使用者可拿着瓜果在主体 5上滑动,至与刀体 25刮蹭, 即可对瓜果 进行刨切。刨切所得的瓜果片体或者条状物即可从间隙 103 落下至支架 1 下方。在支架 1下方设置盆、碗等器皿, 即可将刨切所得片体或条状物直 接盛装在器亚中 。
该支架 1 包括两个相对的第一支架 102与两个相对的第二支架 101 , 第一支架 102和第二支架 101依次首尾相连形成一个大致呈矩形的框架。 每一第一支架 102的底部边缘上开设至少一个凹槽 104每一第一支架 102 的底部边缘除凹槽 104处外,其他部分呈弧形。
优选地,该支架 1 包括设置该支架 1底部的相对位置的第一及第二支 撑件,该第一及第二支撑件端部以橡胶物料制成以防止使用时滑动,另外, 第一及第二支撑件的端部可以为弧形以容许在不同表面上使用 进一步地, 第一或第二支撑件转动连接于该支架 1端部 ,并可收纳于该支架 1底部以 方便在容器口上进行切削。
在另外的一些实施例中 ,该第一支架 102的底部边缘至少有一部分呈 弧形, 而也可有其他部分为平整形。 当第一支架 102的底部边缘部分为平 整时,该凹槽 104与弧形部分相间隔一定距离。
该凹槽 104可用于容置器皿的边缘, 器皿的对侧边缘即可抵靠在第一 支架 102的底部边缘的弧形部分上。 由于第一支架 102底部边缘是弧形, 任意一种器皿无论规格尺寸,均可一侧边缘容置在凹槽 104中 , 另一侧边 缘与底部边缘的弧形部分相抵靠 ,从而牢固配合器皿,使得该食物切削装 置使用更为方便。
进一步地在其他实施例中 ,该第一支架 102的底部边缘在靠近第二支 架 101的两端均设置成弧形,而每个弧形部分均设置有至少一个凹槽 104。 如此,如果两端的凹槽 104刚好能够与器 的边缘相匹配,则器 的边缘 可以分别容置在两端的凹槽 104中 。如果两端没有合适的凹槽 104与器皿 的边缘相匹配,则器皿的一侧边缘可以容置在一端的凹槽 104中 , 器皿的 另一侧边缘就可与第一支架 102的另一端的弧形底部边缘相抵靠。
请再同时参考图 2,在一些实施例中 ,该食物切削装置还包括一锁扣 结构 20,所述刀体 25通过该锁扣结构 20固定于支架 1上。借由该锁扣结 构 20,可以配置不同的刀体 25于食物切削装置上,例如可以是平刀 ,也 可以是波浪刀等 , 以满足对于瓜果等不同刨切形状的需求。另外, 刀片亦 可借助螺丝等紧固件固定在刀体 25上,做成可拆卸形式。因而需要刨切不 同形状时, 亦可在同一刀体 25上更换不同的刀片 。
锁扣结构 20 可以是常见的拨动按钮形式,往其中一个方向拨动时解 锁 , 刀体 25可以从支架 1 上取出 ,往另一个方向拨动时则上锁 ,使刀体 25锁固在支架 1上。
在一些实施例中 ,该锁扣结构 20 可包括一弹性件,该弹性件用于在 解锁刀体 25时将刀体 25从支架 1上弹出 ,方便刀体 25的取出和安装。如 图 3所示,在一具体的实施例中 ,该锁扣结构 20包括按钮 201 、扣钩 202、 弹性件 204和锁件 205。扣钩 202穿设在支架 1上并用于固定按钮 201至 支架 1上。按钮 201 穿过扣钩 202与锁件 205连接。 弹性件 204设置在锁 件 205与扣钩 202之间。 弹性件 204呈水平设置,可沿水平方向被压缩并 提供弹性力 。当刀体 25处于安装状态时,弹性件 204的弹力抵顶锁件 205 使锁件 205嵌入刀体 25起到固定作用 。 当需要取出刀体 25时,操作按钮 201 ,压缩弹性件 204,使锁件 205作动,从而将锁件 205移出刀体 25的 同时,可以使锁件 205抵顶刀体 25,进而将刀体 25从支架 1上弹出 。
在第二实施例中 ,参考图 8至图 12,该锁扣结构 20 包括以塑料制成 的一个回弹件 回弹件 61可透过按钮 201来推动锁件 205向左或右移动 把刀体 25锁在支架 1上,进一步地,该锁件 205设置为梯形,该锁件 205 的梯形斜面与刀体 25的一表面所设的梯形伸延件的斜面相配合,当使用者 把刀体 25推向主体时,该回弹件 61会受压,刀体 25的梯形伸延件的斜面 会被推进,使锁件 205沿梯形伸延件的斜面移动,按钮 201 因而作水平移 动, 当梯形伸延件移动至锁件 205的斜面边缘后 ,便与锁件 205的另一表 面配合,形成锁紧状态。更进一步地,当用户把按钮 201推向另一方向时, 刀体 25的梯形伸延件会由锁件 205的一表面移动至锁件 205的斜面 ,回弹 件 61的压力便会释放, 刀体 25由支架 1向外移动。优选地, 为解决现有 技术在安装及解除刀体 25容易割伤的安全问题,本发明的支架 1的内壁设 有轨道, 刀体 25只会沿轨道移动, 防止刀体 25向外弹出 。
