上述实施例中, 通过分析短消息中携带的参数信息, 当分析得出短消息是 移动终端发向移动终端的 WAP Push短消息时,拦截该短消息, 可以防止移动终 端用户通过 WAP Push短消息向移动终端用户发送广告等不良内容的信息。
上述实施例中,当接收到移动终端发送的短消息后,也可以先执行步骤 S206 (即分析该短消息中携带的参数信息 ),再执行步骤 S204 (即判断短消息的接收 方是否是移动终端 ), 当分析得出该短消息是发向移动终端的 WAP Push短消息 时, 再拦截该短消息, 这里不再敖述。
本发明另一实施例提供了一种短消息处理方法, 如图 3 所示, 该短消息处 理方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 S302, 接收发送方发送的短消息。 本实施例中所称的发送方包括但不限于手机、 个人数字助理、 个人计算机、 短消息发送器、 业务提供商(SP: Service Provider )和内容提供商(CP: Content
Provider )等能发送短消息的终端。
步骤 S304, 判断该发送方是否被允许发送 WAP Push短消息。
本发明实施例中, 可以预先设置白名单, 用于记录允许发送 WAP Push短消 息的发送方, 也可以预先设置黑名单, 用于记录不允许发送 WAP Push短消息的 发送方, 并根据该白名单或者黑名单来判断该发送方是否被允许发送 WAP Push 短消息。
在本发明式实例中, 也可以发送方是否是移动终端来判断该发送方是否被 允许发送 WAP Push短消息, 若发送方是移动终端则不允许发送 WAP Push短消 息。
当判断得到该发送方不被允许发送 WAP Push短消息时, 则执行步骤 S306; 反之, 则执行步骤 S310。
步骤 S306, 分析所述短消息中携带的参数信息。
本发明实施例中通过对短消息中携带的参数信息进行分析, 以判断接收到 的短消息是否是 WAP Push短消息。当分析得出该短消息是 WAP Push短消息时, 则执行步骤 S308, 反之执行步骤 S310。
步骤 S308, 拦截该短消息。 本方法流程结束。
步骤 S310, 向接收方转发该短消息。 本方法流程结束。
上述实施例中, 通过判断该发送方是否被允许发送 WAP Push短消息, 可以 对发送方进行鉴权;通过分析短消息中携带的参数信息,判断短消息是否是 WAP Push短消息, 当分析得出短消息是 WAP Push短消息时, 拦截该短消息, 可以 防止发送方用户通过 WAP Push短消息向接收方用户发送广告等不良内容的信 息。
上述实施例中, 可以先执行步骤 S306 (即分析所述短消息中携带的参数信 息 ), 在执行步骤 S304 (即判断该发送方是否被允许发送 WAP Push短消息), 这里不再敖述。
本发明另一实施例提供了一种短消息分析方法, 通过分析短消息中携带的 参数信息, 判断短消息是否是 WAP Push短消息, 如图 4所示, 该短消息分析方 法包括如下步骤:
步骤 S402, 接收发送方发送的短消息。
本实施例中所称的发送方包括但不限于手机、 个人数字助理、 个人计算机、 短消息发送器、 业务提供商(SP: Service Provider )和内容提供商(CP: Content Provider )等能发送短消息的终端。
步骤 S404, 判断短消息是否是二进制短消息。
本发明实施例中所称的是否是二进制短消息是指短消息是否携带二进制格 式的码流(数据), 如果携带了二进制格式的码流(数据), 该短消息就是二进 制短消息, 反之则不是。 在 GSM SM和 3GPP标准体系中, 允许在一个短消息 ( SM: Short Message )中携带二进制格式的码流(数据), 如携带二进制格式的 包头结构, 用于记载短消息中承载的上层应用的相关信息。 例如一个 WAP Push 短消息就是一个携带了二进制格式包头的二进制短消息。 当判断得到短消息是 二进制短消息时, 执行步骤 S406, 否则, 执行步骤 S412。
步骤 S406, 判断短消息是否含有包头结构。
本发明实施例中所称的包头结构是指承载了上层应用的短消息中, 包含的 用于记载上层应用相关信息的字段。 当判断得到短消息含有包头结构时, 则短 消息承载了上层应用, 执行步骤 S408, 否则, 执行步骤 S412。 步骤 S408, 分析所述短消息的特征字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。 当判断得到短消息含有包头结构时, 即短消息承载了上层应用时, 进一步 分析所述短消息的特征字段, 以判断特征字段是否含有 WAP Push短消息的特 征, 若是, 则执行步骤 S410, 否则, 执行步骤 S412。 本实施例所称的特征字段 是指用于承载短消息上层应用的字段, 特征字段中包含短消息承载的上层应用 的特征信息, 如传送协议用户数据 ( TP_UD )字段。
步骤 S410, 确定短消息是 WAP Push短消息。 本方法流程结束。
当判断得到短消息含有 WAP Push短消息的特征时,则短消息承载的上层应 用是 WAP Push业务, 短消息是 WAP Psuh短消息。
步骤 S412, 确定短消息不是 WAP Push短消息。 本方法流程结束。
