鉴于目前防止转发功能都是在 EMS协议的基础上实现的,而目前很多手 机厂商和移动运营网络都不支持 EMS功能的缺点,本实施方式提出一种短信 保护方案: 根据 3GPP及 3GPP2相关协议, 在不改变短信正文内容的基础上 作一些协议字段的扩展以支持短信保护 (例如防转发或阅读权限设置等)功 能; 或者, 在短信的内容中添加一些特殊字符实现短信保护功能。
本实施方式提供的短信保护的实现方法, 釆用如下技术方案:
第一终端编辑短信内容, 如果用户设定了对该短信内容进行保护, 则按 照预定的编码方式对短信内容进行协议编码、 或者, 在短信的内容中添加特 定的短信保护标记或字符后, 发送; 第二终端收到短信后, 才艮据短信内容中的标记或字符, 对当前收到的短 信进行权限的限制。
以下将以短信的防转发功能为例, 对本实施方式提供的短信保护的实现 方法进行具体说明:
对于 CDMA网络,根据 3GPP2 C.S0015协议 5.5.16章节, 参考此短信规 范中的直显短信的实现方法,在四层协议的第四层即电信业务层作适当扩充, 如下表 1所示:

本实施方式中, 使用保留的 "11" 表示防止用户转发的短信, 当用户在 编辑的过程中设置了当前短信不允许转发, 则在发送的时候将显示模式字段 设置成 " 11 " , 并将 SUBPARAMETER— ID 设置为 'ΟΟΟΟΙ Ι Ι Γ , SUBPARAM LEN为 Subparameter length设置为 'ΟΟΟΟΟΟΟΓ ,然后发送到网络; 接收方接收到带显示模式字段的短信的时候, 判断显示模式的类别, 如果是 保留模式, 则将短信的转发菜单屏蔽或隐藏。
针对 GSM网络, 根据 3GPP TS 23.038协议的第 4章节, 参考此规范中 直显短信的实现方法, 如下表所示:

Bit4为 1时, Bitl BitO为短信类别标识, Bitl BitO为 '00, 时表示 0类短 信, 为 '01, 时表示 1类短信, 即指示此短信为存储介质是手机的短信, 为 '10, 时为 2类短信, 即指示此短信为存储介质是 (U)SIM卡的短信, 为 '11, 时为 3类短信, 即指示此短信的存储介质是终端指定的。
Bit4为 0时, Bitl BitO为保留字段, 暂未使用。
当前 GCF ( Global Certification Forum, 全球认证论坛)测试或者运营商 测试中都有对 Class短信的测试例, 而这种带 Class类型的短信对于普通发送 的短信而言是不支持设置的。
本实施方式中,釆用如下方案:将 Bit4设置成 "0" ,使用保留的 Bitl BitO 位来实现防转发短信, 将 Bitl BitO设置成 "01" (或 "10" 或 "11" ) , 以 表示此短信是不允许转发的。
对于 CDMA网络或者 GSM网络, 上面两个协议字段都是原网络必须支 持的, 因此, 网络系统侧在转发此类短信的时候不需要作更改或者升级, 仅 当短信网关跨制式转换的时候, 将两组映射值进行一个相应的映射即可完成 跨协议的防止转发的短信的传输支持。
实现防转发短信的数据编码方式有多种, 包括协议字段的扩充及内容中 添加特殊字符等方式, 上面只阐述了其中一种协议字段扩充的数据编码实现 方式, 但并不限定于此方式实现此功能。
用户在收到防转发短信的时候,将转发此条短信的相关选项屏蔽或隐藏, 同时也可以限定此条短信的保存时间或者阅读次数等其他权限方面的限制, 不限定于防止转发这一个单一的功能。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 下文中将结合附图 对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申 请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。 实施例一
本实施例中, 针对同一制式网络中的防转发短信流程进行具体说明。 由 于空中接口信令协议的关系, 网络在处理短信内容的时候, 对发送方和接收 方同在一个制式网络中的处理会比较简单, 可以直接进行透明传输, 即网络 将发送方协议层第 4层的数据元素不作修改地转发到消息的接收方。
