进一步, 若所述商品为进口商品时, 所述防伪转接平台返回外国生产商 在防伪转接平台上注册的注册名称,并通过注册电话号码转接至外国生产商 的商品防伪系统。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是: 使商品管理相同, 鉴别方式相同, 进一步降低鉴别的复杂性以及鉴别成本。
进一步, 若所述商品为出口商品, 在返回商品真伪信息时, 商品防伪系 统根据销售地使用当地语言返回商品真伪信息。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是: 使商品管理相同, 鉴别方式相同, 并且能根据销售地使用当地语言返回商品真伪信息, 使鉴别方法更加人性 化, 进一步增加鉴别方法的适用范围。

如图 1所示, 为本发明方法框架图, 包括建立防伪转接平台, 在所述防 伪转接平台中存储生产商在防伪转接平台上注册并获取的企业注册信息和 企业防伪代码, 所述企业注册信息包括有注册名称和注册电话号码; 建立用 于连接至防伪转接平台的查询客户端;生产商在其生产商品上印上防伪转接 平台的防伪电话号码、 企业防伪代码和商品防伪码; 由生产商建立商品防伪 系统, 所述商品防伪系统存储商品防伪码和商品查询记录;
查询客户端通过防伪电话号码连接至防伪转接平台, 并输入商品标签上 的企业防伪代码, 所述防伪转接平台判断所述企业防伪代码是否为真, 若企 业防伪代码为假, 则返回查询客户端企业防伪码错误信息, 若企业防伪代码 为真, 所述防伪转接平台根据所述企业防伪代码查找对应生产商的注册信 息, 并返回生产商的注册名称, 并根据该生厂商的注册电话号码转接至该生 产商的商品防伪系统, 并输入商品防伪码, 所述商品防伪系统根据输入的商 品防伪码判断商品真伪, 并返回查询结果信息, 若商品为真, 则返回的查询 结果信息是商品为真信息, 若商品为假, 则返回的查询结果信息是商品为假 信息。
所述查询客户端为通过电话通信网络进行通信的通信设备。所述通信设 备为移动电话或固定电话。 所述的商品防伪码为 18位以上阿拉伯数字的随 机码。 所述随机码在生成时剔除掉已生成随机码再执行随机码生成。 所述一 个商品防伪码对应一件商品; 所述企业防伪代码与生产商的企业注册信息一 一对应。 当所述商品防伪系统的查询结果信息是商品为真信息时, 所述商品 防伪系统将当次查询的电话号码和拨打时间添加进商品查询记录并将所述 商品查询记录进行存储, 并将所述商品查询记录返回给查询客户端。 若所述 商品为进口商品时, 则所述进口商品的外国生产商同样在所述防伪转接平台 上注册并获取企业注册信息和企业防伪代码。 若所述商品为出口商品, 在返 回商品真伪信息时, 商品防伪系统根据销售地使用当地语言返回商品真伪信 息。 所述防伪电话号码、 企业防伪代码和商品防伪码还印制在商品的集体包 装上。
图 2为本发明实施例流程图, 具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 101, 由第三方公信机构建立防伪转接平台, 由各生产商建立自己 的商品防伪系统;
步骤 102, 查询者通过查询客户端 (如手机、 固定电话)拨打防伪转接 平台的防伪电话号码, 与防伪转接平台连接;
步骤 103, 根据防伪转接平台的企业防伪代码输入提示, 通过查询客户 端输入商品上印制的企业防伪代码;
步骤 104, 由防伪转接平台查询所述企业防伪代码所对应的生产商的注 册信息, 若查询到该注册信息, 则跳转至步骤 105, 若未查询到该注册信息, 则跳转至步骤 103;
步骤 105, 查询注册信息中的生产商名称以及生产商所留商品防伪系统 的电话号码, 向查询者返回生产商名称, 通过生产商所留商品防伪系统的电 话号码将查询者转接至商品防伪系统;
步骤 106, 根据商品防伪系统的商品防伪码输入提示, 通过查询客户端 输入商品上印制的商品防伪码;
步骤 107, 由商品防伪系统通过所述商品防伪码判断商品是否为真, 若 商品为真, 则跳转至步骤 108, 若商品不为真, 则跳转至步骤 109;
步骤 108, 向查询客户端返回商品为真的信息以及商品查询记录中所记 录的每次查询的电话号码以及拨打时间, 并跳转至步骤 110;