在一些实施例中 ,所述主体 5下方设置一滾刀 30,主体 5上设置若干 升降台 51 ,用于滾刀 30转动时露出滾刀 30的刀片至主体 5上。该滾刀 30 露出刀片在主体 5上时,可以辅助切削主体 5上的瓜果,使得瓜果的刨切 更为便利。
具体地,该滾刀 30 包括手柄 31 、套置在手柄 31上的刀架 32以及设 置在刀架 32上的若干刀片 33。手柄 31可以借助形成在支架 1下方的片体 10固定在支架 1上。通过旋转手柄 31 ,即可操作滾刀 30以使刀片 33露出 于主体 5上,或者收藏在主体 5下。进一步地,该滾刀 30还可设置一保护 盖 34,该保护盖 34罩设在刀架 32上,可以防止使用者被露出于主体 5底 部的刀片 33割伤。
在第二实施例中 ,参考图 8至图 12,本发明包括升降装置 21 以推动 主体 5相对支架 1作垂直运动,主体 5上设置一升降装置 21 用于转动主体 5以调整主体 5与刀体 25之间的间隙大小 ,也即可以用来升降主体 5。该 升降装置 21 包括与主体 5连接的连接件 22,与连接件 22卡合的作动件 23, 以及与作动件 23螺合的旋钮 24,连接件 22与作动件 23上设置限位结构 用于限制作动件 23的活动范围 。旋钮 24可以设置在片体 10上,或者可以 设置在支架 1 上的其他合适位置。通过操作旋钮 24, 即可操作作动件 23 相对连接件 22移动,进而带动主体 5的转动, 由此可调整主体 5 与刀体 25之间的间隙大小。通过调整主体 5与刀体 25之间的间隙大小 ,就可以 控制刨切所得瓜果片体或者条状物的厚度。 而设置限位结构,可以防止作 动件 23的活动范围过大,使得主体 5位于刀体 25之上。 因为必须保证主 体 5位于刀体 25的下方, 才能使得滑动在主体 5上的瓜果能被顺利刨切。 典型的限位结构可以是分别设置在连接件 22与作动件 23上的凹槽和凸条, 当旋转旋钮 24使凸条抵顶凹槽的末端时,则不能再移动,也就防止主体 5 被过度的转动,使主体 5位于刀体 25的上方。
优选地,作动件 23的一端为螺紋件,操作旋钮 24通过螺紋件使作动 件 23作水平移动,主体连接件 26与主体 5及作动件 23活动连接,作动件 23的一表面设有至少一个带有角度的长形孔,并与主体连接件 26的至少 一个凸件相配合以容许该主体连接件 26沿该长形孔移动,使主体 5作升降 活动。更进一步地,该作动件 23套设于连接件 22内 ,该连接件 22的一表 面设有垂直长形通孔,并与主体连接件 26的至少一个凸件相配合,使凸件 限制在垂直长形通孔活动,以防止主体 5离开支架 1。
在一些实施例中 ,每一第二支架的底部设置一对支撑件 16、40,支撑 件 16、 40可用于支撑支架 1放置于桌面等对象上。
在一些实施例中 ,其中一对第一支撑件 40 可转动连接在一第二支架 101上并可收容至主体 5下。 图 4示出了该对第一支撑件 40收容在主体 5 之下的情形。
请再参考图 1及图 10, 当第一支撑件 40处于打开的状态时, 第一支 撑件 40和第二支撑件 16即可作为支撑该食物切削装置的结构 ,放置于桌 面等平台上。而用于盛装刨切所得的瓜果的器皿可以放置在第一支撑件 40 和第二支撑件 16之间 、支架 1的下方。
其中第一支撑件 40的底部平直, 另外一对第二支撑件 16的底部呈弧 形。呈弧形的设计可使第二支撑件 16对于桌面等平台的表面平整度要求不 高 ,即使不具有大面积的平整表面 ,该具有弧形底部的第二支撑件 16仍可 放置稳固 ,利于使用 。
图 4及图 9所示的第一支撑件 40收容至主体 5之下时, 第一支撑件 40的侧边缘 41 露出于支架 1 的第一支架 102的底部边缘。在一些实施例 中 ,可以设置该第一支撑件 40的尺寸或者调整支架 1的尺寸,使该一对第 一支撑件 40收容至主体 5下时,第一支撑件 40的侧边缘 41未露出于第一 支架 102的底部边缘。 因而使得第一支架 102的底部边缘仍然作为与器皿 接触的組件。
请再参考图 5和图 6,在一些实施例中 ,可将第一支撑件 40的侧边缘 41设置呈弧形。 因此当该对第一支撑件 40收容至主体 5下时, 即使第一 支撑件 40的侧边缘 41露出于第一支架 102的底部边缘, 亦可作为与器皿 接触的組件。 由于该对第一支撑件 40的侧边缘 41作弧形设计,仍然可与 第一支架 102的底部边缘上的凹槽 104—起配合用于将支架 1稳固地放置 于不同规格的器 上。
