Abstract

本发明公开了一种视频显示方法、视频服务器、终端设备和视频系统,属于网络技术领域。该方法包括:视频服务器接收下载请求,下载请求携带各个频道对应的分片数据的地址以及分片数据所对应的显示单元信息;视频服务器根据所述下载请求,获取所述各个频道对应的分片数据,根据分片数据所对应的显示单元信息,将各个频道对应的分片数据合并为一路视频流;视频服务器向终端设备发送合并后的视频流,使得终端设备显示合并后的视频流。本发明在无需在视频服务器增加额外的设备的同时,实现了可以根据用户的设置在终端设备上进行马赛克模式的显示的目的,即实现了播放的个性化设置。

技术领域
本发明涉及视频技术领域, 特别涉及一种视频显示方法、 视频服务器、 终 端设备和视频系统。
背景技术 随着视频技术的发展, 终端设备在进行播放时, 可将屏幕划分成多个区域 (如 3x3 , 4x4等), 并同时在各个区域中独立的显示不同的视频内容, 该种显 示方式称为马赛克。
而在流媒体中, 为了实现马赛克显示方式, 由视频服务器将固定的多个频 道的数字码流合成一路数字码流, 并对各节目数字码流进行处理, 然后传送到 终端设备上,再由终端设备对接收到的数字码流中的多个频道的数字码流进行 数字合成, 以得到可以在马赛克显示的各个区域中播放的视频数据, 以实现包 含多个频道的马赛克显示。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题: 为了实现马赛克显示方式, 不论是使用数字还是模拟方式的处理, 都需在 视频服务器增加额外的设备以进行合成, 且在终端设备上进行马赛克模式的播 放时, 各个区域中显示的频道固定, 无法根据用户喜好随意改变马赛克各个区 域中的频道以及区域的布局, 显示方法单一, 难以实现播放的个性化设置。 发明内容 为了解决现有技术的问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种视频显示方法、 视频 服务器、 终端设备和视频系统。 所述技术方案如下:
第一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种视频显示方法, 所述方法包括: 视频服务器接收终端设备发送的下载请求, 所述下载请求携带各个频道对 应的分片数据的地址以及分片数据所对应的显示单元信息;

其中,个性化视频列表是由多个频道标识组成,而对于不同的视频流来说, 对于各个频道标识, 均存在与该频道标识相应的内容描述文件, 即频道的内容 描述文件。 该频道的内容描述文件表征了要播放的分片数据的先后次序和各个 分片数据的实际 URL地址。 视频服务器根据各个频道标识, 获取与各个频道 标识对应的内容描述文件, 作为各个频道的内容描述文件。
频道的内容描述文件不仅包括了该频道的各个分片数据的前后次序,还包 括了各个分片数据的实际 URL 地址, 因此可以根据当前的直播时序信息 ( Sequence信息), 获取各个频道当前应播放的分片数据, 并根据显示单元信 息, 确定各个分片数据的显示单元, 也即是确定终端设备上的哪个显示单元应 该显示哪一个频道。 的地址。 可选地, 基于图 1所示实施例的技术方案的基础上, 该步骤 100a "所述视 频服务器接收所述终端设备向所述内容描述文件任一个发送的访问请求" 之 前, 所述方法还包括步骤(一)、 (二)和(三):

其中, 终端设备的用户标识可用于唯一确定该终端设备, 该用户标识可以 由视频系统分配, 还可以由用户通过在终端设备上自行注册获取。
其中, 显示单元信息至少包括终端设备当前的显示单元个数, 进一步还可 以包括终端设备的显示单元参数、 调整参数等。
(二 )、 所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 获取至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 其中每个内容描述文件均为所述用户标识 对应的个性化视频列表中与所述显示单元信息相应的频道所支持码率的视频 流地址;
其中, 内容描述文件( Alternate Manifest )是选定某种 Http Streaming码率 的视频流的内容描述文件, 该步骤 102中, 所述视频服务器获取到多个内容描 述文件的 URL地址, 每个 URL对应不同的码率的视频流, 而不同码率的视频 流对应不同的带宽。
在本发明实施例中, 视频服务器上保存有多个不同码率的视频流, 以便使 得终端设备根据网络状况选择最合适的视频流。
其中, 个性化视频列表可以由视频服务器从配置文件或数据库中获取, 还 可以由视频服务器从门户网站服务器中获取。
另外, 对于不同显示单元信息来说, 其对应的马赛克显示码率可以不同, 如对于显示单元信息为九宫格显示来说, 其对应的马赛克显示码率可以为低码 率, 而对于四宫格显示来说, 其对应的马赛克显示码率可以为高码率。 而对于 每个频道来说, 由于每个频道均对应多个码率的视频流, 因此, 可以按照预设 的方法,将该多个码率的视频流至少分为高码率视频流和低码率视频流,从而, 对于个性化视频列表中与所述显示单元信息相应的频道来说, 可根据各个频道 所支持的码率和显示单元个数, 计算合并后的视频流的码率, 并将计算得到码 率对应的至少一个内容描述文件的地址发送给终端设备。 如对于同一视频来 说, 视频服务器上可以存在高中低三个档次的码率的视频流, 而当前的马赛克 显示要求为高码率, 则对于该视频来说, 可选择其三个档次中的高码率, 而如 果该档次对应两种码率, 则可将该两种码率的视频流的内容描述文件的地址
