B. 在用作量杯的所述翻转的量杯功能收纳主盖内注入需要搅拌物;
C. 将所述手持部与传动搅拌部组装起来;

以下结合附图所示实施例作进一步详述。
本发明提出一种手持式搅拌器组件的收纳装置, 如图 1至图 3所示, 所述手持式搅拌器 组件包括安装有驱动电机和控制单元的手持部 21 , 能够拆装地连接在所述手持部 21上的、 借助其传动杆传递手持部 21 的输出转矩的传动搅拌部 22, 以及至少一个可拆卸地安装在所 述传动搅拌部 22的传动杆头部的搅拌刀具 23。 所述手持部 21、 传动搅拌部 22和搅拌道具 23组装而成手持式搅拌器 2。 所述收纳装置 1包括附件收纳底座 11 , 罩盖在该附件收纳底座 上的收纳支撑分隔盖 12, 以及罩盖所述附件收纳底座 11和收纳支撑分隔盖 12的量杯功能收 纳主盖 13。 所述量杯功能收纳主盖 13呈翻转的桶状, 在做收纳装置的主盖使用时量杯功能 收纳主盖 13桶底在桶口上方使用, 而将量杯功能收纳主盖 13翻转为桶底在桶口下方时, 可 以将量杯功能收纳主盖 13用作盛放待搅拌物的量杯使用。所述搅拌刀具 23和启刀器 24放置 在所述附件收纳底座 11与收纳支撑分隔盖 12之间的空间内。 所述手持部 21和传动搅拌部 22被收纳支撑分隔盖 12支撑, 并放置在收纳支撑分隔盖 12与量杯功能收纳主盖之间 13的 空间内。 为定位地存放的所述手持式搅拌器各附件, 并确保互不影响, 如图 3所示, 依据所述搅 拌刀具 23的形状, 在所述附件收纳底座 11上加工有附件凹穴 111 , 令所述搅拌刀具 23能够 陷入所述附件 G3穴 111中, 从而稳固地定位放置所述搅拌刀具 23。 当然, 当所述手持式搅拌 器组件还包括后文所述的启刀器 24时, 所述附件凹穴 111的形状还应设计成与启刀器 24形 状相匹配的形状。 本发明优选实施例, 就是以所述手持式搅拌器组件还包括所述的启刀器 24 的情况实施本发明的一种具体实施方案, 因此本发明优选实施例中, 附件 G3穴 111考虑到启 刀器 24的形状, 还设计有用于定位地放置所述启刀器 24的位置。
为定位地放置所述手持部 21和传动搅拌部 22, 依据所述手持部 21头部形状和传动搅拌 部 22的末尾部形状, 在所述收纳支撑分割盖 12顶部加工有主件 G3穴 121 , 令所述手持部 21 的头部和传动搅拌部 22的末尾部能够陷入所述主件 G3穴 121中,从而稳固地支撑所述手持部 21和传动搅拌部 22。 如图 3所示, 所述传动搅拌部 22的末尾部是与该传动搅拌部 22用于安 装搅拌刀具 23的头部相对一端的端部。
本发明优选实施例, 如图 3所示, 所述主件 G3穴 121包括用于定位支撑所述手持部 21的 手持部 G3穴 122和用于定位支撑所述传动搅拌部 22的搅拌部 G3穴 123 , 所述手持部 G3穴 122 和搅拌部凹穴 123互相独立设置, 令所述手持部 21的头部能够陷入所述手持部凹穴 121中, 所述传动搅拌部 22的末尾部能够陷入所述搅拌部 G3穴 122 中, 从而由所述收纳支撑分割盖 12稳固地定位支撑所述手持部 21和传动搅拌部 22。
本发明优选实施例釆用四种搅拌刀具 23 , 第一种搅拌刀具, 如图 4所示, 所述搅拌刀具 23包括平板搅拌头 231 , 该平板搅拌头 231包括一管状第一连接头 2311 , 以及其中心部位连 接该第一连接头 2311的圆形平板状的第一搅拌头 2312。 所述第一连接头 2311能够可拆装地 连接所述传动搅拌部 22的传动杆。
第二种搅拌刀具,如图 5所示,所述搅拌刀具 23包括内刃搅拌头 232,该内刃搅拌头 232 包括一管状第二连接头 2321 , 以及其中心部位连接该第二连接头 2321 的圆形平板状的第二 搅拌头 2322。 该第二搅拌头 2322的平板上加工有至少一个通孔 2323 , 在每个通孔边沿分别 设置有各自的球面切割刃 2324, 所述切割刃 2324部分地罩盖与该切割刃 2324对应的通孔 2323。 所述第二连接头 2321能够可拆装地连接所述传动搅拌部 22的传动杆。
