Description

一种车载天线盒 技术领域
本发明涉及全球定位系统( GPS )车载导航和天线技术,具体涉及一种车载天线盒。
背景技术
内嵌式车载智能控制系统(含 GPS 导航)包括芯片、天线、处理器、内存、屏幕、按键、扬声器等组成部分,除天线部分外一起合为一个底座,一般都安装在汽车中控台,屏幕朝外。目前,车载智能控制系统使用多项 无线技术(移动通讯、手机电视、 GPS 等),采用多个对应天线,现有的 内嵌式车载智能控制系统有安装在屏幕背后的内部天线,还有一个或多个外部天线,这给用户带来以下不便:
1 、多个外部天线使用连接不便并占用底座上的接口;
2 、内部天线信号不佳,外部天线缺乏保护;
3 、功能单一。
技术问题
本发明需要解决的技术问题是,如何提供一种车载天线盒,能更好地管理使用天线,进一步集中为用户提供各种使用和维护方便。
技术解决方案
本发明的上述技术问题这样解决:构建一种车载天线盒,包括能通过电磁波的外壳和内部天线,其特征在于,所述天线包括定位导航天线和移动通讯天线,所有天线与内部电路板上的控制器电连接;所述车载天线盒还包括与所述控制器电连接的用户身份卡(SIM卡)插槽和露在车载天线盒外壳上的外设连接接口。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,所述天线中定位导航天线是GPS天线或格洛纳斯(GLONASS)天线,所述天线中移动通讯天线是第二代移动通讯(2G)或第三代移动通讯(3G)天线。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,所述天线还包括手机电视(CMMB)天线。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,所述天线还包括不停车电子收费系统(ETC)天线。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,所述天线还包括无线局域网(WIFI)天线和蓝牙天线。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,所述外设连接接口包括移动终端高清影音标准接口(MHL)接口和通用串口总线(USB)接口。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,所述外设连接接口中USB接口外部连接U盘和或3G无线上网卡。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,所述外设连接接口还包括摄像头接口。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,所述车载天线盒外部连接显示设备;所述车载天线盒还设有卡槽,通过卡槽内电连接口外部连接插入所述卡槽的CPU卡,所述CPU卡内置中央处理器及其电连接的存储模块、音频模块、显示模块和通信模块。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,所述车载天线盒外部连接显示设备;所述车载天线盒还内置中央处理器及其电连接的存储模块、音频模块、显示模块和通信模块。
按照本发明提供的车载天线盒,包括上述技术特征的任意组合。
有益效果
本发明提供的车载天线盒,突破传统思路,采用集中天线和外设连接接口的结构,较现有技术具有以下优势:
1 、 与底座连接使用管理方便;
2 、 方便与外部设备连接使用方便;
3 、 减少打开车体的维护。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明提供的具体实施例的车载天线盒,与内嵌式底座连接,在车载天线盒内插入外置CPU卡即可工作。
如图1所示,该车载天线盒包括支架11、盒体12和卡槽13,通过HDMI线连接内嵌式底座。支架11可贴在车窗玻璃上,与盒体12活动连接,卡槽13用于插入外置CPU卡。
如图2所示,该车载天线盒除天线本体外还包括额外增加含控制器的电路和电路板,天线包括GPS+GLONASS天线,WIFI天线,蓝牙天线。电路板上设置有控制器,天线本体与电路板电连接,外部设置与手机连接的MHL接口、与卡槽插入口13对应的外置CPU卡接口、连接U盘或3G上网卡的USB接口、摄像头接口和电源接口。
如图3所示,该外置CPU卡是扁平卡状,外部包括外壳、接插口32、面板和面板上的存储卡插入口31。其两侧厚度比中间厚度小,方便推拉插入与其配合的卡槽。该外置CPU卡内部电路具备CPU和核心组件,这样避免过多的外部接口连接、性能/可靠性降低和故障维护困难,另外在接插口必须含有必要的操作控制端口。该外置CPU卡,具体电路结构如图4所示,包括CPU总线及其电连接的CPU、音频模块、液晶显示(LCD)模块、GPS模块、WIFI模块、存储单元、接插口32和存储卡插入口31。
如图5和6所示,该外置CPU卡的接插口32满足CPU电源、基本控制和输入/出需要,包括音视频端、各种通讯端、外部电源接入端、天线接入端、外部时钟端、接地端和开/关机控制端,具体可以包含多种实现方式。
本发明的实施方式
CPU 卡还可以是内置的,车载天线盒与 CPU 卡结合为一个不可拆分的整体,这样能降低系统整体成本。
工业实用性
本发明车载天线盒应用于智能车载系统,具有维修不拆机,升级快速方便和享受不断提高的性能等突出优点,将会被广泛应用在智能车载系统中。

Claims (10)

1、一种车载天线盒,包括能通过电磁波的外壳和内部天线,其特征在于,所述天线包括定位导航天线和移动通讯天线,所有天线与内部电路板上的控制器电连接;所述车载天线盒还包括与所述控制器电连接的SIM卡插槽和露在车载天线盒外壳上的外设连接接口。
2、根据权利要求1所述车载天线盒,其特征在于,所述天线中定位导航天线是北斗定位天线、GPS天线或GLONASS天线,所述天线中移动通讯天线是2G或3G天线。
3、根据权利要求2所述车载天线盒,其特征在于,所述天线还包括CMMB天线。
4、根据权利要求3所述车载天线盒,其特征在于,所述天线还包括ETC天线。
5、根据权利要求4所述车载天线盒,其特征在于,所述天线还包括WIFI天线和蓝牙天线。
6、根据权利要求1所述车载天线盒,其特征在于,所述外设连接接口包括移动终端高清影音标准接口MHL接口和USB接口。
7、根据权利要求6所述车载天线盒,其特征在于,所述外设连接接口中USB接口外部连接U盘和或3G无线上网卡。
8、根据权利要求6所述车载天线盒,其特征在于,所述外设连接接口还包括摄像头接口。
9、根据权利要求1-8任一项所述车载天线盒,其特征在于,所述车载天线盒外部连接显示设备;所述车载天线盒还内置中央处理器及其电连接的存储模块、音频模块、显示模块和通信模块。
10、根据权利要求1-8任一项所述车载天线盒,其特征在于,所述车载天线盒外部连接显示设备;所述车载天线盒还设有卡槽(13),通过卡槽内电连接口外部连接插入所述卡槽的CPU卡,所述CPU卡内置中央处理器及其电连接的存储模块、音频模块、显示模块和通信模块。