( URL ) 均发送给终端设备。 其中, 当前所支持的码率的选择, 可由技术人 员预设规则并由门户网站服务器或视频服务器默认选择,还可以由用户在终端 设备的使用过程中设置。
需要说明的是, 由于终端设备的马赛克显示有多个区域, 每个显示单元对 应不同的频道, 而每个频道对应的码流的码率可能不同, 因此, 对于马赛克显 示来说, 其各个显示单元所对应的码率可能不同。 本实施例中所述的该终端设 备的马赛克显示所支持的码率是指该马赛克显示的各个显示单元所支持的码 率。
(三 )、 所述视频服务器向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个内容描述文件 的地址。 可选地, 基于图 1所示实施例的技术方案的基础上, 步骤(二) "所述视 频服务器根据所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 获取至少一个内容描 述文件的地址, 其中每个内容描述文件的地址均为所述用户标识对应的个性化 视频列表中与所述显示单元信息相应的频道所支持码率的视频流地址", 包括 下述步骤: 所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备的用户标识, 从门户网站服务器 门户网站服务器或数据库或配置文件中获取所述个性化视频列表中各个频道 所支持的码率,根据各个频道所支持的码率计算所述显示单元信息相应的频道 所支持的码率,根据所述显示单元信息相应的频道所支持的码率确定所述视频 流地址。

各个频道所支持的码率等还可以保存在数据库或配置文件中, 该数据库和 配置文件均可以是视频服务器的一部分, 也可以是独立于视频服务器的一个独 立存储单元。 可选地, 在图 1所示实施例的技术方案的基础上, 步骤 103 "所述视频服 务器向所述终端设备发送合并后的视频流", 之后包括: 当所述个性化视频列 表发生变更时, 所述视频服务器获取变更后的个性化视频列表; 所述视频服务 器根据所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 获取变更后的至少一个内容 描述文件的地址, 其中每个内容描述文件均为所述用户标识对应的变更后的个 性化视频列表中与所述显示单元信息相应的频道所支持码率的视频流地址。
为了支持个性化的显示, 当终端设备用户切换某个显示单元的频道时, 终 端设备向门户网站服务器或视频服务器发送切换请求, 该切换请求携带需要变 更的显示单元信息以及切换目标频道, 则门户网站服务器或视频服务器根据切 换请求, 变更个性化视频列表, 并根据个性化视频列表进行后续的视频显示, 其具体过程与上述实施例所述同理。 可选地, 基于图 1所示实施例的技术方案, 步骤 103 "所述视频服务器向 所述终端设备发送合并后的视频流,使得终端设备显示所述合并后的视频流", 之后包括: 所述视频服务器接收所述终端设备发送的调整请求, 所述调整请求 携带调整参数和用户标识; 所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备的用户标识、 显 示单元信息和调整参数, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
为了支持个性化的显示, 当终端设备用户调整某个显示单元的频道显示 时, 终端设备向视频服务器发送调整请求, 该调整请求携带需要变更的显示单 元信息、 调整参数和用户标识, 则视频服务器根据调整请求, 对该需要调整的 显示单元的显示参数进行调整, 并进行后续的视频显示, 其具体过程与上述实 施例所述同理。 图 2是本发明实施例提供的一种视频显示方法的流程图。 该实施例仅以终 端设备为执行主体为例进行说明, 参见图 2, 该实施例包括:
201、 终端设备接收各个频道对应的分片数据的地址, 并向所述视频服务 器发送下载请求, 所述下载请求携带各个频道对应的分片数据的地址以及分片 数据所对应的显示单元信息, 使得所述视频服务器根据所述下载请求, 获取所 述各个频道对应的分片数据, 根据分片数据所对应的显示单元信息, 将所述各 个频道对应的分片数据合并为一路视频流, 并向所述终端设备返回合并后的视 频流;
终端设备接收到各个频道对应的分片数据地址后, 可将该分片数据地址加 入终端设备下载引擎的下载队列中, 由下载引擎逐个对分片数据地址进行访 问, 以获取由分片数据合并成的视频流。

当终端设备启动马赛克播放模式时,在终端设备的用户界面上显示预设的 马赛克布局, 比如 9宫格。 对于不同的终端设备来说, 其预设的马赛克布局可 以不同, 该马赛克布局可以由用户进行设置并调整。
A02、 终端设备从门户网站服务器获取频道列表;