第三种搅拌刀具,如图 6所示,所述搅拌刀具 23包括双刃搅拌头 233 ,该双刃搅拌头 233 包括一管状第三连接头 2331 , 以及其中心部位连接该第三连接头 2331 的直条状的第三搅拌 头 2332。该第三搅拌头 2332的两端分别加工有切割刃部 2333。所述第三连接头 2331能够可 拆装地连接所述传动搅拌部 22的传动杆。
第四种搅拌刀具,如图 7所示,所述搅拌刀具 23包括四刃搅拌头 234,该四刃搅拌头 234 包括一管状第四连接头 2341 ,其中心部位连接该第四连接头 2341的直条状的第四搅拌头 2342. 该第四搅拌头 2342的一端是向上弯折而成的上刃 2343 , 另一端是向下经过两次弯折后而成 的、 其刃面平行于所述第四搅拌头 2342中部的下刃 2344。 所述第四搅拌头 2342中部设置有 两向外伸出的三角形平板状水平刃 2345。 所述第四连接头 2341 能够可拆装地连接所述传动 搅拌部 22的传动杆。
本发明优选实施例, 如图 8所示, 所述收纳装置 1还包括用于从所述传动搅拌部 22上拆 装搅拌刀具 23的启刀器 24。 所述启刀器 24呈条状, 在该启刀器 24的一端加工有一向板内 G3进的夹持口 241 , 借助该夹持口 241的夹持卡扣作用, 将所述搅拌刀具 23安装到传动驱动 部 22的传动杆头部, 或者将所述搅拌刀具 23从传动驱动部 22的传动杆头部卸下。
本发明优选实施例, 所述传动搅拌部 22包括在传动杆的头部端设置的搅拌头罩 221 , 用 于罩盖住安装在所述传动杆头部的搅拌刀具 23。所述搅拌头罩 221包括一圆锥面状顶罩 2211 , 以及设置连接在该顶罩 2211的直径较大端下沿的管状裙边罩 2212。
本发明收纳结构小巧紧凑, 使用及储存方便, 收纳装置 1 内可存放整套手持式搅拌器组 件, 且它们都被罩盖起来, 起到防尘作用, 可以避免外界灰尘减少清洗次数。 而且所述量杯 功能收纳主盖 13还可当量杯使用, 一物多用。 本发明减少了手持式搅拌器组件的清洁频率, 还起到节约水资源的作用。 以下详细说明本发明釆用上述方案的收纳装置的具体应用方法, 基于上述的收纳装置 1和手持式搅拌器组件, 包括如下步骤:
A. 当需要使用所述手持式搅拌器时, 将所述量杯功能收纳主盖 13从罩盖着收纳支撑分 隔盖 12的附件收纳底座 11上提起取下, 如图 11所示, 并翻转量杯功能收纳主盖 13成桶底 在桶口下方的状态, 从而将量杯功能收纳主盖 13用作量杯;
B. 在用作量杯的所述翻转的量杯功能收纳主盖 13内注入需要搅拌物;
C. 如图 9所示, 将所述手持部 21与传动搅拌部 22按箭头指示方向组装起来;
D. 开启所述收纳支撑分隔盖 12, 选择一种搅拌刀具 23, 如图 10所示, 借助启刀器 24 将该搅拌刀具 23安装在传动搅拌部 22的传动杆头部;
E. 如图 11所示,将组装好的手持式搅拌器 2伸入所述量杯功能收纳主盖 13中进行搅拌;
F. 搅拌完成后需要收纳所述手持式搅拌器时, 借助启刀器 24将搅拌刀具 23从传动搅拌 部 22的传动杆头部拆下;
G. 将搅拌刀具 23和启刀器 24放入所述附件收纳底座 11; 并在附件收纳底座 11上罩盖 所述收纳支撑分隔盖 12;
H. 将所述手持部 21和传动搅拌部 22拆解开, 并放置在收纳支撑分隔盖 12顶部;
I. 清洗所述量杯功能收纳主盖 13后, 将该量杯功能收纳主盖 13翻转成桶底在桶口上方 的状态, 罩盖所述手持部 21和传动搅拌部 22, 同时罩盖所述收纳支撑分隔盖 12和附件收纳 底座 11。
