Abstract

When a child seat is engaged with an anchor, there is a concern that an engagement member could catch a trim cover terminal behind an opening of the trim cover. In the present invention, an engagement member (24) that has a bifurcated shape in side view and has at a distal end an engagement opening (24a) for engaging with an anchor (30), extends to the rear from a seat back surface of a child seat. A recess (14-1') for stowing the anchor is formed on a pad (14-1) at a seat cushion rear end, and a trim cover (14-2) for covering the pad is opened above the recess of the pad. The anchor is fixed to a connecting pipe (16) via a bracket. A connecting member (40), one end of which is connected to a terminal (14-2b) of the trim cover behind an opening (14-2') of the trim cover and the other end of which is locked to the bracket for fixing the anchor to the connecting pipe, is wound around the connecting pipe (16) and stretched between the bracket and the trim cover terminal behind the opening, and the terminal of the trim cover behind the opening is drawn into the recess of the pad.

Description

Vehicle seat
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat having an anchor that can hold a child seat.
As a method for holding a child seat with respect to a vehicle seat, for example, there is an international standard ISO-FIX. A vehicle seat having an ISO-FIX compatible anchor capable of holding a child seat of this ISO-FIX type is disclosed in, for example, No.-211287 and the like. *
In this type of ISO-FIX child seat, a pair of left and right engaging members are provided at the rear thereof, and an anchor that receives the engaging members is disposed at the rear end of the seat cushion of the vehicle seat. *
As an anchor, a wire material (solid bar material) is formed by bending a wire material (solid bar material) into a substantially U-shape in plan view where the front ends of a pair of left and right side bars extending in parallel to each other in front are connected by a front bar. It has been. The child seat has a pair of left and right engaging members extending rearward at the lower part of the back, and the engaging members are formed in a substantially bifurcated shape in side view with a long groove-like notch (engagement port) at the tip. The child seat is held by the anchor by engaging the joint with the front bar of the anchor. Usually, the lower arm of the engaging member is formed shorter than the upper arm so that the engaging member smoothly engages with the front bar. *
The anchor is provided at the rear end of the seat cushion or the lower end of the seat back. Each of the seat cushion and the seat back is configured by covering a seat cushion frame serving as a skeleton with a pad made of a foamed material such as urethane foam and covering the pad with a trim cover. The case where the anchor is provided at the rear end of the seat cushion will be described. The seat cushion frame is formed into a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view in which the front and rear ends of the left and right side frames are connected by, for example, a connecting pipe. It is fixed to the connecting pipe at the back of the seat and provided at the rear end of the seat cushion. *
In order to arrange the anchor at the rear end of the seat cushion, a recess for accommodating the anchor is formed in the pad, the trim cover is opened on the recess, and the end of the trim cover surrounding the opening is processed (terminal processing). *
In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-2111287, the rear end of the side bar of the anchor is wound from the upper surface of the connecting pipe along the rear peripheral surface, and the rear end of the wound side bar is covered with the bracket from the rear to cover the front of the side bar. The structure which welds and fixes an end and a bracket to a connecting pipe is described, and the anchor is covered and reinforced.
Normally, the child seat is in a tilted position with the back side sinking, and the engagement member on the back side is engaged with the front bar of the anchor at the rear end of the seat cushion. The member may bite the trim cover terminal at the rear of the opening. In particular, when the lower arm of the engaging member is formed shorter than the upper arm, the lower arm can easily bite the trim cover terminal. *

When the lower arm of the engagement member enters the opening of the trim cover and bites the trim cover terminal at the rear of the opening, the trim cover terminal is engaged with the engagement port at the front end of the engagement member, and the front bar is the engagement port of the engagement member. There is a risk that the child seat will be incompletely held by the anchor due to poor engagement without reaching the end.

Further, when the engagement member bites the trim cover terminal at the rear of the opening and biting into the engagement port occurs, the trim cover terminal bited into the engagement port is damaged, and the appearance quality of the trim cover is impaired.

When a bracket is used to mount an anchor as in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-211287, the recess of the pad for housing the anchor becomes longer in the front-rear direction, and the trim cover terminal bites into the engagement port at the front end of the engagement member. It tends to occur.