步骤 109, 向查询客户端返回商品为 ^^的信息, 并跳转至步骤 110; 步骤 110, 是否继续查询, 若继续查询, 则跳转至步骤 106, 若不需继 续查询, 则跳转至结束。 上述步骤中的商品防伪码为 18位以上阿拉伯数字组成的随机码, 足以 满足商品数量的需求; 在输入企业防伪码或商品防伪码时, 会有友好输入提 示, 使整个鉴别过程流畅进行; 在判断商品防伪码的真伪时, 商品防伪系统 将输入的商品防伪码作为查询关键字, 以此关键字在商品防伪系统数据库中 查询所述关键字, 所查询到, 则商品防伪码为真, 若未查询到, 则商品防伪 码为假; 防伪转接平台的选择上, 选取第三方公信力强的机构, 其一能使查 询者对鉴别方法更加信任, 其二对生产商进行了约束, 并对防伪转接平台的 电话号码进行普及, 进一步降低造假的可能。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明 的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发 明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 包括,
建立防伪转接平台,在所述防伪转接平台中存储生产商在防伪转接平台 上注册并获取的企业注册信息和企业防伪代码, 所述企业注册信息包括有注 册名称和注册电话号码; 建立用于连接至防伪转接平台的查询客户端;生产 商在其生产商品上印上防伪转接平台的防伪电话号码、企业防伪代码和商品 防伪码; 由生产商建立商品防伪系统, 所述商品防伪系统存储商品防伪码和 商品查询记录;
查询客户端通过防伪电话号码连接至防伪转接平台, 并输入商品标签上 的企业防伪代码, 所述防伪转接平台判断所述企业防伪代码是否为真, 若企 业防伪代码为假, 则返回查询客户端企业防伪码错误信息, 若企业防伪代码 为真, 所述防伪转接平台根据所述企业防伪代码查找对应生产商的注册信 息, 并返回生产商的注册名称, 并根据该生厂商的注册电话号码转接至该生 产商的商品防伪系统, 并输入商品防伪码, 所述商品防伪系统根据输入的商 品防伪码判断商品真伪, 并返回查询结果信息, 若商品为真, 则返回的查询 结果信息是商品为真信息, 若商品为假, 则返回的查询结果信息是商品为假 信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 所述查 询客户端为通过电话通信网络进行通信的通信设备。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 所述通 信设备为移动电话或固定电话。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 所述的 商品防伪码为 18位以上阿拉伯数字的随机码。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 所述随 机码在生成时剔除掉已生成过的随机码再生成新的随机码。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 所述一 个商品防伪码对应一件商品; 所述企业防伪代码与生产商的企业注册信息一 一对应。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 当所述 商品防伪系统的查询结果信息是商品为真信息时,所述商品防伪系统将当次 查询的电话号码和拨打时间添加进商品查询记录并将所述商品查询记录进 行存储, 并将所述商品查询记录返回给查询客户端。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 若所述 商品为进口商品时, 所述防伪转接平台返回外国生产商在防伪转接平台上注 册的注册名称,并通过注册电话号码转接至外国生产商的商品防伪系统。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 若所述 商品为出口商品, 在返回商品真伪信息时, 商品防伪系统根据销售地使用当 地语言返回商品真伪信息。
10.根据权利要求 6至 9任一所述的一种商品防伪鉴别方法, 其特征是: 所述防伪电话号码、 企业防伪代码和商品防伪码还印制在商品的集体包装 上。