如图 1所示, 本实施例流程主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 1— A: 编辑一条短信。
步骤 1— B: 用户觉得此短信比较有意义或者其他原因, 不想让对方收到 后能进行转发操作, 选择进入短信发送设置界面, 将禁止转发设置项选择开, 此设置项在后续的操作中将传入下层协议编码流程。
步骤 1— C: 选择发送。
此步骤实现防转发短信的数据编码, 编码方式有多种, 包括协议字段的 扩充及内容中添加特殊字符等方式, 这里只阐述其中一种协议字段扩充的编 码过程。
如果用户当前使用的是 CDMA 网络, 前面编辑的短信将会以 3GPP2
C.S0015协议编码, 也就是 IS637协议, 此时, 如果发现用户设置了禁止转发 功能选项, 则在短信原有的所有字段中添加一个 Display— Mode字段, 并将显 示模式设置为 "11" 保留字段(如果短信原有的字段中已包括 Display— Mode 字段, 则将其设置为 "11" ) , 然后按协议编码打包成二进制数据, 待下面 的流程发送。
如果用户当前使用的是 GSM网络, 用户所编辑的短信内容将会以 3GPP TS 23.038协议编码,此时,判断一下是否用户设置了禁止转发此条短信选项, 如果设置了此选项, 则在编码 DCS ( Data Coding Scheme, 数据编码方式)字 段时, 将 Bit4设置成 "0" , 将 Bitl BitO设置成 "01" , DCS字段即为 "00 θ θΐ" , 其他协议字段按标准的 3GPP协议进行编码, 然后打包成二 进制数据, 待下面的流程发送。
步骤 1— D: 将上述的二进制数据按协议信令要求的方式发送到网络中。 步骤 1— Ε: 网络接收终端发来的短信, 并进行透明传输。 发送的短信通过 BTS ( Base Transceiver Station, 基站收发台)和 MSC ( Mobile Switching Center, 移动交换中心)最终到达的处理中心即短信中心 SC, 短信中心根据 GSM/CDMA短信协议, 重组部分短信数据元素, 完成发 送 PDU ( Protocol Data Unit, 协议数据单元 )到接收 PDU的转换, 由于发送 方和接收方处于同一制式网络,此处的 PDU转换对用户发送的应用层数据进 行透明传输, 不作修改, PDU组装完成后, 通过无线网络将短信发送给接收 方。
步骤 1— F: 终端二收到短信, 按照协议将用户层数据解析出来。
步骤 1— G: 解析转发标志。
此步骤实现防转发短信的数据解码, 对应编码的各种方式有多种不同的 解码方法, 这里只阐述其中一种协议字段扩充的解码过程。
如果用户当前使用的是 CDMA网络,根据 3GPP2 C.S0015协议(也就是 IS637协议)解析第四层应用数据的时候, 判断是否有 Display— Mode字段, 如果有此协议字段, 则判断此字段的值是否是 "11" , 此时, 如果此字段刚 好是保留字段 "11" , 则可以确定此条短信设置了禁止转发功能, 将此标志 记录下来并连同短信发件人、 短信内容等数据存入相应位置, 待下面的流程 继续处理, 其他协议字段按标准协议进行解码。
如果用户当前使用的是 GSM网络, 根据 3GPP TS 23.038协议解码 DCS 字段, 此时, 如果 DCS字段的 Bit4为 "0" , 且 Bitl BitO为 "01" , 也就是 DCS字段为 "00 x 0 Ol" , 则可以确定此条短信设置了禁止转发功能, 将此标志记录下来并连同短信发件人、 短信内容等数据存入相应位置, 待下 面的流程继续处理, 其他协议字段按标准协议进行解码。
步骤 1— H: 提示用户新消息达到。
