本公开涉及信息通讯技术领域, 特别涉及一种更新终端通讯录的方法及装置。 背景技术
随着移动互联网通讯技术的发展, 基于通讯录的通讯服务在人群中迅速普及。 而出于 生活、 工作或者学习等需要, 用户的移动性逐渐增强, 随之导致用户的通讯信息经常发生 变化。为了保证用户的通讯顺畅, 如何在用户变更通讯信息后更新其终端通讯录或在收到 其终端通讯录中联系人发送的变更的通讯信息后更新其终端通讯录,成为了信息通讯技术 领域的一个关键问题。
目前, 如果用户变更了其通讯信息, 则需用户手动将其新的通讯信息更新至其终端通 讯录; 如果用户收到了其终端通讯录中联系人发送的变更的通讯信息, 则需用户手动将其 联系人的新的通讯信息更新至其终端通讯录。
在实现本公开的过程中, 发明人发现上述技术至少存在以下问题:
无论针对用户变更其通讯信息的情况或是用户收到其终端通讯录中联系人发送的变 更的通讯信息的情况,用户均需手动将通讯信息更新至其终端通讯录,所以存在操作复杂, 不够简便的缺点; 而且还存在用户忘记将通讯信息更新至其终端通讯录的情况, 导致通讯 录的更新不够及时。 发明内容
为了解决上述问题, 本公开实施例提供了一种更新终端通讯录的方法及装置。所述技 术方案如下:

获取更新的通讯信息, 所述通讯信息至少包括终端号码、 网络账户信息及地址信息中 的一种;

如果终端新增了终端号码, 则以终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 解锁密码、 原终端号码及新增 的终端号码与网络通讯录进行重新绑定; 或者, 如果与网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码均发生变化, 且增加了新的终端号码, 则以变化后的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码、 解锁密码及新增的终端号码与网络通讯录进行重新绑定;
在下次登录网络通讯录时, 以与网络通讯录重新绑定的 UDID和 IMEI作为身份识别 依据, 并以与网络通讯录重新绑定的两个终端号码作为登录的账户、 以与网络通讯录重新 绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录网络通讯录。
在一个实施例中, 根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新网络通讯录之后, 还包括: 根据联系人的通讯信息向联系人对应的终端发送更新命令,更新命令中包括更新的通 讯信息及更新类型,使联系人对应的终端根据更新命令更新联系人的终端通讯录及网络通 讯录。
在一个实施例中, 根据联系人的通讯信息向联系人对应的终端发送更新命令之前, 还 包括:
对网络通讯录中的联系人进行分组, 得到至少一个联系组;
为每个联系组设置对应的优先级, 以按照设置的优先级发送更新命令。
本实施例提供的方法, 通过获取更新的通讯信息, 并在确定更新的通讯信息的更新类 型后, 根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录, 而无需用户手动操作, 既避免了 在通讯信息更新时忘记执行更新操作的情况, 还可使终端通讯录的更新操作更加简便, 并 且更具及时性。 在一个实施例中, 在根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录后, 会登录网络通讯录并根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新网络通讯录, 以实现终端通讯录 与网络通讯录的同步; 另外, 在更新完网络通讯录后, 通过向联系人对应的终端发送更新 命令, 从而保证更新通讯信息的用户及该用户的联系人均能够及时更新通讯信息, 为该用 户与其联系人之间的信息交互提供了极大的便利。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种更新终端通讯录的方法, 为了便于说明, 本实施例结合上述实施 例一的内容, 且以当前终端标识用户正在使用的终端为例, 对更新终端通讯录的方式进行 详细地解释说明。 参见图 2, 本实施例提供的方法流程具体如下:
步骤 201 : 获取更新的通讯信息, 通讯信息至少包括终端号码、 网络账户信息及地址 信息中的一种;
针对该步骤, 获取更新的通讯信息的方式, 包括但不限于如下几种方式中的一种: 第一种: 根据更新命令获取更新的通讯信息;
针对该种获取更新的通讯信息的方式, 在获取更新的通讯信息之前, 本实施例提供的 方法还包括: 接收其它终端发送的更新命令, 更新命令中包含更新的通讯信息及对应的更 新类型。
在一个实施例中, 通讯录中的联系人的通讯信息更新后, 接收该联系人的终端发送的 更新命令。 该更新命令可以是在联系人的 SIM 卡上的终端号码发生变化或其成功注册了 一个新网络账户信息或首次使用该新网络账户信息进行登录操作或其地理位置信息发生 变化后, 由该联系人的终端根据新的终端号码或新的网络账户信息或新的地理位置信息生 成并发送的更新命令, 以将更新的通讯信息通知给当前终端。 其中, 当前终端接收联系人 的终端发送的更新命令后, 可将其中的更新的通讯信息缓存至当前终端的内存卡中, 以便 后续进行更新操作。
需要说明的是, 更新命令除了包括更新的通讯信息及对应的更新类型之外, 更新命令 中还可包括其他信息, 例如, 发送该更新命令的联系人的名称, 本实施例不对更新命令中 包含的具体内容进行限定。
第二种: 每隔预设时间读取当前终端的 SIM 卡上的终端号码, 如果读取到的终端号 码与之前记录的终端号码不一致, 则将读取到的终端号码作为获取到的更新的通讯信息; 针对该种获取更新的通讯信息的方式, 以当前终端为终端 A, 当前终端的持有者为用 户 A, 当前终端的终端号码为 " abcdefghijk"为例, 则终端 A可每隔预设时间自动读取自 身 SIM卡上的终端号码, 如果读取到的终端号码 "
