近年来, 随着网络协议(Internet Protocol, 简称为 IP )技术和视频压缩技 术的发展, 视频会议系统得到了越来越广泛的使用。 视频会议系统是一种通过 件资料进行即时传输的系统, 视频会议系统又称会议电视系统, 可以通过即时 传输和互动的沟通方式达到会议目的。
在视频会议过程中, 可能出现与会者暂时离开会场一段时间或是新与会者 中途进入会场的情况, 然而, 与会者对不清楚的部分会议内容需要等到会议结 束后对会议记录进行查询才可以进行了解, 从而导致会议沟通效率较低。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供一种会议记录获取方法、 提供方法、 设备及系统, 用以 克服会议沟通效率低的问题。
第一方面提供一种会议记录获取方法, 包括:
终端设备向服务器发送会议记录获取请求, 所述会议记录获取请求用于获 取目标会场码流信息;
所述终端设备接收所述服务器返回的所述目标会场码流信息, 所述目标会 场码流信息是所述服务器根据所述会议记录获取请求的指示从所记录的会场码 流信息中获取的;

图 1为本发明会议记录获取方法实施例一的流程图, 如图 1所示, 本实施 例的方法可以包括:
步骤 101、 终端设备向服务器发送会议记录获取请求, 会议记录获取请求 用于获取目标会场码流信息;
具体的 ,终端设备可以在至少三种情况下向服务器发送会议记录获取请求 , 第一种情况是在会议过程中有新与会者进场, 新与会者需要查看会议开始到该 新与会者进入会场这一时长的会议记录, 于是通过终端设备向服务器发送会议 记录获取请求; 第二种情况是与会者预约了一个时长的会议记录, 于是通过终 端设设备向服务器发送该会议记录获取请求; 第三种情况是与会者在会议过程 中中途离场, 在一时长后再次进入会场, 并且与会者需要查看离开会场到再次 进入会场这一时长的会议记录, 于是通过终端设备向服务器发送该会议记录获 取请求。 其中, 会议记录获取请求可以包括指示请求获取的目标会场码流信息 或会议记录类型。 服务器中存储的会议记录可以是从会议开始到会议结束的过 程中每个会场接收方向的码流, 该码流的存储可以是活动图像的码流和 /或胶片 编码的码流。
举例来讲, 上述实施例的第一种情况可以是会议过程中有新与会者进场, 终端设备向服务器发送会议记录获取请求, 其中, 该会议记录获取请求中包括 第一类型标识, 该第一类型标识可以用于指示服务器获取自会议开始到接收到 会议记录获取请求时记录的会场码流信息作为目标会场码流信息;
上述实施例的第二种情况可以是与会者预约一个时长的会议记录, 终端设 备向服务器发送会议记录获取请求, 其中, 该会议记录获取请求中包括第二类 型标识, 该第二类型标识可以用于指示服务器获取预先约定时间段内的会场码 流信息作为目标会场码流信息。
上述实施例的第三种情况可以是与会者离开会场时, 终端设备向服务器发 送会议记录开始请求, 该会议记录开始请求可以用于指示服务器获取目标会场 码流信息的起始时间; 在一时长后, 与会者重新进入会场, 终端设备向服务器 发送会议记录结束请求, 其中, 该会议记录结束请求可以用于指示服务器获取 目标会场码流信息的结束时间。 具体来讲, 与会者离开会场时, 终端设备接收 到与会者离场指令, 并根据与会者离场指令向服务器发送会议记录开始请求, 在一段时间后, 与会者重新进入会场, 终端设备接收与会者重新进入场指令, 并根据与会者重新进入会场的指令向服务器发送会议记录结束请求。
在本实施例中, 终端设备可以根据智能识别的方式,检测与会者是否离场, 并根据与会者离场信息, 向服务器发送所述会议记录开始请求; 或者, 终端设 备可以根据智能识别的方式, 检测终端设备检测与会者是否重入场, 根据与会 者重入场信息, 向服务器发送会以记录结束请求。
需要说明的是, 终端设备可以根据智能识别的方法或是非智能识别的方法 得到会议记录获取请求, 并将该请求发送给服务器。 举例来讲, 智能识别的方 式可以是终端设备通过人脸检测或是位置检测的方法确定与会者是第一次进入 会场、 再次进入会场或是离场, 本实施例不限制智能识别的方法仅限于人脸检 测或是位置检测, 本实施例同时也不限制具体的检测方法, 检测方法可以是根 据时间不同的两个画面对应的每个像素进行比对,也可以将临近像素划分为块, 并以块为单位进行比对, 本实施例中检测方法的实现可以是本领域相关技术人 员所能实现的任一种实现方法。 非智能识别的方法可以是与会者通过视频会议 界面上显示的对话框进行获取会议记录的选择, 或是通过点击物理按钮, 终端 设备发送会议记录获取请求, 该会议记录获取请求用于指示请求获取的目标会 场码流信息。 例如, 在会场内存在和终端直连的物理按键, 与会者点击该物理 按键, 终端发送生成会议摘要请求给服务器, 与会者再次点击该物理按键, 终 端发送停止生成会议摘要请求给服务器。
