技术领域
本发明有关一种发光二极管灯, 特别是有关于一种可应用于造型街灯 的发光二极管灯。 背景技术
鉴于发光二极管(LED ) 的诸多优点, 例如体积小、 反应时间短、 消耗 功率低、 可靠度高、 大量生产可行性高, 因此发光二极管已逐渐取代传统 的发光元件, 例如白炽灯泡或日光灯。
然而, 由于发光二极管工作时会产生热, 这些热能若无法有效地排除, 将导致发光二极管发光效率的衰退, 以及其他供电元件的寿命的减短。
当将发光二极管光源应用于艺术造景的街灯, 但未搭配良好的散热解 决方案, 致使发光二极管及电子电路元件受热影响寿命。
因此, 亟需提出一种可应用于造型街灯的发光二极管灯架构, 使得发 光二极管灯可解决散热问题。
由此可见, 上述现有的发光二极管在使用上, 显然仍存在有不便与缺 陷, 而亟待加以进一步改进。 为了解决上述存在的问题, 相关厂商莫不费 尽心思来谋求解决之道, 但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成, 而 一般产品又没有适切的结构能够解决上述问题, 此显然是相关业者急欲解 决的问题。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种发光二极管灯结构, 该结构得以使发光二 极管应用于造型街灯。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。 本发 明提出一种发光二极管灯, 包含: 柱体灯芯, 该柱体灯芯的侧面设置有发 光二极管模块; 灯罩, 具有内部空间, 用于容纳前述柱体灯芯; 电气连接 部, 其与前述灯罩连接, 用以与外部电源电气连接并提供前述发光二极管 模块发光所需电力; 及第一散热构件, 其设置于前述灯罩上, 并与电气连 接部相对, 用以将前述发光二极管模块工作时所产生的热传导至灯罩外; 其中, 前述电气连接部、 柱体灯芯的底面与顶面及第一散热构件排列成一 条直线。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。 前述的发光二极管灯, 其中所述的柱体灯芯的材质包含铝基板、 铜基 板、 硅基板或陶瓷基板。
前述的发光二极管灯, 其中所述的电气连接部包含灯头、 灯体或其结 合物。

前述转换或保护的电子电路元件包含但不限于整流模块、 驱动模块、 调光模块、 限流模块或其结合, 且这些电子电路元件设置于前述灯体 31中 或灯头 32中或柱体灯芯 10或各自独立分配设置于三者。
本发明的特色在于灯罩上散热构件的设置与使用, 借此达到散热解决 方案的最佳化。 因发光二极管工作产生热亟须排除, 已知技术的发光二极 管灯仰赖接触热传导, 将热通过电气连接部排除, 容易影响电气连接部中 的电子电路元件工作效能与寿命。 本发明的发光二极管灯其第一散热构件 位于灯革上且电气连接部的相对端, 并与柱体灯芯固接, 因此热能完全或 大部分通过第一散热构件溢散至空气中, 避免传统通过电气连接部散热的 缺点。
在部分实施例中, 散热构件具有散热鳍片或散热孔, 甚者, 散热构件 可在不实质影响其散热效果下, 因应灯具造型, 赋予美感造型设计而达到 视觉最佳化。
在部分实施例中, 本发明的发光二极管灯设置有风扇, 该风扇设置于 前述第一散热构件上, 并且与前述电气连接部电气连结, 通过风扇设置促 使第一散热构件周遭空气的流动, 提升散热构件的散热效杲。
在较佳实施例中, 柱体灯芯 10通过导通件 14与电气连接部 30维持电 气连结, 在这些实施例中, 柱体灯芯 10与电气连接部 30因仅靠导通件连 结, 使发光二极管模块 11工作时产生的热无法或仅能少量地传递至电气连 接部 30,借此可避免高温影响电气连接部 30中的电子电路元件的工作效能 及寿命。

在部分实施例中, 发光二极管灯 100 的散热构件可因应灯具具有特殊 外型或特殊构件得以延伸或压缩, 进而与灯具 310接触, 使发光二极管模 块工作时产生的热得以通过散热构件传导至灯具 310。
在部分实施例中, 发光二极管灯的散热构件可于不影响散热效果的前 提下特化为造型街灯整体的一部分。
在部分实施例中, 本发明的造型街灯, 其进一步包含风扇, 使发光二 极管模块工作时产生的热得以通过空气流动溢散至空气中。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种发光二极管灯, 其特征在于其包含:
柱体灯芯, 该柱体灯芯的側面设置有发光二极管模块;
灯罩, 具有内部空间, 用于容纳前述柱体灯芯;
电气连接部, 其与前述灯罩连接, 用以与外部电源电气连接并提供前 述发光二极管模块发光所需电力; 及
第一散热构件, 其设置于前述灯罩上, 并与电气连接部相对, 用以将 前述发光二极管模块工作时所产生的热传导至灯罩外;
其中, 前述电气连接部、 柱体灯芯的底面与顶面及第一散热构件排列 成一条直线。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的发光二极管灯, 其特征在于其中该柱体灯芯的 材质包含铝基板、 铜基板、 硅基板或陶瓷基板。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的发光二极管灯, 其特征在于其中该电气连接部 包含灯头、 灯体或其结合物。
4.如权利要求 3所述的发光二极管灯, 其特征在于其进一步包含整流 模块、 驱动模块或其结合物, 且该整流模块、 驱动模块或其结合物各自独 立设置于前述灯头、 灯体或其结合物中。
5.如权利要求 1 所述的发光二极管灯, 其特征在于其中前述电气连接 部提供前述发光二极管模块发光所需电力是通过导线传电、 接触传电或者 无线供电模块。
6.如权利要求 1 所述的发光二极管灯, 其特征在于其中前述第一散热 构件用于移除前述基板因发光二极管工作产生的热。
7.如权利要求 1 所述的发光二极管灯, 其特征在于其中前述第一散热 构件具有散热鳍片或散热孔。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的发光二极管灯, 其特征在于其还包含第二散热 构件, 该第二散热构件设置于前述灯罩与电气连接部之间。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的发光二极管灯,其特征在于其进一步包含风扇, 该风扇设置于前述第一散热构件上, 并且与前述电气连接部或发光二极管 模块电气连结。
10.—种发光二极管造型街灯, 其特征在于其包含:
造型街灯灯具; 及
与前述灯具结合的权利要求 1所述的发光二极管灯。
1 1.如权利要求 10 所述的造型街灯, 其特征在于其中前述发光二极管 灯的第一散热构件与灯具接触, 使发光二极管模块工作时产生的热得以通 过第一散热构件传导至灯具。
12.如权利要求 10所迷的造型街灯, 其特征在于其进一步包含风扇, ^^光二极管模块工作时产生的热得以通过空气流动溢散至空气中。