在本发明实施例中, 通过判断短消息是否是二进制短消息来优选排除没有 携带二进制格式包头的非二进制短消息 (即非 WAP Push短消息), 通过判断短 消息是否含有包头结构来判断短消息是否承载了上层应用, 从而排除没有承载 上层应用的短消息(即非 WAP Push短消息),通过判断短消息是否含有 WAP Push 短消息的特征来判断短消息是否是 WAP Push短消息。
在本发明实施例中, 步骤 S404和步骤 S406并无固定的先后顺序, 在本发 明另一实施例中, 可以先执行步骤 S406, 判断短消息是否含有包头结构, 再执 行步骤 S404, 判断短消息是否是二进制短消息。
在本发明另一实施例中, 也可以没有步骤 S404, 即不用判断短消息是否是 二进制短消息, 而直接判断短消息是否含有包头结构, 以及判断短消息是否含 有 WAP Push短消息的特征来判断短消息是否是 WAP Push短消息。
需要说明的是, 上面给出了分析短消息中携带的参数信息来判断短消息是 否是 WAP Push短消息的实施例, 但本发明并不局限于此, 本领域的技术人员 还可以采用其他方式对短消息中携带的参数信息进行分析, 通过对短消息中携 带的参数信息进行分析, 判断短消息是否是 WAP Push短消息即可。
如图 5 所示, 为本发明提供的另一短消息分析方法实施例, 本实施例中, 以全球移动通信系统( GSM: Global System for Mobile Communications )短消息 ( SM: Short Message ) 为例具体说明对短消息进行分析的方法, 该短消息分析 方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 S502, 接收发送方发送的 GSM短消息。
本实施例中所称的发送方为能够发送 GSM短消息的终端, 如 GSM网络手 机,或者能够发送 GSM短消息的个人数字助理、个人计算机、短消息发送器等。
步骤 S504 , 判断该 GSM短消息是否是二进制短消息。
本发明实施例中所称的是否是二进制短消息是指短消息是否携带二进制格 式的码流(数据), 如果携带了二进制格式的码流(数据), 该短消息就是二进 制短消息, 反之则不是。 本发明实施例中, 具体可以根据 GSM 短消息中的 TP_DCS (传送协议数据编码方案)字段的取值来判断该 GSM短消息是否是二 进制短消息, 若 TP_DCS字段取值 4, 则该 GSM短消息是二进制短消息;反之, 则不是。
当判断得到短消息是二进制短消息时,执行步骤 S506,否则,执行步骤 S512。 步骤 S506, 判断该 GSM短消息是否含有包头结构。
本发明实施例中所称的包头结构是指承载了上层应用的短消息中, 包含的 用于记载上层应用相关信息的字段。本发明实施例中,可以具体通过判断该 GSM 短消息中的传送协议用户数据首部标识(TPJJDHI ) 字段是否置位(置位 1 ), 来判断该 GSM短消息是否含有包头结构。按照 GSM SMS相关标准,若 GSM SM 中的 TPJJDHI字段置位(置为 1 ), 则短消息的传送协议用户数据 ( TP_UD ) 字段包含传送协议用户数据首部 (TPJJDH )字段, 即短消息承载了上层应用; 若 TPJJDHI字段没有置位(置为 0 ), 则短消息的传送协议用户数据 ( TP_UD ) 字段不包含传送协议用户数据首部( TPJJDH )字段, 即短消息没有承载了上层 应用。
当判断得到短消息含有包头结构时, 则该 GSM短消息承载了上层应用, 执 行步骤 S508, 否则, 执行步骤 S512。
步骤 S508 ,分析 GSM短消息的特征字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。 本发明实施例中,可以具体通过分析该 GSM短消息的特征字段是否包含了 WAP业务的相关信息,来判断该 GSM短消息是否含有 WAP Push短消息的特征。 例如, 可以判断该 GSM短消息中的 TPJJDH字段是否包含 WAP业务的相关信 息, 如相关端口号标识, 若是, 则短消息承载的上层应用为 WAP业务, 执行步 骤 S510, 反之, 则短消息承载的上层应用不是 WAP业务, 执行步骤 S512。
按照 WAP相关标准, WAP业务的相关端口号包括发送方端口号和接收方 端口号, 发送方端口号标识包括 9200、 9201、 9202和 9203, 接收方端口号包括 2948和 2949,识别单元 315识别若识别得到短消息中的 TPJJDH字段包含 WAP 业务的发送方端口号标识(9200、 9201、 9202和 9203其中的一种或多种)和接 收方端口号标识(2948或 2949 ), 则所述短消息承载的上层应用为 WAP业务, 反之, 则短消息承载的上层应用不是 WAP业务。
步骤 S510, 确定该 GSM短消息是 WAP Push短消息。 本方法流程结束。 当判断得到短消息含有 WAP Push短消息的特征时,则短消息承载的上层应 用是 WAP Push业务, 短消息是 WAP Psuh短消息。
步骤 S512, 确定该 GSM短消息不是 WAP Push短消息。 本方法流程结束。 在本发明实施例中, 步骤 S504和步骤 S506并无固定的先后顺序, 在本发 明另一实施例中, 可以先执行步骤 S506, 判断短消息是否含有包头结构, 再执 行步骤 S504, 判断短消息是否是二进制短消息。