步骤 102、 终端设备接收服务器返回的目标会场码流信息, 目标会场码流 信息是服务器根据会议记录获取请求的指示从所记录的会场码流信息中获取 的。
具体的, 终端设备接收服务器返回的目标会场码流信息, 其中, 目标会场 码流信息是服务器根据会议记录获取请求的指示从所记录的会场码流信息中获 取的。 可选的, 终端设备可以接收到服务器发送的会议记录播放询问请求, 并 在接收到服务器发送的会议记录播放询问请求之后, 向服务器发送会议记录播 放响应或是会议记录拒绝响应, 以指示服务器发送目标会场码流信息或是拒绝 服务器发送目标会场码流信息, 其中, 播放询问请求可以用于询问终端设备是 否播放目标会场码流信息; 若终端设备向服务器发送会议记录播放响应后, 终 端设备可以接收到服务器根据会议记录播放响应的指示返回的目标会场码流信 息。 若终端设备向服务器发送会议记录拒绝响应后, 服务器根据会议记录拒绝 响应的指示删除目标会场码流信息。 例如, 服务器发送显示目标会场码流信息 请求给对应的会场, 对应的会场收到该请求后, 在目标会场的显示设备上可以 弹出对话框通知与会者有目标会场码流信息生成, 通知与会者收到目标会场码 流信息, 与会者同时可以选择观看该目标会场码流信息或者拒绝观看该目标会 场码流信息, 当与会者选择收看目标会场码流信息后, 终端发送呈现目标会场 码流信息请求给服务器, 其中, 通知的方式可以是短信、 邮件和及时通讯工具, 但不限于此。
具体的, 终端设备可以向服务器发送会议记录拒绝请求, 以指示服务器不 发送目标会场码流信息, 服务器同时根据会议记录拒绝响应的指示删除目标会 场码流信息; 或者终端设备向服务器发送会议记录播放请求, 以指示服务器发 送目标会场码流信息, 接着, 终端设备可以接收服务器根据会议记录播放请求 的指示返回的目标会场码流信息, 例如, 服务器发送显示目标会场码流信息请 求给对应的会场, 对应的会场收到该请求后, 通知与会者收到目标会场码流信 息, 当与会者选择收看目标会场码流信息后, 终端发送呈现目标会场码流信息 请求给服务器, 其中, 通知的方式可以是短信、 邮件和及时通讯工具, 但不限 于此。
需要说明的是, 目标会场码流信息可以包括视频信息和 /或音频信息,其中, 视频信息可以是主和 /或辅流视频信息。
步骤 103、 终端设备播放目标会场码流信息, 以获得目标会场码流对应的 会议内容。
在终端设备播放目标会场码流信息, 以获得目标会场码流对应的会议内容 时, 具体可以是终端设备根据发送会议记录获取请求时记录的与会者的人脸信 息, 确定与会者使用的显示屏幕; 并且, 终端设备通过显示屏幕, 播放目标会 场码流信息, 以获得目标会场码流信息对应的会议内容。 需要说明的是, 本实 施例中与会者使用的显示屏幕可以理解为与会者所在的区域。
举例来讲, 在终端设备接收到服务器返回的目标会场码流信息后, 播放目 标会场码流信息获得缺席时间内的会议内容。 可选的, 与会者可以通过预览回 放的方式在外接的显示设备上浏览目标会场码流信息, 外接的显示设备可以是 电视机或是 IPAD等具有显示播放功能的设备。
本实施例提供的会议记录提供方法, 通过终端设备向服务器发送会议记录 获取请求指示, 以请求获取目标会场码流信息, 接着, 终端设备接收服务器返 回的目标会场码流信息, 最后, 终端设备播放会场码流信息, 以获得会场码流 对应的会议内容。 使得与会者可以根据不同的情况获取目标会场码流信息, 从 而满足与会者对会议不同程度的了解, 进而提高会议中各与会者的沟通效率。
图 2为本发明会议记录提供方法实施例二的流程图, 如图 2所示, 本实施 例中的服务器可以是录播服务器、 微控制单元( Micro Control Unit, 以下简称 MCU)这类具有保存码流功能的设备。
本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤 201、 服务器接收终端设备发送的会议记录获取请求, 会议记录获取 请求用于指示终端设备获取目标会场码流信息;
具体的, 服务器可以接收终端设备在至少三种情况下发送的会议记录获取 请求, 第一种情况是在会议过程中有新与会者进场, 新进入会场的与会者需要 查看会议开始到与会者进入会场这一时长的会议记录, 于是通过终端设备向服 务器发送会议记录获取请求; 第二种情况是与会者根据需要预约一个时长的会 议记录, 于是通过终端设备向服务器发送该会议记录获取请求; 第三种情况是 与会者在会议过程中中途离场, 在一时长后再次进入会场后, 与会者需要查看 离开会场到再次进入会场这一时长的会议记录, 于是通过终端设备向服务器发 送该会议记录获取请求。 其中, 服务器中存储的会议记录可以是从会议开始到 会议结束的过程中每个会场接收方向的码流, 该码流的存储可以是活动图像的 码流和 /或胶片编码的码流。