该步骤 A02是终端设备与门户网站服务器的信令交互过程,具体地, 终端 设备从门户网站服务器获取用户频道列表可以包括以下步骤: 终端设备向门户 网站服务器发送频道列表获取请求, 该频道列表获取请求携带终端设备的用户 标识, 当门户网站服务器接收到该频道列表获取请求时, 根据终端设备的用户 标识, 获取保存的与该用户标识相对应的频道列表, 并向终端设备发送该频道 列表, 使得终端设备接收频道列表。
其中, 频道列表至少包括频道描述信息以及频道标识(Channel ID ), 频道 描述信息是指频道相关信息, 如频道名称等。
需要说明的是, 终端设备获取该频道列表是为了在界面上生成频道的导航 信息, 与本实施例后续的马赛克显示以及用户的操作提供方便。 可选地, 基于图 2所示实施例的技术方案, 步骤 203 "所述终端设备根据 所述至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 向所述内容描述文件任一个发送访问请 求", 包括: 所述终端设备根据所述至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 向所述内 容描述文件任一个符合当前网络状况的带宽对应的地址发送访问请求。 可选地, 基于图 2所示实施例的技术方案, 步骤 203 "所述终端设备接收 所述合并后的视频流, 并在终端设备显示所述合并后的视频流", 包括: 所述 终端设备按照合并次序, 将所述合并后的视频流分离成各个显示单元的分片数 据, 并在各个显示单元中显示相应的分片数据。 可选地, 基于图 2所示实施例的技术方案, 步骤 203 "所述终端设备接收 所述合并后的视频流, 并在终端设备显示所述合并后的视频流" 之后, 所述方 法还包括:

如果在马赛克显示的过程中, 终端设备用户想要将某个显示单元中的频道 切换为另一频道, 则可以发送切换请求, 将切换的目标频道通知给门户网站服 务器或视频服务器, 使得门户网站服务器或视频服务器能够根据切换请求, 变 更个性化视频列表。 可选地, 基于图 2所示实施例的技术方案, 步骤 203 "所述终端设备接收 所述合并后的视频流, 并在终端设备显示所述合并后的视频流" 之后, 所述方 法还包括:
所述终端设备向所述视频服务器发送调整请求, 所述调整请求携带调整参 元信息和调整参数, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
如果在马赛克显示的过程中, 终端设备用户想要对某个显示单元的显示进 行调整, 如调整该显示单元的显示大小、 码率等, 道, 则可以发送调整请求, 将需调整的显示单元和 /或频道和调整参数通知给视频服务器,使得视频服务器 能够根据调整请求, 重新生成变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
采用本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 由视频服务器根据终端设备的请求, 将各个频道对应的切片数据按照终端设备进行马赛克显示的空间关系合成一 个视频流, 发送给终端设备, 以使终端设备能够显示包含多个频道的视频, 流 合成过程中不需要对视频进行分辨率、 帧率等的改变, 只需要做网络层面的封 装即可, 故计算量要小很多, 且由于是对视频流进行动态合成, 故在不需要增 加额外的设备的情况下, 实现了可以根据用户的设置在终端设备上进行马赛克 模式的显示的目的, 即实现了播放的个性化设置。 图 3是本发明实施例提供的一种视频显示方法的流程图。 该实施例在图 1 和图 2的基础上, 详细的描述了终端设备、 视频服务器和门户网站服务器之间 的交互,其中,该视频服务器为直播视频服务器,用于存储和处理直播视频流, 而该门户网站服务器是为终端设备服务的服务器。 参见图 3 , 该实施例的步骤 具体包括:

终端设备接收到合并后的视频流后,将其按照拼合次序分离成各个显示单 元的分片数据, 送入各个独立的解码器解码播放显示, 达到了将各个频道的 分片数据按照马赛克显示模式中各个显示单元空间关系合成一个切片。 并行解码后再拼合显示。
本发明的流合成过程中不需要对视频进行分辨率、 帧率等的改变, 只需要 做网络层面的封装即可,故计算量要小很多,且由于是对视频流进行动态合成, 故不需要在服务端添加额外设备, 这克服了现有解决方案中需要增加很多硬件 的问题, 而且这些硬件是随用户数增加的, 大大节省了这方面的成本。 且, 本 发明可实现在服务器端动态合成马赛克视频流, 这样可以完全实现个性化的马 赛克显示, 现有的技术方案在这方面无能为力。 图 4是本发明实施例提供的一种视频显示方法的流程图。 该实施例在图 3 的基础上, 对马赛克显示中对显示单元显示的频道进行切换的过程进行了详 述。 参见图 4, 该实施例的步骤具体包括:
401、 所述终端设备向门户网站服务器发送切换请求, 所述切换请求携带 用户标识和需变更的显示单元信息;
402、 门户网站服务器接收到切换请求时, 根据切换请求携带的用户标识 获取个性化频道列表;

此时, 视频服务器重新生成 Mosaic Alternate Manifest , 并将其中 preFocusCell对应显示单元的分片数据切换为低码率的,而将 focusedcell对应 显示单元的分片数据 Segment Data切换为高码率。

