MCI处理收到的局间状态报告。 图 2显示了本发明实施例提供的局间短消息处理方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 包 括以下步骤- 步骤 S201 : 本局短消息中心 MC1收到主叫用户发送的上行短信 M01消息后,判 断被叫用户是本局用户还是外局用户; 步骤 S202: 当所述被叫用户被判断为本局用户吋, 将所述 M01消息变换成第一 下行短信 MT1消息后, 发送给被叫用户; 步骤 S203 : 当所述被叫用户被判断为外局用户时, 则将所述 M01消息添加局间 消息标识后变换成局间消息 M02, 发送给适合于所述被叫用户的外局短消息中心 MC2; 步骤 S204:所述 MC2根据所接收的 M02消息中的局间消息标识将其标识为外局 转入消息, 并将该 M02消息变换成第二下行短信 MT2消息后, 发送给被叫用户。 其中, 所述 MC2通过添加外局转入消息标识将所述 M02消息标识为外局转入消 息, 并进行保存。 具体地说, 本发明还包括 MC2将所述短信 MT2发送给被叫用户后, 向所述 MC1 返回状态报告的步骤, 包括: 当 MC2在收到下发响应消息后, 利用所保存的 M02消 息屮的外局转入消息标识, 判断对应于该下发响应消息的所述 M02 消息是外局转入 消息时, 构造一个状态报告, 返回给所述 MC1。 本发明将所述 M01消息变换成第一下行短信 MT1消息的步骤包括:对所述 M01 消息进行解码; 将解码后的 M01消息的相应内容编码成第一下行短信 MT1消息。 本发明将所述 M02变换成第二下行短信 MT2消息的步骤包括: 对所述 M02消 息进行解码; 将解码后的 M02消息的相应内容编码成第二下行短信 MT2消息。 本发明还包括 MC1将所述短信 MT1消息发送给被叫用户后, 向 MC 1 的局内主 叫用户返回状态报告的步骤, 包括: 当 MC1在收到关于短信 MT1消息的下发响应消 息后, 构造一个状态报告, 返回给本局内的主叫用户。 具体地说, 本发明还包括 MC2将所述短信 MT2发送给被叫用户后, 向 MC1 的 外局主叫用户返回状态报告的步骤, 包括: 当 MC2在收到所述下发响应消息后, 利用
替换页 (细则第 26条) 所保存的 M02消息中的外局转入消息标识, 判断对应于该响应消息的所述 M02消息 是外局消息时, 构造一个状态报告, 返回给外局内的主叫用户。 图 3显示了本发明实施例提供的局间短消息处理装置的示意图, 如图 3所示, 包 括: 判断被叫用户单元 301, 设置为本局短消息中心 MC1收到主叫用户发送的上行短 信 M01消息后, 判断被叫用户是本局用户还是外局用户; 本局处理单元 302, 设置为 当所述被叫用户被判断为本局用户时, 将所述 M01消息变换成第一下行短信 MT1消 息后, 发送给被叫用户; 外局处理单元 303, 设置为当所述被叫用户被判断为外局用 户吋, 则将所述 M01消息添加局间消息标识后变换成局间消息 M02, 发送给适合于 所述被叫用户的外局短消息中心 MC2,所述 MC2根据所接收的 M02消息中的局间消 息标识将其标识为外局转入消息,并将该 M02消息变换成第二下行短信 MT2消息后, 发送给被叫用户。 其中,所述外局处理单元还设置为将 MC2通过添加外局转入消息标识将所述 M02 消息标识为外局转入消息, 并进行保存。 所述外局处理单元还设置为 MC2 将所述短信 MT2 发送给被叫用户后, 向所述 MC1返回状态报告。 图 4显示了本发明两个短消息中心之间传递局间消息的流程图, 如图 4所示, 包 括以下步骤:
1. MC1接收来自主叫用户发起的 M01消息;
2. MC1判断被叫用户归属 MC2或者根据业务开展判断被叫用户通过局间消息传 递, 将 M01消息转投到 MC2: 该转投的 M01消息的 Bear Data-Message Identifier-Message Type参数取值设置为 原协议中的保留值, 譬如: ' 1001 'Submit ( MC-originated/terminated )
3. MC2接收来自 MCI的消息, 依据 MessageType取值判断是局间消息, 进行处 理并将消息下发给被叫用户; 4. MC2收到下发响应, 构造状态报告返回给 MC1 ; 这里, 原消息的 Message Type标识了局间消息, 状态报告返回始发局 MC1。 5. MC1根据需要向主叫用户发送状态报告。

目前, 局间传递消息采用与终端起呼相同的消息类型, Message Types填写的值为 '0010' Submit ( mobile-originated only)。 本发明 可以利用 ' 1000'之后 的保留值来标识, 譬如 ' 1001 'Submit ( MC-originated/terminated ) , 所述' 100 Γ是 MCI 发送到 MC2或者 MC2接收的来自 MC1的局间转发消息。

1. MC1接收并解码终端发起的 M01消息;
2. 依据被叫号段或者根据业务需要确定该消息需要投递到外局 MC; 3. 编码局间转出 M01消息,并将 Bear Data-Message Identifier-Message Type设置 为保留值, 例如' 100Γ ;
4. 将消息 M01投递到外局 MC。 本发明 MC2的处理流程包括以下步骤:
1. MC2接收并解码 M01消息; 2. 如果 Bear Data-Message Identifier-Message Type取值指示是外局转入消息, 则 将该消息在内部标识为外局转入消息;
3. 编码 M T消息, 并下发到目的用户;
4. 接收下发响应消息,如果原消息的标识是外局转入消息, 则向始发局返回状态 报告消息, 否则, 根据需要向原用户返回状态报告消息。 本发明实施例提供的 MC1的一卡多号业务用户 A (拥有 MC2的号码 Β' )给协作 地 MC2用户 Β发送消息处理流程步骤包括:
1、 MC1接收用户 Α发起的 M01消息;
2、 MC1经过对被叫用户判断, 确定是多号业务, 将消息 M01变换编码为局间消 息 M02, 转发到 MC2; 其巾所述消息 M01将 Bear Data-Message Identifier-Message Type参数 (譬如:
Ί 00 Γ Submit ( MC-originated/terminated ) ) 在原协议中的保留值设置在消息 M02中, ^发到 MC2。
3、 MC2接收 M02 (主叫号码 B'与 B号段归属相同), 并解码, 经过对主叫判断, 保存外局标识, 待业务逻辑处理后, 将消息变换编码为消息 MT2; 4、 下发消息 MT2, 收到下发响应, 构造状态报告返回给用户。
替换页 (细则第 26条) 综上所述, 本发明具有以下技术效果: 本发明简单扩展了 IS637协议 Message Type参数的取值, 来指示传递的是局间消 息, 减少了短消息中心处理的复杂性, 为更好地开展短消息增值业务提供了保障。 尽管上文对本发明进行了详细说明, 但是本发明不限于此, 本技术领域技术人员 可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。 因此, 凡按照本发明原理所作的修改, 都应当 理解为落入本发明的保护范围。