An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that can prevent the trim cover terminal from being caught in the engagement port at the distal end of the engagement member even if a bracket is used.

In the present invention, the connecting member is stretched between the bracket and the trim cover terminal behind the opening of the trim cover, and the terminal of the trim cover behind the opening is drawn into the recess of the pad.

That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the vehicle seat has an anchor used for holding the child seat, and the anchor is substantially U-shaped in plan view in which the front ends of the pair of left and right side bars are connected by the front bar. It is formed in a shape, and the engaging member on the back of the child seat can be engaged with the front bar, and the side bar is fixed to the seat cushion or the seat back connecting pipe laid in the left and right direction via the bracket, and the anchor is The recessed part to be stored is formed in the pad at either the rear end of the seat cushion or the lower end of the seat back, the trim cover that covers the pad is opened above the recessed part of the pad, and the engaging member on the back of the child seat is engaged with the front bar of the anchor. Of the trim cover terminal surrounding the opening of the trim cover, the engagement opening at the tip has a substantially bifurcated shape. A connecting member having one end connected to the end of the trim cover at the rear of the mouth and the other end locked to the bracket is wound between the trim cover terminal at the rear of the opening and the bracket by winding the connecting pipe, The end of the trim cover at the rear of the opening is drawn into the recess of the pad.
In the present invention according to claim 1, the connecting member is wound between the trim cover terminal and the bracket at the rear of the opening by winding the connecting pipe, and the terminal of the trim cover at the rear of the opening is drawn into the recess of the pad. As a result, the end of the trim cover behind the opening is released downward. Therefore, even if the engagement member on the back is engaged with the front bar of the anchor in the inclined posture in which the rear side of the child seat is sunk, the engagement member does not bite the trim cover terminal at the rear of the opening, and the front end of the engagement member The trim cover terminal is prevented from biting into the engagement port.

The vehicle seat has an anchor used for holding the child seat, and the anchor is formed in a substantially U shape in a plan view in which the front ends of the pair of left and right side bars are connected by the front bar. The engaging member can be engaged. The side bar is fixed via a bracket to a connecting pipe of a seat cushion, for example, which is installed in the left-right direction. A recess for accommodating the anchor is formed in the pad at the rear end of the seat cushion, and a trim cover that covers the pad is opened above the recess of the pad. The engagement member has a substantially bifurcated shape in a side view having an engagement port at the tip end with which an anchor front bar can be engaged. Of the ends of the trim cover that surrounds the opening of the trim cover, a connecting member whose one end is connected to the end of the trim cover at the rear of the opening and the other end is locked to the bracket winds the connecting pipe and opens the rear of the opening. The trim cover terminal is stretched between the trim cover terminal and the bracket, and the terminal of the trim cover behind the opening is drawn into the recess of the pad.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of a vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an anchor and a bracket in the vehicle seat, and FIGS. 3A and 3B are before and after deformation of the side bar of the anchor. The side view of a partially broken child seat and anchor is shown respectively. The front, rear, left, and right refer to the directions viewed from the driver seated on the driver seat, and are indicated by Fr, Rr, L, and R. *
As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle seat 10 includes a seat back 12 and a seat cushion 14, and a seat reclining device (not shown) is disposed between the lower end of the seat back and the rear end of the seat cushion. The seat back is configured to be reclining with respect to the seat cushion. *
The seat cushion 14 is configured by covering a pad made of a foamed material such as urethane foam on a seat cushion frame serving as a skeleton and covering the pad with a trim cover. For example, the seat cushion frame is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view from a pair of left and right side frames and front and rear connecting pipes erected between the front ends and the rear ends of the side frames. In the embodiment, only the rear connecting pipe 16 laid in the left-right direction between the rear ends of the side frames is illustrated. The connecting pipe 16 is usually formed from a pipe material having a circular cross section, but is not necessarily limited to a pipe material having a circular cross section. *
The pad and the trim cover will be described later, but a recess for accommodating the anchor is formed in the pad, the trim cover that covers the pad is opened above the recess of the pad, and the end of the trim cover that surrounds the opening is processed by sewing or the like (terminal Processing). *

For example, at the rear end of the seat cushion 14, a pair of left and right ISO-FIX compatible anchors 30 for holding the ISO-FIX type child seat 20 on the seat cushion has a predetermined distance in the left-right direction of the vehicle seat 10. It is arranged with a gap.