在上述实施例的第三种情况下, 与会者离开会场时, 服务器接收终端设备 发送的会议记录开始请求, 会议记录开始请求用于指示服务器获取目标会场码 流信息的起始时间, 服务器接收到会议记录开始请求后开始获取目标会场的码 流信息; 在一段时间后, 与会者重新进入会场, 服务器接收终端设备发送的会 议记录结束请求, 会议记录结束请求用于指示服务器获取目标会场码流信息的 结束时间, 服务器接收到会议记录结束请求后停止获取目标会场的码流信息, 这段时间内获取的码流信息构成所述目标会场码流信息。
在上述实施例的第一种情况下, 在会议过程中有新与会者进场, 服务器接 收终端设备发送的会议记录获取请求 ,该会议记录获取请求包括第一类型标识 , 第一类型标识用于指示服务器获取自会议开始到接收到会议记录获取请求时记 录的会场码流信息作为目标会场码流信息; 服务器同时根据第一类型标识, 获 取从会议开始到接收到会议记录获取请求时记录的会场码流信息作为目标会场 码流信息。
在上述实施例的第二种情况下, 与会者预约一个时长的会议记录, 服务器 接收终端设备发送的会议记录获取请求, 该会议记录获取请求包括第二类型标 识, 第二类型标识用于指示服务器获取预先约定时间段内的会场码流信息作为 目标会场码流信息; 服务器同时根据会议记录中包括的第二类型标识, 获取预 先约定时间段内的会场码流信息作为目标会场码流信息。
步骤 202、 服务器根据会议记录获取请求的指示, 从所记录的会场信息中 获取目标会场码流信息;
步骤 203、 服务器向终端设备发送目标会场码流信息, 以使终端设备播放 目标会场码流信息。

具体的, 服务器根据终端设备发送的会议记录获取请求, 确定是否生成目 标会场码流信息或是结束目标会场码流信息, 同时服务器对目标会场码流信息 打标签。 服务器同时对应存储目标会场码流信息和标签信息。 服务器可以将当 前会议的会议号、 终端设备所在会场的会场号、 目标会场码流信息的生成类型 以及目标会场码流信息的数目索引值作为标签信息;
举例来讲, 服务器从会议开始到会议结束这段时间, 对所有会场的码流进 行统一存储。 服务器确定生成目标会场码流信息, 生成该目标会场码流信息, 服务器同时对该目标会场码流信息打上标签。 打标签的方式可以为: 会议号 + 会场号 +会议摘要类型 +生成的会议摘要数目索引值。 其中, 每个会场的会议号 和会场号由服务器统一分配, 原则上是同一个会议, 会议号相同, 会场号不同; 不同的会议, 会议号不同, 会场号有可能不同。 会议摘要类型有三种: 新与会 者入会而生成的会议摘要; 与会者重新进入会场而生成的会议摘要; 与会者预 约。 会议摘要数目的索引值由服务器统一分配和管理, 原则上由服务器递增生 成。
例如: 新与会者入会而生成会议摘要定义为 01 , 与会者重新进入会场而生 成会议摘要定义为 02, 与会者预约二生成会议摘要定位为 03。 当前只有两个会 场入会, 会场 A和会场 B。 服务器对这两个会场分配的会议号为 0755, 会场号分 别为 001和 002。 会议摘要数目以 1进行递增。 那么 0755+001+01+001则表示: 会 议号为 0755, 会场号为 001的会场有新与会者入会, 因而生成会议摘要, 当前会 议摘要的数目为服务器生成的第一个会议摘要。 0755+002+02+002则表示: 会 议号为 0755, 会场号为 002的会场有与会者重新进入会场, 因而生成会议摘要, 当前会议摘要为服务器生成的第二个会议摘要。
本实施例, 通过服务器根据会议记录获取请求的指示, 从所记录的会场信 息中获取目标会场码流信息, 并且服务器向终端设备发送目标会场码流信息, 以使终端设备播放目标会场码流信息, 以获得会场码流对应的会议内容。 使得 与会者可以根据不同的情况获取目标会场码流信息, 从而满足与会者对会议不 同程度的了解, 进而提高会议中各与会者的沟通效率。
下面采用几个具体的实施例 ,对上述方法实施例的技术方案进行详细说明。 图 3为本发明会议记录获取和提供方法实施例一的流程图, 如图 3所示, 本实施例的会议至少包括 1个会场, 同时接入会场的个数可以由 MCU的接入 能力确定, 并且每个会场向 MCU发送一路码流并接收一路码流。 本实施例的 会场和 MCU之间的连接可以是基于 H323协议, 也可以是基于 SIP协议。
本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤 301、 会场终端设备获取会场基本信息和与会者基本信息。
