滑圈 38与手持端 30的内表面的外圈相接, 防滑圈 38的外表面上设有防滑纹。 所述的负极导电片 34为 C字型弹性导电片。
本实施例在具体实施时, 所述的三根限位柱 29之间的间隔在靠近(相距 lcm左右)正极 输出端 32的一端窄于待装入的电池的直径, 在靠近负极输出端 33的一端宽于待装入的电池 的直径。 此处应该理解为三根限位柱 29之间的间隔只有在靠近 (相距 lcm左右) 正极输出 端 32的一端是窄于待装入的电池的直径, 目的是让电池不能先从这一端装入。所述的导电部 件除了导电棒还可以是导线等其他材料, 至于所述的串联结构, 属于电池座领域内技术人员 的常识, 不再详细说明, 另外所述的手持端 30可以直接与灯体上的电池腔相卡接, 最好是螺 接, 即手持端 30的环形内壁上设内螺纹, 电池腔的端部设外螺纹, 两者螺纹连接以将电池座 锁定于头灯的灯体的电池腔内。 另外就是手持端 30的外端面上还可以设置如凹槽 35—样的 结构, 该结构可以在手持端 30与灯体 1旋得过紧时, 通过起子插入所述的凹槽 35内将手持 端 30旋开。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述, 该描述没有限制性, 附图中所示的也只是本发 明的实施方式之一, 实际的结构并不局限于此。 总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启 示, 在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下, 不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式 及实施例, 均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种头灯, 它包括可拆式连接的灯体 (1) 和安装座 (2), 其特征在于: 所述的安装 座 (2) 包括底板 (13)、 第一卡爪 (5) 和第二卡爪 (6), 第一卡爪 (5) 固定于底板 (13) 上, 第二卡爪 (6) 与第一卡爪 (5) 转动连接, 第一卡爪 (5) 和第二卡爪 (6) 构成一个可 套住灯体 (1) 的锁环, 所述的锁环可开合, 第一卡爪 (5)和第二卡爪 (6) 的闭合处设有锁 紧装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的锁紧装置为卡扣, 所述的卡扣包括 公扣和母扣, 公扣和母扣分别设置在第一卡爪 (5) 和第二卡爪 (6) 上并可相互扣合。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的第一卡爪 (5) 和第二卡爪 (6) 为 两组, 位于底板 (13) 的左右两端, 两组中的第二卡爪 (6) 通过横梁 (8) 连成一体。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的第一卡爪 (5) 上设有母扣 (11), 第二卡爪 (6) 上设有公扣 (9), 公扣 (9) 的上方设有突出于第二卡爪 (6) 的施力板 (10)。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的施力板 (10) 上设有便于用户指甲 扣入的锯齿结构。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的两组第一卡爪 (5) 上对应的母扣 (11) 的开口沿水平方向相向设置。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 第二卡爪(6)通过的转轴与第一卡爪(5) 转动连接, 所述的转轴上穿有扭簧 (7), 扭簧 (7) 的一个末端与第二卡爪 (6) 固定, 另一 个末端与底板 (13) 或者第一卡爪 (5) 固定; 扭簧 (7) 处于自然状态时第二卡爪 (6) 与第 一卡爪 (5) 处于打开状态。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的扭簧 (7) 为单扭簧, 每个第二卡 爪 (6) 对应一个扭簧 (7)。
9、 根据权利要求 Ί所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的扭簧 (7) 为一个双扭簧, 双扭簧 上的两个扭簧单元各连接有一个第二卡爪 (6)。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 它还包括头箍 (3); 安装座 (2) 与头箍 (3) 相连, 所述的头箍 (3) 上设有一条限位带 (4); 所述的安装座上设有第一卡座 (15), 头箍 (3) 上设有第二卡座 (25), 所述的第一卡座 (15) 与第二卡座 (25) 以头箍 (3)撑圆 时的中心点对称, 限位带 (4) 的一端与第一卡座 (15) 卡接, 限位带 (4) 的另一端与第二 卡座 (25) 卡接。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的第一卡座 (15) 包括和第一卡条 (16)、 第二卡条 (17) 和位于两个卡条之间的卡接口 (22); 第二卡座 (25) 的结构与第一 卡座 (15) 相同; 所述的限位带 (4) 的两端均设有卡接块 (19), 所述的卡接块 (19) 通过 连接头 (20) 与限位带相连, 卡接块 (19) 上设有可卡接于卡接口 (22) 内的带弹性的卡接 片 (21 )。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的卡接块(19)上位于连接头(20) 的下方处设有一个用于防止卡接块 (19) 向下穿出卡座的台阶。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的第一卡座(15)和第二卡座(25) 上还设有用于引导卡接块 (19) 向下运动的导向槽 (18)。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 第一卡座 (15) 与用户头部相接触的一 侧还设有第一压板 (23), 第二卡座 (25) 与用户头部相接触的一侧还设有第二压板 (26)。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的第一压板(23)和第二压板 (26) 上设有透气孔 (24)。
16、 根据权利要求 1所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的灯体 (1 ) 内装有可插拨的电池座 (27), 电池座 (27) 内设有至少两个电池容置腔, 每个电池容置腔内可安装一颗电池; 每个 电池容置腔中均设有正极导电片 (31 )和负极导电片 (34), 正极导电片 (31 )和负极导电片 (34)至少有一种导电片为带有弹性触点的导电片; 所述的电池座(27) 的正极输出端(32) 与负极输出端 (33) 位于同一端; 所有正极导电片 (31 ) 位于电池座 (27) 的一端, 所有负 极导电片 (34) 位于电池座 (27) 的另一端; 相邻电池容置腔中的正负极导电片通过导电部 件首尾相连形成串联结构。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的电池座 (27) 内设有三个电池容 置腔, 所述的三个电池容置腔由三根限位柱 (29) 连接于主电极端 (28) 和手持端 (30) 之 间形成, 三根限位柱 (29) 成品字型结构, 每相邻的两根限位柱 (29) 之间可以卡装一颗电 池; 每个电池容置腔中的正极导电片 (31 ) 均设置在主电极端 (28) 的内端面上; 每个电池 容置腔中的负极导电片均设置在手持端 (30) 的内端面上; 所述的电池座 (27) 的正极输出 端 (32) 与负极输出端 (33) 均位于主电极端 (28) 的外端面上, 且正极输出端 (32) 与负 极输出端 (33) 之间设有绝缘部件。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的导电部件为导电棒, 所述的导电 棒穿在限位柱 (29) 内, 用于使电池容置腔连接成串联结构。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的绝缘部件为绝缘环 (36), 绝缘 环 (36) 的环内为正极输出端 (32), 环外为负极输出端 (33), 绝缘环 (36) 突出于正极输 出端 (32) 与负极输出端 (33) 所在的平面。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的负极输出端 (33) 的外圈还设有 将负极输出端 (33) 圈住的架空环 (37), 架空环 (37) 同样突出于正极输出端 (32) 与负极 输出端 (33) 所在的平面, 且突出高度与绝缘环 (36) 相同。
21、根据权利要求 17所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的手持端(30)上设有防滑圈(38 ), 防滑圈 (38) 与手持端 (30) 的内表面的外圈相接, 防滑圈 (38) 的外表面上设有防滑纹。
22、 根据权利要求 16所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的负极导电片 (34)为 C字型弹性 导电片。
23、 根据权利要求 17所述的头灯, 其特征在于: 所述的三根限位柱 (29) 之间的间隔在 靠近正极输出端 (32) 的一端窄于待装入的电池的直径, 在靠近负极输出端 (33 ) 的一端宽 于待装入的电池的直径。