进一步地,在终端设备上还可以对当前马赛克显示的多个显示单元中任一 个显示单元的频道进行操作, 如, 对该频道的音量进行放大或缩小、 静音或放 音等, 此时, 终端设备接收用户对频道的播放控制操作, 根据该操作对相应的 音频设置进行调整。 如, 在进行马赛克显示时, 默认各个显示单元中的频道均 为静音, 其音频设置为关闭 (disable ), 而当终端设备接收到用户对某个显示 单元的频道的放音操作时, 将音频设置调整为开启(enable ), 使得该显示单元 中的频道播放声音。
采用本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 由视频服务器根据终端设备的请求, 将各个频道对应的切片数据按照终端设备进行马赛克显示的空间关系合成一 个视频流, 发送给终端设备, 以使终端设备能够显示包含多个频道的视频, 流 合成过程中不需要对视频进行分辨率、 帧率等的改变, 只需要做网络层面的封 装即可, 故计算量要小很多, 且由于是对视频流进行动态合成, 故在不需要增 加额外的设备的情况下, 实现了可以根据用户的设置在终端设备上进行马赛克 模式的显示的目的, 即实现了播放的个性化设置。 进一步地, 本发明可实现用 户即时修改某个显示单元的视频质量, 从而实现很多灵活的操作。 图 6是本发明实施例提供的一种视频服务器的结构示意图。 参见图 6, 所 述视频服务器包括:

另外, 对于不同显示单元信息来说, 其对应的马赛克显示码率可以不同, 如对于显示单元信息为九宫格显示来说, 其对应的马赛克显示码率可以为低码 率, 而对于四宫格显示来说, 其对应的马赛克显示码率可以为高码率。 而对于 每个频道来说, 由于每个频道均对应多个码率的视频流, 因此, 可以按照预设 的方法,将该多个码率的视频流至少分为高码率视频流和低码率视频流,从而, 对于个性化视频列表中与所述显示单元信息相应的频道来说, 可根据各个频道 所支持的码率和显示单元个数, 计算合并后的视频流的码率, 并将计算得到码 率对应的至少一个内容描述文件的地址发送给终端设备。 如对于同一视频来 说, 视频服务器上可以存在高中低三个档次的码率的视频流, 而当前的马赛克 显示要求为高码率, 则对于该视频来说, 可选择其三个档次中的高码率, 而如 果该档次对应两种码率, 则可将该两种码率的视频流的内容描述文件的地址 ( URL ) 均发送给终端设备。 其中, 当前所支持的码率的选择, 可由技术人 员预设规则并由门户网站服务器或视频服务器默认选择,还可以由用户在终端 设备的使用过程中设置。
需要说明的是, 由于终端设备的马赛克显示有多个区域, 每个显示单元对 应不同的频道, 而每个频道对应的码流的码率可能不同, 因此, 对于马赛克显 示来说, 其各个显示单元所对应的码率可能不同。 本实施例中所述的该终端设 备的马赛克显示所支持的码率是指该马赛克显示的各个显示单元所支持的码 率。

可选地, 所述接收器 91还用于按照合并次序, 将所述合并后的视频流分 离成各个显示单元的分片数据, 并在各个显示单元中显示相应的分片数据。 可选地, 所述发送器 92还用于向门户网站服务器或视频服务器发送切换 请求, 所述切换请求包括用户标识和需变更的显示单元信息, 使得所述门户网 站服务器根据所述用户标识和所述需变更的显示单元信息变更所述用户标识 和显示单元信息, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
可选地, 所述发送器 92, 还用于向所述视频服务器发送调整请求, 所述调 整请求携带调整参数和用户标识, 并使得所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备的 用户标识、 显示单元信息和调整参数, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的 地址。 图 10是本发明实施例提供的一种视频系统的结构示意图。 参见图 10, 所 述视频系统包括上述实施例提供的视频服务器和终端设备, 具体包括:
视频服务器 1001 , 用于接收终端设备 1002发送的下载请求, 所述下载请 求携带各个频道对应的分片数据的地址以及分片数据所对应的显示单元信息; 根据所述下载请求, 获取所述各个频道对应的分片数据, 根据分片数据所对应 的显示单元信息, 将所述各个频道对应的分片数据合并为一路视频流; 向所述 终端设备 1002发送合并后的视频流,使得终端设备 1002显示所述合并后的视 频流;
终端设备 1002,用于接收各个频道对应的分片数据的地址; 向视频服务器 1001发送下载请求,所述下载请求携带各个频道对应的分片数据的地址以及分 片数据所对应的显示单元信息,使得所述视频服务器 1001根据所述下载请求, 获取所述各个频道对应的分片数据, 根据分片数据所对应的显示单元信息, 将 所述各个频道对应的分片数据合并为一路视频流, 并向所述设备返回合并后的 视频流; 接收所述合并后的视频流, 并显示所述合并后的视频流。
可选地, 所述视频系统还包括:
门户网站服务器 1003 ,用于为用户提供设置频道服务,将用户设置的个性 化视频列表及其用户标识对应保存。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种视频显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