具体的,会场、 MCU及会场与 MCU之间连接的承载网络可以共同确定会场 码流使用的带宽情况。 同时, 会场和 MCU之间通过能力协商确定当前会议的基 本信息, 该基本信息至少包括: 入会的会场数、 会议带宽、 会议格式和会议协 议。 每个会场设置有至少一个摄像头, 并通过该摄像头采集图像数据, 再通过 会场终端设备记录每个会场与会者基本信息。
本实施例从会议开始, MCU实时存储所有从 MCU发送到会场终端设备方 向的码流信息。 其中, 该码流信息包括: 活动图像的码流信息和 /或胶片编码的 码流信息。
步骤 302、 终端设备向 MCU发送会议记录获取请求。
具体的, 在会议过程中有新与会者进场, 新与会者需要查看会议开始到该 新与会者进入会场这一时长的会议记录, 终端设备根据智能识别的方法或是非 智能识别的方法得到有新与会者进场的信息, 并将会议记录获取请求发送给 MCU, 其中, 该会议记录包括第一类型标识, 该第一类型标识可以用于指示 MCU 获取自会议开始到接收到会议记录获取请求时记录的会场码流信息作为 目标会场码流信息;
或者, 与会者预约一个时长的会议记录, 终端设备根据智能识别的方法或 是非智能识别的方法得到与会者预约会议记录的信息, 并将会议记录获取请求 发送给 MCU, 其中, 该会议记录包括第二类型标识, 该第二类型标识可以用于 指示 MCU获取预先约定时间段内的会场码流信息作为目标会场码流信息。
或者与会者离开会场时, 终端设备根据智能识别的方法或是非智能识别的 方法得到与会者离开会场的信息,并将会议记录开始请求发送给 MCU,该会议 记录开始请求可以用于指示 MCU获取目标会场码流信息的起始时间, 在一时 长后, 与会者重新进入会场, 终端设备根据智能识别的方法或是非智能识别的 方法得到与会者重新进入会场的信息, 并将会议记录结束请求发送给 MCU,其 中, 该会议记录结束请求可以用于指示 MCU获取目标会场码流信息的结束时 间。 具体来讲, 与会者离开会场时, 终端设备接收到与会者离场指令, 并根据 与会者离场指令向 MCU发送会议记录开始请求, 在一时长后, 与会者重新进 入会场, 终端设备接收与会者重新进入场指令, 并根据与会者重新进入会场的 指令向 MCU发送会以记录结束请求。
在本实施例中, 智能识别的方式可以是终端设备通过人脸检测或是位置检 测的方法确定与会者是第一次进入会场、 再次进入会场或是离场, 本实施例不 限制智能识别的方法仅限于人脸检测或是位置检测, 本实施例同时也不限制具 体的检测方法, 检测方法可以是根据时间不同的两个画面对应的每个像素进行 比对, 也可以将临近像素划分为块, 并以块为单位进行比对, 本实施例中检测 方法的实现可以是本领域相关技术人员所能实现的任一种实现方法。 非智能识 别的方法可以是与会者通过视频会议界面上显示的对话框进行获取会议记录的 选择, 或是通过点击物理按钮, 终端设备发送会议记录获取请求, 该会议记录 获取请求用于指示请求获取的目标会场码流信息。 例如, 在会场内存在和终端 直连的物理按键,与会者点击该物理按键,终端发送生成会议摘要请求给 MCU, 与会者再次点击该物理按键, 终端发送停止生成会议摘要请求给 MCU。

与会者预约一个时长的会议记录, MCU接收终端设备发送的会议记录获取 请求, 该会议记录获取请求包括第二类型标识, 第二类型标识用于指示 MCU 获取预先约定时间段内的会场码流信息作为目标会场码流信息; MCU同时根据 会议记录中包括的第二类型标识, 获取预先约定时间段内的会场码流信息作为 目标会场码流信息。 同时, MCU为目标会场码流信息打标签后进行存储并发送 给对应会场的终端设备, 标签用于标识目标会场码流信息。

其中, MCU对整个会议过程中的码流信息和与会者需要的目标会场码流信 采用的压缩协议具体为视频压缩协议和音频压缩协议, 视频压缩协议可以是: H261协议、 H263协议、 H264协议,其中,视频格式可以是: 352*288、 704*576、 1280*720、 1920*1080等格式; 音频压缩协议可以是: G.711、 G.722、 G.729、 ACC, 在此对视频压缩协议、 格式及音频压缩协议不做限制。
步骤 304、终端设备接收 MCU返回的目标会场码流信息, 并播放目标会场 码流信息。
具体的, MCU根据会议记录获取请求的指示从所记录的会场码流信息中获 取目标会场码流信息, 并根据会场号将生成的目标会场码流信息发送给 MCU, 终端设备接收 MCU返回的目标会场码流信息之后, 发送会议记录播放询问请 求, 即在与对应会场的终端设备相连的显示屏上弹出一个是否需要播放该目标 会场码流信息的对话框。 在与会者进行选择后, 会场将与会者的选择上报给 MCU, 即向 MCU发送会议记录播放响应或是会议记录拒绝响应, 以指示 MCU 发送目标会场码流信息或是拒绝 MCU发送目标会场码流信息, 如果与会者选择 不显示, MCU则删除对应的会议摘要, 如果与会者选择显示, 则 MCU将对应的 目标会场码流信息发送给会场。 本实施例的播放该目标会场码流信息提示方式 不限制于通知的方式, 也可以是短信、 邮件和及时通讯工具。