在本发明另一实施例中, 也可以没有步骤 S504, 即不用判断短消息是否是 二进制短消息, 而直接判断短消息是否含有包头结构, 以及判断短消息是否含 有 WAP Push短消息的特征来判断短消息是否是 WAP Push短消息。
本发明实施例提供了一种短消息分析装置, 如图 6所示, 该短消息分析装 置包括:
第一接收单元 610, 用于接收发送方发送的短消息;
第一判断单元 612, 用于判断该短消息中是否含有包头结构;
第二判断单元 614,用于当第一判断单元 612判断得到该短消息中含有包头 结构时, 分析所述短消息中的特征字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。 具体 的,第二判断单元 614可以对所述短消息的传送协议数据 TP_UD字段进行分析, 判断该 TPJJD字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。
本发明实施例还提供了一种短消息分析装置, 如图 7所示, 该短消息分析 装置包括:
第二接收单元 710, 用于接收发送方发送的短消息;
第三判断单元 712, 用于判断该短消息是否是含有包头结构的二进制短消 息;
第四判断单元 714,用于当第三判断单元 612判断得到该短消息是含有包头 结构的二进制短消息时,分析所述短消息中的特征字段是否满足 WAP Push短消 息的特征。 具体的, 第四判断单元 714可以对该短消息的传送协议数据 TP_UD 字段进行分析, 判断该 TPJJD字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。
本发明提供了一种短消息处理系统, 如图 8所示, 该短消息处理系统包括: 短消息分析装置 810, 用于接收发送方发送的短消息, 分析所述短消息中携 带的参数, 判断所述短消息是否为 WAP Push消息;
短消息拦截装置 812, 用于当短消息分析装置判断得到所述短消息是 WAP Push消息时, 拦截所述 WAP Push短消息。
本发明实施例中, 短消息处理装置 810与短消息拦截装置 812可以合并设 置在一起或者分开设置。 短消息拦截装置 812可以具体为移动交换中心(MSC: Mobile Switching Center ), 信令转接点 ( STP: Signaling Transfer Point )或短消 息中心 (SMC: Short Message Center )„
本发明实施例中, 短消息分析装置 810可以包括:
第一接收单元 610, 用于接收发送方发送的短消息;
第一判断单元 612, 用于判断该短消息中是否含有包头结构;
第二判断单元 614,用于当第一判断单元 612判断得到该短消息中含有包头 结构时, 分析所述短消息中的特征字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。 具体 的,第二判断单元 614可以对所述短消息的传送协议数据 TP_UD字段进行分析, 判断该 TPJJD字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。
本发明实施例另一实施例中, 短消息分析装置 810可以包括:
第二接收单元 710, 用于接收发送方发送的短消息;
第三判断单元 712, 用于判断该短消息是否是含有包头结构的二进制短消 息;
第四判断单元 714,用于当第三判断单元 612判断得到该短消息是含有包头 结构的二进制短消息时,分析所述短消息中的特征字段是否满足 WAP Push短消 息的特征。 具体的, 第四判断单元 714可以对该短消息的传送协议数据 TP_UD 字段进行分析, 判断该 TPJJD字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。 上述实施例中, 通过短消息分析装置 810接收发送方发送的短消息, 并分 析判断该短消息是否是 WAP Push短消息, 可以对发送方发送的短消息进行监 控, 并可由短消息拦截装置 812拦截发送方发送的 WAP Push短消息,从而可以 避免发送方用户通过 SMS向接收方用户发送 WAP Push消息, 以向接收方用户 发送广告等不良信息。
本领域技术人员可以根据具体设定的流程, 调整短消息处理装置的具体结 构, 具体调整方法为本领域技术人员所熟知, 这里不再——赘述。 明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及 其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种短消息处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收发送方发送的短消息;
分析所述短消息中携带的参数信息;
当分析得出所述短消息是无线应用协议推送 WAP Push短消息时,拦截所述 WAP Push短消息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述拉截所述 WAP Push短消 息前, 还包括:
