Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'industrie du papier et de la cellulose, concerne notamment la fabrication de couches et peut être utilisée dans la production de voiles résistant au déchirement. Le résultat technique de la présente invention, selon la variante 1 ou la variante 2, consiste en une réduction du gondolement des voiles lors de l'humidification, en une réduction des coûts de leur procédé de fabrication, et en une augmentation de leur résistance au déchirement à l'état mouillé de classe 3. Le résultat technique selon la première variante est atteint en ce que l'on fixe, en qualité de revêtement de protection sur des voiles résistant à la lumière connus et sur un substrat contenant des fibres naturelles, un film polymère préparé séparément dont l'épaisseur ne dépasse pas 80 microns ; le rapport entre l'épaisseur du film de protection et l'épaisseur du substrat varie de 0,10 à 0,25. Le résultat technique selon la seconde variante de la présente invention est atteint en ce que, sur des voiles résistant à l'humidité et à la lumière connus se présentant sous forme d'un substrat recouvert d'une couche contenant un polymère, on forme un motif sur le substrat synthétique, et en ce que le revêtement polymère fixé sur le substrat consiste en un film polymère préparé séparément dont l'épaisseur ne dépasse pas 110 microns, le rapport entre l'épaisseur du film de protection et l'épaisseur du substrat allant de 0,6 à 0,9.