视频服务器接收终端设备发送的下载请求, 所述下载请求携带各个频道对 应的分片数据的地址以及分片数据所对应的显示单元信息;
所述视频服务器根据所述下载请求, 获取所述各个频道对应的分片数据, 根据分片数据所对应的显示单元信息, 将所述各个频道对应的分片数据合并为 一路视频流; 所述合并后的视频流。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 视频服务器接收所述终端设 备发送的下载请求之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述视频服务器接收所述终端设备发送的用于访问所述内容描述文件任一 个的访问请求, 所述访问请求携带所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息; 所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备的用户标识, 获取用户标识对应的个性
址。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述视频服务器接收所述终 端设备发送的用于访问所述内容描述文件任一个的访问请求之前, 所述方法还 包括:
所述视频服务器接收所述终端设备发送的频道信息请求, 所述频道信息请 求携带所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息;
所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 获取至少 一个内容描述文件的地址, 其中每个内容描述文件的地址均为所述用户标识对 应的个性化视频列表中与所述显示单元信息相应的频道所支持码率的视频流地 址;
所述视频服务器向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述视频服务器根据所述终 端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 获取至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 其中 每个内容描述文件的地址均为所述用户标识对应的个性化视频列表中与所述显 示单元信息相应的频道所支持码率的视频流地址, 包括:
所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备的用户标识, 从门户网站服务器或数据
码率, 根据各个频道所支持的码率计算所述显示单元信息相应的频道所支持的 码率, 根据所述显示单元信息相应的频道所支持的码率确定所述视频流地址。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述视频服务器向所述终端 设备发送合并后的视频流, 之后包括:
当所述个性化视频列表发生变更时, 所述视频服务器获取变更后的个性化 视频列表;
所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 获取变更 后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 其中每个内容描述文件均为所述用户标识 对应的变更后的个性化视频列表中与所述显示单元信息相应的频道所支持码率 的视频流地址。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述视频服务器向所述终端 设备发送合并后的视频流, 之后包括:
所述视频服务器接收所述终端设备发送的调整请求, 所述调整请求携带调 整参数和用户标识;
所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备的用户标识、 显示单元信息和调整参数, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
7、 一种视频显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
终端设备接收各个频道对应的分片数据的地址, 并向所述视频服务器发送 对应的显示单元信息, 使得所述视频服务器根据所述下载请求, 获取所述各个 频道对应的分片数据, 根据分片数据所对应的显示单元信息, 将所述各个频道 对应的分片数据合并为一路视频流, 并向所述终端设备返回合并后的视频流; 所述终端设备接收所述合并后的视频流, 并在终端设备显示所述合并后的 视频流。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 终端设备接收各个频道对应 的分片数据的地址之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述终端设备接收所述至少一个内容描述文件的地址;
所述终端设备根据所述至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 向所述视频服务器 发送用于访问所述内容描述文件任一个的访问请求, 所述访问请求携带所述终 端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 使得所述视频服务器根据所述个性化视频