As shown in FIG. 1, the child seat 20 has a pair of left and right engaging members 24 extending rearward at the lower portion of the rear surface 22, and the engaging member has an engaging port 24a formed of a long groove-like notch at the tip. ing. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, the anchor 30 has a substantially U-shape in plan view in which the front ends of a pair of left and right side bars 30a extending in parallel with each other obliquely forward from the upright position are connected by a front bar 30b. It is formed by bending a wire material into a shape.
Normally, the child seat is inclined with the back side sinking, and as shown in FIG. 1, the pair of left and right engaging members 24 of the child seat are brought close to the corresponding anchors 30 from the front, and the engaging ports (notches) of the engaging members are arranged. ) By engaging 24a with the front bar 30b, the child seat 20 is held by the anchor and disposed on the seat cushion 14. The anchor front bar 30b is engaged until it reaches the end of the engagement port 24a of the engagement member, whereby the child seat 20 is completely held by the anchor 30 (see FIG. 3A). *
FIG. 4 shows a schematic partial cross-sectional view of the seat cushion in a plane orthogonal to the connecting pipe to which the anchor is fixed via a bracket. As shown in FIG. 4, the pad 14-1 is cut out at the rear end of the seat cushion to form a recess 14-1 ′, and the trim cover 14-2 covering the pad is opened above the recess of the pad. The terminals of the trim cover around 2 ′ (terminal 14-2a at the front of the opening, terminal 14-2b at the rear of the opening, etc.) are processed (terminal processing) by, for example, sewing. In the embodiment, the pad recess 14-1 'is formed through the pad in the vertical direction, but may have a bottomed shape. *
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the anchor 30 is connected to the rear connection pipe 16 laid in the left-right direction between the rear ends of the side frames via the bracket 32 so as to extend obliquely forward from the upright position. It is fixed and accommodated and arranged with the bracket in the pad recess 14-1 ′ (see FIG. 4). The bracket 32 is formed, for example, by pressing a steel plate into a substantially U shape in plan view in which the front ends of the pair of left and right side walls 32a are connected by the front wall 32b. The rear end is fixed. Although fixation to the inner surface of the bracket 32 of the side bar 30a is performed by welding, for example, it is not limited to this. *
As shown in FIG. 2, the rear ends of the side bars 30a are fixed to the inner surfaces at the corners of the side wall 32a and the front wall 32b. However, the present invention is not limited to this, for example, at a position away from the side wall. You may fix to the inner surface (back surface) of a front wall. However, if the rear end of the side bar 30a is disposed at the corners of the side wall 32a and the front wall 32b, it can be firmly fixed because it can be welded to both the side wall and the front wall. *
At the rear end of the side wall 32a of the bracket, an arc-shaped notch 32c corresponding to the front peripheral surface of the connecting pipe 16 is formed. The bracket 32 to which the anchor 30 is fixed is attached to the connecting pipe from the front at a position corresponding to the engaging member 24 so that the notch 32c holds the front peripheral surface of the connecting pipe 16. At this time, when the side bar 30a extends obliquely forward from the upright position and the side bar is deformed and the engaging member 24 is lowered together with the side bar, the bracket 32 is attached to the connecting pipe 16 at a position where the engaging member abuts. For example, it is fixed by welding. *

As shown in FIG. 3A, in the embodiment, the anchor side bar 30a is inclined and extended forward by 15 ° from the upright position, but the forward inclination angle α is not limited to 15 °. The forward inclination angle α need only be an angle at which the side bar 30a mainly undergoes buckling deformation instead of bending deformation, and is, for example, 10 to 25 °.

