Abstract

L'invention concerne, de manière générale, un système et un procédé pour collecter un ou plusieurs paramètres de soudage en temps réel durant la création d'une ou plusieurs soudures à l'aide d'une séquence de soudage. Le ou les paramètres de soudage peuvent être associés à une séquence de soudage particulière. De plus, sur la base du ou des paramètres de soudage collectés, un paramètre de soudage modélisé peut être généré pour augmenter la qualité, l'efficacité et analogues. Un composant de collecte collecte des données de paramètre de soudage en temps réel à partir desquelles un composant de gestionnaire de qualité crée un paramètre de soudage modélisé. Le paramètre de soudage modélisé peut être utilisé pour la séquence de soudage afin de surveiller ou de suivre le paramètre de soudage durant une soudure suivante.
