일반적으로 스마트 티브이라고 하는 것은 널리 알려진 바와 같이 휴대폰, PC등 3개 스크린을 자유자재로 넘나들면서 데이터의 끊김 없이 동영상을 볼 수 있는 것을 말하며, 이러한 스마트 티브이는 컨텐츠를 인터넷에서 실시간으로 다운받아 볼 수 있고, 뉴스?날씨?이메일 등을 바로 확인 할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션센터의 역할을 한다.
이러한 스마트 티브이를 이용하여 홈 쇼핑 등을 구현하는 전자 상거래 관련 기술은 많이 제안되고 있다.
그러나, 이러한 종래 기술의 경우 물건 판매자가 관련 컨텐츠를 홈 쇼핑 업체 담당자에게 전달한 후 이를 담당자가 업로드하는 방식을 취하고 있어 컨텐츠 제공이 불편한 문제점이 있었다.

본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서 판매자가 컨텐츠를 직접 제공할 수 있도록 하여 컨텐츠 제공이 용이하고 이에 의해 현장성 있는 컨텐츠 제공이 가능한 스마트 티브이를 위한 양방향 컨텐츠 제공 방법을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 판매자가 제공하는 물품 판매용 컨텐츠와 시청용 컨텐츠를 저장하는 서버(100) 및 상기 사용자가 사용하는 것으로서 컨텐츠가 디스플레이되기 위한 사용자 애플리케이션(200)이 탑재된 스마트 티브이(500)와, 상기 서버(100)에 컨텐츠를 업로드하기 위한 판매자 애플리케이션(600)이 탑재된 판매자용 스마트 디바이스(400)를 포함하여, 상기 스마트 티브이(500)를 통해 사용자에게 컨텐츠를 제공하는 방법으로서, 상기 사용자 애플리케이션(200)은 서버(100)에 저장된 컨텐츠를 스마트 티브이(500)에서 재생하는 영상 구동 모듈(210)과, 물품 구입시 결제를 위한 구입 모듈(230)과 상기 서버(100)와의 통신을 위한 통신 모듈(240)을 포함하고, 상기 판매자 애플리케이션(600)은 판매자가 서버(100)에 컨텐츠를 업로드하기위한 영상 송신 모듈(610)과, 관련 영상을 편집할 수 있는 영상 편집 모듈(620)과, 판매 관련 정보를 송수신하는 판매 모듈(630)을 포함하여, 판매자가 컨테츠를 직접 업로드한 후 사용자가 컨텐츠를 선택하는 스마트 티브이를 위한 양방향 컨텐츠 제공 방법에 일 특징이 있다.
이때, 상기 영상 구동 모듈(210)은 사용자가 시청하는 스마트 티브이(500)에 초기 화면을 디스플레이하는 단계(211)와, 사용자가 선택한 카테고리에 해당하는 화면을 디스플레이하는 단계(212)와, 사용자가 물품을 구입하는 경우 대금 결제를 위해 구입 모듈(230)을 구동하고, 구입하지 않는 경우 사용자의 지시를 일정 시간 대기한 후 지시가 없으면 초기 화면을 디스플레이하는 단계(213,214)를 포함하는 것도 가능하다.
또한, 상기 초기 화면은 시청용 카테고리, 쇼핑용 카테고리, 생방송 카테고리, 방송 대기 카테고리를 디스플레이한 후 사용자가 선택한 카테고리를 디스플레이하는 것도 가능하다.
또한, 사용자가 상기 생방송 카테고리를 선택한 경우 판매자가 제공하는 컨텐츠를 실시간 디스플레이고, 사용자가 상기 방송 대기 카테고리를 선택한 경우 판매자가 방송 대기 중인 화면을 디스플레이하되 판매자가 관련 컨텐츠를 업로드 하는 경우 실시간으로 디스플레이하는 것도 가능하다.