"与之前的终端号 码 " abcdefghijk " 不一致, 则表明终端 A 的终端号码已更新, 则将终端号码
"作为获取到的更新的通讯信息。
其中, 预设时间的大小具体可为 24小时, 当然, 预设时间的大小除上述数值外, 还 可以为其他数值, 例如, 48小时等等, 本实施例对此也不作具体限定。
第三种: 每隔预设时间检测是否成功注册新网络账户信息或首次使用新网络账户信 息, 如果检测到成功注册新网络账户信息或首次使用新网络账户信息, 则将新网络账户信 息作为获取到的更新的通讯信息;
针对该种获取更新的通讯信息的方式, 以当前终端为终端 A, 当前终端的持有者为用 户 A为例, 如果终端 A检测到用户 A成功注册了一个新网络账户信息 "xyz@abc.com"
或首次使用新网络账户信息 " xyz@abc.com " 进行登录操作, 则将新网络账户信息 "xyz@abc.com"作为获取到的更新的通讯信息。 其中, 网络账户信息可以包括但不限于 IM (Instant Messenger, 即时通讯) 账户信息、 SNS ( Social Networking Services, 社会性 网络服务) 账户信息或邮箱账户信息等等; 预设时间的大小具体可为 24小时, 当然, 预 设时间的大小除上述数值外, 还可以为其他数值, 例如, 48小时等等, 本实施例对此不作 具体限定。
第四种: 每隔预设时间定位地理位置信息, 如果定位得到的地理位置信息与之前存储 的地理位置信息不一致, 则将定位得到的地理位置信息作为获取到的更新的通讯信息。
针对该种获取更新的通讯信息的方式, 以当前终端为终端 A, 当前终端的持有者为用 户 A, 当前终端存储的地理位置信息为 "s市 a区 c街 d号"为例, 终端 A可每隔预设时 间对自身进行定位, 如果终端 A定位得到的地理位置信息 " ^市^区^街 号" , 与其 之前存储的地理位置信息 "s市 a区 c街 d号"不一致, 则将地理位置信息 "Sl市 ai区 Cl 街 号 "作为获取到的更新的通讯信息; 其中, 定位的地理位置可分为定位工作地理位置 和定位家庭地理位置, 例如可将周一至周五的 09: 00至 18: 00设置为用户 A的工作时间 段, 将周五的 19: 00至周一的 08: 00设置为用户 A的家庭时间段; 如果在工作时间段, 终端 A通过不断定位获取地理位置信息,且如果获取到的某一地理位置信息出现的频率最 高, 则结合 POI (Point Of Interest, 兴趣点) 数据可生成包含用户 A的公司名称的地理位 置信息, 并提示用户 A该地理位置信息是否正确。 如果不正确, 则可由用户 A通过手动 的方式对其进行调整; 如果正确, 则可将其直接作为获取到的更新的通讯信息; 定位家庭 地理位置的实现方式与定位公司地理位置信息的实现方式一致, 此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 上述检测的预设时间的大小具体可为 24小时, 当然, 预设时间的大 小除上述数值外,还可以为其他数值,例如, 48小时等等,本实施例对此也不作具体限定。
步骤 202: 确定更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型, 更新类型至少包括增加、 替换和删 除中的一种;
其中, 针对上述步骤 201中的第一种获取更新的通讯信息的方式, 在根据更新命令获 取到更新的通讯信息后, 由于更新命令中还包括更新类型, 因而可根据该更新命令确定更 新的通讯信息对应的更新类型。 例如, 某一用户 A的终端通讯录中的一个联系人 B用新 的终端号码 "66668888999"替换了其原终端号码 " 12345678901 ", 则在联系人 B的终端 向用户 A发送更新命令之前, 会生成包括如下内容的更新命令:
当用户 A的终端收到联系人 B的终端发送的更新命令后, 便可直接根据该更新命令 确定该更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型为 "替换" 。
针对上述步骤 201中的第二种至第三种获取更新的通讯信息的方式,在获取到更新的 通讯信息后, 确定更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型的方式, 包括但不限于:
显示更新的通讯信息, 并向用户提示对应的更新类型;
将用户选择的更新类型确定为更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型。
例如, 用户 A的终端号码由原终端号码 "09876543219"变更为 "23456789012", 则 在检测到终端号码 "23456789012"之后, 可将终端号码 "23456789012"作为获取到的更 新的通讯信息,并将该更新的通讯信息显示在用户 A的终端的屏幕上,并同时提示用户该 更新的通讯信息的更新类型。 比如, 在屏幕上以框体的形式分别由上至下显示 "增加 "及 "替换"选项, 由于用户 A的终端能够获知原终端号码, 因而如果用户 A点击 "增加" 选项, 则可将获取到的新的终端号码增加到终端通讯录中; 如果用户 A点击 "替换"选项 后, 用户 A的终端便可将获取到的新的终端号码替换原终端号码。
其中, 提示用户更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型的具体实现方式, 除在屏幕上以框体 的形式分别由上至下显示 "增加"、 "替换"及 "删除"选项外, 还可以为其他提示方式, 例如, 以气泡形式或上下浮动提示条的方式提示用户更新的通讯信息所对应的更新类型, 具体采用哪种提示方式, 本实施例对此不作具体限定。
步骤 203: 根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录;