另一种实现方式, MCU根据会议记录获取请求的指示从所记录的会场码流 信息中获取的目标会场码流信息, 并根据会场号将生成的目标会场码流信息发 送给终端设备。 终端设备根据在发送会议记录获取请求时记录的人脸信息, 确 定与会者所在的具体区域, 然后直接在显示屏上播放目标会场码流信息, 即与 会者需要的会议记录。 本实施例的播放该目标会场码流信息提示方式不限制于 通知的方式, 也可以是短信、 邮件和及时通讯工具。
需要说明的是, 目标会场码流信息可以包括视频信息和 /或音频信息,其中, 视频信息可以是主和 /或辅流视频信息。
在终端设备接收到 MCU根据会议记录播放响应的指示返回的目标会场码 流信息后, 与会者可以通过预览回放的方式在外接的显示设备上浏览目标会场 码流信息, 外接的显示设备可以是电视机或是 IPAD等具有显示播放功能的设 备。
本实施例 ,通过终端设备向 MCU发送会议记录获取请求, 同时 MCU根据 会议记录获取请求将获取目标会场码流信息发送给终端设备, 并且终端设备接 收 MCU返回的目标会场码流信息, 并播放目标会场码流信息, 以获得会场码 流对应的会议内容。 使得与会者可以根据不同的情况获取目标会场码流信息, 从而满足与会者对会议不同程度的了解,进而提高会议中各与会者的沟通效率。
图 4为本发明会议记录获取和提供方法实施例二的流程图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例的会议包括多个智真会场, 在每个智真会场中的每个与会者都有自己 独立的与会区域, 例如, 每个与会者自己的与会区域前设置有至少一个屏幕, 独立的麦克风、 纸件扫描仪等。 每个与会者的与会区域安装有一个物理按键, 该物理按键和终端设备相连,用于确定是否需要开始生成和停止生成会议记录, 与会者也可以通过终端设备外接的设备来控制会议记录的生成与停止, 并可以 在屏幕上显示。
在本实施例中会议的组成结构至少可以包括: 多个智真会场和一个 MCU, 其中, 多个智真会场与一个 MCU连接。 会议可以接入的智真会场的个数可以 由 MCU接入的能力确定,并且每个智真会场向 MCU发送多路码流并接收多路 码流。 例如, 智真会场包括三个与会者区域, 则该智真会场向 MCU可以发送 三路码流并接收三路码流。智真会场和 MCU之间的连接可以是基于 H323协议, 也可以是基于 SIP协议。

另一种实现方式, MCU根据会议记录获取请求的指示从所记录的智真会场 码流信息中获取的目标智真会场码流信息, 并根据智真会场号将生成的目标智 真会场码流信息发送给终端设备。 终端设备根据在发送会议记录获取请求时记 录的人脸信息, 确定与会者所在的具体区域, 然后直接在显示屏上播放目标智 真会场码流信息, 即与会者需要的会议记录。
需要说明的是, 目标智真会场码流信息可以包括视频信息和 /或音频信息, 其中, 视频信息可以是主和 /或辅流视频信息。

在本实施例中, 智能识别的方式可以是终端设备通过人脸检测或是位置检 测的方法确定与会者是第一次进入智真会场、 再次进入智真会场或是离场, 本 实施例不限制智能识别的方法仅限于人脸检测或是位置检测, 本实施例同时也 不限制具体的检测方法, 检测方法可以是根据时间不同的两个画面对应的每个 像素进行比对, 也可以将临近像素划分为块, 并以块为单位进行比对, 本实施 例中检测方法的实现可以是本领域相关技术人员所能实现的任一种实现方法。 非智能识别的方法可以是与会者通过视频会议界面上显示的对话框进行获取会 议记录的选择, 或是通过点击物理按钮, 终端设备发送会议记录获取请求, 该 会议记录获取请求用于指示请求获取的目标智真会场码流信息。 例如, 在智真 会场内存在和终端直连的物理按键, 与会者点击该物理按键, 终端发送生成会 议摘要请求给 MCU, MCU同时将收到的该请求后发送给录播服务器, 与会者 再次点击该物理按键, 终端发送停止生成会议摘要请求给 MCU, MCU同时将 收到的该请求后发送给录播服务器。
步骤 503、 录播服务器接收终端设备发送的会议记录获取请求, 并根据会 议记录获取请求的指示, 从所记录的智真会场信息中获取目标智真会场码流信 息;