步骤 1—1: 用户进入阅读界面阅读此条短信,选择操作键准备转发此条短 发现此条短信禁止转发, 则不提供有效的转发菜单给用户。 如果在列表等其 他界面也有对某条短信的转发选项, 同理也增加相应判断, 根据存储的数据 来提供或禁止转发选项操作。 用户在收到防转发短信的时候的权限限制, 不局限于防止转发功能, 同 时也可以限定此条短信的保存时间或者阅读次数等其他权限方面的限制, 比 如阅读 3次后此条短信自动删除, 比如收到短信 1个小时后删除, 比如阅读 短信 1个小时后删除等等。
此次流程结束。
实施例二
本实施例是针对发送和接收终端在不同制式网络的情况, 如图 2所示, 由于空中信令接口的不一致性, 不同制式的数据在网络中传输的过程中需要 有一次转换的过程, 这样才能从一种制式的空中接口中收到发送方的消息, 而从另外一种制式的空中接口中发送给接收方。
参见图 2所示, 本实施例流程大部分和图 1类似, 只有网络侧的数据处 理需要根据不同情况作相应处理, 此处的流程和协议完全一致, 只需要增加 对防转发字段的处理即可。
如图 2所示, 本实施例流程主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 2— A: 同步骤 1— A。
步骤 2— B: 同步骤 1— B。
步骤 2— C: 同步骤 1— C。
步骤 2— D: 同步骤 1— D。
步骤 2— El : 短信中心一收到用户发来的短信, 根据协议, 判断发送方和 接收方是否在同一个网络, 上面阐述了双方在同一种制式的网络的情况, 此 处阐述不在同一种制式的网络的情况, 此处短信中心一将会把短信路由到短 信网关, 由网关转发到对应的目的地址。
步骤 2— E2: 网关收到转发请求, 发现发送方和接收方网络之间需要协议 转换, 便按协议进行转换操作, 一切转换都按原协议进行, 对于防转发短信 需要做如下特殊处理:
防转发短信的实现方式有多种, 这里只阐述其中一种协议字段扩充方式 的网关协议转换的过程。
在收到 CDMA格式短信的转换请求的时候, 如果发现有 Display— Mode 字段, 且字段内容为保留字 "11" , 则将输出的短信的 DCS字段进行重新编 码, 设置成 "00 x 0 Ol" 格式。
在收到 GSM格式短信的转换请求的时候, 判断 DCS字段中的数据, 如 果字段中 Bit4设置为 "0" , 且 Bitl BitO设置为 "01" , 即类似 "00 x 0 χ ΟΓ'格式, 则将输出短信的内容中添加 Display— Mode字段, 并且将此字段 的内容设置为保留字 "11" 。
步骤 2— E3: 短信中心二将网关发来的短信数据传输到目的终端去。
步骤 2— F: 同步骤 1— F。
步骤 2— G: 同步骤 1— G。
步骤 2— H: 同步骤 1— H。

短信中心接收到短信时, 判断所述第一终端和所述第二终端是否属于同 一制式的网络, 如果是, 则对所述短信进行透传; 否则, 将所述短信路由到 短信网关, 请求所述短信网关进行转换处理。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其还包括:
所述短信网关对接收到的短信进行如下转换处理:
所述短信网关接收到的短信中包括显示模式字段、 且字段内容为 "11" 时, 对所述短信的 DCS字段进行重新编码, 将 Bit4设置成 "0" , BitlBitO 设置成 "01" 或 "10" 或 "11" ;
所述短信网关接收到的短信的 DCS字段中的 Bit4为 "0" 、 且 BitlBitO 为 "01" 或 "10" 或 "11" 时, 在所述短信的内容中添加显示模式字段, 并 将所述短信中的显示模式字段的值设置为 "11" 。
7、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4之任一项所述的方法, 其中,
所述第二终端判断出接收的所述短信设置了短信保护功能项时, 对所述 短信的权限进行如下限制:
屏蔽或隐藏转发菜单、 设置短信的保存时间、 或者设置阅读次数门限。