또한, 상기 구입 모듈(230)은 사용자가 입력하는 개인 정보를 확인하는 단계(231)와, 물품 대금 결제를 위해 입력된 결제 정보를 확인하는 단계(232)와, 상기 입력된 결제 정보가 정확한 경우 물품 판매를 승인하고 정확하지 않은 경우 물품 판매를 거절하는 단계(233)와, 물품 판매가 승인된 경우 판매자에게 정보를 제공하는 단계(234)를 포함하는 것도 가능하다.
또한, 상기 초기 화면 송출 단계(211)는 판매자가 제공하는 것으로서 판매 물품에 관련된 컨텐츠를 카테고리별로 분류하여 디스플레이되고, 사용자가 선택한 카테고리에 해당하는 화면을 디슬레이하는 단계(212)는 상기 선택된 카테고리에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 다수 개 표시하는 한편 사용자가 상기 컨텐츠 중 특정 컨텐츠를 선택하면, 상기 컨텐츠를 확대 표시하되 일 측에 상기 컨텐츠와 관련된 물품 정보를 표시하는 것도 가능하다.

또한, 상기 업로드 하고자 하는 컨텐츠의 카테고리를 디스플레이하는 단계 (611) 전후에 판매자가 로그인하는 단계(615)를 더 포함하는 것도 가능하다.
또한, 판매자가 컨텐츠를 업로드하는 단계(614)를 수행한 후 상기 컨텐츠를 확인 또는 수정하는 단계(616)를 더 포함하는 것도 가능하다.

본 발명은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 판매자가 제공하는 물품 판매용 컨텐츠와 시청용 컨텐츠를 저장하는 서버(100) 및 상기 사용자가 사용하는 것으로서 컨텐츠가 디스플레이되기 위한 사용자 애플리케이션(200)이 탑재된 스마트 티브이(500)와, 상기 서버(100)에 컨텐츠를 업로드하기 위한 판매자 애플리케이션(600)이 탑재된 판매자용 스마트 디바이스(400)를 포함하여, 상기 스마트 티브이(500)를 통해 사용자에게 컨텐츠를 제공하는 방법이다.
즉, 판매자가 관련 컨텐츠를 스마트 폰이나 컴퓨터등과 같은 스마트 디바이스(400)를 통해 서버(100)에 직접 전송하고, 상기 서버(100)에 저장된 컨텐츠를 사용자가 스마트 티브이(500)를 통해 재생하여 관련 물품을 구입할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
종래에는 판매자가 관련 서버에 직접 전송하는 것이 아니고 특정 담당자에게 전달한 후 상기 담당자가 서버에 업로드하는 구성인 관계로 컨텐츠 제공에 많은 시간과 노력이 소모되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 이러한 문제를 해결한 것으로서 컨텐츠를 판매자가 서버에 직접 전송하고, 사용자가 컨텐츠를 선택, 재생하도록 하여 컨텐츠 제공에 시간과 노력을 절감할 수 있어 현장감있는 컨텐츠를 용이하게 제공할 수 있는 것이다.
이를 위해 상기 사용자 애플리케이션(200)은 서버(100)에 저장된 컨텐츠를 스마트 티브이(500)에서 재생하는 영상 구동 모듈(210)과, 물품 구입시 결제를 위한 구입 모듈(230)과 상기 서버(100)와의 통신을 위한 통신 모듈(240)을 포함한다.
즉, 상기 영상 구동 모듈(210)이 서버(100)에 저장된 컨텐츠를 전송 받아 스마트 티브이(500)에서 재생하는 것이다. 이 때, 사용자가 컨텐츠를 보고 물품을 구입하고자 하는 경우 구입 모듈(230)을 통해 결제가 이루어지게 된다.
물론 상기 서버(100)에는 판매자가 공급하는 판매용 컨텐츠(110)만 제공되는 것이 아니라 일반 개인이 제작하기 어려운 양질의 컨텐츠, 예를 들어 요리 레시피나 관광 등의 컨텐츠도 저장되어 사용자가 이를 시청하는 시청용 컨텐츠(120)를 제공하는 것도 가능하다.