具体地, 在获取到更新的通讯信息后, 便可根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型自动更新 当前终端保存的终端通讯录。 更新类型包括但不限于增加、 替换和删除中的一种, 具体更 新方式可依据更新类型确定,包括但不限于将更新的通讯信息添加至当前保存的终端通讯 录中, 或直接将更新的通讯信息替换原有的通讯信息, 或将更新的通讯信息从终端通讯录 中删除, 具体采用哪种方式更新终端通讯录, 本实施例对此不作具体限定。
针对更新类型为删除的情况,如果当前终端的持有者想要将其终端通讯录及网络通讯 录中的一些通讯信息删除, 例如, 当前终端的持有者为弃用某一终端号码而选择将其终端 中的相应 SIM卡取出, 则当前终端因为侦测不到 SIM卡, 所以会提示当前终端的持有者 是否要将该 SIM 卡对应的终端号码删除, 在得到当前终端持有者返回的确认消息后, 当 前终端会根据该确认消息将该终端号码在终端通讯录中删除, 即完成终端通讯录的更新。
步骤 204: 登录网络通讯录, 根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新网络通讯录; 针对该步骤, 之所以在根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录之后, 登录网 络通讯录,并对网络通讯录进行更新,是为了实现网络通讯录与终端通讯录的同步。其中, 登录网络通讯录的方式, 包括但不限于:
获取与网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码和解锁密码;
以与网络通讯录绑定的 UDID和 IMEI作为身份识别依据, 并以与网络通讯录绑定的 终端号码作为登录的账户、以与网络通讯录绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录网络通讯 录。
为了便于理解, 以与网络通讯录绑定的 IMEI 为 "493002407599521 " , UDID 为
" 4431 a49e7b3a5f66656ac38064al f 8919b 1 al 08 ", 终端号码为 12345678909 ", 解锁密码 为 " abc " 为 例 , 则 在 获 取 到 上 述 信 息 后 , 便 可 以 将 "4431a49e7b3a5f66656ac38064alf98919blal08 "和 "493002407599521 "作为身份识别依 据, 以终端号码 " 12345678909"作为登录的账户, 以解锁密码 " abc"作为登录的密码登 录网络通讯录。
在一个实施例中, 在登录网络通讯录之前, 本实施例提供的方法还包括:
获取当前终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码, 并将当前终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录进行绑定;
其中, 关于获取当前终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码的具体实现方式包括 但不限于, 分别获取存储在当前终端的存储介质中的 UDID和 IMEI, 获取当前终端 SIM 卡上的终端号码, 再获取终端系统中记录的解锁密码, 本实施例对此不作具体限定。
在一个实施例中, 将当前终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录进 行绑定之后, 还包括:
如果当前终端的终端号码发生变化, 则以当前终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 解锁密码及变化 后的终端号码与网络通讯录进行重新绑定;
例如, 如果只有当前终端的终端号码由 " 12345678909 "变更为 " 98765432101 ", 而 与网络通讯录绑定的 IMEI 、 UDID 及解锁密码均未发生变化, 则以当前终端的 UDID "4431a49e7b3a5f66656ac38064alf 8919blal08 "、当前终端的 IMEI "493002407599521 "、 当前终端的解锁密码 " abc"及新的终端号码 " 98765432101 "与网络通讯录进行重新绑 定。
或者, 如果与网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码均发生变化, 则 以变化后的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录进行重新绑定;
例如, 如果用户以新终端替换了当前终端, 且当前终端的终端号码由 " 12345678909 " 变更为 "98765432101 " , 因为每个终端对应不同的 UDID及 IMEI, 假设新终端的 UDID 为 "55431a49e7b3a5f66656ac38064alf 8919blal08 " , IMEI为 "567872407599521 " , 解 锁密码为 "def", 则以新终端的 UDID "55431a49e7b3a5f66656ac38064alf 8919blal08 ", 新终端的 ΙΜΕ 567872407599521 ",新终端的解锁密码" def"及新终端号码 " 98765432101 " 与网络通讯录进行重新绑定。
在下次登录网络通讯录时, 以与网络通讯录重新绑定的 UDID和 IMEI作为身份识别 依据, 并以与网络通讯录重新绑定的终端号码作为登录的账户、 以与网络通讯录重新绑定 的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录网络通讯录。
在一个实施例中, 将当前终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录进 行绑定之后, 还包括:
如果当前终端新增了终端号码, 则以当前终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 解锁密码、 原终端号 码及新增的终端号码与网络通讯录进行重新绑定;
例如, 如果当前终端在原终端号码 " 12345678909" 的基础上新增添了一个终端号码 "98765432101 ", 而与网络通讯录绑定的 IMEI 、 UDID及解锁密码均未发生变化, 则以 当前终端的 UDID " 4431a49e7b3a5f66656ac38064alf98919blal08 " , 当前终端的 IMEI "493002407599521 " , 当前终端的解锁密码 "abc" , 原终端号码 " 12345678909" , 及 新的终端号码 "98765432101 "与网络通讯录进行重新绑定。
或者, 如果与网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码均发生变化, 且 增加了新的终端号码, 则以变化后的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码、 解锁密码及新增的终端号 码与网络通讯录进行重新绑定;
例如, 如果用户以新的终端替换了当前终端, 且在以新终端号码 " 98765432101 "替 换原终端号码 " 12345678909"的基础之上新增添了另一个新的终端号码 " 87543871009", 因为每个终端对应不同 的 UDID 及 IMEI, 假设新的终端的 UDID 为 "55431a49e7b3a5f66656ac38064alf 8919blal08" ,ΙΜΕΙ为 "567872407599521 " , 解锁密 码为 "def" , 则以新的终端的 UDID "55431a49e7b3a5f66656ac38064alf 8919blal08 ", 新的终端的 IMEI " 567872407599521 " , 新的终端的解锁密码 " def" 及两个终端号码 "98765432101 "及 "87543871009"与网络通讯录进行重新绑定。
在下次登录网络通讯录时, 以与网络通讯录重新绑定的 UDID和 IMEI作为身份识别 依据, 并以与网络通讯录重新绑定的两个终端号码作为登录的账户、 以与网络通讯录重新 绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录网络通讯录。
在通过上述步骤根据更新的通讯信息与网络通讯录进行重新绑定之后,便可根据更新 的通讯信息及更新类型更新网络通讯录。关于根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新网络通 讯录的具体实现方式,与更新终端通讯录的方式原理相同,具体参考上述步骤 203的描述, 此处不再赘述。
而针对更新的通讯信息为网络账户信息的情况,在通过与网络通讯录绑定的 UDID和 IMEI 作为身份识别依据, 并以与网络通讯录绑定的终端号码作为登录的账户、 以与网络 通讯录重新绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录网络通讯录后,便可将新的网络账户信息 或新的地理位置信息更新至网络通讯录中。 下面以更新的通讯信息为网络账户信息为例, 对更新网络通讯录的过程进行具体说明。
例如, 新的网络账户信息为新邮箱地址 abc@def.com, 为了明确该新的邮箱地址用户 对其是否拥有使用权, 首先会对该邮箱的进行登录验证, 在验证成功之后便检测网络通讯 录中是否存在后缀为 def.com 的邮箱, 如果不存在, 则提示用户是否要将该新邮箱地址 abc@def.com添加到网络通讯录的邮箱列表之中, 如果存在, 则提示用户是要以该新的邮 箱地址替换原来的后缀名为 def.com邮箱地址, 还是在原来的后缀名为 def.com的邮箱地 址的基础之上新增一个后缀名为 def.com的邮箱, 在收到用户返回的信息后, 执行更新网 络通讯录中的邮箱列表操作。
在一个实施例中, 在用户更新了自身的通讯信息, 并相应地修改了其终端通讯录
及网络通讯录中的相应信息后,为了让其终端通讯录或网络通讯录中的联系人得知其新的 通讯信息, 以方便相互之间的联络, 本实施例提供的方法还包括将用户新的通讯信息下发 至其联系人的终端的步骤, 详见下述步骤 204。
步骤 205 : 根据联系人的通讯信息向联系人对应的终端发送更新命令, 更新命令中包 括更新的通讯信息及更新类型,使联系人对应的终端根据更新命令更新联系人的终端通讯 录及网络通讯录。
针对该步骤, 向联系人对应的终端发送更新命令的具体实现方式包括但不限于: 将用 户的更新命令以短信或邮件的方式发送至其联系人对应的终端上,本实施例对此不作具体 限定。 其中, 更新命令中除包括该用户更新的通讯信息及更新类型外, 还可以包括其他信 息, 例如, 该用户的名称, 本实施例对此同样不作具体限定。
在一个实施例中, 根据联系人的通讯信息向联系人对应的终端发送更新命令之前, 本 实施例提供的方法还包括:
对网络通讯录中的联系人进行分组, 得到至少一个联系组;
为每个联系组设置对应的优先级, 以按照设置的优先级发送更新命令。
例如, 根据联系人的身份, 比如, 家人、 朋友、 同事将其网络通讯录中的联系人分成