8、 一种短信保护终端, 其包括用户界面(UI )、 协议编码模块、 发送模 块、 协议解码模块、 接收模块和短信保护处理模块, 其中:
所述 UI设置为: 提供短信编辑界面和短信发送界面, 并在短信发送界面 设置短信保护功能项;
所述协议编码模块设置为: 如果用户选择了短信保护功能项, 则按照预 定的数据编码方式对短信内容进行协议编码;
所述发送模块设置为: 对完成协议编码的短信进行发送;
所述接收模块设置为: 接收短信;
所述协议解码模块设置为: 判断所述接收模块接收到的短信是否设置了 短信保护功能项;
所述短信保护处理模块设置为: 当所述协议解码模块判断出接收的所述 短信设置了短信保护功能项时, 对所述短信的权限进行限制。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的终端, 其中, 所述终端为码分多址 (CDMA)网络的终端时,
所述协议编码模块是设置为按照以下预定的数据编码方式对短信内容进 行协议编码: 所述短信中包括显示模式(Display— Mode )字段时, 将所述短 信中的显示模式字段的值设置为 "11" ; 所述短信中不包括显示模式字段时, 在所述短信中添加显示模式字段, 并将所述短信中的显示模式字段的值设置 为 "11" ;
所述协议解码模块是设置为: 判断出接收的短信中包括显示模式字段、 且显示模式字段的值为 "11" 的短信时, 判断出接收的所述短信设置了短信 保护功能项。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的终端, 其中,
所述终端为全球移动通信系统 (GSM)网络的终端时,
所述协议编码模块是设置为按照以下预定的数据编码方式对短信内容进 行协议编码: 在编码 DCS字段时, 将 Bit4设置成 "0" , 将 BitlBitO设置成 "01" 或 "10" 或 "11" ;
所述协议解码模块是设置为: 判断出接收的短信中的 DCS 字段的 Bit4 为 "0" 、 且 BitlBitO为 "01" 或 "10" 或 "11" 时, 判断出接收的所述短信 设置了短信保护功能项。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的终端, 其中,
所述协议编码模块是设置为按照以下预定的数据编码方式对短信内容进 行协议编码: 在所述短信的正文中添加特定的短信保护字符;
所述协议解码模块是设置为: 根据接收的短信的正文中添加的所述特定 的短信保护字符 , 判断出接收的所述短信设置了短信保护功能项。
12、 如权利要求 8、 9、 10或 11所述的终端, 其中,
所述短信保护处理模块是设置为对所述短信的权限进行如下限制: 屏蔽或隐藏转发菜单、 设置短信的保存时间、 或者设置阅读次数门限。
13、 一种短信保护系统, 其包括短信中心和短信网关, 所述短信中心包 括转发单元, 所述短信网关包括转换处理单元, 所述转发单元设置为: 接收到第一终端发往第二终端的短信时, 判断所 述第一终端和所述第二终端是否属于同一制式的网络, 如果是, 则对所述短 信进行透传; 否则, 将所述短信路由到短信网关, 请求所述短信网关进行转 换处理;
所述转换处理单元设置为: 在判断出所述短信网关接收到的短信设置了 短信保护功能项时, 对所述短信进行转换处理后发往所述第二终端。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的系统, 其中,
所述转换处理单元是设置为对所述短信网关收到的短信进行如下转换处 理:
所述短信网关接收到的短信中包括显示模式字段、 且字段内容为 "11" 时, 对所述短信的 DCS字段进行重新编码, 将 Bit4设置成 "0" , BitlBitO 设置成 "01" 或 "10" 或 "11" ;
所述短信网关接收到的短信的 DCS字段中的 Bit4为 "0" 、 且 BitlBitO 为 "01" 或 "10" 或 "11" 时, 在所述短信的内容中添加显示模式字段, 并 将所述短信中的显示模式字段的值设置为 "11" 。