在本实施例中, 录播服务器从会议开始到会议结束这段时间, 对所有从 MCU发送到智真会场的码流进行统一存储。 同时, 录播服务器根据终端设备发 送的会议记录获取请求, 确定是否生成目标智真会场码流信息或是结束目标智 真会场码流信息, 同时录播服务器对目标智真会场码流信息打标签, 同时对应 存储目标智真会场码流信息和标签信息。录播服务器可以将当前会议的会议号、 终端设备所在智真会场的会场号、 目标智真会场码流信息的生成类型以及目标 智真会场码流信息的数目索引值作为标签信息;
在本实施例中, 打标签的方式可以为: 会议号 +智真会场号 +会议摘要类型 +生成的会议摘要数目索引值。其中,每个智真会场的会议号和智真会场号由服 务器统一分配, 原则上是同一个会议, 会议号相同, 智真会场号不同; 不同的 会议, 会议号不同, 智真会场号有可能不同。 会议摘要类型有三种: 新与会者 入会而生成的会议摘要; 与会者重新进入智真会场而生成的会议摘要; 与会者 预约。 会议摘要数目的索引值由录播服务器统一分配和管理, 原则上由录播服 务器递增生成。 其中, MCU对整个会议过程中的码流信息和与会者需要的目标智真会场码 流信采用的压缩协议具体为视频压缩协议和音频压缩协议, 视频压缩协议可以 是: H261协议、 H263协议、 H264协议, 其中, 视频格式可以是: 352*288、 704*576、 1280*720、 1920*1080等格式; 音频压缩协议可以是: G.711、 G.722、 G.729、 ACC等。
步骤 504、 录播服务器通过 MCU向终端设备返回目标智真会场码流信息, 并播放目标智真会场码流信息。
具体的, 录播服务器根据会议记录获取请求的指示从所记录的智真会场码 流信息中获取目标智真会场码流信息, 并根据智真会场号将生成的目标智真会 场码流信息发送给 MCU, MCU同时将该信息发送给终端设备。终端设备根据在 发送会议记录获取请求时记录的人脸信息, 确定与会者所在的具体区域, 终端 设备同时接收到录播服务器通过 MCU发送的会议记录播放询问请求, 即在与会 者对应区域的显示屏上弹出一个是否需要播放该目标智真会场码流信息的对话 框。 在与会者进行选择后, 智真会场将与会者的选择上报给 MCU, MCU同时上 报给录播服务器。如果与会者选择不显示, 录播服务器则删除对应的会议摘要, 如果与会者选择显示, 则录播服务器通过 MCU将对应的目标智真会场码流信息 发送给智真会场。 本实施例的播放该目标智真会场码流信息提示方式不限制于 通知的方式, 也可以是短信、 邮件和及时通讯工具。
另一种实现方式, 录播服务器根据会议记录获取请求的指示从所记录的智 真会场码流信息中获取的目标智真会场码流信息, 并根据智真会场号将生成的 目标智真会场码流信息发送给 MCU, MCU同时将该信息发送给终端设备。终端 设备根据在发送会议记录获取请求时记录的人脸信息, 确定与会者所在的具体 区域, 然后直接在显示屏上播放目标智真会场码流信息, 即与会者需要的会议 记录。
需要说明的是, 目标智真会场码流信息可以包括视频信息和 /或音频信息, 其中, 视频信息可以是主和 /或辅流视频信息。
在终端设备接收到录播服务器根据会议记录播放响应的指示返回的目标智 真会场码流信息后, 与会者可以通过预览回放的方式在外接的显示设备上浏览 目标智真会场码流信息, 外接的显示设备可以是电视机或是 IPAD等具有显示 播放功能的设备。
本实施例, 通过终端设备向 MCU发送会议记录获取请求, MCU同时将收 到的该请求后发送给录播服务器, 并且录播服务器根据会议记录获取请求的指 示, 从所记录的智真会场信息中获取目标智真会场码流信息, 接着, 录播服务 器通过 MCU向终端设备返回目标智真会场码流信息, 并播放目标智真会场码 流信息, 以获得会场码流对应的会议内容。 使得与会者可以根据不同的情况获 取目标会场码流信息, 从而满足与会者对会议不同程度的了解, 进而提高会议 中各与会者的沟通效率。
图 6为本发明会议记录获取和提供方法实施例四的流程图, 如图 6所示, 本实施例的会议包括多个会场,多个 MCU和一个录播服务器,其中,多个 MCU 分别与多个不同的会场连接, 所有的 MCU再与录播服务器连接。 会场和 MCU 之间的连接可以是基于 H323协议, 也可以是基于 SIP协议。
每个会场安装有一个物理按键, 该物理按键和终端设备相连, 用于确定是 否需要开始生成和停止生成会议记录, 与会者也可以通过终端设备外接的设备 来控制会议记录的生成与停止, 并可以在屏幕上显示。
本实施案例与之前实施案例的区别在于: 本实施案例组网比较复杂, 具体 为 MCU之间通过级联的方式连接 ,即多个 MCU之间通过通讯网络连接起来与录 播服务器进行码流或信令的交互, 因此与录播服务器进行码流或信令的交互是 多个 MCU。
本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤 601、 会场终端设备获取会场基本信息和与会者基本信息。