3组, 分别以家人组、 朋友组及同事组命名, 家人组为该用户指定的私密组, 其优先级最 高, 接下来为朋友组, 而同事组的优先级最低。 在用户欲将其更新命令发送给相关联系人 时, 针对上述步骤 203中以新终端号码替换原终端号码的情况, 该用户的更新命令默认发 送至持有该用户的原终端号码的所有联系人, 即向家人组、 朋友组及同事组中的每个持有 该用户的原终端号码的联系人发送更新命令;而如果该用户的网络通讯录中的某些联系人 不持有该用户的原终端号码, 则默认不会向这些联系人的终端发送更新命令。 但是, 如果 该用户特别指定向某一非持有该用户的原终端号码的联系人对应的终端发送更新命令,则 可在发送更新命令之前, 还可以向用户显示是否向该联系人发送更新命令的提示信息, 并 在得到用户的确认信息后, 再将更新命令发送给非持有该用户的原终端号码的联系人; 针 对上述步骤 203中新添加终端号码的情况,该用户的更新命令仅发送给该用户终端通讯录 及网络通讯录中的家人组, 即仅发送给该用户的指定私密组; 而针对用户将其终端通讯录 或者网络通讯录中的一些通讯信息删除的情况, 例如, 用户将其终端通讯录或者网络通讯 录的邮箱列表中的一个邮箱删除, 则该用户的更新命令默认发送给该用户的所有联系人, 即向家人组、 朋友组及同事组中的每个联系人发送更新命令。
在该用户的相关联系人的终端收到该用户发送的更新命令后,便可根据该更新命令中 包括的新的通讯信息及更新类型自动触发相关程序更新其终端通讯录及网络通讯录,具体 更新过程与上述步骤 203中更新终端通讯录及上述步骤 204中更新网络通讯录的方式原理 相同, 此处不再赘述。
另外, 无论是当前终端更新终端通讯录及网络通讯录, 还是联系人的终端更新终端通 讯录及网络通讯录, 在更新终端通讯录及网络通讯录时, 均可为该新的通讯信息添加更新
标识及更新时间。 例如, 如果用户以新的终端号码替换了原终端号码, 则在新的通讯信息 所在的位置上添加 "新"的字样, 并标注新的通讯信息的更新时间; 如果是在原终端号码 的基础之上新添了一个终端号码, 则在新的通讯信息所在的位置上添加 "新"的字样, 在 原通讯信息所在的位置上添加 "旧"的字样, 并在新的通讯信息所在的位置上标注该新的 通讯信息的更新时间; 以起到提示终端通讯录或者网络通讯录中的相关联系人有关该用户 的通讯信息已经在某一固定时刻更新。 当然, 提示终端通讯录或者网络通讯录中有关该用 户的通讯信息已经更新的方式还可为其他方式, 例如, 对与该用户相关的新的通讯信息设 置闪动标识等等, 具体采用哪种提示方式, 本实施例对此不作具体限定。
本实施例提供的方法, 通过获取更新的通讯信息, 并在确定更新的通讯信息的更新类 型后, 根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录, 而无需用户手动操作, 既避免了 在通讯信息更新时忘记执行更新操作的情况, 还可使终端通讯录的更新操作更加简便, 并 且更具及时性。 在一个实施例中, 在根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录后, 会登录网络通讯录并根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新网络通讯录,从而实现终端通讯 录与网络通讯录的同步; 另外, 在更新完网络通讯录后, 通过向联系人对应的终端发送更 新命令, 从而保证更新通讯信息的用户及该用户的联系人均能够及时更新通讯信息, 为该 用户与其联系人之间的信息交互提供了极大的便利。 实施例三
本实施例提供了一种更新终端通讯录的装置,该装置用于执行上述实施例一或实施例 二提供的更新终端通讯录的方法。 参见图 3, 该装置包括:
获取模块 31, 用于获取更新的通讯信息, 通讯信息至少包括终端号码、 网络账户信息 及地址信息中的一种;

第一更新模块 33,用于根据获取模块 31获取到的更新的通讯信息及确定模块 32确定 的更新类型更新终端通讯录。
在一个实施例中, 参见图 4, 该装置还包括:
接收模块 34,用于接收其它终端发送的更新命令,更新命令中包含更新的通讯信息及 对应的更新类型;
获取模块 31, 用于根据接收模块 34接收到的更新命令获取更新的通讯信息; 确定模块 32, 用于根据接收模块 34接收到的更新命令确定更新的通讯信息对应的更 新类型。
在一个实施例中, 获取模块 31, 用于每隔预设时间读取终端的 SIM卡上的终端号码, 如果读取到的终端号码与之前记录的终端号码不一致,则将读取到的终端号码作为获取到 的更新的通讯信息;
或者, 每隔预设时间检测是否成功注册新网络账户信息或首次使用新网络账户信息, 如果检测到成功注册新网络账户信息或首次使用新网络账户信息,则将新网络账户信息作 为获取到的更新的通讯信息;
或者, 每隔预设时间定位地理位置信息, 如果定位得到的地理位置信息与之前存储的 地理位置信息不一致, 则将定位得到的地理位置信息作为获取到的更新的通讯信息; 确定模块 32, 用于显示更新的通讯信息, 并向用户提示对应的更新类型; 将用户选择 的更新类型确定为更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型。
在一个实施例中, 参见图 5, 该装置, 还包括:
登录模块 35, 用于登录网络通讯录;
第二更新模块 36,用于根据获取模块 31获取到的更新的通讯信息及确定模块 32确定 的更新类型更新登录模块 35登录到的网络通讯录。
在一个实施例中, 参见图 6, 该装置, 还包括:
绑定模块 37,用于获取终端的 UDID、 IMEI、终端号码及解锁密码,并将终端的 UDID、
IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录进行绑定;
登录模块 35, 用于获取与网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码和解锁密码; 以 与网络通讯录绑定的 UDID和 IMEI作为身份识别依据, 并以与网络通讯录绑定的终端号 码作为登录的账户、 以与网络通讯录绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录网络通讯录。
在一个实施例中, 绑定模块 37, 还用于如果终端的终端号码发生变化, 则以终端的