Since the upper end 32b 'of the front wall of the bracket is at the position farthest from the connecting pipe 16, the bracket 32 is usually positioned so that the lower surface 24' of the lowering engagement member abuts the upper end of the front wall. However, the position is not limited to the contact between the lower surface 24 ′ of the engagement member and the front wall upper end 32 b ′ of the bracket. There should be a bracket.
Normally, the child seat 20 is held on the seat 10 using the tether belt together with the engagement of the engaging member 24 to the anchor 30. However, the tether belt is not directly related to the present invention, and the description thereof is omitted. *

The engagement port (notch) 24a provided at the distal end of the engagement member 24 has a long groove shape in the embodiment. However, the child seat 20 can be held on the seat cushion 14 by engaging with the anchor 30 (front bar 30b). It is sufficient as long as it is long, and it is not limited to the long groove shape.

Since the engagement member 24 has an engagement port 24a, the engagement member 24 has a substantially bifurcated shape in the side view with the arms 24U and 24L on the upper and lower sides, and the lower arm 24L is arranged to be smoothly engaged with the anchor front bar 30b. It is shorter than the arm 24U.

As shown in FIG. 4, a strip-shaped connecting member 40 is stretched between the trim cover terminal 14-2b at the rear of the opening and the bracket 32, and the terminal of the trim cover at the rear of the opening is connected to the opening 14-2 ′ of the trim cover. That is, it is drawn into the pad recess 14-1 ′.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the connecting member. The outline and initial shape are flat plate shapes indicated by a one-dot chain line, and are attached in a shape indicated by a solid line when in use.

The belt-shaped connecting member 40 is formed from a cloth material having both stretchability and tensile strength. For example, it may be the same cloth material as that of the trim cover.

One end 40a of the connecting member is sewn to the trim cover terminal 14-2b at the rear of the opening, and the other end 40b is wound around the connecting pipe 16 and passed through the bracket 32, specifically, the front wall of the bracket. It is locked to 32b. Here, a hook-shaped locking piece 42 is attached to the other end 40b of the connecting member, and the other end of the connecting member is one-touched to the bracket 32 by locking the locking piece to the upper end 32b ′ of the front wall. It can be locked with. The connecting member 40 is stretched by winding the connecting pipe 16 between the trim cover terminal 14-2b at the rear of the opening and the bracket 32, and the trim cover terminal 14-2b is drawn into the recess 14-1 ′ of the pad. You can escape downward.

The locking piece 42 is formed from, for example, a resin material. If the locking piece is formed from a resin material, the locking piece 42 is easily attached to the other end 40b of the connecting member made of a cloth material by stitching.

In order to avoid the exposure of the locking piece 42, in the embodiment, the locking piece is covered and hidden by the cloth piece 14-3. For example, one end of the cloth piece 14-3 made of the same material as that of the trim cover 14-2 is stitched to the trim cover terminal 14-2a in front of the opening, and the other end covers the locking piece 42 and hangs down into the recess 14-1 ′. By doing so, the locking piece is hidden.
As shown in FIG. 1, the child seat rear engagement member 24 is engaged with the anchor front bar 30b at the rear end of the seat cushion in a tilted posture in which the rear side of the child seat sinks, but the child seat is inclined. There is a possibility that the substantially bifurcated engagement member may bite the trim cover terminal 14-2b behind the opening. *

However, the connecting pipe 16 is wound around and the connecting member 40 is stretched between the trim cover terminal 14-2b and the bracket 32 at the rear of the opening, and the terminal of the trim cover is pulled into the pad recess 14-1 'so that the rear of the opening. The end of the trim cover is released downward. Therefore, even if the engagement member 24 is engaged with the anchor front bar 30b in the inclined posture in which the rear side of the child seat 20 is sinked, the arm 24L below the engagement member holds the trim cover terminal 14-2b behind the opening. The trim cover terminal is prevented from biting into the engagement port at the tip of the engagement member without being bitten.

Since the trim cover terminal is not caught in the engagement port 24a of the engagement member, the front bar 30b of the anchor enters and engages to the end of the engagement port, and the child seat 20 is securely held by the anchor 30.