与实施例 3相同。
步骤 602、 终端设备向 MCU发送会议记录获取请求, MCU将收到的该请 求后发送给录播服务器。

本步骤与图 3所示实施例步骤 302相同, 区别在于, 录播服务器打标签的 方式可以为: 会议号 +MCU 号 +会场号 +会议摘要类型 +生成的会议摘要数目索 引值。录播服务器根据 MCU号将会议记录获取请求发送给对应的 MCU, MCU 再根据会场号将接收到的目标会场码流信息转发给终端设备。

所述服务器将当前会议的会议号、 所述终端设备所在会场的会场 号、 所述目标会场码流信息的生成类型以及所述目标会场码流信息的数 目索引值作为标签信息;
所述服务器对应存储所述目标会场码流信息和所述标签信息。
18、 根据权利要求 10-17任一项所述的会议记录提供方法, 其特征 在于, 所述服务器为录播服务器;
所述服务器接收终端设备发送的会议记录获取请求包括: 所述录播服务器接收所述终端设备通过微控制单元 MCU发送的所 述会议记录获取请求;
所述服务器向所述终端设备发送所述目标会场码流信息, 以使所述 终端设备播放所述目标会场码流信息包括:
所述录播服务器通过所述 MCU向所述终端设备发送所述目标会场 码流信息, 以使所述终端设备播放所述目标会场码流信息。
19、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向服务器发送会议记录获取请求, 所述会议记录获 取请求用于获取目标会场码流信息;
接收模块, 用于接收所述服务器返回的所述目标会场码流信息, 所 述目标会场码流信息是所述服务器根据所述会议记录获取请求的指示 从所记录的会场码流信息中获取的;
播放模块, 用于播放所述目标会场码流信息, 以获得所述目标会场 码流对应的会议内容。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 检测模块, 用于检测与会者是否离场, 以及检测所述与会者是否重 新入场;
所述发送模块: 具体用于根据所述检测模块检测到的所述与会者的 离场信息, 向所述服务器发送会议记录开始请求; 并根据所述检测模块 检测到的所述与会者的重入场信息, 向所述服务器发送会议记录结束请 求。
21、 根据权利要求 19 所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模 块: 还用于接收与会者离场指令, 并接收与会者重入场指令;
所述发送模块: 具体用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述与会者离场 指令, 向所述服务器发送会议记录开始请求; 并根据所述接收模块接收 的所述与会者重入场指令, 向所述服务器发送会议记录结束请求。
22、 根据权利要求 19 所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述会议记 录获取请求包括第一类型标识, 所述第一类型标识用于指示所述服务器 获取自会议开始到接收到所述会议记录获取请求时记录的会场码流信 息作为所述目标会场码流信息; 或者
所述会议记录获取请求包括第二类型标识, 所述第二类型标识用于 指示所述服务器获取预先约定时间段内的会场码流信息作为所述目标 会场码流信息。
23、 根据权利要求 22 所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模 块: 还用于接收发送指令;
所述发送模块: 具体用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述发送指令, 向所述服务器发送所述会议记录获取请求。
24、 根据权利要求 19-23任一项所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所 述接收模块: 具体用于接收所述服务器发送的会议记录播放询问请求, 所述播放询问请求用于询问所述终端设备是否播放所述目标会场码流 信息, 并接收所述服务器根据所述会议记录播放响应的指示返回的所述 目标会场码流信息;
所述发送模块: 还用于在所述接收模块接收到所述会议记录播放询 问请求后, 向所述服务器发送会议记录播放响应, 以指示所述服务器发 送所述目标会场码流信息。
25、 根据权利要求 19-23任一项所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所 述发送模块: 还用于向所述服务器发送会议记录播放请求, 以指示所述 服务器发送所述目标会场码流信息;
所述接收模块: 具体用于在所述发送模块发送所述会议记录播放请 求之后, 接收所述服务器根据所述会议记录播放请求的指示返回的所述 目标会场码流信息。