UDID、 IMEI、 解锁密码及变化后的终端号码与网络通讯录进行重新绑定; 或者, 如果与 网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码均发生变化, 则以变化后的 UDID、
IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录进行重新绑定;
登录模块 35,还用于在下次登录网络通讯录时, 以与网络通讯录重新绑定的 UDID和
IMEI 作为身份识别依据, 并以与网络通讯录重新绑定的终端号码作为登录的账户、 以与 网络通讯录重新绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录网络通讯录。
在一个实施例中,绑定模块 37,还用于如果终端新增了终端号码,则以终端的 UDID、
IMEI、 解锁密码、 原终端号码及新增的终端号码与网络通讯录进行重新绑定; 或者, 如果 与网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码均发生变化, 且增加了新的终端 号码, 则以变化后的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码、 解锁密码及新增的终端号码与网络通讯录 进行重新绑定;
登录模块 35,还用于在下次登录网络通讯录时, 以与网络通讯录重新绑定的 UDID和
IMEI 作为身份识别依据, 并以与网络通讯录重新绑定的两个终端号码作为登录的账户、 以与网络通讯录重新绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录网络通讯录。
在一个实施例中, 参见图 7, 该装置, 还包括:
发送模块 38,用于根据联系人的通讯信息向联系人对应的终端发送更新命令,更新命 令中包括更新的通讯信息及更新类型,使联系人对应的终端根据更新命令更新联系人的终
端通讯录及网络通讯录。
在一个实施例中, 参见图 8, 该装置, 还包括:
分组模块 39, 用于对网络通讯录中的联系人进行分组, 得到至少一个联系组; 设置模块 40, 用于为分组模块 39得到的每个联系组设置对应的优先级, 以使发送模 块 38按照设置模块 40设置的优先级发送更新命令。
本实施例提供的装置, 通过获取更新的通讯信息, 并在确定更新的通讯信息的更新类 型后, 并根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录, 而无需用户手动操作, 既避免 了在通讯信息更新时忘记执行更新操作的情况, 还可使终端通讯录的更新操作更加简便, 并且更具及时性。在一个实施例中,在根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录后, 会登录网络通讯录并根据更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新网络通讯录,从而实现终端通讯 录与网络通讯录的同步; 另外, 在更新完网络通讯录后, 通过向联系人对应的终端发送更 新命令, 从而保证更新通讯信息的用户及该用户的联系人均能够及时更新通讯信息, 为该 用户与其联系人之间的信息交互提供了极大的便利。 需要说明的是: 上述实施例提供的更新终端通讯录的装置在更新终端通讯录时, 仅以 上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明, 实际应用中, 可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不 同的功能模块完成, 即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成以上描述的全部 或者部分功能。另外, 上述实施例提供的更新终端通讯录的装置与更新终端通讯录的方法 实施例属于同一构思, 其具体实现过程详见方法实施例, 这里不再赘述。
上述本公开实施例序号仅仅为了描述, 不代表实施例的优劣。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完 成, 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储 介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。

Claims
1、 一种更新终端通讯录的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取更新的通讯信息,所述通讯信息至少包括终端号码、网络账户信息及地址信息中 的一种;
确定所述更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型,所述更新类型至少包括增加、替换和删除 中的一种;
根据所述更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取更新的通讯信息之前, 还包 括:
接收其它终端发送的更新命令,所述更新命令中包含所述更新的通讯信息及对应的更 新类型;
所述获取更新的通讯信息, 包括: 根据所述更新命令获取更新的通讯信息; 所述确定所述更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型,包括:根据所述更新命令确定所述更 新的通讯信息对应的更新类型。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取更新的通讯信息, 包括: 每隔预设时间读取所述终端的客户识别模块 SIM卡上的终端号码, 如果读取到的终 端号码与之前记录的终端号码不一致,则将读取到的终端号码作为获取到的更新的通讯信 息;
或者,每隔预设时间检测是否成功注册新网络账户信息或首次使用所述新网络账户信 息,如果检测到成功注册新网络账户信息或首次使用所述新网络账户信息,则将所述新网 络账户信息作为获取到的更新的通讯信息;