In addition, since the trim cover terminal is not bitten into the engagement port 24a of the engagement member, the trim cover terminal is prevented from being damaged by the engagement member, and the appearance quality of the trim cover is not impaired.
Since the anchor 30 is fixed to the connecting pipe 16 via the bracket 32, the pad recess 14-1 'and the trim cover opening 14-2' are elongated in the front-rear direction. However, since the terminal 14-2b of the trim cover behind the opening of the trim cover is drawn into the pad recess 14-1 ′ and released downward, the recess 14-1 ′ and the opening 14-2 ′ become longer in the front-rear direction. However, the engaging member does not bite the trim cover terminal 14-2b at the rear of the opening, and the biting of the trim cover terminal can be prevented. *

By locking the end of the connecting member 40 to the bracket 32, it is possible to effectively use a bracket that is not advantageous from the top of the trim cover terminal 14-2b at the rear of the opening.

Further, since the connecting member 40 is wound around the connecting pipe 16, the connecting member can be easily stretched between the trim cover terminal 14-2b at the rear of the opening and the bracket 32, and the trim cover can be applied under an appropriate traction force. The terminal 14-2b can be drawn into the pad recess 14-1 '.

When a large load acts on the child seat 20 due to a rear collision, sudden stop, etc., the load is transmitted to the anchor front bar 30b via the child seat engaging member 24, and the anchor 30 receives the load under bending rigidity. And since the anchor 30 is formed in a cantilever shape in which the rear end of the side bar 30a of the anchor is fixed to the connecting pipe 16 and the front bar 30b is connected to the front end of the side bar, a large load acts on the anchor. If the load cannot be supported by the bending rigidity, the deformation of the anchor, specifically, the deformation of the side bar cannot be avoided.

However, since the anchor side bar 30a extends obliquely forward from the upright position (see FIG. 3A), the side bar is buckled but not bent (FIG. 3B). The buckling deformation has a smaller deformation amount than the bending deformation.

Further, the child seat engaging member 24 engaged with the front bar 30b is lowered with the deformation of the side bar 30a, but the bracket 32 is in a position where it can be contacted below the engaging member. The lower surface 24 'of the combined member abuts against the upper end 32b' of the front wall, and the bracket receives a load to prevent the engaging member from descending, that is, the side bar from being deformed.
Therefore, even if a large load acts on the child seat 20 and is transmitted to the anchor 30 via the engaging member due to a rear collision, sudden stop, etc., excessive deformation of the anchor is reliably prevented without increasing the diameter of the anchor. it can. *

Moreover, since the notch 32c which holds the front peripheral surface of the connection pipe 16 is provided at the rear end of the side wall 32a of the bracket, a sufficient fixing length (welding length) is ensured. Therefore, the bracket 32 is firmly fixed to the connection pipe 16 and can sufficiently withstand the load transmitted from the child seat 20 to the anchor 30.

Furthermore, since the front wall 32b of the bracket is located in a direction (left-right direction) orthogonal to the extending direction (front-rear direction) of the engaging member 24, even if the child seat 20 is shifted in the left-right direction and placed on the seat 10, The lower surface 24 'of the engaging member is securely brought into contact with the front wall upper end 32b'.
As described above, since the end of the trim cover is pulled into the recess of the pad by extending the connecting member and the end of the trim cover behind the opening is released downward, the engagement member on the back of the child seat is the trim cover terminal behind the opening. The trim cover terminal is prevented from biting into the engagement port at the tip of the engagement member. Therefore, the front bar of the anchor enters and engages to the end of the engagement port, and the child seat is securely held by the anchor. *
The above-described embodiments are for explaining the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention. All modifications, alterations, etc. within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the present invention. Needless to say. *

For example, in the embodiment, the anchor is provided on the seat cushion side. That is, the anchor is fixed to the connecting pipe laid between the rear ends of the pair of left and right side frames of the seat cushion frame via the bracket. However, the anchor may be provided on the seat back side, or may be fixed to a connecting pipe that is installed in the left-right direction between the lower ends of the pair of left and right side frames of the seat back frame via a bracket.

In addition, an ISO-FIX type child seat is usually used, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention can be applied to child seats other than the ISO-FIX type.
The present invention can be widely used for a vehicle seat having an anchor used for holding a child seat.
