如图 2和图 4所示, 上述第一锁紧结构 1019和第二锁紧结构 1053的形式 有多种, 例如: 第一锁紧结构 1019为锁紧槽, 第二锁紧结构为螺紋孔, 锁 紧槽和螺紋孔通过螺钉(即锁紧件 1021, 如图 7所示)锁紧固定夹 101和转 接板 105。 上述锁紧槽可以为锥形槽。
为了实现更多待安装设备的安装, 上述转接板 105可以设置为多个, 这 样其便可以进一步扩展安装多个上述其它固定夹 101, 进而扩展安装板 103 的安装, 实现多个待安装设备的安装。
在本实施例中, 上述连接件 107可以包括但不限于: 螺栓和螺母组合。 具体实现过程。
实施例 2
本实施例中的安装装置和实施例 1相同, 包括: 固定夹 101、 安装板 103 和转接板 105, 抱杆连接件 107, 并装锁紧件 1021。 固定夹 101中间有 V形槽 1013, 用于抱紧安装杆。 抱杆后的形式如图 6所示, 两个固定夹 101相对安 装, 用两个连接件 107连接, 并固定, 如图 6所示。
安装板 103和设备 50利用安装板上的安装孔 1033 (如图 3所示) 固定到 一起(如图 5所示), 并利用安装板 103上的挂耳 1031 (如图 3所示)挂装到 抱杆上的固定夹 101上的挂装槽 1015里面。
另外, 抱杆上的两个固定夹 101都可以挂装设备。 如图 8所示, 当安装 2 个以上设备 50到抱杆 80上时, 可以在固定夹 101侧面挂装转接板 105和另外 的固定夹 101, 可以按照需要的数量增加多个, 每个增加的固定夹 101上面 都可以再挂装设备。 如图 7和图 8所示。
从以上实施例可以看出, 本实用新型实施例实现了以下有益效果: 可以最大程度的减少高空操作的步骤和难度, 减少高空工作时间, 减 少工程安装占用的空间, 从而降低工程施工的成本, 增强了抱杆安装的安 全性。 以上仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本实用新型, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 本实用新型可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本 实用新型的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应 包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。 工业实用性
通过本实用新型, 采用利用固定夹和连接件进行抱杆安装, 利用安装 板安装待安装设备以及利用转接板扩展安装固定夹以安装更多的待安装设 备的技术手段, 解决了相关技术中, 现有的安装形式适用范围窄, 安装时 操作复杂等技术问题, 进而达到了适用范围广, 安装简单的效果。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种安装装置, 包括: 固定夹、 安装板、 转接板和连接件; 所述固定夹通过与所述固定夹相配合使用的所述连接件安装于安装杆 上;
所述安装板通过与所述安装板连接的所述固定夹安装待安装设备; 所述转接板通过与所述转接板连接的所述固定夹安装除所述固定夹之 外的其它固定夹。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述固定夹至少为两个。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的装置, 其中, 至少两个所述固定夹之间在所 述安装杆的不同侧两两相对安装。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的装置, 其中, 所述固定夹上设置有第一安装 孔, 所述连接件穿过分别设置在两个相对安装的所述固定夹上的两个所述 第一安装孔, 将所述固定夹安装到所述安装杆上。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述连接件包括: 第一连接组 件和第二连接组件, 所述第二连接组件上设置有第二安装孔, 所述第一连 接组件穿过所述第二安装孔将所述固定夹安装到所述安装杆上。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的装置, 其中, 所述固定夹上设置有 V形槽, 各 个所述 V形槽相互配合形成一容纳空间,所述安装杆的杆体穿过所述容纳空 间。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述固定夹上设置有挂装槽, 所述安装板上设置有挂耳; 所述挂装槽与所述挂耳相互配合, 将所述安装 板安装在所述固定夹上。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述固定夹上设置有 第一挂装结构, 所述转接板上设置有第二挂装结构, 所述第一挂装结构与 所述第二挂装结构相互配合, 将所述转接板安装在所述固定夹上。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述第一挂装结构和所述第二 挂装结构上分别设置有相互配合的第一锁紧结构和第二锁紧结构, 通过相 互配合的所述第一锁紧结构和所述第二锁紧结构锁紧所述固定夹和所述转 接板。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述第一锁紧结构为锁紧槽, 所述第二锁紧结构为螺紋孔, 所述锁紧槽和所述螺紋孔通过螺钉锁紧所述 固定夹和所述转接板。
11、 根据权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述转接板和所述 其它固定夹为多个。
