滑板车是目前年轻人普遍喜欢玩的运动器材, 具有广阔的市场前 景。 在现有技术中, 滑板车包括有脚踏板, 脚踏板前、 后部分别设置 有前、 后轮, 脚踏板前部上方通过车把管连接有车把。 这种结构的滑 板车中车把管由互相套接上、 下套管组成, 上、 下套管之间通过金属 螺母固定, 当松幵金属螺母时可以使车把管伸缩来调节长度, 锁紧金 属螺母时便可以将车把管长度固定下来。 然而, 这种滑板车车把紧锁 结构中金属螺母与上、 下套管之间均存在间隙, 在使用过程中由于震 动作用, 间隙会慢慢扩大从而使金属螺母松脱, 影响滑板车的使用安 全。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种滑板车车把紧锁结构, 消除上、 下套管间的间隙, 保障使用安全。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的一种滑板车车把紧锁结构, 包括上、 下套管, 上套管上部链接有车把, 其下部与下套管套接, 所 述下套管上端设置有锁紧螺栓胶套, 上套管伸入该锁紧螺栓胶套内, 上套管上套装有与该锁紧螺栓胶套对应连接的锁紧螺母胶套, 所述锁 紧螺栓胶套上端设置有锥面, 该锥面受到锁紧螺母胶套挤压时可向内 收缩。
作为上述技术方案的改进, 所述锥面上具有若干缺口, 使之形成 若干爪片。
作为上述技术方案的改进, 所述锁紧螺母胶套表面设置有若干长 槽, 该长槽方向与锁紧螺母胶套方向一致。

参照图 1、图 2,本实用新型的一种滑板车车把紧锁结构,包括上、 下套管 1、 2, 上套管 1上部链接有车把 3, 其下部与下套管 2套接, 所述下套管 2上端设置有锁紧螺栓胶套 4, 上套管 1伸入该锁紧螺栓 胶套 4内, 上套管 1上套装有与该锁紧螺栓胶套 4对应连接的锁紧螺 母胶套 5, 所述锁紧螺栓胶套 4上端设置有锥面 6, 该锥面 6受到锁紧 螺母胶套 5挤压时可向内收縮。 这种滑板车车把紧锁结构通过锁紧螺 栓胶套 4和锁紧螺母胶套 5的连接, 使锁紧螺栓胶套的锥面 6受到锁 紧螺母胶套挤压时可向内收縮压紧上套管 1, 消除上、 下套管间的间 隙, 使车把管的长度得到牢固固定, 保障滑板车使用安全。
在本实施例中, 所述锥面 6上具有若干缺口 7, 使之形成若干爪 片 8, 使得锥面 6在受到锁紧螺母胶套挤压时更容易向内收缩。
此外, 所述锁紧螺母胶套 5表面设置有若干长槽 9, 该长槽 9方 向与锁紧螺母胶套 5方向一致, 便于使用者紧握, 操作更方便。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优先实施方式, 只要以基本相同手段 实现本实用新型目的的技术方案都属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。
