Abstract
L'invention concerne le domaine de la virologie vétérinaire et peut être utilisée dans la fabrication d'un vaccin contre la fièvre aphteuse. Pour améliorer le degré de purification de la suspension virale des impuretés de ballast et augmenter l'immunogénicité du produit cible, le procédé de fabrication d'un vaccin contre la fièvre aphteuse comprend la culture de l'antigène viral dans une culture de suspension des cellules VNK-21 à une température de 36-37ºC, la purification de la suspension virale des impuretés de ballast, l'inactivation de l'antigène obtenu par la concentration de l'antigène du virus de fièvre aphteuse et la combinaison du concentré de l'antigène à un additif, selon l'invention, la purification de la suspension virale des impuretés de ballast se fait par l'ajout de dérivés de polyguanidines dans une concentration finale de 0,005-0,01% ou de mélange de chloroforme et de dérivés de polyguanidines, pris dans un rapport de poids (40-160):1, respectivement, dans une concentration finale 0,4-0,8%, on utilise en tant que dérivés de polyguanidines de dihydrochlorure 1,12-diguanidinohexane, ou de dihydrochlorure bis(3-guanidinopropil)pipérazine, ou de dihydrochlorure 3,6-dioxaoctane-1,8-diguanidine ou de dihydrochlorure 4,9-dioxadodécan-1,2-dibiguanide.
