说 明 书 一种应用于电子烟具及传统水烟的果肉制备方法 技术领域 本发明涉及一种应用于电子烟具及传统水烟的果肉制备方法,属 于化工制备技术领域。 背景技术 水烟 (hookah) 是一种采用专用工具 "水烟袋" , 用水(或其它 液体)过滤后吸食的一种烟草制品, 主要在中东地区流行。水烟不同 于其他烟草制品, 它使用煤炭烧完后的余热来使烟上升。 吸食时, 使 用者需在烟草上面放上燃烧的炭火帮助烟草燃烧。抽水烟用的盒子底 部装有水, 上面装着烟草。 烟草燃烧放出的烟, 经过水的过滤, 再通 过一个吸管, 来吸食水烟。
传统水烟原料一般采用烟草和各种香精混合而成,该方法沿用了 几个世纪,到目前为止,水烟因烟草燃烧所产生的危害一直争议不断。
电子烟液 (或称电子烟雾化液)是目前流行的香烟替代产品。越来 越多的吸烟者开始接受使用电子烟代替香烟,因此通过电子烟液来加 工的水烟果肉, 从口感上既能满足传统水烟的消费需求, 又能降低传 统烟草对身体的危害。水烟果肉可应用于现代电子烟具, 通过电子加 热雾化来实现吸取,也能使用传统水烟的方法,用炭火的高温来烘烤。 该产品本身保留水果原有的形状、颜色、 香气等特征, 是一种创新工 艺的新产品。
说 明 书 发明内容 本发明的目的是针对传统水烟原料进行改良创新,并应用于现代 电子烟具。
本专利中的电子烟液采用特有的专利制备方法, 提取天然烟草、 水果等植物原料中的致香物质;另外将提取出来的烟液加入天然果肉 中, 通过加温加压浸泡, 使水果充分吸收烟液, 香气互相融合, 达到 可以被电子烟具及传统水烟吸取的状态。
本发明按以下技术方案实施
一种电子烟液, 其按以下技术方案实施, 称取电子烟液量 5 一 20 % w / V的烟叶投入提取罐, 将配制好的溶媒加入到提取罐中 浸泡烟叶 30— 10Q分钟后加热至 40— 60 °C温浸提取 2— 8小时, 过 滤提取液, 向滤液中加入电子烟液量的 1一 10 % w / V的可可豆提 取物, 搅拌混合 20— 40分钟, 再以丙二醇或甘油补足到 100 %计 划制备的电子烟液体积, 搅拌混合均匀即得产品。
作为优选的技术方案, 所述的溶媒的配制是分别量取电子烟 液体积量的 30— 80 %的丙二醇或甘油及 0. 1—0. 5 %的吐温 80, 将二者搅拌混合 20— 40分钟, 得到混合均匀的溶媒。
作为优选的技术方案, 所述的可可豆提取物, 是将可可豆粉 碎至 20— 60目, 投入带夹层的提取罐, 加入可可豆粉重量的 3— 10倍蒸馏水, 浸泡可可豆粉 30— 90分钟, 加热升温至 80— 9(TC, 保温提取 2— 6小时, 放出并过滤提取液, 滤液减压浓缩至比重为 1 . 1-1 . 4的浸膏, 即得可可豆提取物。
作为优选的技术方案, 所述的丙二醇或甘油溶媒及吐温 80, 均为药用或食用级别, 丙二醇和甘油单独用或混合用。
作为优选的技术方案, 在电子烟液中加入果肉, 经过加温加压 浸泡使电子烟液被果肉所吸附, 水烟果肉把烟液吸收后, 过滤多余 说 明 书 的液体, 仅保留果肉固形物。
一种传统水烟的果肉制备方法, 其具体步骤如下:
( 1 ) 称取一定量的新鲜果肉 (水份含量应符合工艺要求);
( 2 )称取水烟果肉量 (体积)5-20% (w/v) 的电子烟液, 加入浸 泡罐,加热至 40-60 °C, 压力 IMpa, 浸泡 2-8小时。
( 3 ) 打开球阀, 仅将浸泡灌中的液体排出、 收集; 取出粘稠状 果肉进行分装, 即得水烟果肉产品, 固形物应在内容物的 90%以上。