또한, 사용자는 스마트 티브이(500) 뿐만 아니라 스마트폰과 같은 스마트 디바이스를 이용하는 것도 가능하다.
이때, 상기 스마트 티브이(500)와 서버와의 통신은 상기 통신 모듈(240)에 의해 구현되며 이러한 통신 모듈(240)은 널리 알려진 기술인 관계로 자세한 설명과 도시는 생략한다.
한편, 상기 영상 구동 모듈(210)은 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자가 시청하는 스마트 티브이(500)에 초기 화면을 디스플레이하는 단계(211, 이하 사용자 1단계라 함)와, 사용자가 선택한 카테고리에 해당하는 화면을 디스플레이하는 단계(212, 이하 사용자 2단계라 함)와, 사용자가 물품을 구입하는 경우 대금 결제를 위해 구입 모듈(230)을 구동하고, 구입하지 않는 경우 사용자의 지시를 일정 시간 대기한 후 지시가 없으면 초기 화면을 디스플레이하는 단계(213,214,이하 사용자 3단계 및 사용자 4단계라 함)를 포함하는 것도 가능하다.
즉, 상기 사용자 1단계(211)의 경우 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 초기 화면으로서 다양한 카테고리가 나타나 있는 초기 화면을 디스플레이할 수 있으며, 도시된 바와 같이 시청용 카테고리, 쇼핑용 카테고리, 생방송 카테고리, 방송 대기 카테고리를 디스플레이한 후 사용자가 선택한 카테고리를 디스플레이하는 사용자 2단계(212)를 수행한다.
예를 들어 사용자가 시청용 카테고리(212a)를 선택하는 경우 영화/오락 컨텐츠나 TV방영 컨텐츠 또는 커뮤티니 컨텐츠를 디스플레이하는 것도 가능하고 사용자가 쇼핑용 카테고리(212b)를 선택하는 경우 도시된 바와 같이 구체적 컨텐츠를 선택할 수 있다.(도 5참조)
특히 사용자가 상기 생방송 카테고리(212c)를 선택한 경우 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 판매자가 제공하는 컨텐츠를 실시간 디스플레이할 수 있는 카테고리를 디스플레이한 후 사용자가 선택하여 실시간으로 컨텐츠를 보도록 할 수 있다.
즉, 통상적으로 판매자가 제공하는 컨텐츠는 서버(100)에 저장이 완료된 후 사용자에게 제공되나, 사용자가 생방송 카테고리(212c)를 선택하는 경우 판매자가 제공하는 컨텐츠가 서버(100)에 저장이 완료되기 전이라도 사용자에게 전송하여 실시간으로 생방송 시청이 가능하게 할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자가 상기 방송 대기 카테고리(212d)를 선택한 경우 판매자가 방송 대기 중인 화면을 디스플레이하되 판매자가 관련 컨텐츠를 업로드 하는 경우 실시간으로 디스플레이하는 것도 가능하다.
즉, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 방송 대기중인 카테고리(212d) 즉 판매자가 컨텐츠를 업로드 하기 전의 카테고리를 디스플레이한 후 사용자가 선택하는 경우 판매자가 관련 컨텐츠를 업로드 할 때 실시간으로 디스플레이 하도록 하는 것도 가능하다.
한편, 상기 카테고리 선택은 널리 알려진 바와 같이 리모컨을 작동하여 선택할 수 있으며, 이러한 기술은 널리 알려진 것이므로 자세한 설명과 도시는 생략한다.
상술한 바와 같은 사용자 1단계(211) 및 사용자2단계(212)에 의해 사용자가 컨텐츠를 열람한 후 사용자가 컨텐츠 관련 물품이나 컨텐츠 자체를 구입하고 하는 경우(213) 구입 모듈을 구동하는 단계(230, 이하 사용자3단계라 함)를 수행한다.