26、 根据权利要求 19-25任一项所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述播放模块, 具体用于根据所述发送模块发送所述会议记录获取 请求时记录的与会者的人脸信息, 确定所述与会者使用的显示屏幕; 并 通过所述显示屏幕, 播放所述目标会场码流信息, 以获得所述目标会场 码流信息对应的会议内容。
27、 根据权利要求 19 所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述服务器 为录播服务器,
所述发送模块, 具体用于通过微控制单元 MCU向所述录播服务器 发送所述会议记录获取请求;
所述接收模块, 具体用于接收所述录播服务器通过所述 MCU返回 的所述目标会场码流信息。
28、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收终端设备发送的会议记录获取请求, 所述会议 记录获取请求用于指示所述终端设备获取目标会场码流信息;
获取模块, 用于根据所述会议记录获取请求的指示, 从所记录的会 场信息中获取所述目标会场码流信息;
发送模块, 用于向所述终端设备发送所述目标会场码流信息, 以使 所述终端设备播放所述目标会场码流信息。
29、 根据权利要求 28所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块: 具体用于接收所述终端设备发送的会议记录开始请求, 所述会议记录开 始请求用于指示所述服务器获取所述目标会场码流信息的起始时间; 并 接收所述终端设备发送的会议记录结束请求, 所述会议记录结束请求用 于指示所述服务器获取所述目标会场码流信息的结束时间。
30、 根据权利要求 28所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块: 具体用于根据所述会议记录获取请求中包括的第一类型标识, 获取从会 议开始到接收到所述会议记录获取请求时记录的会场码流信息作为所 述目标会场码流信息。
31、 根据权利要求 28所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块: 具体用于根据所述会议记录获取请求中包括的第二类型标识, 获取预先 约定时间段内的会场码流信息作为所述目标会场码流信息。
32、 根据权利要求 28-31任一项所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述 发送模块, 具体用于向所述终端设备发送会议记录播放询问请求, 以询 问所述终端设备是否播放所述目标会场码流信息, 并根据所述接收模块 接收的会议记录播放响应的指示, 向所述终端设备发送所述目标会场码 流信息; 所述会议记录播放响应用于指示所述服务器发送所述目标会场 码流信息; 所述接收模块: 还用于在所述发送模块发送所述会议记录播放询问 请求之后, 接收所述终端设备发送的所述会议记录播放响应。
33、 根据权利要求 28-31任一项所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述 接收模块: 还用于接收所述终端设备发送的会议记录播放请求, 所述会 议记录播放请求用于指示所述服务器发送所述目标会场码流信息;
所述发送模块: 具体用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述会议记录播 放请求的指示, 向所述终端设备发送所述目标会场码流信息。
34、 根据权利要求 28-33任一项所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
存储模块, 用于为所述目标会场码流信息打标签并存储, 所述标签 用于标识所述目标会场码流信息。
35、 根据权利要求 34所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述存储模块, 具体用于将当前会议的会议号、 所述终端设备所在会场的会场号、 所述 目标会场码流信息的生成类型以及所述目标会场码流信息的数目索引 值作为标签信息; 并对应存储所述目标会场码流信息和所述标签信息。
36、 根据权利要求 28-35任一项所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述 服务器为录播服务器;
所述接收模块, 具体用于接收所述终端设备通过微控制单元 MCU 发送的所述会议记录获取请求;
所述发送模块, 具体用于通过所述 MCU向所述终端设备发送所述 目标会场码流信息, 以使所述终端设备播放所述目标会场码流信息。