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备接收所述至少 一个内容描述文件的地址之前, 所述方法还包括:
终端设备向视频服务器发送的频道信息请求, 所述频道信息请求携带所述 终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 使得所述视频服务器根据所述终端设备 的用户标识和显示单元信息, 返回至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 其中每个内 容描述文件的地址均为所述用户标识对应的个性化视频列表中与所述显示单元 信息相应的频道所支持码率的视频流地址。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备根据所述至 少一个内容描述文件的地址, 向所述视频服务器发送用于访问所述内容描述文 件任一个的访问请求, 包括:
所述终端设备根据所述至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 向所述内容描述文 件任一个符合当前网络状况的带宽对应的地址发送访问请求。
11、 根据权利要求 7 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备接收所述合 并后的视频流, 并在终端设备显示所述合并后的视频流, 包括:
所述终端设备按照合并次序, 将所述合并后的视频流分离成各个显示单元 的分片数据, 并在各个显示单元中显示相应的分片数据。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备接收所述合 并后的视频流, 并在终端设备显示所述合并后的视频流之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述终端设备向门户网站服务器或视频服务器发送切换请求, 所述切换请 求包括用户标识和需变更的显示单元信息, 使得所述门户网站服务器根据所述 用户标识和所述需变更的显示单元信息变更所述用户标识对应的个性化视频列 取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
13、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备接收所述合 并后的视频流, 并在终端设备显示所述合并后的视频流之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述终端设备向所述视频服务器发送调整请求, 所述调整请求携带调整参 元信息和调整参数, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
14、 一种视频服务器, 其特征在于, 所述视频服务器包括:
接收模块, 用于接收终端设备发送的下载请求, 所述下载请求携带各个频 道对应的分片数据的地址以及分片数据所对应的显示单元信息;
第一获取模块, 用于根据所述下载请求, 获取所述各个频道对应的分片数 据, 根据分片数据所对应的显示单元信息, 将所述各个频道对应的分片数据合 并为一路视频流;
发送模块, 用于向所述终端设备发送合并后的视频流, 使得终端设备显示 所述合并后的视频流。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的视频服务器, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还用 于接收所述终端设备发送的用于访问所述内容描述文件任一个的访问请求, 所 述访问请求携带所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息;
所述视频服务器还包括: 第二获取模块, 用于根据所述终端设备的用户标 识, 获取用户标识对应的个性化视频列表, 获取所述个性化视频列表中各个频 道对应的分片数据的地址; 地址。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的视频服务器, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还用 于接收所述终端设备发送的频道信息请求, 所述频道信息请求携带所述终端设 备的用户标识和显示单元信息;
所述视频服务器还包括: 第三获取模块, 用于根据所述终端设备的用户标 识和显示单元信息, 获取至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 其中每个内容描述文 件的地址均为所述用户标识对应的个性化视频列表中与所述显示单元信息相应 的频道所支持码率的视频流地址;