或者,每隔预设时间定位地理位置信息,如果定位得到的地理位置信息与之前存储的 地理位置信息不一致, 则将定位得到的地理位置信息作为获取到的更新的通讯信息; 所述确定所述更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型, 包括:
显示所述更新的通讯信息, 并向用户提示对应的更新类型;
将用户选择的更新类型确定为所述更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述更 新的通讯信息及更新类型更新终端通讯录之后, 还包括:
登录网络通讯录, 根据所述更新的通讯信息及更新类型更新所述网络通讯录。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述登录网络通讯录之前, 还包括: 获取所述终端的唯一设备识别码 UDID、 国际移动设备身份码 IMEI、 终端号码及解 锁密码, 并将所述终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录进行绑定; 所述登录网络通讯录, 包括:
获取与所述网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码和解锁密码;
以与所述网络通讯录绑定的 UDID和 IMEI作为身份识别依据, 并以与所述网络通讯
录绑定的终端号码作为登录的账户、以与所述网络通讯录绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码 登录所述网络通讯录。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 终 端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录进行绑定之后, 还包括:
如果所述终端的终端号码发生变化, 则以所述终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 解锁密码及变化 后的终端号码与所述网络通讯录进行重新绑定; 或者, 如果与所述网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码均发生变化, 则以变化后的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码 及解锁密码与所述网络通讯录进行重新绑定;
在下次登录所述网络通讯录时, 以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定的 UDID和 IMEI作为 身份识别依据,并以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定的终端号码作为登录的账户、 以与所述网 络通讯录重新绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录所述网络通讯录。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 终 端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录进行绑定之后, 还包括:
如果所述终端新增了终端号码, 则以所述终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 解锁密码、 原终端号 码及新增的终端号码与所述网络通讯录进行重新绑定;或者,如果与所述网络通讯录绑定 的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码均发生变化, 且增加了新的终端号码, 则以变化后 的 UDID、 IMEI、终端号码、解锁密码及新增的终端号码与所述网络通讯录进行重新绑定; 在下次登录所述网络通讯录时, 以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定的 UDID和 IMEI作为 身份识别依据,并以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定的两个终端号码作为登录的账户、 以与所 述网络通讯录重新绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录所述网络通讯录。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述更新的通讯信息及更新 类型更新所述网络通讯录之后, 还包括:
根据联系人的通讯信息向所述联系人对应的终端发送更新命令,所述更新命令中包括 所述更新的通讯信息及更新类型,使所述联系人对应的终端根据所述更新命令更新所述联 系人的终端通讯录及网络通讯录。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据联系人的通讯信息向所述联 系人对应的终端发送更新命令之前, 还包括:
对所述网络通讯录中的联系人进行分组, 得到至少一个联系组;
为每个联系组设置对应的优先级, 以按照设置的优先级发送更新命令。
10、 一种更新终端通讯录的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
获取模块, 用于获取更新的通讯信息, 所述通讯信息至少包括终端号码、 网络账户信 息及地址信息中的一种;
确定模块,用于确定所述获取模块获取到的所述更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型,所 述更新类型至少包括增加、 替换和删除中的一种;
第一更新模块,用于根据所述获取模块获取到的更新的通讯信息及所述确定模块确定
的更新类型更新终端通讯录。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