즉, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자가 최종 컨텐츠를 선택한 경우 관련 내용을 도면상 좌측에 확대하여 디스플레이하는 한편 우측에는 가격이나 특이사항 등의 정보를 디스플레이할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 사용자 3단계(230)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 사용자가 입력하는 개인 정보를 확인하는 단계(231)와, 물품 대금 결제를 위해 입력된 결제 정보를 확인하는 단계(232)와, 상기 입력된 결제 정보가 정확한 경우 물품 판매를 승인하고 정확하지 않은 경우 물품 판매를 거절하는 단계(233)와, 물품 판매가 승인된 경우 판매자에게 정보를 제공하는 단계(234)를 포함한다.
즉, 도 6에 나타난 바와 같이 사용자의 아이디와 패스워드를 입력하게 하여 사용자의 개인 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 이 때, 관련 물품의 사진도 같이 디스플레이할 수 있다.
상기 입력된 개인 정보가 정확한 경우 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 결제 정보, 예를 들어 신용카드 번호나 휴대전화 결제를 위한 휴대전화 번호 등을 입력 받아 상기 결제 정보가 정확한지 확인한다.
만일 상기 결제 정보가 정확하면 판매를 승인한 후 상기 물품의 판매자에게 통지하여 물품 배송이 이루어지도록 하고 정확하지 않으면 판매를 거절하게 된다.
물론 상기 결제 정보를 사용자의 스마트 티브이에 먼저 저장한 후 사용자의 개인 정보를 입력하면 자동으로 결제되도록 하는 것도 가능하다.
한편, 상기 판매자 애플리케이션(600)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 판매자가 서버(100)에 컨텐츠를 업로드 하기 위한 영상 송신 모듈(610)과, 관련 영상을 편집할 수 있는 영상 편집 모듈(620)과, 판매 관련 정보를 송수신하는 판매 모듈(630)을 포함한다.

이때, 판매 자는 상기 업로드 버튼을 클릭하여 컨텐츠를 업로드하는 판매자 4단계(614)를 수행할 수 있다.
한편, 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 판매자 1단계(611) 전후에 판매자가 로그인하는 단계(615, 이하 판매자 5단계라 함)를 더 포함하는 것도 가능하다.
즉, 상기 판매자 5단계(615)의 경우 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이 판매자의 아이디와 패스워드를 입력하게 하여 로그인하게 하는 것도 가능하다.
또한 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 판매자가 컨텐츠를 업로드하는 판매자 4단계(614)를 수행한 후 상기 컨텐츠를 확인 또는 수정하는 단계(616)를 더 포함하는 것도 가능하다.
즉, 도 14에 도시된 미리 보기 버튼을 클릭하여 컨텐츠를 확인한 후 수정이 필요한 경우 수정된 컨텐츠를 다시 업로드 할 수 있다.
한편 상기 영상 편집 모듈(620)은 판매자가 원하는 영상만을 추출 편집하는 것으로서 이러한 모듈은 널리 알려진 기술인 관계로 자세한 설명과 도시는 생략한다.
또한, 상기 판매자의 스마트 디바이스(400)는 통신 모듈(600)을 통해 서버와 통신할 수 있으며 이 역시 널리 알려진 기술인 관계로 자세한 설명과 도시는 생략한다.
이상 설명한 본 발명에 의해 관련 컨텐츠를 판매자가 직접 업로드하고 사용자가 사용할 수 있어 컨텐츠 갱신이 용이하여 현장감 있는 컨테츠 제공이 가능해진다.
이때, 상기 판매 자는 휴대전화나 컴퓨터 등을 통해 컨텐츠를 서버에 제공할 수 있으며 이는 널리 알려진 기술인 관계로 자세한 설명과 도시는 생략한다
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당 분야의 통상을 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함이 명백하다.

  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 업로드 하고자 하는 컨텐츠의 카테고리를 디스플레이하는 단계(611) 전후에 판매자가 로그인하는 단계(615)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 티브이를 위한 양방향 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    판매자가 컨텐츠를 업로드하는 단계(614)를 수행한 후 상기 컨텐츠를 확인 또는 수정하는 단계(616)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 티브이를 위한 양방향 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