所述发送模块还用于向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个内容描述文件的地 址。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的视频服务器, 其特征在于, 所述第三获取模块 具体用于根据所述终端设备的用户标识, 从门户网站或数据库或配置文件中获 取与所述用户标识对应的个性化视频列表, 并从所述门户网站或数据库或配置 持的码率计算所述显示单元信息相应的频道所支持的码率, 根据所述显示单元 信息相应的频道所支持的码率确定所述视频流地址。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的视频服务器, 其特征在于, 所述第二获取模块 还用于当所述个性化视频列表发生变更时, 获取变更后的个性化视频列表; 所述第三获取模块还用于根据所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 其中每个内容描述文件均为所述 用户标识对应的变更后的个性化视频列表中与所述显示单元信息相应的频道所 支持码率的视频流地址。
19、 根据权利要求 16所述的视频服务器, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还用 于接收所述终端设备发送的调整请求, 所述调整请求携带调整参数和用户标识; 所述第三获取模块还用于根据所述终端设备的用户标识、 显示单元信息和 调整参数, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
20、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备包括:
接收模块, 用于接收各个频道对应的分片数据的地址;
第一发送模块, 用于向视频服务器发送下载请求, 所述下载请求携带各个 频道对应的分片数据的地址以及分片数据所对应的显示单元信息, 使得所述视 频服务器根据所述下载请求, 获取所述各个频道对应的分片数据, 根据分片数 据所对应的显示单元信息, 将所述各个频道对应的分片数据合并为一路视频流, 并向所述终端设备返回合并后的视频流;
所述接收模块还用于接收所述合并后的视频流, 并显示所述合并后的视频 流。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还用于 接收所述至少一个内容描述文件的地址;
所述终端设备还包括: 第二发送模块, 用于根据所述至少一个内容描述文 件的地址, 向所述视频服务器发送用于访问所述内容描述文件任一个的访问请 求, 所述访问请求携带所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 使得所述视 频服务器根据所述个性化视频列表, 返回所述个性化视频列表中各个频道对应 的分片数据的地址。
22、根据权利要求 21所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备还包括: 第三发送模块, 用于向视频服务器发送的频道信息请求, 所述频道信息请求携 带所述终端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 使得所述视频服务器根据所述终 端设备的用户标识和显示单元信息, 返回至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 其中 每个内容描述文件的地址均为所述用户标识对应的个性化视频列表中与所述显 示单元信息相应的频道所支持码率的视频流地址。
23、 根据权利要求 21所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述第二发送模块具 体用于根据所述至少一个内容描述文件的地址, 向所述内容描述文件任一个符 合当前网络状况的带宽对应的地址发送访问请求。
24、 根据权利要求 20所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还用于 按照合并次序, 将所述合并后的视频流分离成各个显示单元的分片数据, 并在 各个显示单元中显示相应的分片数据。
25、根据权利要求 20所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备还包括: 第四发送模块, 用于向门户网站服务器或视频服务器发送切换请求, 所述 切换请求包括用户标识和需变更的显示单元信息, 使得所述门户网站服务器根 据所述用户标识和所述需变更的显示单元信息变更所述用户标识对应的个性化 息, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
26、根据权利要求 20所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备还包括: 第五发送模块, 用于向所述视频服务器发送调整请求, 所述调整请求携带 显示单元信息和调整参数, 获取变更后的至少一个内容描述文件的地址。
27、一种视频系统, 其特征在于, 包括根据权利要求 14-19任一所述的视频 服务器和根据权利要求 20-26任一所述的终端设备。
28、根据权利要求 27所述的视频系统, 其特征在于, 所述视频系统还包括: 门户网站服务器, 用于为用户提供设置频道服务, 将用户设置的个性化视 频列表及其用户标识对应保存。