判断所述发送方是否被允许发送无线应用协议推送 WAP Push短消息; 当分析得出所述短消息是无线应用协议推送 WAP Push短消息,且所述发送 方不允许发送 WAP Push短消息时, 执行所述拦截所述 WAP Push短消息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述分析所述短消息中携带的 参数信息包括: 判断所述短消息中是否含有包头结构, 若有, 则进一步对所述 短消息中的特征字段进行分析, 以判断特征字段是否含有 WAP Push短消息的特 征。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 分析所述短消息中携带的参数 信息具体包括: 判断所述短消息是否是含有包头结构的二进制短消息, 若是, 则进一步对所述短消息中的特征字段进行分析, 以判断特征字段是否含有 WAP Push短消息的特征。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对所述短消息中 的特征字段进行分析, 以判断特征字段是否含有 WAP Push短消息的特征包括: 对所述短消息的传送协议数据 TP_UD字段进行分析, 判断所述 TPJJD字段是 否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 判断所述短消息是否是二进制 短消息包括: 根据所述短消息的传送协议数据编码方案 TP_DCS字段的取值判 断所述短消息是否为二进制短消息。
7、 如权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 判断所述短消息中是否含 有包头结构包括:判断所述短消息中的传送协议用户数据首部标识 TPJJDHI字 段是否被置位。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断所述 TPJJD字段是 否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征包括: 判断所述短消息 TPJJD字段中的传送协 议用户数据首部 TPJJDH字段是否包含 WAP业务的相关端口号标识。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断所述发送方是否被允 许发送无线应用协议推送 WAP Push短消息包括:
根据预先设置的黑名单或白名单判断所述发送方是否被允许发送 WAP Push 短消息。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断所述发送方是否被 允许发送无线应用协议推送 WAP Push短消息包括:
根据所述发送方是否为移动终端来判断所述发送方是否被允许发送 WAP Push短消息。
11、 一种短消息分析方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收发送方发送的短消息;
判断所述短消息中是否含有包头结构, 若有, 则进一步对所述短消息中的 特征字段进行分析, 若分析得到所述特征字段满足 WAP Push短消息的特征, 则 所述短消息为 WAP Push消息。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当判断所述短消息中包含包 头结构时, 进一步判断所述短消息是否是含有包头结构的二进制短消息, 若是, 则执行所述对所述短消息中的特征字段进行分析。
13、 如权利要求 11或 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述特征字段为传送 协议数据 TPJJD字段。
14、 一种短消息分析装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
接收单元, 用于接收发送方发送的短消息;
第一判断单元, 用于判断所述短消息中是否含有包头结构;
第二判断单元, 用于当第一判断单元判断得到所述短消息中含有包头结构 时, 分析所述短消息中的特征字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的特征。
15、 一种短消息分析装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
接收单元, 用于接收发送方发送的短消息;
第三判断单元, 用于判断所述短消息是否是含有包头结构的二进制短消息; 第四判断单元, 用于当第三判断单元判断得到所述短消息是含有包头结构 的二进制短消息时,分析所述短消息中的特征字段是否满足 WAP Push短消息的 特征。
16、 一种短消息处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述短消息处理系统包括: 短消息分析装置, 用于接收发送方发送的短消息, 分析所述短消息中携带 的参数, 判断所述短消息是否为 WAP Push消息;
短消息拦截装置, 用于当短消息分析装置判断得到所述短消息是 WAP Push 消息时, 拦截所述 WAP Push短消息。
