换气防水鞋底 技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋,特别涉及一种换气防水鞋底。
背景技术
鞋作为人们生活中不可缺少的必须品,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们不仅对鞋的要求不仅仅只停留于款式上,对穿着舒适度及卫生度的要求也不断的提高。
目前,市场及资料上出现了一些可将鞋内污气排出,并让外界新鲜的空气进入鞋内的呼吸鞋,此类鞋通常会在鞋底上开设气道,然后添加若干个与气道连通的呼吸气囊,此类鞋的鞋底加工成本较高,并且呼吸气囊内部的弹性元件具有一定的使用年限,即长时间的使用后,呼吸气囊会出现损坏或无法排出气体的情况,如若呼吸气囊出现损坏,外部的水也较容易进入到鞋内,从而导致鞋内不能保持干爽,增加了使用者染上脚疾的可能性。
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种防水、透气、生产成本低廉的换气防水鞋底。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种换气防水鞋底,其特征在于:包括有与足部邻贴的上底及与上底贴合的下底,所述的上底与下底贴合后其之间留有汇流间隙,所述的上底上设有若干排气进气孔,该排气进气孔的横截面呈锥形,其处于上底与足部贴合面的一端为小端,另一端为大端,该大端与汇流间隙导通;所述的下底朝向汇流间隙的端面呈拱形,该端面上设有若干相互导通的排气通道,排气通道的横剖面与汇流间隙导通,其延伸至下底边缘处的缺口与外界导通。
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种防水、透气、生产成本低廉的换气防水鞋底。

采用上述技术方案,上底与下底之间设有汇流间隙,并且上底上设置有与汇流间隙导通的锥形的排气进气孔,下底上设有分别与外界及汇流间隙导通的排气通道,在使用过程中,鞋内的污气由上底的排气进气孔排至汇流间隙内,然后由排气通道排至外界,同时,新鲜的空气由下底的排气通道进入至汇流间隙内,并由汇流间隙途径上底的排气进气孔进入到鞋内,能够保证鞋内干爽,防止细菌滋生,防止使用者患上脚疾;为了防止外界的水由排气通道进入到鞋内,上底的排气进气孔呈锥形,且排气进气孔的小端处于上底与足部的贴合端面上,这样设置便形成一个防水单向阀,排气进气孔的小端处只可供气体通过,无法供水通过,使鞋底具有较好的防水性,进一步的保证了鞋内的干燥。下底朝向汇流间隙的端面呈拱形,这样设置是为了方便将进入到排气通道内的水即使的排出,防止水积聚在排气通道内影响到鞋底的换气。
本发明进一步设置为:上底朝向汇流间隙端面的周边处开设有若干一端与汇流间隙导通,另一端与外界导通的通气缺口,通气缺口与排气通道延伸至下底边缘处的缺口对应设置;上底上位于通气缺口与汇流间隙导通的一端处开设有环形的气体循环槽,该气体循环槽内开设有若干进气排气孔,各进气排气孔分别与通气缺口对应设置。
采用上述技术方案,排气通道内的水在排出过程中,容易导致排气通道的排出端处形成水珠状将排气通道堵塞,而与排出通道的缺口对应设置的通气缺口一方面扩大了排气通道的缺口,使水能够快速的排出,另一方面也可方便污气的快速排出和新鲜空气的快速进入,使换气过程更为快速;上底上的气体循环槽的设置是为了防止上底与下底之间的汇流间隙内产生死角而将污气聚积,难以排出的污气进入到气体循环通道后会由与气体循环通道对应设置的通气缺口处排出。
本发明更进一步设置为:下底相对于与上底贴合一端的另一端面上设有若干防滑组件及减振组件。
其中,减振组件包括有环绕下底周边的呈间隔设置的弹性减震块,各弹性减振块之间设有弧状的凹腔,凹腔内设有柱状的减振柱体;所述的防滑组件包括有设于下底中部的若干防滑块。
采用上述技术方案,减振组件的设置可提高鞋底的减振性,对足部提供了保护;防滑组件的设置则起到了防滑的作用,防止使用者在特殊的路况中行走而滑倒。

在本发明实施例中,为了防止上底 1 与下底 2 之间的汇流间隙 3 内产生死角而将污气聚积,上底 1 上位于通气缺口 12 与汇流间隙 3 导通的一端处开设有环形的气体循环槽 13 ,该气体循环槽 13 内开设有若干进气排气孔 11 ,各进气排气孔 11 分别与通气缺口 12 对应设置。难以排出的污气进入到气体循环通道 13 后会由与气体循环通道 13 对应设置的通气缺口 12 处排出,换气快速,且干净。
为了使鞋底具有防滑及减振的功能,下底 2 相对于与上底 1 贴合一端的另一端面上设有若干防滑组件 4 及减振组件 5 。减振组件 4 包括有环绕下底 2 周边的呈间隔设置的弹性减震块 41 ,各弹性减振块 41 之间设有弧状的凹腔 42 ,凹腔 42 内设有柱状的减振柱43 ;防滑组件 5 包括有设于下底 2 中部的若干防滑块 51。