通过上述收纳方法将所述手持式搅拌器组件紧凑的收存到收纳装置内, 令手持式搅拌器 的整个使用过程整洁、 方便。 所述量杯功能收纳主盖 13既起到搅拌量杯作用, 又起到防尘作 用一物两用, 为使用者省去了繁瑣的操作步骤, 同时收纳装置内紧凑的结构还为使用者节省 出尽可能多的使用空间。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种手持式搅拌器组件的收纳装置,所述手持式搅拌器组件包括安装有驱动电机和控制单 元的手持部 (21), 能够拆装地连接在所述手持部 (21) 上的、 借助其传动杆传递手持部
( 21 )的输出转矩的传动搅拌部( 22 ),以及至少一个可拆卸地安装在所述传动搅拌部( 22 ) 的传动杆头部的搅拌刀具 (23); 其特征在于:
所述收纳装置(1)包括附件收纳底座 (11), 罩盖在该附件收纳底座上的收纳支撑 分隔盖(12), 以及罩盖所述附件收纳底座 (11)和收纳支撑分隔盖(12) 的量杯功能收 纳主盖(13); 所述量杯功能收纳主盖(13) 呈翻转的桶状;
所述搅拌刀具 (23)放置在所述附件收纳底座 (11) 与收纳支撑分隔盖 (12) 之间 的空间内; 所述手持部 (21)和传动搅拌部(22)被收纳支撑分隔盖(12)支撑, 并放置 在收纳支撑分隔盖(12) 与量杯功能收纳主盖之间 (13) 的空间内。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的手持式搅拌器组件收纳装置, 其特征在于:
依据所述搅拌刀具(23)的形状,在所述附件收纳底座(11)上加工有附件凹穴(111), 令所述搅拌刀具 (23) 能够陷入所述附件凹穴 (111) 中, 从而稳固地定位放置所述搅拌 刀具 (23)。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的手持式搅拌器组件收纳装置, 其特征在于:
依据所述手持部 (21) 头部形状和传动搅拌部 (22) 的末尾部形状, 在所述收纳支 撑分割盖( 12 )顶部加工有主件凹穴( 121 ),令所述手持部( 21 )的头部和传动搅拌部( 22 ) 的末尾部能够陷入所述主件 G3穴 (121) 中, 从而稳固地支撑所述手持部 (21)和传动搅 拌部 (22)。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的手持式搅拌器组件收纳装置, 其特征在于:
所述主件凹穴 (121)包括用于定位支撑所述手持部 (21) 的手持部凹穴 (122)和 用于定位支撑所述传动搅拌部 (22) 的搅拌部凹穴 (123), 所述手持部凹穴 (122) 和搅 拌部凹穴(123)互相独立设置,令所述手持部(21)的头部能够陷入所述手持部凹穴(121) 中, 所述传动搅拌部 (22) 的末尾部能够陷入所述搅拌部 G3穴 (122) 中, 从而由所述收 纳支撑分割盖(12)稳固地定位支撑所述手持部 (21)和传动搅拌部 (22)。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的手持式搅拌器组件收纳装置, 其特征在于:
所述搅拌刀具(23)包括平板搅拌头 (231), 该平板搅拌头 (231)包括一管状第一 连接头 (2311), 以及其中心部位连接该第一连接头 (2311) 的圆形平板状的第一搅拌头 (2312); 所述第一连接头 (2311) 能够可拆装地连接所述传动搅拌部 (22) 的传动杆。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的手持式搅拌器组件收纳装置, 其特征在于:
所述搅拌刀具(23)包括内刃搅拌头 (232), 该内刃搅拌头 (232)包括一管状第二 连接头 (2321 ), 以及其中心部位连接该第二连接头 (2321 ) 的圆形平板状的第二搅拌头 (2322); 该第二搅拌头(2322)的平板上加工有至少一个通孔(2323), 在每个通孔边沿 分别设置有各自的球面切割刃(2324),所述切割刃(2324)部分地罩盖与该切割刃(2324) 对应的通孔 (2323); 所述第二连接头 (2321 ) 能够可拆装地连接所述传动搅拌部 (22) 的传动杆。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的手持式搅拌器组件收纳装置, 其特征在于:
所述搅拌刀具(23)包括双刃搅拌头 (233), 该双刃搅拌头 (233)包括一管状第三 连接头(2331 ),以及其中心部位连接该第三连接头(2331 )的直条状的第三搅拌头(2332); 该第三搅拌头 (2332) 的两端分别加工有切割刃部 (2333); 所述第三连接头 (2331 ) 能 够可拆装地连接所述传动搅拌部 (22) 的传动杆。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的手持式搅拌器组件收纳装置, 其特征在于:
所述搅拌刀具(23)包括四刃搅拌头 (234), 该四刃搅拌头 (234)包括一管状第四 连接头 (2341 ), 其中心部位连接该第四连接头 (2341 ) 的直条状的第四搅拌头 (2342); 该第四搅拌头 (2342) 的一端是向上弯折而成的上刃 (2343), 另一端是向下经过两次弯 折后而成的、 其刃面平行于所述第四搅拌头 (2342) 中部的下刃 (2344); 所述第四搅拌 头( 2342 )中部设置有两向外伸出的三角形平板状水平刃( 2345 );所述第四连接头( 2341 ) 能够可拆装地连接所述传动搅拌部 (22) 的传动杆。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的手持式搅拌器组件收纳装置, 其特征在于:
还包括用于从所述传动搅拌部 (22)上拆装搅拌刀具 (23) 的启刀器(24); 所述启 刀器(24)呈条状, 在该启刀器(24) 的一端加工有一向板内凹进的夹持口 (241), 借助 该夹持口 (241) 的夹持卡扣作用, 将所述搅拌刀具 (23) 安装到传动驱动部 (22) 的传 动杆头部, 或者将所述搅拌刀具 (23)从传动驱动部 (22) 的传动杆头部卸下。 根据权利要求 1所述的手持式搅拌器组件收纳装置, 其特征在于:
所述传动搅拌部 (22)包括在传动杆的头部端设置的搅拌头罩 (221), 用于罩盖住 安装在所述传动杆头部的搅拌刀具( 23 );所述搅拌头罩( 221 )包括一圆锥面状顶罩( 2211 ), 以及设置连接在该顶罩 (2211) 的直径较大端下沿的管状裙边罩 (2212)。 一种手持式搅拌器组件的组装收纳方法,基于权利要求 1所述的收纳装置和手持式搅拌器 组件; 其特征在于所述方法包括如下步骤:
A. 当需要使用所述手持式搅拌器时, 将所述量杯功能收纳主盖(13)从罩盖着收纳 支撑分隔盖(12) 的附件收纳底座(11)上提起取下, 并翻转量杯功能收纳主盖(13)成 桶底在桶口下方的状态, 从而将量杯功能收纳主盖(13)用作量杯;
B. 在用作量杯的所述翻转的量杯功能收纳主盖(13) 内注入需要搅拌物;
C. 将所述手持部 (21) 与传动搅拌部 (22)组装起来;
D. 开启所述收纳支撑分隔盖(12), 选择一种搅拌刀具 (23), 借助启刀器(24)将 该搅拌刀具 (23) 安装在传动搅拌部 (22) 的传动杆头部;
E. 将组装好的手持式搅拌器伸入所述量杯功能收纳主盖(13) 中进行搅拌;
F. 搅拌完成后需要收纳所述手持式搅拌器时, 借助启刀器(24)将搅拌刀具 (23) 从传动搅拌部 (22) 的传动杆头部拆下;
G. 将搅拌刀具(23)和启刀器(24)放入所述附件收纳底座(11); 并在附件收纳底 座 (11) 上罩盖所述收纳支撑分隔盖(12);
H. 将所述手持部(21)和传动搅拌部(22)拆解开, 并放置在收纳支撑分隔盖(12) 顶部;
I. 清洗所述量杯功能收纳主盖(13)后, 将该量杯功能收纳主盖 (13)翻转成桶底 在桶口上方的状态, 罩盖所述手持部 (21)和传动搅拌部 (22), 同时罩盖所述收纳支撑 分隔盖(12)和附件收纳底座 (11)。