进一步地,如图 7及图 9所示 ,该对第一支撑件 40的侧边缘 41上开 设有至少一个凹槽 42。因此除了第一支撑件 40的侧边缘 41的弧形部分可 作为与器皿接触的組件外,这些开设在第一支撑件 40的侧边缘 41上的凹 槽 42亦可与第一支架 102的底部边缘上的凹槽 104配合,用于稳固地容置 器皿的周缘。以上各組件,可自由拆装,并解决现有技术难于清洗的问题。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的食物切削装置通过对其支架的底部边 缘作弧形设计的处理,使得支架的通用性较高 ,不同尺寸和形状的器 均 可与该食物切削装置配合,达到方便使用的效果。

1. 一种食物切削装置, 包括支架、设置在支架上的主体及刀体。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,所述食物切削装置 还包括升降装置以推动所述主体作垂直运动。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,所述食物切削装置 还包括用于移动连接所述刀体于所述支架内的锁扣结构 ,所述刀体通过 所述锁扣结构固定于支架上。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括 所述主体、设置于所述支架相对内壁之间的作动件及连接所述主体与所 述作动件的主体连接件,所述作动件的一端设有螺紋,所述作动件的表 面设有至少一个带有角度的长形通孔。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,所述主体连接件设 有至少一个凸件,所述凸件可与所述所述作动件的长形通孔相配合。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置还包 括用以套设作动件的连接件,所述连接件的一表面设有与所述主体连接 件凸件相配合的通孔。
7. 根据权利要求 3所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,所述锁扣结构包括 可用于推动所述刀体由所述支架弹出的回弹件、可用于扣锁所述刀体于 所述支架上的锁件及用于限制所述刀体沿所述支架的内壁移动的轨道。 还包括一锁扣结构 ,所述刀体通过该锁扣结构固定于支架上。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,所述锁件设有梯形 件,所述梯形件的一斜面与所述刀体的一表面设有伸延件,所述伸延件 的一斜面与所述梯形件的一斜面相配合。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的食物切削装置,所述主体与所述刀体之间设置间 隙作为刨切出口 ,所述支架包括两个相对的第一支架与两个相对的第二 支架,,每一所述第一支架的底部边缘上开设至少一个凹槽,每一所述 第一支架的底部边缘至少部分设置呈弧形。
根据权利要求 1所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,每一所述第一支架 的底部边缘两端分别设置呈弧形,所述第一支架的底部边缘的每个弧形 部分均开设有至少一个凹槽。
根据权利要求 9所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,每一所述第一支架 的底部边缘除所述凹槽之外的部分均呈弧形,每一所述第二支架的底部 设置一对支撑件。
根据权利要求 11 所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,其中一对所述支 撑件可转动连接在一所述第二支架上并可收容至所述主体下。
根据权利要求 11 所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,所述其中一对所 述支撑件收容至所述主体下时,所述支撑件侧边缘未露出于所述第一支 架的底部边缘,其中一对所述支撑件可转动连接在一所述第二支架上, 所述其中一对所述支撑件的底部平直,另外一对所述支撑件的底部呈弧 形。
根据权利要求 9所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,其中一对所述支撑 件侧边缘上开设有至少一个凹槽。
根据权利要求 1所述的食物切削装置,其特征在于,所述主体上设置一 升降装置用于升降所述主体以调整所述主体与所述刀体之间的间隙大 小,所述升降装置包括与所述主体连接的所述连接件,与所述连接件卡 合的所述作动件,以及与所述作动件螺合的旋钮,所述连接件与作所述 动件上设置限位结构用于限制作动件的活动范围。