接收模块,用于接收其它终端发送的更新命令,所述更新命令中包含所述更新的通讯 信息及对应的更新类型;
所述获取模块, 用于根据所述接收模块接收到的更新命令获取更新的通讯信息; 所述确定模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收到的更新命令确定所述更新的通讯信息对 应的更新类型。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块, 用于每隔预设时间 读取所述终端的客户识别模块 SIM卡上的终端号码, 如果读取到的终端号码与之前记录 的终端号码不一致, 则将读取到的终端号码作为获取到的更新的通讯信息;
或者,每隔预设时间检测是否成功注册新网络账户信息或首次使用所述新网络账户信 息,如果检测到成功注册新网络账户信息或首次使用所述新网络账户信息,则将所述新网 络账户信息作为获取到的更新的通讯信息;
或者,每隔预设时间定位地理位置信息,如果定位得到的地理位置信息与之前存储的 地理位置信息不一致, 则将定位得到的地理位置信息作为获取到的更新的通讯信息; 所述确定模块, 用于显示所述更新的通讯信息, 并向用户提示对应的更新类型; 将用 户选择的更新类型确定为所述更新的通讯信息对应的更新类型。
13、根据权利要求 10至 12中任一权利要求所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置, 还 包括:
登录模块, 用于登录网络通讯录;
第二更新模块,用于根据所述获取模块获取到的更新的通讯信息及所述确定模块确定 的更新类型更新所述登录模块登录到的网络通讯录。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置, 还包括:
绑定模块, 用于获取所述终端的唯一设备识别码 UDID、 国际移动设备身份码 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码, 并将所述终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码与网络通讯录 进行绑定;
所述登录模块, 用于获取与所述网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码和解锁密 码; 以与所述网络通讯录绑定的 UDID和 IMEI作为身份识别依据, 并以与所述网络通讯 录绑定的终端号码作为登录的账户、以与所述网络通讯录绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码 登录所述网络通讯录。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述绑定模块, 还用于如果所述终 端的终端号码发生变化, 则以所述终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 解锁密码及变化后的终端号码与 所述网络通讯录进行重新绑定; 或者, 如果与所述网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端 号码及解锁密码均发生变化, 则以变化后的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码与所述网 络通讯录进行重新绑定;
所述登录模块,还用于在下次登录所述网络通讯录时, 以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定 的 UDID和 IMEI作为身份识别依据, 并以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定的终端号码作为登 录的账户、 以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录所述网络通讯 录。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述绑定模块, 还用于如果所述终 端新增了终端号码, 则以所述终端的 UDID、 IMEI、 解锁密码、 原终端号码及新增的终端 号码与所述网络通讯录进行重新绑定;或者,如果与所述网络通讯录绑定的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码及解锁密码均发生变化, 且增加了新的终端号码, 则以变化后的 UDID、 IMEI、 终端号码、 解锁密码及新增的终端号码与所述网络通讯录进行重新绑定;
所述登录模块,还用于在下次登录所述网络通讯录时, 以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定 的 UDID和 IMEI作为身份识别依据, 并以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定的两个终端号码作 为登录的账户、以与所述网络通讯录重新绑定的解锁密码作为登录的密码登录所述网络通 讯录。
17、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置, 还包括:
发送模块,用于根据联系人的通讯信息向所述联系人对应的终端发送更新命令,所述 更新命令中包括所述更新的通讯信息及更新类型,使所述联系人对应的终端根据所述更新 命令更新所述联系人的终端通讯录及网络通讯录。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置, 还包括:
分组模块, 用于对所述网络通讯录中的联系人进行分组, 得到至少一个联系组; 设置模块,用于为所述分组模块得到的每个联系组设置对应的优先级, 以使所述发送 模块按照所述设置模块设置的优先级发送更新命令。
